I have purchased Samsung galaxy A5 on 14th July 2015 From Sangeetha Store Bangalore. I paid Rs 20905 for this and my phone is still in Warranty.
On 28th November 2015, i observed that my phone is dead after coming from my class. I waited till Monday as i was not appear that Samsung service centre works on weekend also.
On 1st Dec, I went to Samsung Authorised Service centre, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore(560027). I showed my phone to one of the customer care. He took that phone and after 5 min he told me that the phone screen has a crack. I than told them that it's not possible as it never fall from my hand or by someone as It was working till saturday morning and that crack or external damage is not done by me . Than i asked, ok fine if this is done by me, show me the scratch mark or any sort of marks which usually happen or occur externally when something brake or fall, Nothing was there .
They were simply keep on saying one sentence that i[censored] want to fix it, you have to pay even if your phone is in Warranty.
I asked them to call there supervisior or some senior guys then they ask me to call Samsung Customer care. I did this too, they said "within 4 working hour our supervisior will get in touch with u " but no call received by next day also .
I called customer care several time and they said the same thing everytime... Our senior will get in touch with u .." but till 7th Dec, no one called me to hear my problem.. no one taken any initiative .
So on 7th Dec. after lossing all the hope, i went to another Samsung Service Center i.e. Samsung Service Center in BTM and tried speaking to some Senior supervisior about this, but Customer care guys didnt allowed me to speak with them plus they started giving lectures.
Later i thought, there's no use of arguing with them, i will only have to suffer from this, so i asked them to inspect the Phone and let me know the issue. They said it's just screen issue which will cost : 6800 + 400(service tax). Then i asked, so after that i dont have to pay anythng right... they said no. Then i asked them to inspect and repair it.
Later, in evening they called me and said ur phone services will cost upto RS 16700, I shocked and went to store to know more in detail.
They told that charger Pin is damaged from inside which will somethng around RS 1400, Issue with mother board which will cost around RS 7400.
That phone was first time opened by them only, then how come anyone can damage Internal charge pin and Mother Issue . This was done by Engineer who opened this phone. This Phone is in Warranty but they don't want to fix this in Warranty at any cost esp. internal issue.
I again requested them that i want to speak with Supervisior here but no response. I called customer care, shared all this but his response was also diplomatic.

I took my phone back as not a single guys in Samsung Service care, BTM was responding properly. They have not resolved my problem.
These all issue i was facing just because my phone is in Warranty but they want this to be done as Non-warranty.

Please Help me out .
Please look into this matter.

    Hi, I Mr Azaz Shaikh user of your mobile Samsung J7 have been facing some issue with your services. The problem is such that i had purchase this mobile on 19th September'15.So my mobile is still in the warranty period. I started facing issue with its charging from past 5 days.The mobile after connecting with the charger fail to get charged. So i took the mobile to your service center on 05th December'15 which is located at Dadar East. After checking the mobile to my surprise they said that there was water in my mobiles mother board. My mobile has never been near water ever. I do take care of my belonging very well so i am very much surprised with the result. Than they said it will cost me Rs 8000 for the repair of it, i said fine i will look in to it as i doubted their sincerity in it. After asking my mobile back i was charged Rs 250 of checking my mobile in the name of service, what i fail to understand is that if my mobile is in warranty how come i am ask to pay the "service amount". I have used all the brands from smallest to largest and till date no one has asked for the service charge in the warranty period. But i was very rudely informed by your employee that they do not know of other companies but Samsung does charge for service in the warranty period.Which if is the rule than i should have been informed before hand when i asked to check it. But seeing that i was wasting the time of your employee by asking my doubts i paid the amount and took my mobile which was handed to me in a very ungracefully manner. Now after all this i really doubt the Samsung in the name of service and their quality. All my friends who have used Samsung had asked me not to invest in your product, i didn't listen to them thinking how bad will be a brand like Samsung be but after tasting the medicine you have changed one of your loyal customer in to one who will suggest others not to go for it. I will have my experience shared with all my friends through all the mediums. Imagine being charged for the "Service" in warranty giving a result which is surprising.(if there was water in my mother board than my mobile should have not work at all, it was that it was failing in getting charged, but was working well before it) And being open to all informative and polite employee whose time we waste by asking doubt. So you may consider my mail or not that's up to you, but for sure i will consider this bitter experience and the cheating your company does for my future.

