Hello, I would really appereciate if you take this matter with Samsung mobile India. I have sent repeated emails to Samsung Mobile regarding service quality issue. I got a reply from samsung service executive: It seems that they are not accepting their fault of poor quality of service. And i am been penalized for the fault which is not mine. These are the email threads between me and Samsung.--- Your question Ref: complaint no: [protected] I would request you to look into your decision again. I am been penalized for the fault which is not mine. Serivce center has screwed-up my phone a number of times as you can see form the logs. It was a shear lack of professionalism from the service center. Whose fault is to not paste the glass properly? Is it my falut??? I am again putting my words strongly, that because of the glass not been pasted properly by service center, the LCD is damaged. It should not matter if i had taken the phone home or not. There is no presence of any physical damage on the phone.. please take this case as a exception and listen to a true fan of Samsung products I will have to pay the expenses of 9400 for the fault which is not mine. You had talked that you offer the best quality products and services. Eventough the products are good, your service quality(Mayuresh cell care, Pune) lacks big time. If this is the apathy shown to the customers, who is going to believe in Samsung. I would request you to please reaplce my lcd screen free of cost as this is caused due to faulty repair. He as quoted Rs 9024 for replacement of the damaged screen. I am not going to pay the money because the screen damage is caused by the negligence of Samsung service center Mayuresh Cell care. Due to complete negligence to service quality, Muryresh cell care has damaged my phone which had no screen or lcd issue. to give a consise history of the issue: 1. there was only speaker problem for which i submitted my phone to mayuresh cell care, pune. the service center introduced, network issue, softkey back button issue, softkey back button scratched issue, UI issue, glass replacement and glass not pasted properly issue. Due to the glass not been properly pasted, glass is coming out and has damaged the lcd screen of the mobile. These issue are all due to service been not done properly and complete disregard to the quality of repair. I would really appereciate if you can please look into the matter. I am copying the previous emails that i had sent, it has all the details of the issue and complaints regarding service quality Hi, Ref : claim no: [protected], [protected], I received a call from your side on 7th Nov 15 and we had a conference call with the service care person Mr. Mayur. You had assured of a escaltion of this matter to your senior people. I received a call from your side again on Sunday which i was not able to pickup. Can you please rearrange a call from your senior person regarding this matter. We had a meeting for more than 20 minutes between Samsung Side, Service person Mr Mayur and me. To Reiterate the issue: 1. There was ONLY Speaker issue and no other issue. I submitted to Service and the soft key(back button) was not looking nice. Service person goofed up in pasting the bottom black strip---- whose fault is this??--- This is a service Quality issue. 2. Mr Mayur on his personal assurance told me to resubmit the phone in couple of days to which i said ok. 3 When i resubmitted the phone after may be a week, the softkey was scratched by the service person and the key opening looked huge. Service person deliberately scratched it to hide his inefficiencies. As the look was damaged by the service person, i completely refused to accept the delivery. --- Whose fault is this?... this is again a service quality issue from service center side. 4. I kept the device with them and when this issue is resolved they introduced a Network issue ? Whose fault is this? This is a service quality issue. 5.Again i went to service center, they said we will check . 6. Again i went to service center, They said they dont see any network issue.But I am facing the issue while calling.I had cacthed the screenshots as well. Whose fault is this??? Is this fault created by me?? 7. after that, everything was fine, but suddenly on saturday night i started seeing that the glass was coming out slowly. The galss was not fixed properly. it was not sealed properly. since Sunday being a holiday, i went to Service center again on Monday to show that the screen has blacked out. --- it is because of the service person not pasting the glass properly, this has happened. There is no physical damage anywhere on the screen or on the phone. --- Again this a aservice Quality issue. 8. Service center is responsible for damage to the lcd screen of my phone, because they did not did their job properly. I did my due deligence of reporting the issue as quickly as i can. I would request you to please look into this matter . I have faced service qaulity issues from this service center so many times. I want a complete replacement of the phone. This is the last email that i wrote on Friday... This is third time I am writing this to You. From 2 Month I am facing lot of problems ..Unfortunately, it has fallen far short of my expectations. 1. there was a speaker issue, which was resolved. However a network issue was introduced by the service people. 2. when the network issue was resolved, the service person screwed- up the front of the mobile. the soft key Back button was scrubbed up by the service person and thte mobile was given to me. For this i strongly objected and later the service center took the responsibility of the faulty workmanship and replaced the entire front glass. 3. everything was fine, but suddenly on saturday night i started seeing that the glass was coming out slowly. The galss was not fixed properly. it was not sealed properly. since Sunday being a holiday, i went to Service center again on Monday to show that the screen has blacked out. To my utter disappointment, the service person from the Samsung told me that, this cannot be covered under warrenty. I pointed that There is no scratch on the glass, neither the glass is broken. I am still able to use the phone, able to receive the call by sliding the accept call button. But the screen is completely blacked out.     To, The Consumer Forum, Respected Sir, I had purchased a Samsung handset S6 edge in Rs.58000/- on 15th June, 2015. Its almost 5 month and my handset got defected 2nd time. This is the 2nd time I had given my handset to the service center in 5 months because of the defective handset the company have provided me. Then also I requested service center to repair my handset as soon as possible. They have repaired it but they have vanished my phone from the back portion as they are telling that on the time of heating the handset the color got displaced. When I told them that its not my problem as I want my handset as it was. I have spend almost Rs.58000/- on the handset and got a defective handset which is in service center of Samsung 2nd time in 5 months only. I have complain two times on the toll free number of Samsung but they didn't responded me and they said me that sir we are forwarding your complain to the area manager and you will get a call in 24 hours. Its almost 7 days I haven't got any call from the area manager. I mailed a complain to the CEO desk also. They responded me in 24 hours but they are telling they sir you have to pay for this as It is a physical damage. I asked them that I have not done this damage then why I will pay after lots of harassment by your service center and the company. Sir, I have lots of emotion from my handset, I told them also but they are emotionally and mentally harassing me from almost 7 days. Now I can trust Consumer Forum only as you all will do justice with me. Please solve my problem as company head office is not supporting me at all. Yours faithfully AKASH RANJAN

