I bought 32" Samsung Smart TV F5500 two years ago. There was no problem during the warranty period of 1 year . But after the first year, the TV screen go off intermittently. The frequency of this problem become high recently. We called the customer service centre and after a one week, they sent a representative. He came and noticed the problem (just externally) . He said that panel has gone and will cost 17000 Rs. to replaced it. I was taken by surprise to hear the cost of repair. Samsung is charging high cost for its spares and services that are not reliable after 1 years. I have purchased that TV for 47000 and now I had to pay another 17000 for unreliability.

    Samsung dc fridge rr19h1725pz/tl purchased 07/10/2015 from vasanth & co bill no. [protected] - as no cooling effect i complained to samsung service centre, attended but refused on warranty free service as they blamed us for damaging some portion in the freezer compartment and insist payment of rs. 4000 for service and replacement. Need yr help

        Dear Sir, I have a 3D LED TV of Samsung of the above model number bought in Oct 2010. It had a few lines on the panel and hence I had asked for a Samsung Engineer to look into it. the TV was functioning except for the horizontal lines seen on the panel. The Service order [protected] was made and your engineer came and saw the TV. At first he could not understand the problem. Then he bought another engineer. both of them opened the TV and tried to work on the problem. After some time the Engineers said that the panel display was erroneous and the Panel need to be changed that would cost me 30000 Rs. By this time my TV was totally non function able and the display was also off. I paid 5000 advance and was ready to change the panel. A receipt was also given to me. Next day the engineer once more phoned me and said that the panel was not available with the company and that I will have to surrender the TV and the Company will pay me a refund. the next day he told me to hand over 3 documents viz. Cancelled cheque, original buying receipt of the TV and Pan Card. I kept all documents ready. then the Engineer phoned me and said that since the TV is 5 years old, I will get only 20000 refund for a TV which I bought at a price of 1, 20, 000. He says that this is a depreciation amount of 83%. I asked him to produce the policy of the company in this regard to which he flatly refused. Now my TV is not working. I have no Samsung Policy with me and the TV is lying idle. I had full faith in Samsung which is why I have a 3 Samsung ACs, Refrigerator and Smart phones. But now I feel cheated.           dear sir i am purchasing samsung a8 mobile and i am facing a heating problem in mobile we are visited in nearest service center they are saying no problem in mobile and after still i am facing same problem once again i am visited to same service center service provider suggest to go at other service center at vile parla they are not given me doa of handset they are saying me you are submit hand set after 8 days but sunday service canter is closed so i need doa off my handset

              I purchased a Samsung led tv on 10/10/2014 from manjit electronics jbp after one and half year the led stoped working complainno-[protected] the technician told the anel of the led will be replced on chargable basis the charge is 11000 kindly provide concession in the repairing charges as I did not spend around 35000 in purchasing a led one and half year ago urging Samsung is a reputated brand pathetic product I also spend 2000 in vguard stabilizer for protection of led kindlydo the need ful and got the product repaired at a reasonable cost unless we will lose faith on Samsung products

                This is in reference of Samsung Refrigerator purchased on 20.11.2011 from Indian Enterprises, Civil Lines, Bijnor(U.P)-246701. Model No. is RT26GCSR in the name of Mrs. Sunita Chawla.On 17.08.2015 refrigerator stopped working due to some technical issue and when the complaint was registered engineer came and filled the gas and charged Rs.1200/- but gave no receipt. When we asked for receipt he informed that he will get it delivered. On 05.09.2015 it again stopped working and again the complaint was registered and refrigerator was taken by the officials for repair and no acknowledgement was given nor any proof. They delivered the same on 22.09.2015 after continuous remainders and follow ups. On 28.10.2015 it gain stopped working and the after regular remainders they came on 12.12.2015 to check and informed that it has to be taken to service centre again for repair. After almost 20 days it was sent back and when it was sent we were informed that we should not use it for another 48 hours and the doors were locked and keys were not delivered to us. After 48 hours when we asked for keys they couldn't trace the person who is having the keys and it took another 48 hours for them to deliver the keys after remainders and two personal visits at the centre. After we switched on the refrigerator it is sounding as somebody is snoring in the room at high pace. We gain asked them to see the same and there is no response till date. I am amazed with the behavior of officials as they don't know how to deal with customer and the service quality is too poor as explained above. Kindly look into the same on priority else i will be forced to move to the court for the compensation and relief against the malfunctioning of the product and the mental stress caused to my family. The copy of bill is attached for your kin reference.

