Dear sir i hv samsung galaxy A5. im totally suffer from this. when the date of buying to till date it works not properly. im going to service centre many times. but there is no permanent solution this. after some days of repair. its show the same problem.. samsung phone is not good..it hv problems, problems nd problems.& ur service is not gud.im unhappy from yours service.plz solve my problem.

      I am terribly disappointed with the way Samsung is handling to customer Product : Mobile Model No : SM - A800F S/No : RZ8G90BYW4F Purchase date : 04/10/2015 Dear sir, I had purchased the Samsung A8 Mobile for 04/10/2015, that mobile cost Rs.32500 My Mobile is not working for almost 12 days and I logged the complaint for Samsung portal on 07/12/215 after that Samsung customer care executive spoken with me and he instruct to go for visit the service centre, As per customer care executive instruction i visit nearby Samsung Authorized service centre on 09/12/2015 (Hitech solution – Anna nagar), at that time Samsung engineer asking for complaint number but I am said I don't have any complaint number but I am sending the mail to VOC Team, suddenly Samsung engineer face reacted and asking rudely and he blindly said this mobile is display broken and he given the estimate cost for Rs.10299 (30% purchase of billing price) He not Hear my query and problem, How can this mobile display is Broken this is not slipped down And no more single damage in outside and Tempered glass also, After visiting service centre till date Samsung customer care executive team not spoken with customer, and I think Samsung don’t have any happy call team. And same time I am using for Mi Mobile for 2 numbers, But That mobile is many time slipped down in floors but no single damage and only Tempered glass broken, I think Samsung as given C Class mobile in market, Sorry this is not a mobile this is high value toy, I am only a mad for purchased this toy for Rs32500 Since I don’t want to this mobile (Toy) I need my cash Refund, Kindly intervene and solve my query Thanks& Regards D.Sasikumar [protected] .

          We had a small problem with the display of the Samsung TV, otherwise it is working well. When I called the service people, they gave an abnormal quote of about Rs 30000 to rectify the small problem (The costof the TV itself is 50000 only). The man who came to our place collected an amount without doing anything. I was shocked when they quoted such big price for rectifying a small issue. I sent an email to the CEO of Samsung. It was shocking to note even the mail sent to CEO of Samsung didn't have any impact. I have understood that Samsung TV service in India is very very poor and their service charges are abnormally high. It is obvious that Samsung don't have proper, genuine people in their service department. This is to caution Indian buyers who might buy Samsung TV in future.

            I have spoken to a member of your service centre Mr. Firoz khan for my samsung note 2, 7100. I spoke to him about the screen and battery change but whenever I call him...he is not telling me the amount of the screen and battery as if I am not paying him the amount of the services being done...and asking me to call again and again later...and later...and when i called him later he always says i am busy right now call later...such response for your authorised service centre is damaging the image of the company...so I wish and hope that you take a strict action against this guy...mr. Firoz khan and get my work done...please

              The TV display panel failed with in 18 months from purchase and SAMSUNG company so stubborn that i should spend Rs15000/ to replace the panel while the cost of TV itself is only Rs30000/- Since 3 weeks i am running from pillar to post and nobody from SAMSUNG including their CEO to rescue me

                I bought samsung LED 40'' TV model no 4250, on 19.10.2015 from Reliance digital at RCITY ghatkopar-w, within 1wk sudden off display gone blank for the 1st time on 25-10.15, for that problem we contact samsung service centre & engineer came to my house & he told me power supply plug problem happen he done with his job & he promised us if this problem will happen again he will request company to replace our TV, after that again on 27.11.15 same problem happen, company & engineer not agree to replace TV, they are telling us tv not replace only part will be replace.as per reliance digital & samsungs engineer there motherboard was damage i told them why same to same problem happen in new tv, this problem happen again in just 1 month old tv, i told them to replace because this is happening again & again, this should not happen in 1month old tv. still i told him to give me in righting that if we will replace part then in future this problem will never occur & if this happen then with out any long procedure they will replace my TV. But they are not agree for that also.i am suffering from last 20days also, reliance also a big brand they are also not suppoeting us. should we trust barand ? from last 20days we not having tv at my home. it is now being big problem for me, plz help me out My Contact no [protected], [protected], Email id gala.[protected]@gmail.com

                    We bought a microwave oven ( model MC28H5015VB) about one year back. I recently checked the power used by the oven. The specification available on the site says 1400W for producing 900W microwave. However, in my measurements I have observed that it take 1650W when dial is set at 900W microwave. This looks like to me that they are violating their specification. Please let me know what is the recourse in this case.