        I have bought a samsung side by side refrigerator model number :REFRS21HUTPN1, my complaint number [protected], my invoice 263025.it was bought on 2012 may, its stated showing complaint on september 2012, from that day onwards i started asking the company for replacement but they did nt mind my request. after few months its showed another complaint of consuming more electricity than the company assured us and service centre people came and confirmed it and they said that i have to bear it nothing they can do.i kept on requesting them for replacement, still no positive reply from them.and now latest complaint is the oil leakage and gas leaked out completly .i am a housewife who s all alone at home and these samsung people are making a fool out of me cheating .i have paid a huge amount of electricity bill because of this refrigerator.i need them to replace this complaint fridge with a new one and also compensation for the electricity bill and other financial matters.

          Ref call no [protected] Model no RS 21HSTPNHXTL sr no V00143ADA0035l Address at Aldeia de Goa. Bambolim Goa My refrigerator was bought in December 2013 and within 2 years gave a problem with ice formation since 2nd October 2015. We contacted the helpline and shortly a technician visited and identified some fault and said a part had to be replaced. We immediately agreed and got the job done after a payment of rs. 1900/- it took them one week to arrange the spare part. We were told that only the compressor was under warranty. Within a week the problem recurred. A new technician identified a new problem of PCB now the quote is 3238/- and he is not even sure that is the fault. Again almost a week to arrange the PCB. In the meantime I am forced to buy a new refrigerator as we cannot do without ice formation and the deep freezer. Also we were advised not to use the partially working refrigerator. I am at a loss and hope my problem will be sorted out tomorrow as we have requested for afternoon time as we are available then. I own a whole lot of Samsung products Esp ACs TVs and mobiles and this episode has shaken my faith in your services. I had a similar problem recently of spares not being available for our ACs. Kindly look into the matter.

                the service engineer from samsung has done the service on 26/11/15 in tv back side water moisture and he has told that the power board problem we will replace in two days and they have replaced the power board on 28/11/15 but the in display patches showing in full screen, the service is not satisfaction from samsung and i have asked repalce for the 40 inches led tv from Satya Agencies.

                    The machine was repaired for non draining on and I was charged a fee for it..but now another complaint has come..the inlet does not stop even after power is switched of.I do not know as to how many times I have to approach them for getting the washing machine in a working condition.Samsung service centre identifies with my mobile number:[protected]

                      AC failed with in one month of purchase
                      I had purchased a Samsung split ac, model no AR18JC3TFUR on. 19/7/2015 from electronic paradise, janak puri, new delhi. First of all it was a big headache to get this AC installed and after one month the Ac found not working, the cooling disappeared. The service is so pathetic, it was another challenge to get checked& repair. The technicians checked & found the gas is leaked from inside unit, the unit was repaired but to my surprise the gas again leaked from the same point, inside unit.

