My E 7 hand set set is under warranty, its display not working, I have given it to Karve Road Service center ( Pune ) on 17th Dec . Till date part is not available . What service you are offering to customer ???
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have to go for out station trip from 25th Dec...expect the delivery of my mobile before 25th Dec. If part is not available in SPD why it can not be arranged from manufacturing unit .

    I purchased this mobile (galaxy A5)3 months back and have come across a lot f problms...Within months itslf i got my speakers changed due problm in speakers...nxt problm has araised now while in use the display goes prefectly half of screen and problem continues for sometime...microphone doesn't work while calling it does not happen on every calls but 2-4times a day... i'm realy fed up with this set😣..is there any way to get the set replaced..

        Dear Samsung, It’s very disappointing to receive such a kind of pathetic services from a brand like Samsung. I along with my family are using many Samsung products like phone, TV, Refrigerator, Oven, AC, washing machine etc. But from today onwards I will not use any of your products & tell my friends & family to boycott Samsung products because I am not here to only pay my hard earned money and get harassed by some bunch of ill mannered people. Now I would like to draw your attention towards a recently purchased washing machine by my mother in law(Mrs Satyawati Rawat).She visited Kay Dee Electronics(a unit of Kay Dee Audiovisions Pvt Ltd) to purchase a washing machine. She selected model no WA75H4010HP and paid Rs 25500(receipt attached) and asked the store manager to deliver a fresh piece. Now a few things to note down before going further. Kay Dee Electronics Address – GC-5/6, ADITYA GOLD CREST, ADITYA MEGACITY, INDIRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH TIN NO – [protected] Phone No & mail ID –[protected], [protected]@yahoo.com Store Manager – Mr Rahul Sharma Sales Executive – Mr Ashutosh Mudgal, Employee ID –[protected] After the machine gets delivered, my mother in law checked that it was not properly packed with required safety measures like thermocol from all sides. Anyways she accepted the machine. After overlooking the machine she found that there is only one kind of water inlet instead of 2(for hot & cold water). She required 2 water inlets for different kinds of washing & expected this because she bought one of the costliest machine in this segment. She also found that the machine was manufactured in September 2014(Image attached) Anyways we accept our mistake as we have not done enough research before buying the machine. But for your surprise dear Samsung, when she visited back to that store in next 15-20 minutes for not telling her about this feature, the store manager replied “Ma’am you didn’t asked us about this feature, so we also didn’t bothered to tell you” The pain story doesn’t end here. Accidently she saw that the display machine for the model no WA75H4010HP which she saw at the store was missing. She asked the store manager “where is that display model”…………………..Now to everybody’s surprise, there was a strange reply from the store manager, he said “Ma’am, that was a defected piece, we sold it to some other person” Now you notice dear Samsung, He is accepting that it was a display & defected piece and he sold it to some other guy. And I can’t digest that within 15 minutes he sold 2 machines of the same model. There can be only 2 things, either he fooled us or fooled some other guy. After getting fooled by the Samsung Store Manager, my mother in law sadly came back home. Now when she did a deep inspection of the machine, she found some more troubling things like. 1 – The drum of the machine is too much tilted. 2 – There is thick line of prominent dirt in the drum, which we can still easily see on the words written on drum”NEW TUBE”. This thing clearly states that it was a display machine. Now she again visited the store and got the reply from the store manager that he sent the new piece and he will neither replace it nor he will refund our money. So I along with her visited the store this Sunday 20/12/2015 and met the store manager. He tried to overcome us by saying that “you guys don’t know anything about washing machines”. I requested him to either replace the machine or return back our money, to which he refused. I asked him to give me this thing in writing being a store manager, to which he arrogantly refused & said “do whatever you can do, I am not going to replace or return back money” We also asked him to show the CCTV footage of that particular time when he sold that display (defected) machine to some guy, to this he said that we don’t have any CCTV camera in our store, this thing is again cannot be digested that a Samsung store is not having a CCTV camera. In the meanwhile we had regular chats with the customer care executives wherein they arranged 2-3 technician visits (Complaint No – [protected]). Now interestingly find below the comments of different technicians. 1st technician told my mother in law that there is a problem with the drum and he can’t do anything to get it right. He also admitted that it’s a display machine after seeing the dirt inside it. Strangely the 2nd technician said that there is no problem with the drum, but he coincidently also admitted that it’s a display machine by seeing it and suggested “not to buy the display machines.” And during my conversation with a customer care executive yesterday, she said that the display machines are not meant to be sold as generally they are defected ones. My mother in law also told customer care executives to contact me for further communications. To which they tried to reach me only once and at that time I was busy speaking to Samsung customer care executives only. And I didn't received any call after that. Finally the customer care team informed my mother in law that they won’t be able to do anything good to her. So the situation is that my mother in law who is approx 60 years old is getting mentally harassed by the store managers, some technicians & your customer care team. In this troubled situation, I request to you dear Samsung to take some appropriate actions. 1 –Firstly I want to get my machine replaced with a new piece. 2- And if you can’t replace the machine, kindly return our hard money back and take away your machine. 3 – I want you to take some strict actions towards stores like KAY DEE ELECTRONICS and also towards that arrogant and manner less store manager Mr Rahul Sharma. I will expect & appreciate a prompt & customer friendly action from a brand like Samsung. I would also request Samsung to connect with me for all future communications.           I have a problem in my refrigerator i have reported to the Samsung service center mahabubnager they came & took my refrigerator on[protected] and told me that they will repair against the amount of Rs. 2500 and they need 4 days to repair after 4 day when i approach with them they told that some parts has to come from hydreabad they need 3 more days i accept the request then i went to them after 3 days they told me they did not got the right spare part to rectify the problem and this they told me that they are not in position to give the time of delivery. the refrigerator which is essential requirement of a home & the samsung is the reported company playing with customers. i suffers lot without refrigerator. what i have to do please inform me.

