    To, M/S SAMSUNG India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Sir, I am very glad to know that SAMSUNG is celebrating 20TH Anniversary and progressing with leaps and bounds. I blindly faith on SAMSUNG’s product. Being an old costumer of your products. I recently on the occasion of Diwali have purchased SAM-LED-UA40H4240 and SAM-MW28H5025VS through M/S EP Electronics Paradise Pvt. Ltd. Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on 16/11 and 08/11/2015 respectively. 02 However I want to bring an incident in your kind notice that while purchasing the above equipments the firm has told me that there is extended warranty for three years on the occasion of Diwali, whereas only one year warranty have been updated in your system for my above equipments. In this regard I want to know how and why the firm is cheating with customers .If there is 3 years warranty has been offered on the special occasion of Diwali then why it has not been updated in your system. Please clarify the factual position. 03 Secondly I am facing a complaint with you regarding Microwave i.e. there is a option to prepare Roti/nan in auto mode. During the initial Demo your representative Mr. Abikesh not ready to prepare Roti stating that I am not cocking expert and cannot prepare Roti and preparation Roti not comes in demo. This type of response/behavior by a representative of a reputed firm like SAMSUNG not acceptable. 04 However on my pressure by repeated requests and discussion with seniors of SAMSUNG he tries many times to prepare Roti but fails to prepare Roti in auto mode. I gave very poor remarks on feedback and it was incomplete/pending demo but after this no any response received from SAMSUNG. I again lodge a complaint bearing no. [protected] dated 03/12/2015 but it was not attended in prescribed time limits. I again lodged complaint bearing No. [protected] dated 05/12/2015 it was third time. The complaint was attended by Mr. Udai Singh, firstly he also behaved as like Mr. Abikesh but he also try many times to prepare Roti in auto mode but fails in all attempts. On giving poor remarks by me on feedback your two representatives reported on 06/12/2015 they behaved very well and try to prepare Rote in auto mode as well as on failure they also try to prepare Roti in manually by giving/fixing extra and high voltage temperature but can not prepare Roti. Then they have explained me that Roti cannot be prepared in auto mode as they have already express their technical opinion to SAMSUNG Technical/Opinion Wing to solve this problem or remove this option from this product. And they assure me to take-up my case with SAMSUNG to solve this issue. 05 But even after lapse of more than 20 days I have not received any response from your side and again contact to costumer care to know the status of my issue, there was no update and my complaint on above issue again lodged NO. [protected] dated 26/12/2015 it was fourth time but all in vain it was also not attended so far and when I contact to know the status of above complaint on 28/12/2015 I was attended by Mr. Sudheer on both time he told me that my complaint is pending and he has gave a reminder and reminder NO. will be sent to your mobile but due to the above climax of issue he was doubtful for me and after three or four hours I again contact with costumer care to know about my status then your representative Mr. Gaurav told me that there is no contact call or reminder on dated 28/12/2015 where as I have recorded call for conversation made with Mr. Sudheer but I don’t know why he has not enter it in my case history. 06 Mr. Gaurav has finally told me that in the reference of my complaint NO. [protected] dtd 05/12/2015 case has been referred to your explanation team but I don’t know what is the fact as neither any communication from your costumer care nor any response from explanation team received so far its shows your very poor and bed performance and purely cheating with the costumers. 07 I requested to solve my issue and tries to know the status regularly I was attended on 30/12/2015 at 12:15 by Mr. Harikesh he explained that rote can not be prepared in auto mode I informed about this to customer care immediately at about 12:26 attended by Mr. Gagan and he again send a update to Eng. Wing for further action I also contacted on 31/12/2015 at 1400 Hrs attended my Minakshi Madam and also call back arranged to talk with seniors but my all efforts became meaningless. But Today i.e. 04/01/2016 When I know to try my compliant status I was shocked to heard that my complaint No. [protected] dtd 05/12/2015 which was pending since one month has been closed by giving a false remarks that I have not attended any call which shows very bad . My complaint again booked bearing No.[protected] datedd 04/01/2016 and inform me that Eng. is visiting Today. Mr. U.k Dixit reported to attend the issue but he expressed that neither he know the preparation of recepie nor he will try to prepare and show the demo of microwave. It show very bad performance of your representative. 07 At the end I want to say that to avoid any legally notice pay proper attention to solve this issue and if there is no possible to prepare proper Roti/nan in auto mode option in your above product then this option may be deleted and product which you have already launched in the market may also be withdrawn from the markets immediately and proper compensation relief may be given to the costumers.       Team, I have been constantly raising my concerns and following up toward my Samsung Handset problem. Model : Samsung Galaxy A7 (SM-A700FD) Overheating at regular interval Camera is not responding Battery getting drainoff immediately For your information, i have visited your Bhayander Service Centre on the below mentioned dates and please find the comment mentioned for your easy reference 25 Aug 2015: 3 Sep 2015: 30 Dec 2015: After addressing the problem to the Desk staff repeatedly, I was finally informed to meet the supervisor for assistance.The supervisor noted by concerns and responded that my query would be addressed on priority and the same was resolved immediately. However, after 2 days i again started to face the same problem But there has been no proper response and after sales services. It really annoying and i very upset by the service provided by you Please find the concerns highlighted below for your easy reference and would appreciate if you would address my concern or give me in writing

