We have given a complaint that the door of microwave is getting so hot that I am unable to open the door also, we have complaint to the Samsung call center and a technician came to see the same on 21.11.2015, he said he would check and revert . Since then we have not got any revert, we got a call from Samsung now and they are telling us that if we do not follow up the model will not get exchanged if its more than a month and we should instead talk to the dealer that is reliance . Should we follow up now ?is it our mistake we bought your product ?whom should we follow up now ? We are regretting buying your product ! Pls confirm what to do ? :(

    I have purchased a Samsung J2 mobile on 26/10/2015. From the day of purchase I was experiencing network issue with the phone. I approached the shop and they said that, it was the problem with the settings and changed the same. Since my grievance was not completely solved, I approached the shop again and they asked me to take up the matter with Samsung care Service centre (S.R Communications) at Payyaannur. Service centre reported software issue with the set ([protected]) and corrected the same, but as the issue persisted, so I gave it to the service centre again([protected]). Meanwhile I was contacting the call centre, but to my dismay, their response was unsatisfactory and harsh. Unfortunately, I lost my hope in getting that particular set corrected. Therefore I request you to kindly replace the said Samsung J2 SET with a new usable Samsung J2 set. I value and believe in the brand Samsung mobiles and I hope that my trust in your brand truly deserves if you could settle my grievance as per my request to replace the set.

            We have bought a samsung 40inch LED TV on[protected], for Rs 58500/- Within 3 yrs, approximately since January 2015, the screen started to fade and a patch appeared on the left hand side corner. On querying customer care, they have informed to change the complete screen panel at an approximate cost of 20000/-. We are heart broken to know that a so much branded company TV fails to deliver even for 3 yrs, and the response of Samsung customer care to address the issue is less than satisfactory. We couldn't go forward due to the huge cost. For 20000, there are lots of TVs in market which work for 3 yrs definitely. Subsequently, the motherboard has failed since JUly 2015, because of which the TV automatically switches off and on by itself for every ten minutes. This would cost another 15000/-. And I understand from SAMSUNG that the present TV model of D series has become obsolete and many customers have faced this type of problems. Hence, I request for a free service of same or refund the money to the tune of the repair cost from SAMSUNG who cannot even provide a product which can function for even 3 yrs. FOr a middle class person, having a 58500 cost product fail within 3 yrs is a heart breaker.

              I had brought a Samsung mobile 3 months back and suddenly the cell stopped working and after visiting the service center the person was not even ready to give us service just informed us that its a motherboard issue take it to any other service station as he was not able to get part of the product after send mails and calling up the customer care i got call asking for the repair but not sure if the product will wok as before hence when i asked for the replacement of the mobile customer care representative are just OK to say no and are happy to inform that to go ahead for the case on court just lost all my hope on the brand and will surely file a case against the company

                  Hello... I bought the Samsung TV costing 235000 The TV has been giving me problems since the day I bought it.. I changed the panel the first day it was a manufacturing defect, By now I have changed the panel two times and now it is the third time I m changing it. The TV has also voice recognition problem.. The TV is still under warranty during the complaints.. The full TV is defective and I would want the full replacement or money back refund. Their service is also bad as they are not giving any proper satisfying solution. I would want to get a full new replacement for the TV o my money refund..all the complaints I lodged was when the TV was still under warranty Their service is so bad they don't even call and keep up..it's been more then a month they didn't give any update nor replaced my tv

                    This is Radhey Kishan Kesarwani, 1 year ago I took Samsung refrigerator of double door, in which I have already called for repairment for more than 10 times. No one provides solution of why my refrigerator is no working and they are not providing services to get the same repaired. why this product is so futile that it requires services en number of times. whenever we call them they say today we will send the person before 8 but this never happens until 6-7 day. It seems as if they are procrastinating customers problems and grievances. and when customer complains then there is no redressal, everyday so much of things are getting spoiled because refrigerator is not working.                         In the ocean of cheap mobile options my mental catastrophe started on 01/11/15 when I proudly went to buy a Samsung smart phone. I asked the dealer to show me a latest best phone of price around Rs 15000 which has good camera and battery. He showed me Samsung Galaxy E5 and told it have powerful processor, good camera & good battery. On his advice I brought that phone which cost me Rs 15000. I was surprised when I learnt that at the same price I could have got a far better phone Galaxy J7 of the same brand. GALAXY E5 GALAXY J7 CPU Speed 1.2GHz 1.5GHz CPU Type Quad-Core Octa-Core Size (Main Display) 12.63cm 13.95 cm Front Camera -Flash NO YES Main Camera - Resolution CMOS 8.0 MP CMOS 13.0 MP Battery Fixed Removable Battery 2400 mh 3000 mh OS Kit kat Lolipop In spite of the above joyless experience, I activated the phone on 05/11/2015with a new Nano SIM. From the first day I was not able to connect to internet through Mobile data. I took help from Samsung product experts through phone support[protected], [protected] and Live Chats. I followed all the technical things they told but they could not resolve the problem. Ultimately they told either the SIM has no internet facility or the settings are not correct. I took help from my ISP; they resend the internet settings and told that internet is activated on the SIM. Then again I consulted Samsung online customer care they told to rest the phone. I did, but the problem was not resolved. Samsung live chat support asked my pin to get the nearest service center but there was no nearby service center. They gave me the service center name which is around 150 KM away from my house. I also tried Samsung online service center. It took several days to register my phone with Samsung online service center. E5 has fixed battery and the procedure to check Sl. No is given for removable battery and Sl. No given in bill is IMEI. Anyway I registered my phone and asked help for my problem (request no [protected]). They suggested upgrading phone to the latest software version through FOTA. I decided to visit a service center in Lucknow for the same. Through the online service center I was able to locate service center address. But most of the phone numbers were not in use or no one received the calls. On 20/11/2015 I visited service center in Lucknow. The service engineer after few hour of inspection of phone told that the motherboard of the phone is damaged (service request detail [protected]). You have to leave your phone for repair. Knowing my new phone having critical manufacturing defect from the first switched ON, I asked the service center to replace the mobile or refund. They replied that they could not do so because DOA is issued within 7 days of purchase. My question is that how can one know data connection problem may be due to motherboard problem? The same was also not predicted by Samsung product experts giving support through live chat or phone to me within 7 days of purchase. Kindly help to get refund ASAP.                           i have purchased a, SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO PLUS MODEL NAME :- GT-19060ZWSINS, on Apr, 2015 As i had some problem with the back key so i gave to the samsung service center situated in contrniment shopping Belgaum - 590001 karnataka on 3:10:2015 at 1:18 pm .. and todays date is 22:11:2015 and till now i did not get my mobile back from that service center . When i personally went n enquired over there the manager of that place gave a lame reason that they have give the mobile fr dharwad service center as they did not have the parts in their center. but my question is how can they give it without our permission to some other place? . but even if they have given they should return it on time right ? but nothing is possible by these people. if i call them they dont answer my call, or else they give d mobile to someother person and they will answer in such a careless manner . the manager is least bothered about my issue . my mobile is just 8 months old n its in d service center for more dn 2 and half months. i hope that you people will take an action against it . and i wont accept my mobile if it has even a singal scratch . as my mobile was brand new . if i dont get my mobile with in this week . i would file a case against SAMSUNG in a legal way . hoping for good kindly do the need full

