From Last month we suffer from mobile purchase from the show room mobility. If help me get the insurance under the scheme of samsung smart utsav scheme.

When we purchase the mobile at that Mobility feed all detail in mobile i.e. they ask for sim, i given the sim ([protected]) and also said other sim([protected]) to be register but they started to doing process.
At last non of both the sim is register. That all process is done by Mobility Person Siraj & Samsung Person Sumeet from Mobility showroom.
After Diwali they saying the scheme wanted to activate 3-5 days.
Last Week Samsung customer Said instead of birth date there is Purchase date.
This much detail I have.

I hope you can solve this problem earliest as possible.

As Per below I(shashikant Panchal) purchase the Samsung mobile device J series -J1 at dated[protected].
From last Month we suffering from the outlet, not getting the proper solution.
That Mobility person Mr. Jerry & Samsung person MR. Sumeet Both saying it is only concern to MOBILITY Showroom.
Mr.Jerry Saying to settlement that fifty-fifty to pay means 1200/-customer & 1200/- Mobility Showroom we are help to you.
But the insurance he not saying anything.
Samsung Customer care it is in have to repair by Samsung & Mobility.
Samsung customer care person talk with us saying that show room person feeded the birth date instead of purchase date.
So Sir, I looking you for solution will come out and help to get repair my device.
Please treat this mail as urgent basis.

This is regarding Samsung J1Ace which we sold to the customer ( Ratnprabha M Nibalkar) on 25th Oct Vide Invoice no SPSANT/01044/2015-16 along with the Samsung Smart Utsav Scheme in which the customer got the Device Care.
On the same day we registered the one assist app in the customers mobile as per the ppt & the apps was registered. After few days the customer came to store with physical damage condition of the phone which he had purchased with us. The customer said when he tried contacting the customer care as well as Samsung service center they replied him that the phone is not yet registered in the system & asked the customer to visit the store from where he has purchased it.
In this situation please provide solution for the customer is waiting for the same.
