    I have bought Samsung Top Loading 7kg +1 kg (Active Wash+) on 15th Aug, facing washing quality issues from the day 1. 05th Oct - Machine was taken to workshop and fixed some liquid leakage issue and returned in a week time. After observing for 10 days; we are still facing Color fading issue + cloth softness gone. 1. 26th Oct - Raised compliant, Service Engineer visited and informed that Workshop people check and fix. But no one turn up, even after multiple reminders sent to them from call center. 2. 26th oct compliant # got cancelled without visit of Service Engineer and "Customer confirmation"; and really shocked hearing that feedback updated in complaint that "Washing Machine working fine, hence cancelled". 3. 05th Nov - Call center registered new Complaint. As no more response, we contacted Call center on 07th Nov. 4. 07th Nov - Again heard that the complaint was cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1) and Call center registered a new Complaint # on 07th Nov. 5. 12th Nov - It is really frustrating that, 07th Nov complaint was also cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1), and again new Complaint # open. Since from 26th Oct till today, no solution provided for our complaints raised with Samsung Service. We are using many Samsung products in last 10 years; we have not seen such worst service from Customer Care.

      I had purchased Galaxy S6 phone on 24 July 2015 but suddenly the display stopped working. I had taken the mobile to Samsung service center(Shree Guru Telecommunication, R.T. Nagar, Bangalore) as the phone is under warranty. Phone did not have any physical damage or was not put under water and the service center had acknowledged it while taking the phone for checking. But now the service center has informed that the phone is water logged and warranty is not covered and returned the phone asking to pay Rs.10000/- to repair. I have not put the phone in water and the condition was checked and confirmed as no liquid logged by the service center while taking the phone for service. Please help me in resolving this display issue which suddenly stopped working as it is only 6 months since i purchased the mobile and still in warranty period.

        Sir I kindly bring to your notice I purchased two microwave oven CE73JD vide bill [protected] dt 06/09/2015 I have lodge the complaint to customer care centre on 22/12/2015 vide complete no[protected] on 22.12.2015 but till date they did not attend nor their was no reply but I again called on 26/12/15, 28/12/15 and 30/12/15 (4times) the staff name mona priya but no response I asked for the supervisor to call me but the above person refused and I was give the service center no TVS electronic no o[protected] no response pl take necessary action

                I bought one Samsung LCD TV model 450 4 series on November 2010 it was cost of 28000 rupees at Bajaj electronics hyderabad. it was carry to my home town kakinada and open the seal and make it power switch on then remote pressed it wasn't on no picture then pressed on tv then it was on immediately i had contact with sumsung customer care then they came and solve the problem with in the 3 weeks period it was sad for me because i bought this product with very much trust on samsung products and my one year bonus amount. then problem solved it was worked for 11 moths again problem started which was like horizontal line start throughout the screen it had increased day by day after few days half of the screen had closed by horizontal lines then again i had contact with samsung customer care then samsung technical engineer visited to my home just he was watched tv then he said the main board problem witch is coast around 17000 thousand rupees if you want i can make it order its take one or two weeks then i asked him i was bought this tv for 28000 rupees now your telling 17000 rupees for main board cost and now your samung LED TV available in the market for 25000 rupees witch base you people charged. then he said i don't know if want any information contact with costumer care he was charged 350 rupees for visiting again had contact with customer care i was asked same question they said please contact with samsung CEO really i was shocked for a tv spare part consulting with CEO of samsun, i was decided preventing who want purchase samsung product and i am hope fully waiting when indian government rules can change on like this cheated samsung products because till my TV problem not solved

And now I have been charged Rs 2200 extra as interest amount. I do not want to pay extra, or I would have paid full amount in cash.

                    I RC Patel, a serving soldier has purchase a refrigerator 192 liter. On 1st complain they charge for service (where as the product was under warranty). Again second time they have not responding to my complain number [protected] dated23-12-15 where as the product is still in warranty.

                      I am using Samsung galaxy A7 since March 2015. Suddenly it's display went blank on 25th Dec, just 2 mins back i played 1 video on it, that time it was normal. when I informed samsung service center they said there are internal damages to display, but I told them there was no harm done to phone from my side, Phone didn't fell down or no pressure applied on it. They said the damage will be invisible & after putting the phone in heater/dryer machine the damage can be seen by normal eyes, as per their procedure when they put the phone in dryer & gave heat to phone, there were the cracks appeared on screen, which were not there before heating it. Now they are refusing to get it done under warrenty & Samsung care service center is not supporting at all. The issue happned with one more person with same model of phone. Last month I have purchased SD card online and found that the memory card is damaged.I have tried everything that I could have done this to work. So I need the product needs to be replaced or amount needs to be refunded.

