I have purchased samsung 6edge on 8th june 2015 . I was sold insurance from samsung dealer only stating theft is covered.


my mobile was stolen on 21st oct in a crowded place and FIR was filed .


My claim is cancelled stating it is a case of simple theft which means in this case there was no force applied so it is not claimed.


I just want to ask who has given defination...

Sir I had purchased a samsung mobile battery from Mymoon mobiles and fancy centre RS Road palakkad near municipal bus station palakkad worth 800.on 25 th August 2015.
