On 11th august i have submited my device in samsung service center (nutek) and till date i have not received my device. I have given it to change the touch screen as it was not working and i was informed that i'll receive my device within a week or 10 days. But even after 4 months i have not received my device. The manager literally makes me run for my own device . I have even called the samsung customer care but they have not taken any actions...

I have purchased a above tv in Hubli on 9-9-2012 and the TVs display Chanel is dead a common complaint with Samsung tv. I sent it to Samsung service centre and the told me that repair would cost 27 thousand rupees a ridiculous cost of repair. It amounts to half the price of TVs. Display for my Samsung S4(Model No - GT19500) stopped working properly after 5 months of service.
