I have purchased a brand new Samsung J7 gold color form MK mobiles Secunderabad on[protected], on 18th i found phone was not charging, so i took to the dealer and he said go to service center, I was attended by Manoj a service person in KaKathi communications, located in Paradise Secunderabad, the service center without registering a complain did software update, again on[protected] i took this phone to Samsung authorized service center in Abids Hyderabad, they also did software update, next again I went to service center to Kakathi communication problems was same, they return my phone after few days, then again the problem came and i took the phone to kakathi service center on[protected], they kept for 4 days and return my phone, told mother Bord was replaced and its fine, but the problems never ended, so i called the call center they told me to submit the phone, this time will be final, i took the phone on[protected] the phone is with service center, i found more dents on the body of the phone, the service center have changed the mother broad and some other parts, but also they have damaged the body of the phone, I have requested a new phone or refund for me phone, to Samsung, wrote several times to the chat support, call 100 times to customer care, but till today no reply no solution is been found for me. My phone till dates is in kakathi communications .Secunderabad.