      In follow-up with customer care from the last 3 months, paid for the visiting charges and whatever the part replacement charges they asked for. Now again we are facing the cooling issue, again called and logged the complaint on 6/12/15, the engineer who visited told that thermostat has to be changed which would cost us INR 600.00. and told us that somebody will visit us on 7/12/15 to do the same till the time he suggested to keep the refrigerator off. on 7/12/15 we again received the call that the part which has to be changed is costing Rs.1200/- which was really surprising for us and we asked for the clarification. Now today we received the message that our complaint is cancelled as we are not OK with the repairing charges. We are still waiting for the visit with our refrigerator OFF for more than 48 hours now. But all in vain. VERY POOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OUTSOURCED AGENCY - HCL SERVICES. Regards Pooja Malla [protected]

        Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung Z3 mobile at your Tirunelveli Show Room M/s . KSK and Co wide invoice no: SC6341 dt 16/11/2015. The mobile was not working with in two days of receipt and have raised complaint for the same. They had serviced and returned to us. Again i have faced the same problem while using the whatsup my mobile is hanging. I have registered complaint for replacement and received acknowledgement for the complaint dt 28/11/2015 and bill no: [protected]. Till now I have not received any positive feedback from your show room or service point. I need replacement for my mobile immediately.           Dear sir I purchased a SAMSUNG Refrigerator from SHIMOGA BIGBAZAAR, but due to careless transportation it got major dents, and got damaged.Immediately i informed this to your executive Mr.Nithin.but i am very sorry to point out that despite of somany reminders & somany phone calls, he has not taken any action. really i hurt a lot with his behaviour. So request you to please look into the matter and take the needful steps to replace the defective product. Hoping your favorable reply.             I bought a Samsung curved two months back and had an version update issue, I booked an appointment with service center. He visited for more than 3 times and the person who working in service doesn't know how to upgrading the version, I am not sure what kind of services they are providing. I am very disappointed with their service and their product.

                I got my Samsung Note 2 Screen changed on 6th April 2015 by paying Rs. 8719/- as it was physical damaged. After 4 months, on 8th August 2015 the display stopped working automatically and when I gave to service center they told there is no physical or water damage but it is not working. Samsung Service Center people instructed me to get it replaced by paying Rs. 8949. I told them that I got new display around 4 months back only and it stopped working all of a sudden, it looks like display product quality issue and if there is quality issue with your product then why I should be charged for that. They said since 3 months is over hence they cannot cover is under warranty, since they were not ready to accept, I got it changed by paying requested amount. Again after 2 months, on 6th September 2015 display stopped working and they have replaced it for free but they have not given me any receipt as last time. Even the service center person told that Samsung has recently changed their display manufacturer and there are lot of display complaints. I felt cheated, as there was issue with Samsung hardware quality and I was charged for the same. Samsung mobile should returned my Rs. 8949 which I paid for 2nd time just after 4 months of getting the display replaced. Here is the service center details: Samsung Care Point, 199, 1st floor, 27th Cross, 7th Main, 3rd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011. I have all the scanned copy of the proof, please help me with the same.

                    Just bought J7 samsung .. I noticed that it is frequently disconnecting when im using wifi or data connection.. I know that its phone pronlem because i also have my old Note2 device.. and i never experienced this kind of problem before.. Im using the same wifi connection for both phone.. Its irritating .. How to fix

