Sir,
I am very glad to know that SAMSUNG is celebrating 20TH Anniversary and progressing with leaps and bounds. I blindly faith on SAMSUNG’s product. Being an old costumer of your products. I recently on the occasion of Diwali have purchased SAM-LED-UA40H4240 and SAM-MW28H5025VS through M/S EP Electronics Paradise Pvt. Ltd. Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on 16/11 and 08/11/2015 respectively.
02 However I want to bring an incident in your kind notice that while purchasing the above equipments the firm has told me that there is extended warranty for three years on the occasion of Diwali, whereas only one year warranty have been updated in your system for my above equipments. In this regard I want to know how and why the firm is cheating with customers .If there is 3 years warranty has been offered on the special occasion of Diwali then why it has not been updated in your system. Please clarify the factual position.
03 Secondly I am facing a complaint with you regarding Microwave i.e. there is a option to prepare Roti/nan in auto mode. During the initial Demo your representative Mr. Abikesh not ready to prepare Roti stating that I am not cocking expert and cannot prepare Roti and preparation Roti not comes in demo. This type of response/behavior by a representative of a reputed firm like SAMSUNG not acceptable.
04 However on my pressure by repeated requests and discussion with seniors of SAMSUNG he tries many times to prepare Roti but fails to prepare Roti in auto mode. I gave very poor remarks on feedback and it was incomplete/pending demo but after this no any response received from SAMSUNG. I again lodge a complaint bearing no. [protected] dated 03/12/2015 but it was not attended in prescribed time limits. I again lodged complaint bearing No. [protected] dated 05/12/2015 it was third time. The complaint was attended by Mr. Udai Singh, firstly he also behaved as like Mr. Abikesh but he also try many times to prepare Roti in auto mode but fails in all attempts. On giving poor remarks by me on feedback your two representatives reported on 06/12/2015 they behaved very well and try to prepare Rote in auto mode as well as on failure they also try to prepare Roti in manually by giving/fixing extra and high voltage temperature but can not prepare Roti. Then they have explained me that Roti cannot be prepared in auto mode as they have already express their technical opinion to SAMSUNG Technical/Opinion Wing to solve this problem or remove this option from this product. And they assure me to take-up my case with SAMSUNG to solve this issue.
05 But even after lapse of more than 20 days I have not received any response from your side and again contact to costumer care to know the status of my issue, there was no update and my complaint on above issue again lodged NO. [protected] dated 26/12/2015 it was fourth time but all in vain it was also not attended so far and when I contact to know the status of above complaint on 28/12/2015 I was attended by Mr. Sudheer on both time he told me that my complaint is pending and he has gave a reminder and reminder NO. will be sent to your mobile but due to the above climax of issue he was doubtful for me and after three or four hours I again contact with costumer care to know about my status then your representative Mr. Gaurav told me that there is no contact call or reminder on dated 28/12/2015 where as I have recorded call for conversation made with Mr. Sudheer but I don’t know why he has not enter it in my case history.
06 Mr. Gaurav has finally told me that in the reference of my complaint NO. [protected] dtd 05/12/2015 case has been referred to your explanation team but I don’t know what is the fact as neither any communication from your costumer care nor any response from explanation team received so far its shows your very poor and bed performance and purely cheating with the costumers.
07 I requested to solve my issue and tries to know the status regularly I was attended on 30/12/2015 at 12:15 by Mr. Harikesh he explained that rote can not be prepared in auto mode I informed about this to customer care immediately at about 12:26 attended by Mr. Gagan and he again send a update to Eng. Wing for further action I also contacted on 31/12/2015 at 1400 Hrs attended my Minakshi Madam and also call back arranged to talk with seniors but my all efforts became meaningless. But Today i.e. 04/01/2016 When I know to try my compliant status I was shocked to heard that my complaint No. [protected] dtd 05/12/2015 which was pending since one month has been closed by giving a false remarks that I have not attended any call which shows very bad . My complaint again booked bearing No.[protected] datedd 04/01/2016 and inform me that Eng. is visiting Today. Mr. U.k Dixit reported to attend the issue but he expressed that neither he know the preparation of recepie nor he will try to prepare and show the demo of microwave. It show very bad performance of your representative.
07 At the end I want to say that to avoid any legally notice pay proper attention to solve this issue and if there is no possible to prepare proper Roti/nan in auto mode option in your above product then this option may be deleted and product which you have already launched in the market may also be withdrawn from the markets immediately and proper compensation relief may be given to the costumers.
