AC failed with in one month of purchase
I had purchased a Samsung split ac, model no AR18JC3TFUR on. 19/7/2015 from electronic paradise, janak puri, new delhi. First of all it was a big headache to get this AC installed and after one month the Ac found not working, the cooling disappeared. The service is so pathetic, it was another challenge to get checked& repair. The technicians checked & found the gas is leaked from inside unit, the unit was repaired but to my surprise the gas again leaked from the same point, inside unit.
I contacted samsung but no response. The escalation matrix is so poor that customer get frustrated in getting response. I finally contacted on CEO mail, but this company is unresponsive that for week I had regularly put my remarks on ceo mail, then finally I got response, I kept my point of not getting this defective ac repair anymore, as with in two month of purchase twice the ac gas has leaked in room& how dangerous it could be for me & my family. Me & my family slept in drawing room, as the old cooler was only respite. samsung finally conveyed me that I should get my invoice, cancelled cheque ID scanned & send to them, as either the Ac will be replaced or you will get the refund. I send them all the documents twice but after a lot of correspondence, samsung is still adamant to replace the defective Ac.
I appeal to the forum to get accounted these manufactures & dealers who sell defective products & give poor services, as we, consumers shell out our hard earned money to purchase these products.
Strict action should be taken & please get my hard earned money back, so that I purchase a durable & reliable AC of other brand but not samsung.
