      Hello This is to bring your kind notice how PATHETIC Samsung Service Centre is. I am looking for a response and action at earliest. I am a regular Samsung customer. I have used several other Samsung Phones including J7 and A8. My A8 (Purchased date: 20-Sep-2015, Cost around 30K INR) Menu & Back Buttons stopped working. This is the only issue the phone was having. I am very busy person and cannot afford running behind service. I have to be connected with my emails, where I need phone. Finally I managed to deliver the phone on 23-Nov-15 to the following Service Centre:- Bill No. [protected] Service Centre: [protected] – TECHNO CARE Address: No. 109A, 1st Floor, SVS Complex. Chennai-600045 I always prefer to use Samsung phone and now after this pathetic experience I feel it is the end o[censored]sing Samsung whole consumer product. This is an ALMOST FLAGSHIP LEVEL PHONE and here is the support I have received. Date: 23-Nov-15 Visited Samsung Service Centre. Shown him all the issues. He checked the phone and finally given me a receipt. After 1 hours I got a call from Service Centre, stating they does not have the tools to open the device. Seriously, Samsung Service Centre does have tools to open Samsung Phones. After 10 days Tools arranged, but more time needed to repair it. They conveyed no charges applicable as this falls under warranty. Do they really care what promised they made? Again After 3 days Heat gun is not working. Is this a JOKE? Again After 3 days Phone opened. Keys ordered. Again After 5 days Keys replaced but phone still not fixed. They have to change the Circuit. They promised there won’t be any charges as this falls under warranty. Do they really skill enough to identify issues? This clearly shows no they are not. 21-Dec-15 Phone given to me and I discovered touch screen not fixed properly. It proved they are not qualified to repair phone. 22-Dec-15 Nothing done. Same condition. Met with the manager Surrender who earlier promised me over phone to deliver the phone this day. He further given a new date. Manager is also same. All full of false promises 24-Dec-15 1 month gone. The phone has not been repaired till now. Surrender conveyed the back needs to be replaced. They will do it without charges. They also changed SIM slot. Phone was having issue only in Menu & Back key. Surprise Surprise. Surprisingly today I noticed that they bend the phone little bit during the repairing process. THERE IS NO WAY I WILL ACCEPT THIS PHONE NOW, EVEN IF IT IS REPAIRED. My phone became victim of Service Centre. They have done all kind of R&D with my Rs. 30000/- phone. Regards Subash

      After escalation to Samsung Executive Office and CEO office, no solution has been provided. This is a shame. I will never buy any Samsung Product going forward.

        I didn't get service on time and their service staff blackmail me. so plse take some action against them.I submit my complaint on may 2015 and its december over still i didn't get service.i pay additional charge for service also..

          SIR, I have purchased one top-loading washing machine-6.2kgfully automatic with active wash from Bhilwara Rajasthan from the authorized shopkeeper, m/s prem radio Bhilwara.on sep 2014, with warranty for two years & with Rat-protection. on 9th dec 2015. we lodged the complaint with the helpdesk to resolve the issue, they issued us the complaint no- [protected]. under warranty. the visit of the service engineer was scheduled on 14th dec and machine was given to the authorized Samsung service center on 17 dec15 at Bhilwara. the machine has been repaired and we are told that as the rat has made an entry from the bottom side walls. so we need to pay the service charges. being manufacturing defect, even after long discussion, we were made to pay the service charges, but to my surprise they didn't give the bill to my person collecting the machine, saying that we will check the service tax liability and bill as per our own records... Hence no receipt was given.(to my person who collected the washing machine from the service Centre). 1) May i know why such service centers should not be penalized for evading the service tax -?. 2 ) How can they charge the servicing charges under warranty-?. 3) why should not such culprits be taken to custody for evading tax liability-?.

              I bought the lcd tv 40" tv 4years back . After 2 years we had to one card which costed me rs 6500/ plus service charges. Now to our utter shock we were told by the samsung engr. That we have to change tv main screen which may cost 19000/. As the double/triple images are occuring. The tv is barely used as we are only two o[censored]s and both are in privete service, samsung boasts itself as world leader in quality. Their perfomance is worse than substadard chinese goods. Its really unimaginable for us such kind of worst performance from samsung. I dont know whether they have free replacement policy in such cases .

                In Samson j7 even when you enable the 'hide content ' feature, the whatsapp messages, fb messenger messages and everything else' message content is still visible on screen. This is very uncomfortable as it does pose a threat to the your privacy. The only way out is to stop notifications completely. Please improvise upon this. Thanx