            I have purchased one tab make Samsung from Dubai viz abive mentioned model. For your information it has stopped functioning for about one month back & I have contacted your customer care centre they have given me noumbers of your service centres but all them refused to take the responsibility. since it was purchased from Dubai. Now let me know from where in Kolkata, West Bengal, India I would be in a position sortn it out. In majority of the service centres mentioned by your customer care centre could not identify the problem. In this connection I would like to mentioned that I'm a valued customer of Samsung & usually i used to use latest model of your samart phones & other items also.

              Respected sir/mam, This is TRIDIPA BISWAS, I bought Samsung NOTE -4 (SM-N910GZKEINU) in 22 nd may.But it is a defective product.For this mobile I am suffering lots.I am not able for using this mobile 1 month also.I gave this mobile in Chennai Samsung service center.That time it is fully switched off.After they changed my mobile parts.Within 2 week my mobile again switched off.In this time it is submitted in Dehradun service center.After many time I am requesting to Samsung customer care, service center but they are not helping me.Finally they said they are not replacing my mobile in this time it have no problem.Please any one help me I am suffering lots for this mobile.                 I bought brand new samsung galaxy J7 from samsung outlet name (SSK Retails Pvt. Ltd.) at malad link road in inorbit mall dated 25/11/2015. The sales man explain me all phone features & company policy. He told me that company will replace the new phone in 7 days from purchase date if phone having any kind of issue. I purchase the phone and start using the same, i started notice that phone is getting TOO MUCH heated while talking and using the whats apps at the ear phone side and back side of phone, even the phone started getting hanged and SHOWING error caller not registered on network, this all started on 4th day of purchase of new phone, I called the outlet from where i purchase the phone, the guy told me you have to show the handset at service center they will check & release the DOA letter from which we will replace the new phone. I went there and told about my above mention issue they told show me the proof you are facing in the handset than i will release the DOA letter. I told ok on 6th day, i went to service center (metro telecare in vasai west) shown all the proof through videos that i am facing. The service engg agreed seeing all & told i am taking back the phone and process for DOA letter which will take some time so you come at evening and collect the same. I told ok, when i came at evening for letter he told we cannot give you DOA letter the phone is on under checking & examine process we will do all kind of repair & software upgrade to this phone & keep 2 to 3 days in examine& test thereafter we will give you the phone back but we will not replace it. I was shock by changing their words from replace of handset to repair. I told i want to talk to your senior level person so give me his number or email id, the service engg told they cannot give any such number to any one. if you want you can go our website and log the complaint online to higher dept. I told ok, i log the complain to CEO dept through email i narrate the all above complain i got a call from abhinav phatak from this desk about the issue and he told same thing the phone will repair but not get replace i was shocked that how can than your sale person from where i had purchase give such fault commitments. I told him i want to talk to higher dept about the same, than he escalated the issue to escalted team, i got the call from that team person name Vishal he told me that he had study my issue and cannot replace the phone, i asked why he told that he had spoken to service engg guy and they are saying thet went to all test & upgradation of the phone and tested phone for 4 days they are not find any issue. I told him ok if you say so i will go to service centre and take the phone back, but if the same issue occur than i will not put the phone on repair you have to either replace the phone or give my refund back. He told we are quite confident that issue will not occur. I told ok i went on 9/12/15 took the phone back which i submitted to them on 29/11/15 (Bill No: [protected] & complaint No: [protected]) After 2 days that means on 11/12/15 again the phone got hanged i went to service centre (metro telecare in vasai west) shown the phone with proof of hanging they checked and told yes again the phone having same issue done some setting in front of me and told now it will not happen he expain me the setting what he had done, i told him give me in writing that again the issue occur and you solve it agiain he told ok and went, i was there & waiting in that movement again the phone got hanged i called the engg again and told, he checked and told me keep this phone for repair again we will check this phone from senior technical person and call you back. I told him you keep the phone, but now i will not going to take back i want my money back. I told him i have taken new phone for use not for repair. He told me you have to talk to higher dept through email or call so you talk to them we cannot refund the amount. I told ok let me talk to them, I esclated the issue to esclated team once again (vishal) from which i got email narrate the whole story again & told him that as you were confident that issue will not occur but it is stared again (new bill number : [protected] & compaint number [protected]) had lodged on 12/12/15. They told me that i will get a call back from escalted team, till date i have not received the call back i called the customer cntre number 4 times they always told me you will get a call back within 4 hrs from higher team but no one called me. I have to call your team remind my issue again & again. I am requesting you guys to please give my money back.                 Such a big brand with such a useless team who cannot solve the simple issue & not give call. It is really a shame on such a big brand and their team who do not bother about their customer. I think we need to stop using samsung any more