                  Hello Samsung, I have purchased Samsung power bank worth rs 3000 on 24 dec 2015. Power bank Model no is - EB-PG850BLE and it is 8400 mh battery. But I was facing problem from starting. It didn't charge while I have charged it more than 2 days with my Samsung s6 edge original charger. It is also charged my mobile battery only 1 time. After 7 days I went to samsung service centre in Ambala city at Prem Nagar. They said that we have to check it. so you have to leave your product for 2 days. I agree with them and I called them after 2 days. They said that your device is working properly. I said ok then please give me the report. They refuse to give any report and said that your claim no is [protected]. You can call to customer care. I call to customer care as well and they said we will give you job detail photocopy. But Service centre even refuse to give that. There is miss Anjali who handled me. They talk with me like I am criminal and she said that we cant guarantee for anything. You didn't purchase this product from us. If it is so, then why ther is samsung service centers. They also that" Jo bhi karna hai aapne karlo. Hume koi fark nai padta." Even after some discussion she refuse to give me power bank back. She said that now you will get it from owner or from consumer court. I said ok then I go to consumer court please give me all papers so I will click all images. There is one manager. He said that I know you just click the images. You will do nothing. It was ok that product is not working fine. but the behaviors of service centre staff is not tolerable special miss Anjali. So finally I decided to register my complain in consumer court. If I am not satisfied with product and after complaint they said that we are not responsible for that. Then what is the role for samsung service center. I have all the details now and images with my feedback of service centre. I have all the images of my complaint, bill and my feedback images. Hopefully I will get any reply from your side.                       Dear sir/madam i harpal singh want tell to you that i went to samsung service center for remove sim provelem which my phone faced from one week at 11 December2015.They checked my set condition and I recevied jobsheet copy at 3.25pm. My turn token number was 11.when I went next day at service center for mobile set receving, they took my job sheet and reciever said to me that I had to took new job sheet because set sim tray had dent.and I have to one thousnad for it. But when i gave my mobile set that time my set had good condition and they had not minstion on job sheet .mostly they mintion on job sheet if set have any looking problem. Dear sir/madam next thing is service center employes behavior not good for customer.They speak very rughfly.I request to you that please solve my problem.

                                Sir, my phone had a heating issue and less battery back up. I was given the phone in august 2015 and they said it will take 4 days to process. So i gave the phone on 28-12-15. and next day: that was on 29-12-25 they called and said like phone was ready and now its getting 5 hr backup (earlier i was getting 15 hr battery back up easily) and the problem caused due to the third party applications (then why should i use smartphone?) . And i said check again . after that i called them on 3-1-15 then they were saying they used with internet on and there is some issue and they would replace the motherboard and battery. and it will take 1 week. at that day afternoon they called me : sir, the phone is ready come and take. today 5-12-15 i got my phone. and i was checking and again only updated and heating problem and battery issue were also there without installing any applications. They didn't change motherboard and battery and my warranty period is also over by 2-1-15. On the way back home bought a new battery . Now i'm getting 10+ hrs battery back up but heating issue is still there. I bought Samsung phone other than any phones due to service is everywhere.now Spending money on Samsung phone was a stupid idea. And please see the attachments: one is retail invoice and other two are from service center (Bright care Samsung Authorised Service Centre, Fashion Tower, First Floor, Caltex Junction, Kannur)

                                      My Refrigerator has been broken down since over 2 weeks and inspite of numerous complaints and service requests no one has come to fix it. Apparently the parts are not in the city and are still "In Transit". I don't understand, what is the point of having a product which cannot get repaired within a reasonable time period. All the products in the fridge are spoilt and I have suffered losses daily. The service is horrible and this is a very serious issue since SAMSUNG is a reputed company and this was not expected out of such a big brand. Highly disappointed and STILL waiting for a RESPONSE

                                        4/1/2016 monday i bought memory card @ book my offer .the memory card price is 99 and shipping charge is 148 but now memory card is not working, and also i contact to custamer care but they are not responding to me. i want new workable memory card...