                  I have purchased a samsung TV in 2010 and face a power issue in Sept 2015. After doing multiple follow up with customer care, executive team and service center, unable to get solution of issue. Service center has already charged me Rs.1300 as repair charges, kept TV for almost three months and still unable to resolve the issue. Now out of surprise, they are mentioning that the TV cannot be repaired as part is not available with sumsung. Then what they have changed earlier me with Rs. 1300?? And asking me that we can give you merely 15% of TV cost as refund after deducting depreciation.They are not even ready to refund back for accessories that service center changed and with which TV was not able to function. The service center people had made many stretches on TV due which TV has lost outlook. I have incurred hugh loss of last three months including dish TV rent, transportation of TV multiple times, service charges, multiple follow up calls and my house is without TV from last three months.                       I have purchased a brand new Samsung J7 gold color form MK mobiles Secunderabad on[protected], on 18th i found phone was not charging, so i took to the dealer and he said go to service center, I was attended by Manoj a service person in KaKathi communications, located in Paradise Secunderabad, the service center without registering a complain did software update, again on[protected] i took this phone to Samsung authorized service center in Abids Hyderabad, they also did software update, next again I went to service center to Kakathi communication problems was same, they return my phone after few days, then again the problem came and i took the phone to kakathi service center on[protected], they kept for 4 days and return my phone, told mother Bord was replaced and its fine, but the problems never ended, so i called the call center they told me to submit the phone, this time will be final, i took the phone on[protected] the phone is with service center, i found more dents on the body of the phone, the service center have changed the mother broad and some other parts, but also they have damaged the body of the phone, I have requested a new phone or refund for me phone, to Samsung, wrote several times to the chat support, call 100 times to customer care, but till today no reply no solution is been found for me. My phone till dates is in kakathi communications .Secunderabad.

                      I have purchased J& in Feb 16. Phone is good but sound is very low and after it was automatically updated, system became slow. Visited CC and was told that sound is low in all J7 mobiles.

                          Samsung LED 40 F6 purchased from Reliance Digital, Plot No. 812, Capital Mall, Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan- 301019 in June 2014 costing me Rs 67971. This is lying unused as i am unable to switch it on since last almost 6 months. I had also purchas ResQ warranty from reliance. I have repeatedly complained to reliance and Samsung but to no avail. No body is responding. Mr Anil Kumar of Reliance and Mr Ajit of Samsung have started ignoring my phone now. Pls intervene and resolve my problem because after spending Rs 67971.00 i am totally dissatisfied.

                            Dear Sir, This is regarding the purchase of Extended Warranty for the Samsung LED TV. I have paid the amount, and till date the Extended Warranty Certificate is not issued to me, despite several follow-ups. I have raised the complaint to Samsung CEO desk as well. Though recent couple of days I am getting call on daily basis, but every day they confirm for delivering the Certificate, but not provided. 14-Dec-2015: Call Reference # [protected] 20-Dec-2015: Call Reference # [protected], calls were made to the engineer visited for extended warranty also. Even there was some scheme on their Celebration of 20 Years in India, through which they are offering 20% discount on the Extended Warranty. The benefit is not passed on the purchase of the extended warranty. I have following concerns: 1. There is no transparency for the amount charged for the Extended Warranty. 2. The delay in providing the Extended Warranty Certificate 3. The 1st year warranty is ending on 2-Jan-2016, and as, I am not in receipt of the extended warranty document & still the 1st year warranty is on, then why not I am eligible for the 20% discount, Regards,

                            But still the following things are pending from Samsung:

                              I Have purchased a samsung tv for Rs.27900, 32 inches, LCD on 16th Sep 2012, For the last few days I notice that the screen displays double. And when i call the customer care and the mechanic I am informed to change the display which is nearly Rs.11000 and service charge of 600+tax. This is not acceptable from a company like samsung, In 2-3 years the product has given us so many issues. Why should I even by a product from your company. You only know to make money but no one comes forward to help the customers. I willl not recommend this product to anyone here after. If samsung really values their customers then I want to see good customer service I want the issue fixed and do not want any charges.. this has to done by samsung. if not I will be taking this matter to consumer forum and CEO of your company. Let them ALSO KNOW THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL IN THE MARKET.

                                  I bought a Samsung refrigerator on 18/10/2014. Just after a year on Dec 14 the refrigerator stopped working. I raised a service request through their customer care on 15/12/2015. After following them up for 2 days finally the technician made the visit on 17/12/2015. He checked the product and informed us that a circuit board had burned up and it needs to be replaced. The next day he replaced that part and he found that the compressor is also not working. He assured he will be back the next day and since then its been 4 days, with no communication from SAMSUNG. I have tried contacting them via mails, calls and there is no proper response from their team. After spending half a lakh on this product I had to go through all this frustration almost with in a year of purchase.

                                    My E 7 hand set set is under warranty, its display not working, I have given it to Karve Road Service center ( Pune ) on 17th Dec . Till date part is not available . What service you are offering to customer ???

                                    I have to go for out station trip from 25th Dec...expect the delivery of my mobile before 25th Dec. If part is not available in SPD why it can not be arranged from manufacturing unit .

                                      I purchased this mobile (galaxy A5)3 months back and have come across a lot f problms...Within months itslf i got my speakers changed due problm in speakers...nxt problm has araised now while in use the display goes prefectly half of screen and problem continues for sometime...microphone doesn't work while calling it does not happen on every calls but 2-4times a day... i'm realy fed up with this set😣..is there any way to get the set replaced..
