I have bought Samsung Washing Machine on December'13, Its have some issue and now it is not working, we have booked complaint in Samsung Service Center, Complaint Number is "[protected]". From Service center they have informed us they don't have Proper Parts from Last 20 days.

The back camera scratched and is within warranty. When I approached customercare & service centre, they refused to do under warranty under physical damage. I do not understand how they graded it as physical damage and charging 1700/- for this. I hope it is a malpractice &defame the company's name.