Unfortunately compressor not working in Jun 2015. complaint booking thro your company. Service enginers attended replace compressor and gas filling and charged service for gas filling Rs.2460 on 19/06/2015 by Padma agencies receipt no.907.                                   Samsung products have degraded drastically and none of the products works fine after a year span. Most of the products start giving problem once warranty period over and for some products just within few months of purchase. I have faced similar problem when one of my Samsung LED TV (UA32D4003) purchased on 08.05.2012 started giving problem just after 2 month after purchase. A call was logged with support engineer and service engineer replaced the motherboard after sometime. Once that was fixed the same problem reiterated after 3 months. When engineer visited our home they mentioned that the LED panel is damaged and to add up to our distress the replacement panel was not available. We were left with no other solution rather than to purchase a new television. Being a person who admires Samsung products, once again we purchased 2 sets of Samsung LED 3D televisions on 08.11.2012. The model number and serial number of the TVs are ( Model No – UA32EH6030RL*L, Serial No: MQKW3PBCA0307D, MQKW3PBCA03030T ) This time the TV was working for an year and half when trouble started once again. We noticed white horizontal lines on television screen. Initially the number of lines was few and gradually increasing to huge number. When we logged a complain with Samsung customer care, an engineer visited our door and informed us that the panel is corrupted and needs to be replaced which would cost almost 17, 000 excluding service charges. After waiting for almost 15 days we were informed that the LED panel is not available in market and we will be paid money for the television set after deducting 33% on purchase amount. I purchased the television for Rs 37, 000/- and I was paid Rs 24, 790. This incurred me a total loss of around Rs 12, 500/- in just 2 years. To add up to our distress the other 3D LED TV which was purchased on the same date also started giving the same problem. Same horizontal white lines are appearing on screen. After lodging complain ([protected]) with customer care executive, engineer have visited our door and after investigation engineer updated the same problem. Currently the panel is not available in market. I have asked Samsung to refund me an amount of Rs 30, 000/- becuase that's the minimum amount I have to spend to purchase a new television. But after speaking with Saptasree Katiyar ( Samsung Customer Experience Manager ) they are willing to pay an amount of Rs 22, 000/- I have to pay more than Rs60, 000/- if I have to purchase a new LED 3D TV. I am not at all happy with Samsung products and hence I would like to put a case against Samsung so that consumer's grievances are addressed. In this entire process I have lost enough time following up with Samsung executives and also feel harassed when it takes so long to make a decission.
                                  Same issues i am also facing. The screen has got damaged internally but samsung is classifying it as physical damage and straight away rejecting the warranty and this way they have entered new line of business which is mostly into the servicing of their own product which gets damaged within warranty period and not providing any warranty. Very cheap products from samsung nowadays.

                                    Dear sir i parches a new galaxy e7 mobile. My complaint is ur customer care center is not good his not soleved the complaint his create the problem. My device is under warranty but i pay the money for display damage .sopls can u tell me why.display problem is manufactured folt not physically damage .and device nightvision camera is not work properly. So i think is ur device e7 is not good.the product is very cheap. So pls my money back .than i go to legal action on ur company.

                                      I purchased a new mobile phone {Samsung Galaxy A8 32 GB} on 12th Sep'15 from your authorized center The Mobile Store, GIP, Noida, .
                                      Two days after buying the product people trying to call me complained that they were unable to reach me. I was shocked & immediately rushed to the dealer from where I bought the phone. A guy who easily fooled me saying that your there is no any problem in handset. After few days, I released that there are many problems in mobile handset. I have been facing problems like frequent call drops, device freezes and crashes frequently, the recipient or caller cant hear the voice coming from my phone, screen flickering & blank display. Since my sim was cut using Micro sim cutter I had also replaced my sim with a nano sim but all these problem continued.

                                      I called to dealer and informed these problems but they said, sir you have to go samsung service center for repair. I went authorized service center and they upgraded the software and said that you will not get any problem but The problem still persisted! I can not go all time to service center for my new mobile.
                                      I have spent Rs 32000/- for this mobile and I am facing these problems from beginning when I purchased. This is really frustrating. I do not have option but to lodge a complain in consumer forum.

                                      The [Consumer Rights Act / Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you breach in the contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced/refunded since this purchase of Samsung A8 was my first purchase and I have burnt my hands literally. I would request you since the phone is under warranty I want you to replace the instrument/refund. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or you will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. Looking forward to hear from you. as I have already spent enough time to call & visit your support center.
                                      I request you to please replace my device as soon as possible. I am unable to receive any call on my mobile because of faulty samsung mobile.

                                        Hi, I purchased a Samsung S6 as a gift for my wife on Nov 10, 2015 and after few days the phone screen went blank, the service center staff informed me that the phone was kept in the pocket and might have got pressed, due to this the display was damaged.