                      I contacted samsung but no response. The escalation matrix is so poor that customer get frustrated in getting response. I finally contacted on CEO mail, but this company is unresponsive that for week I had regularly put my remarks on ceo mail, then finally I got response, I kept my point of not getting this defective ac repair anymore, as with in two month of purchase twice the ac gas has leaked in room& how dangerous it could be for me & my family. Me & my family slept in drawing room, as the old cooler was only respite. samsung finally conveyed me that I should get my invoice, cancelled cheque ID scanned & send to them, as either the Ac will be replaced or you will get the refund. I send them all the documents twice but after a lot of correspondence, samsung is still adamant to replace the defective Ac.
                      I appeal to the forum to get accounted these manufactures & dealers who sell defective products & give poor services, as we, consumers shell out our hard earned money to purchase these products.
                      Strict action should be taken & please get my hard earned money back, so that I purchase a durable & reliable AC of other brand but not samsung.

                        We have brought a samsung LED 32 inch TV on[protected] for 38000 Rupees.Within two months its panel board has damaged.We informed the customer care.They came and replaced the panel board.But unfortunately on October 2015 our TV showed the same complaint.We informed the customer care and the mechanic from the samsung came here.They have informed us to change the panel board at an aproximate cost of 15000 Rupees.We are heart broken to know that a so much branded company TV fails to deliver even for 1.9 years and the responce of the samsung customer to address this issue is less than satisfactory.We could not go forword due to the huge cost.Moreover our TV showed the same complaint on panel board two times within 1 year 9 months. I understood that this is a case of manufacturing defect.Hence I request you to resolve myt problem by replacing my TV with a new T V.                           Please don't go and purchase the samsung split AC. It is one of the worst split Ac. I purchase Samsung split Ac 1.5 ton and it model number is AR18HC5TFURNNA in this year 2015 but from the first day we are facing same error E1 154, and it will stop working. There are around 150 times we gave called to the customer care and around 30 to 35 times engineers visited to my home and replace different part of the AC ie motor, wiring, some compreseror part also etc and they take full day for repairing it but still the problem is not resolved and AC fan is not working due to same error. There are some complaint numbers i.e [protected] raised on 18 August 15, [protected] raised on 16 September 15, [protected] raised on 25 November 15, [protected] raised on 14 oct 15, [protected] raised on 22 oct 15, [protected] raised on 28 oct 15 etc but still the issue is not resolve. We have raised the request for the replacement o[censored]nit with the new unit then also they are not taking any action and when ever we are given call to the customer care they are misguiding us and they are not taken any action and telling us that you will get the call within 4 hr but still we are not getting call from sumsung side from one month. They are thinking that after one yr we will charge the amount after warranty. So requesting you please don't go and purchase this AC otherwise you will also face same kind for problem and it will not resolve.                               Hi...i m Bhagyashri I have purchased a Samsung Core 2 mobile on 8/1/2014. From the day of purchase It was Problem with the call log. Since my grievance was not completely solved, I approached the shop again and they asked me to take up the matter with Samsung care Service centre at pimpari.Service centre reported software issue with the set ([protected] )-19 june 2015, ([protected])-23 july 2015, ([protected])23Sept 2015, ([protected]) 14 oct 2015, ([protected]) 30 Oct 2015.I request to you sir Plz replace my mobile under warranty after send mails and calling up the customer care i got call asking for the repair but not sure if the product will wok as before hence when i asked for the replacement of the mobile customer care representative are just OK to say no and are happy to inform that to go ahead for the case on court just lost all my hope on the brand and will surely file a case against the

                                  We have given a complaint that the door of microwave is getting so hot that I am unable to open the door also, we have complaint to the Samsung call center and a technician came to see the same on 21.11.2015, he said he would check and revert . Since then we have not got any revert, we got a call from Samsung now and they are telling us that if we do not follow up the model will not get exchanged if its more than a month and we should instead talk to the dealer that is reliance . Should we follow up now ?is it our mistake we bought your product ?whom should we follow up now ? We are regretting buying your product ! Pls confirm what to do ? :(

                                    I have purchased a Samsung J2 mobile on 26/10/2015. From the day of purchase I was experiencing network issue with the phone. I approached the shop and they said that, it was the problem with the settings and changed the same. Since my grievance was not completely solved, I approached the shop again and they asked me to take up the matter with Samsung care Service centre (S.R Communications) at Payyaannur. Service centre reported software issue with the set ([protected]) and corrected the same, but as the issue persisted, so I gave it to the service centre again([protected]). Meanwhile I was contacting the call centre, but to my dismay, their response was unsatisfactory and harsh. Unfortunately, I lost my hope in getting that particular set corrected. Therefore I request you to kindly replace the said Samsung J2 SET with a new usable Samsung J2 set. I value and believe in the brand Samsung mobiles and I hope that my trust in your brand truly deserves if you could settle my grievance as per my request to replace the set.
