This is in reference of Samsung Refrigerator purchased on 20.11.2011 from Indian Enterprises, Civil Lines, Bijnor(U.P)-246701. Model No. is RT26GCSR in the name of Mrs. Sunita Chawla.On 17.08.2015 refrigerator stopped working due to some technical issue and when the complaint was registered engineer came and filled the gas and charged Rs.1200/- but gave no receipt. When we asked for receipt he informed that he will get it delivered. On 05.09.2015 it again stopped working and again the complaint was registered and refrigerator was taken by the officials for repair and no acknowledgement was given nor any proof. They delivered the same on 22.09.2015 after continuous remainders and follow ups. On 28.10.2015 it gain stopped working and the after regular remainders they came on 12.12.2015 to check and informed that it has to be taken to service centre again for repair. After almost 20 days it was sent back and when it was sent we were informed that we should not use it for another 48 hours and the doors were locked and keys were not delivered to us. After 48 hours when we asked for keys they couldn't trace the person who is having the keys and it took another 48 hours for them to deliver the keys after remainders and two personal visits at the centre. After we switched on the refrigerator it is sounding as somebody is snoring in the room at high pace. We gain asked them to see the same and there is no response till date. I am amazed with the behavior of officials as they don't know how to deal with customer and the service quality is too poor as explained above. Kindly look into the same on priority else i will be forced to move to the court for the compensation and relief against the malfunctioning of the product and the mental stress caused to my family.     Hello Samsung, I have purchased Samsung power bank worth rs 3000 on 24 dec 2015. Power bank Model no is - EB-PG850BLE and it is 8400 mh battery. But I was facing problem from starting. It didn't charge while I have charged it more than 2 days with my Samsung s6 edge original charger. It is also charged my mobile battery only 1 time. After 7 days I went to samsung service centre in Ambala city at Prem Nagar. They said that we have to check it. so you have to leave your product for 2 days. I agree with them and I called them after 2 days. They said that your device is working properly. I said ok then please give me the report. They refuse to give any report and said that your claim no is [protected]. You can call to customer care. I call to customer care as well and they said we will give you job detail photocopy. But Service centre even refuse to give that. There is miss Anjali who handled me. They talk with me like I am criminal and she said that we cant guarantee for anything. You didn't purchase this product from us. If it is so, then why ther is samsung service centers. They also that" Jo bhi karna hai aapne karlo. Hume koi fark nai padta." Even after some discussion she refuse to give me power bank back. She said that now you will get it from owner or from consumer court. I said ok then I go to consumer court please give me all papers so I will click all images. There is one manager. He said that I know you just click the images. You will do nothing. It was ok that product is not working fine. but the behaviors of service centre staff is not tolerable special miss Anjali. So finally I decided to register my complain in consumer court. If I am not satisfied with product and after complaint they said that we are not responsible for that. Then what is the role for samsung service center. I have all the details now and images with my feedback of service centre. I have all the images of my complaint, bill and my feedback images. Hopefully I will get any reply from your side.         Dear sir/madam i harpal singh want tell to you that i went to samsung service center for remove sim provelem which my phone faced from one week at 11 December2015.They checked my set condition and I recevied jobsheet copy at 3.25pm. My turn token number was 11.when I went next day at service center for mobile set receving, they took my job sheet and reciever said to me that I had to took new job sheet because set sim tray had dent.and I have to one thousnad for it. But when i gave my mobile set that time my set had good condition and they had not minstion on job sheet .mostly they mintion on job sheet if set have any looking problem. Dear sir/madam next thing is service center employes behavior not good for customer.They speak very rughfly.I request to you that please solve my problem.

                  Sir, my phone had a heating issue and less battery back up. I was given the phone in august 2015 and they said it will take 4 days to process. So i gave the phone on 28-12-15. and next day: that was on 29-12-25 they called and said like phone was ready and now its getting 5 hr backup (earlier i was getting 15 hr battery back up easily) and the problem caused due to the third party applications (then why should i use smartphone?) . And i said check again . after that i called them on 3-1-15 then they were saying they used with internet on and there is some issue and they would replace the motherboard and battery. and it will take 1 week. at that day afternoon they called me : sir, the phone is ready come and take. today 5-12-15 i got my phone. and i was checking and again only updated and heating problem and battery issue were also there without installing any applications. They didn't change motherboard and battery and my warranty period is also over by 2-1-15. On the way back home bought a new battery . Now i'm getting 10+ hrs battery back up but heating issue is still there. I bought Samsung phone other than any phones due to service is everywhere.now Spending money on Samsung phone was a stupid idea. And please see the attachments: one is retail invoice and other two are from service center (Bright care Samsung Authorised Service Centre, Fashion Tower, First Floor, Caltex Junction, Kannur)

                        My Refrigerator has been broken down since over 2 weeks and inspite of numerous complaints and service requests no one has come to fix it. Apparently the parts are not in the city and are still "In Transit". I don't understand, what is the point of having a product which cannot get repaired within a reasonable time period. All the products in the fridge are spoilt and I have suffered losses daily. The service is horrible and this is a very serious issue since SAMSUNG is a reputed company and this was not expected out of such a big brand. Highly disappointed and STILL waiting for a RESPONSE

                            Tab not working hi, This is sujatha (MCA, MBA, (ph.D)) working as Assistant professor kanchipuram.I got new samsung tab 3 SM-T116NU in Singapore and then after landing India we had open to view it is not working past five months back in Kanchipuram service center they told they wont take for service. And then i took this mobile and went to chennai valluvar kottam TVS Samsung service center they told after two days will inform u. If the handset gets ready or not ready also you have to pay the charge. My question why should we give charge if the company brand is original means they should have a proper service center.i will not pay any amount you have to make my handset to be in working condition. Dont cheat the people i[censored] cant provide the proper service for the equipment.take this is my complaint and kindly solve this issue.simply we gave an amount and why should we waste our money.solve this else refund my amount. regards, suji([protected])

I purchased your above mentioned product in the year 2012 with my hard earned money and got it mounted on the wall by your expert.now yesterday it switched off suddenly while programme is going on and when I checked I saw a spider cracking on the lower bottom.when I asked a engineer he said it can be a external damage but the same was not.now I acknowledge your company through this mail to replace my set which is purchased by my hard earned money or I will go to any extent to aware the public of your company cheating practice with your customers by putting your set in the market of sector 17 chandigarh after 5 days and go till supreme Court of india for the mental and financial loss due to your company faulty product...I am 20 year standing lawyer at high court and I know how to get justice ...                                       Hi, samsung galaxy note 4 is a expensive model from Samsung. I'm facing some issue on my Note 4.i can't give proper service from Samsung's authorised service center they take my set for a month but again same problem appear after 4 days use.i call samsung India helpline, email, live chat but nothing happens.so I complain against samsung service.
