Dear Sir,
On April 14th 2013, I have Purchased a Samsung 32" LED TV from Reliance Digital, Orion Mall, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore in the EMI Option.
Everything went fine for One and Half Years and then all the Problems started with your Product on 25/10/2014, We replaced the LED Panel from Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd, C.R.N Chambers, No 13, 3rd and 4th Floor, Kasturba Road, Bangalore - 560001 and it was a paid service Dated - 25/10/2014.
Again we had a same Problem on 3rd January 2015 and on 8th May 2015. this time also the Samsung Technician visited and again replaced the LED Panel and Told that the warranty can’t be given for the Second replacement, only the first Time Bill, whatever they have given will act as warranty.
Now again on 7th Dec 2015 the same problem has started and you’re Samsung Technician Came from L. R. Enterprises, No 87, 6th Main, 2nd Cross, ITI Layout, Near M.S. Ramayya College, New BEL Road, Bangalore – 560 094 Ph:[protected], Inspected the Product and continued the same old stories that LED Panel has gone bad, giving a Tax invoice and collecting the amount of Rs 172/- which can’t be replaced under warranty, as the warranty has been expired.
Totally we have spend Rs. 37000/- on LED TV, Rs. 12539/- (Inclusive of Taxes) on replacing the LED Panel and the service charges of Rs 150 to Rs 250/- on each time when this Problem occurs.
When we called for the toll free No. –[protected] and asked for the replacement regarding the product, the call centre staff told that they will contact us after speaking with their supervisor and nobody has been turn up till date.
After my previous complaint via email now I got to know that your Products are not Trust worthy. Hence I am forwarding my complaint to the consumer court and let them provide the justice for the product and also for the customer.
This was not expected from a brand like SAMSUNG. costumer care service is very poor
My Question is,
1. Is your products are use and throw Products which can be used for one year or only for couple of months?
2. How if there's something wrong with goods itself and Samsung company may be fooling the Customers?
3. How can I trust that your LED Panel which the Samsung technician is replacing tomorrow will again doesn’t give any Problem today and in Coming Months?
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I do not want to pay extra, or I would have paid full amount in cash.