        I have purchased a SAMSUNG 80cm LED TV UA32H5100AR, which is not working after 18 months o[censored]se. The complaint [protected] (Nov-2015) was registered with Samsung India and Engineer told the PANEL needs to be replaced which costs around Rs.14000 ...!!! I had written to CEO office of Samsung again on 28-Nov-2015 for free replacement of the poor quality parts of TV which has just used for 1 and half year. I got a reply by phone and email stating that they cannot replace since warranty period of 1 year just lapsed and replacement will be chargeable...!!! I tried again reaching CEO by direct email, but was not successful and email got bounced. I would like to take it up with appropriate consumer forum and get this resolved for the poor quality product sold to me.             मैने सम्सुँग क led tv 32" का 14 जन्बरी2014 को क्रय कीया था जो 24 दिसम्बर2015को डिस्प्लेपैनल खराब हो जाने के कारण tv बंद हो गया.जो अभी 2साल की बारंनती मे हैं.मैने costmar केयर मे सेकायत दरज की.तो बह इसे एकसाल की बार्न्ती बता रहे हैं.मेरे पास जो manual हैं.उसमे दो साल की बारिन्ट हैं.लेकिन ये पैनलका ख्र्चा सोलाह हजार बता रहे हैं.जो मुझसे pay करने के लीये क्ह रहे हैं.अत महोदय हमारी सिकायत दर्ज करने की karpa करे.

                  Ihave visited Samsung mobile office, Gayatri varieties, Raigarh Chhattishgarh to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going breaking of display & touch. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials & owner Mr. Mithilesh ku. Misra told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 3500 for repair of mobile. There is lot of missbehving will be done by his owner also they give commitment to commitment for repairing by which i will get lot of problems.Hence only I will requestin to Samsung CEO plz change the service owner in our city.                     I have purchased one 32 inches LED TV Model UA32fh400R on 31.12.2015 from Sales Emporium, Nagerbazar, Kolkata. My register ref No [protected] on 01.01.2016 at 11.26 hrs, after registration I called two wise one at 14.42 hrs and confirm me that it will be installed by 8 PM again I call at 20.22 hrs your sevice center says we are very sorry and it will be definitely installed next day in the morning. Again I again call at 13.47 hrs, They said sorry sir it will be installed within 8 PM. I can not understand your service and what is the use of your service center, where you can not kept your commitment. I request several time that I have my problem child in my house and he can not stay with out TV for long time, till you are not brother your customer satisfaction and need Even when they give me your Kolkata customer care number ([protected]) they did not pick my call.                               We are facing a problem with J5 since we have bought it. The sensor doesnot work properly during calls, causing multiple apps and widgets to open and many other problems..The first time we went the system was updated.. The problem wasn't solved so we went the 2nd time and that time the phone was taken into observation. This time we went with a video proof.. The next day we were told to come and were told that day that the sim needs to be changed.Our problem is not being solved and these baseless excuses are being given. We don't have time to go every time to waste our hours.we have issue against the sharp enterprises' service at Lamington road, Mumbai. Please look into the matter otherwise we will take further steps.

                                Started getting black lines on the screen and increasing over days. When contacted service, they are talking about replacing the color panel, which is the main part of LED TVs. This started happening just after the expiry of warranty. They are asking almost half of the cost of the TV and aren't ready to provide guarantee on the replaced part too.

                                Until now, no updates have happened. Is Samsung trying to ignore all the customers?

                                  Query Reference: [protected] I am completely disappointed with the service, I have been literally cheated by Samsung. I am writing this not for a resolution from Samsung which I know I would never get, I am writing this for the world to know about Samsung customer service. I purchased Samsung S6 edge plus one of their flagship model from authorised Samsung shop and have been promised by Samsung employee of free wireless charger and zero percent EMI however none of which were true. With multiple mails and calls with customer support the only reply I got was I am not eligible for the offer and they never bothered to liaise with sales person why incorrect information was provided to me. I am not complaining to get a free wireless charger or what so ever but I writing this because it's not right for Samsung to get away with the lie they told me to make a sale. I would never buy product from Samsung hereon and sincerely advice people not to buy from Samsung who don't value their customer and act with no integrity. Thank you Naveen

                                      I have bought Samsung Top Loading 7kg +1 kg (Active Wash+) on 15th Aug, facing washing quality issues from the day 1. 05th Oct - Machine was taken to workshop and fixed some liquid leakage issue and returned in a week time. After observing for 10 days; we are still facing Color fading issue + cloth softness gone. 1. 26th Oct - Raised compliant, Service Engineer visited and informed that Workshop people check and fix. But no one turn up, even after multiple reminders sent to them from call center. 2. 26th oct compliant # got cancelled without visit of Service Engineer and "Customer confirmation"; and really shocked hearing that feedback updated in complaint that "Washing Machine working fine, hence cancelled". 3. 05th Nov - Call center registered new Complaint. As no more response, we contacted Call center on 07th Nov. 4. 07th Nov - Again heard that the complaint was cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1) and Call center registered a new Complaint # on 07th Nov. 5. 12th Nov - It is really frustrating that, 07th Nov complaint was also cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1), and again new Complaint # open. Since from 26th Oct till today, no solution provided for our complaints raised with Samsung Service. We are using many Samsung products in last 10 years; we have not seen such worst service from Customer Care.

                                        I had purchased Galaxy S6 phone on 24 July 2015 but suddenly the display stopped working. I had taken the mobile to Samsung service center(Shree Guru Telecommunication, R.T. Nagar, Bangalore) as the phone is under warranty. Phone did not have any physical damage or was not put under water and the service center had acknowledged it while taking the phone for checking. But now the service center has informed that the phone is water logged and warranty is not covered and returned the phone asking to pay Rs.10000/- to repair. I have not put the phone in water and the condition was checked and confirmed as no liquid logged by the service center while taking the phone for service. Please help me in resolving this display issue which suddenly stopped working as it is only 6 months since i purchased the mobile and still in warranty period.
