Sir,
my phone had a heating issue and less battery back up. I was given the phone in august 2015 and they said it will take 4 days to process. So i gave the phone on 28-12-15. and next day: that was on 29-12-25 they called and said like phone was ready and now its getting 5 hr backup (earlier i was getting 15 hr battery back up easily) and the problem caused due to the third party applications (then why should i use smartphone?) . And i said check again . after that i called them on 3-1-15 then they were saying they used with internet on and there is some issue and they would replace the motherboard and battery. and it will take 1 week. at that day afternoon they called me : sir, the phone is ready come and take. today 5-12-15 i got my phone. and i was checking and again only updated and heating problem and battery issue were also there without installing any applications. They didn't change motherboard and battery and my warranty period is also over by 2-1-15.
On the way back home bought a new battery . Now i'm getting 10+ hrs battery back up but heating issue is still there. I bought Samsung phone other than any phones due to service is everywhere.now Spending money on Samsung phone was a stupid idea.
And please see the attachments: one is retail invoice and other two are from service center (Bright care Samsung Authorised Service Centre, Fashion Tower, First Floor, Caltex Junction, Kannur)
