I have talk to customer care number but they replied me that they are not responsible/liable ta any extended warranty they further told me that Samsung has closed its laptop showroom and they are not doing anything with the product. We had a small problem with the display of the Samsung TV, otherwise it is working well. When I called the service people, they gave an abnormal quote of about Rs 30000 to rectify the small problem (The costof the TV itself is 50000 only). We bought a microwave oven ( model MC28H5015VB) about one year back. I recently checked the power used by the oven. The specification available on the site says 1400W for producing 900W microwave. However, in my measurements I have observed that it take 1650W when dial is set at 900W microwave. This looks like to me that they are violating their specification.