                            Samsung LED TV UA 48J6300 was purchased by me from M/S R K Videos Jammu ( J & K) on 10 /11/2015. Dealer gave Blu Ray player HT-H4500R as free gift on purchase of LED TV. Now after 1 week Dealer is saying that the free gift has been erroneously given and insisting for replacement of the same or payment of the difference amount. Action of the Dealer is certainly a grave misconduct as the LED TV was sold on the pretext of benefits i.e free gift. This action of the dealer will definitely affect the reliability of Samsung.
                            It is therefore requested that appropriate action in this regard may please be taken and immediately intimated.

I purchased a samsung mobil on 24-oct -2015 from direct to customer 37/724 B, acel toer sa road kadavantro cochin 20 ph 4000060.on the very next week my charger got complaint and i went to the shop from where I purchased they gave me a adress, I went there with my purchase invoice and they told they need the mobil phone.on the very next day I went there with my mobil on 17-nov-2015 they told the charger is out of stock and they told they will replase within 2 days but still no body contacted me is this your customer support, ...                                 I own a 4 year old Samsung UA55D8000 Led tv, this was the top on the line LED TV only 4 years ago. Purchased on 28th August 2011 the tv lightly used did not start In September 2015. A clicking sound is heard and the unit switches on and off rapidly. I called Samsung and their outsourced service centre said the motherboard is FAULTY. They offered to change it citing an expense of around 9000 INR. This is accepted and waited for the part. The part that NEVER came. After many letters requesting assistance from Samsung and various polite reminders, i received a letter on email the contents of which i am NOT permitted by Samsung to declare here. The correspondence informed me Samsung once sold the TV does not offer any repair and STOCK NO PARTS for the 4 year old unit. The same issue in USA led to a class action case against Samsung in which they had to repair the unit for all owners of the 8 series LED. But i am only an INDIAN consumer, speaking with middle level executives who are trained to give me copy paste "sorry we cannot help you" replies.

                                My request is still for repair of the Unit. If repair or part substitution cannot be offered then i request for a replacement of the unit. Samsung has categorically asked me to junk the unit or accept a 33% value of the unit and close. Post sending this offer valid for 7 days the executive went on leave for a working week. And now there is no response.

                                      MY REQUEST /SUGGESTION WOULD BE NOT TO BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AS THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT DUE TO THEIR BAD AFTER SALES SUPPORT AND SERVICE - Please Read through and you will understand my pain and frustration

                                      Both Myself & my family members are very disappointed as well as frustrated to the core with the service and product of this Samsung Double Door Fridge. Each time they are taking more than a week to attend the service and need to follow-up them multiple times.

                                      I have paid 1626 INR when they attend the services on Aug'15 (Complaint No. [protected]) and in one month time period the problem repeated again (Complaint No.[protected]). I have ran post to pillars to clear this problem without charges but all my efforts went in vain as I paid 1, 240 INR

                                      Service Centre name is TVS Electronics LTD which is one of the very worst service centre I have come across in my life time. Samsung doesn't have their own protocol and goes by what service centre says. To be clear it is service centre who drives/take decision etc., and Samsung was never ever in control nor they are interested in doing it.

                                      Worst thing is that problem occurred again by 11th Nov'15 for the third time (Complaint No. is [protected]) and after collecting charges of approx. 2900 INR for the last 2 services within in a month now they (Service Centre) are saying its company problem and Samsung will call me.

                                      Height of frustration is that they even completely pulled of the GAS from the product making it completely non-workable which was earlier in working condition with low cooling.

                                      Actually it is the problem with the Service Centre where in they have not done the service properly and now they are putting the blame on the Samsung Company. Samsung need to wake up and address these issues by scrapping their service dealership.

                                      I have already complained the issue to the CEO Desk during my second service but they haven't taken it up seriously. I am going to raise it again this complaint and will post the measures they are going to take.

                                      Now I need to run behind Service Centre and Samsung Call Centre without fridge at home as well need to buy a new one. Waste of Money and Time...

I have a purchase mobile before 6days j2 and mestec your company my mobile has a off today 7 pm. I have a request to you sir change my mobile in under the warranty Not a repaire.