                          Waiting for the resolution since one week, , , Very poor customer service in jammu...Its a great disappointment that a lcd display screen is not available in j&k, , I am samsung product user from last 5 years, Very dissatisfied ..I have approached samsung customer care new plot jammu, I purchasec Samsung A8 mobile on 1/11/2015, , display of my phone neither is broken nor it is infected with water, it turned blue, , , I got it chcked in stom care where the engineer heated my mobile in dryer but nothing was found, , , He simply handedover the mobile phone back to me and said kindly approach us on 26th I waited till 28th but got no reply ...after contacting on 28th they are again asking for more time

                              This is for your kind information that I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S-4 mobile handset on 4th Feb 2014, Product Serial Number-RZ1D90K6FAT, IMEI NO-[protected], Model Number-GT-19500ZKAINS wide invoice number-28 from M/s Juneja Telecom, Jalandhar (Punjab). This is further to bring in your knowledge that since the purchase of handset I am continuous facing the problem of overheating & battery drainage very fast. For which I visited your service center around 10 times, out of which 3 times they have redone the software & 1 time changed entire motherboard along with battery. In this duration I have once paid for warranty extension amount of Rs-2096/- also. But the problem is still there. From the day one I was insisting the service center for replacement of my handset but every time they ignored & simply upgrade the software of my phone & once changed mother board by saying that this will solve the problem of overheating & battery drainage in my handset. Which is actually not get resolved till date & force me to put this complaint on paper. (You can cross check your record for the same). Sir I have two more Samsung Mobile Handset & am very satisfy with them. But really get upset from this handset. In today world where in every commercial deals are depends on fast communication my handset get me down in making commercial deals as per requirement due to continuous problem from last 22 months. Which get me in actual commercial loss of price of handset & lots of working day wasted in visiting your service center. (Current example –my phone is in your service station from last two days). Top of that your service center still ignoring the issue & just done software update for solution of problem exist from last 22 month. They actually do not have any solution & started ignoring my problem. When I have asked to do justice for my problem they suggest changing mother board again. When I request to customer care for replacement of my handset they clearly said that there no policy of changing handset after 22 months. But am fail to understand that how come am responsible for this financial as well as emotional loss. Considering above when I feel cheated from Samsung & not getting any justice from Samsung.                                   I bought Samsung 40'' LEDTV 6 months ago. On 25th Dec I was given a complaint that my TV remote was not working and I was told that one of the service engineers will come to you and was provided a ref number[protected] .But till now no one has come from service center. Since I have been using all Samsung brands including phones, lappy, TV and refrigerator. But i did not expect this type of service from Samsung. Poor service.

                                        Dear Sir, On April 14th 2013, I have Purchased a Samsung 32" LED TV from Reliance Digital, Orion Mall, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore in the EMI Option. Everything went fine for One and Half Years and then all the Problems started with your Product on 25/10/2014, We replaced the LED Panel from Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd, C.R.N Chambers, No 13, 3rd and 4th Floor, Kasturba Road, Bangalore - 560001 and it was a paid service Dated - 25/10/2014. Again we had a same Problem on 3rd January 2015 and on 8th May 2015. this time also the Samsung Technician visited and again replaced the LED Panel and Told that the warranty can’t be given for the Second replacement, only the first Time Bill, whatever they have given will act as warranty. Now again on 7th Dec 2015 the same problem has started and you’re Samsung Technician Came from L. R. Enterprises, No 87, 6th Main, 2nd Cross, ITI Layout, Near M.S. Ramayya College, New BEL Road, Bangalore – 560 094 Ph:[protected], Inspected the Product and continued the same old stories that LED Panel has gone bad, giving a Tax invoice and collecting the amount of Rs 172/- which can’t be replaced under warranty, as the warranty has been expired. Totally we have spend Rs. 37000/- on LED TV, Rs. 12539/- (Inclusive of Taxes) on replacing the LED Panel and the service charges of Rs 150 to Rs 250/- on each time when this Problem occurs. When we called for the toll free No. –[protected] and asked for the replacement regarding the product, the call centre staff told that they will contact us after speaking with their supervisor and nobody has been turn up till date. After my previous complaint via email now I got to know that your Products are not Trust worthy. Hence I am forwarding my complaint to the consumer court and let them provide the justice for the product and also for the customer. This was not expected from a brand like SAMSUNG. costumer care service is very poor My Question is, 1. Is your products are use and throw Products which can be used for one year or only for couple of months? 2. How if there's something wrong with goods itself and Samsung company may be fooling the Customers? 3. How can I trust that your LED Panel which the Samsung technician is replacing tomorrow will again doesn’t give any Problem today and in Coming Months?