                        I purchased a Samsung mobile phone from pai showroom .that mobile has some problem in screen so I went to samsung service center in matthikere yeshwantpur within warranty period. In service centre one person told me that you have to spend 7000 rupees for repair your mobile. Then I was shocked .after thinking, I went to pai showroom and told them everything .in showroom they suggested me to go to the Samsung service center at malleshwaram branch.then I went there and in malleshwaram service centre they repair my phone free of cost .you should take some action of matthikere branch manager

My charger is not working properly because wire has been crack. the material of wire is very bad because it has crack from the head and also tail and customer care told me its physical damage they will not replace it.                             Hi My name is Praveesh and I have purchased a handset from Sangeetha Mobiles, Madiwala Bangalore on 06 June 2015. Model:- Samsung E700H Black IMEI:- [protected] There was an issue happened in the handset that the power on key was not working and gave to Samsung Authorised center at BTM Layout Bangalore on 3rd Dec 2015. They had checked and said the parts are not available and will be available only after 3 working days. I was not having time to wait for 3 days, so asked them to return the mobile. The handset was in good working condition as before. Then I gave the handset to Mobile lab Samsung Service Center at Statue Junction, Trivandrum on 7th of Dec 2015. I strictly informed them that there is valuable documents are in my handset so should not delete the data and they promised me by mentioning in acknowledgement as do not delete data They dismantled the handset and informed me the next day that the mobile causes liquid damage and also said an amount of around 10, 000 Rupees for servicing. So I refused and asked to return the handset I got to know that they had spoiled the complete mobile which was in working condition and now its dead and also stating that the data cannot be recovered as well. There are lots of Databases which are most valuable for my job related, I at least need the data back. When I said the same to the service center manager, he was behaving rude and was telling if needed to move legally. Have raised a ticket with Samsung Customer Care, even there the response is always negative. Ticket number ( [protected] ) I am not sure why its not in working condition after dismantling the mobile from Trivandrum Service center but from Bangalore they was able to replace as the same. Kindly find a resolution for this issue as soon as possible. I purchased mobile with the trust on the brand, hope you can find a solution. Waiting for your response..                               Respected sir/mam, I am suffering lots for Samsung NOTE-4 mobile.I bought this mobile in 22 nd may within one month my mobile is totally switched off.Than I submitted my mobile in Chennai, Tambram Samsung service center.They changed my mobile's parts after 2 weeks mobile was again switched off.Than I submitted my mobile in Dehradun Samsung service center.I am not able for using this mobile 1 month also.I am requesting lots of time (through 6 month) to Samsung for mobile replacement.But they are not helping me.                               This is TRIDIPA BISWAS, Many time I am requesting to Samsung customer care, service center but they are not helping me.They are harassing me lots.Finally they said they are not replacing my mobile in this time it have no problem.Please any one help me I am suffering lots for this mobile.I have all complain proof.

                              Please any one help me.Samsung is doing very bad with me.More than 5 month I am suffering.

                                  Repeated failure of repairing Samsung mobile Z130 model IMEI - 357394/06/950145/6* purchased levied Tax Invoice FEBG/[protected]@/602176 dated 31.07.2015 from your Ballygunj Phari showroom Sovona Mitra 6:17 PM (19 hours ago) to scare.samsung Dear Sirs, , The above mobile has the problem of not working on Wi-Fi mode and we have been running pillar to post with the retail outlet, as well as, your service centre without redressal of the complaint. We approached the retail outlet around 15th November 2015 but facing the problem called your toll free number to locate your service centre at Garcha Road & Hazra Road crossing, in the second week of December.The set claimed to have been reloaded with relevant software was given back to us. But the set did not work.It showed perpetual loading going on, frequently showing network error and prompting try again.This went on for 2 days. On the 3rd day, my wife and I both went To the service centre again.We requested the executive in- charge to please call us after the all was set right and even the loading was completed.We pleaded please do not make us run around, as both o[censored]s were senior citizens and effort was strenuous for us. There was no communication from the service center, I called the service centre on the 12th instant and was informed that the set was corrected and my wife went to collect the same today. On her return, we find that same problem of perpetual loading persisted. Hence, this e-mail to you. In all probability, this is a defective set and requires to be replaced. As retired persons having invested our hard earned money, We feel extremely disillusioned. Please do arrange replacement and inform.                                     On 11th august i have submited my device in samsung service center (nutek) and till date i have not received my device. I have given it to change the touch screen as it was not working and i was informed that i'll receive my device within a week or 10 days. But even after 4 months i have not received my device. The manager literally makes me run for my own device . I have even called the samsung customer care but they have not taken any actions yet. I have even emailed the ceo's desk. He told that ill get a call from the asm regarding the device update and that never happened and i have to call him and that too asm told that he'll inform me. But as always it never happened.                                       I have purchased a above tv in Hubli on 9-9-2012 and the TVs display Chanel is dead a common complaint with Samsung tv. I sent it to Samsung service centre and the told me that repair would cost 27 thousand rupees a ridiculous cost of repair. It amounts to half the price of TVs. I sent letters and emails still I am to get any resolution of my complaints.

                                        Display for my Samsung S4(Model No - GT19500) stopped working properly after 5 months of service. When I check Samsung Service centre Dwarka, they asked me for Rs 8600 for changing display without doing any diagnosis.They did not bother to check anything regarding product or any details. They denied me my warranty which is for One Year.