                        My samsung LCD TV have a motherboard problem from 10 December 2015 .This LCD i had purchased in 2011 only and its surprisingly in four year getting problem in motherboard. i have been informed to samsung service center on the same day.but not getting proper reply or spare parts till today from samsung. Cant imagine that samsung provides this type of service after sale. samsung not able to provide motherboard? Really i am fed up with this type of service from samsung.

                          Purchased a product worth 24k and within 7 months I am facing a problem (getting switched off & on when charging). Went to service center but they declined to repair the same. Marked an e-mail to CEO but no response. Contacted higer management but no assistance. What I did: I posted the issue on every social media page & helped my friends to avoid purchasing samsung handsets. *********Shame on you SAMSUNG*************

                            I have bought LED TV (39Eh5003) two years back. Suddenly there is no picture and only audio. technician confirmed that it is LED panel issue and SMPS issue. It might cost around apprx 35K...This is really irritating. It is really a substandard product. There is no proper investigation done by Samsung. At very high level they asking to replace the LED panel and SMPS. How can the LED panel and SMPS be faulty within two years ? Also there is proper analysis has been provided on the reason and technician confirmed samsung do not provide the anaysis at component level. who is going to pay the cost for spares Really very very bad experince with the process as well s product.                                     I had purchased note 5 on 10th December 2015 and found that its hanging again and again, needs to restart and touch is not working properly. Even with the 4gb ram I was not able to watch even a video. I filed a complaint in customer care on 12th December 2015. Service centre assigned is in okhla, delhi. When I called the service centre they agreed that sometimes touch is not working but gave a feedback to customer care that phone is properly working. I want replace the handset as it was just 1 day old phone. I am contacting customer care but no solution is given by them till date.

                                      Hello Team, I had bought a Samsung Note 4 a couple of months back and from the day one it started giving me issues (phone network going offline abruptly), initially i thought that it was some issue with the telecom provider, however after getting the same checked in all aspects from Airtel, I understood that its the phone that is faulty. Later i tried contacting the Samsung CC team online via the chat, and there i was asked to reset the device in multiple ways which took a few days for testing and validating that the issue was not fixed. Post a month or a little more, on recontacting the Samsung CC team they arranged a technical team to have a look into this one. However the team here in Hyderabad is so poor in service, after waiting for a few days, i had to contact the CC team over the phone and take their contact number. and only after multiple calls to them, the pickup guy turned-up, by the time the phone Note 4 went completely dead (not powering on). They took the set and replaced the Motherboard. Later while returning t he phone they said that they have taken care of everything and have tested it and only after that they are returning the piece. I started using the phone and after a few days saw those issues started happening again and again very frequently; and along with that there were few more issue that started happening (Spen issue, not working properly). Now on contacting the Samsung CC, they again repeated the same process of delaying the case and after keeping the phone with them at the service center for a couple of days, returned saying that they didnt find any issues. However the problem was still there, and therefore i had to escalate this issue with the senior team in Samsung CC. Now after a couple weeks of argument they decided to forward the case to the Delhi Office, post that a guy called as "Ankit Shankhdhar" contacted me and asked for to get the device checked again and only after he insisted a couple of times I agreed to give the phone to the same service center team here at Hyderabad. Before giving the handset i very clearly told him that i would not accept this same hand set as I am pretty sure that there is some issue with this model/piece. My Ankit assured me that if that is the case, he will help me get this sorted to the best of my satisfaction. He added that he wanted to check if there was actually a problem as i mentioned. Now after submitting the Phone to them on the 7/12/2015, the replacement phone given to me was not working and later on calling them after 15 minutes, the pickup guy turned up and gave me a handset that was again not working. On wasting my time with all this i took bank my Note $ and returned him (it was 11pm then). The next day the pickup guy called me at around 3pm and said that i am at your place to take the phone and he has arranged for a different piece. On asking him if he intimated me prior to coming to my place, he instead of replying me to my query started arguing and kept saying that it wouldn't take too much of time, and therefore come and give him the phone (Note :- at 3 pm i was in Office). Later he took his boss on conference call and started having a big argument and started talking very rudely (Note :- this is not the first time of the unethical and unprofessional talk from the Samsung Service Center (Mr. Pradeep/Praveen)). On hearing to all this, i told him that ask Mr. Ankit to call me as he was taking care of the entire issue. (Note :- All this incident had caused a lot of loss of my precious time and it was very well informed to all the people involved in here from Samsung team that its my primary phone for my official work). Not paying attention to all the trouble already caused to me till now, i was forced to submit the phone to the same team 2 days later. All this episode has wasted another 10 days here. I was assured that post checking the handset, Mr. Ankit would contact me and give me a proper solution which would be best to my satisfaction. After a few days (Precisely 5 days later); i am being contacted and told that they have found all the problems that i told them and Mr. Ankit asked for the Bill of the phone for to help arrange for a new replacement handset considering the fact that i have faced this much issue and went through all this trouble. On submitting the documents there was no response for a couple of days inspite of several reminder mails send to him. Today 18/12/2015 7pm; Someone with the name Mr. Ankur called me and said that the phone is repaired and would be returned to me with some few days of extended warranty on the same piece, showing that there was noting else that was promised and was being worked on by Mr. Ankit. On asking me about Mr. Ankit (Ankit Shankhdhar, Senior Executive); he said that he is not available and started making excuses, and arguing on the complete case; nullifying all my points and all the concerns that i reported earlier. After a argument for some 30 minutes that he would not do anything more than what he proposed. (Note :- all this happened after a very different kind of discussion I had with Mr. Ankit; and all the promised points were just ignored and Mr. Ankur was behaving in a way as if nothing ever happened). Above all this he was not ready to listen to any of my points and not ready to answer to anything I was saying. All this is quite a big unprofessional behavior and also presented in very cheating/tricky and a rude manner. Therefore I would request the senior members of this Samsung team to look into this case at the earliest and help me get this sorted with either returning my money or helping me with a different new phone set. I would like to do a highest executive escalation and bring to the notice of the senior management as to how is the complete team here, interacting with customers is bluffing around, making false promises, incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I do have all the calls records I had with all the senior executives. Please don’t force me to take this thing via the consumer forum (court of law). (Note :- There was so many more instances that happened in on here that I couldn’t quote as it would have taken forever with the set of complaints) Hoping for the quick and prompt response from the Samsung India Team.                                         I have talk to customer care number but they replied me that they are not responsible/liable ta any extended warranty they further told me that Samsung has closed its laptop showroom and they are not doing anything with the product. I have extended the warranty for pick up service and I have never expect such worse response from a reputed company.
