Dear sir,
Sub:requestition for part replacement {DC32-00013A} worth about Rs310/-
Ref:complaint no:[protected]

my washing machine{ model WA75K5CEG/XIL } is not working due to defective sensor part.this part was replaced by your technician on 15 march 2015.but we have not used frequently due to water scarcity in chennai.we might have used the machine overall for 2 months only.now this machine is not working the sign 1e is shown in the display board.your technician said the same part referred above to be replaced again against cost.we are very surprised on the condition of your spare is not bearing more than 2 months working.{since we have used the machine overall 2 months only}
Sir even though our machine is a old one, we are maintaining very well and it was updated 3 years before by changeover of all parts and spent nearly Rs4000/- at that time.even now from 23/02/15 to 08/10/15 we have spent Rs1500/-
So i request you, kindly instruct your service people not to collect the cost for part number DC32-00013A.
since ours is a genuine problem, we request you to consider as a special case.

    My mobile handset No. S7262 Galaxy star Pro

    I have visited Samsung Service center in, As Rao Nagar, Hyderabad,
    to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hangup
    There was no other problem other than this in my mobile.
    On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that
    there could be estimate of around Rs. 300-400 for repair of mobile.
    On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 07.11.2011 to handover my mobile to get it repaired,
    this time they give me estimate of Rs. 1000/-.
    I visited the company office to know about my mobile,
    this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of Rs. 4000/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile
    whereas there was only one problem of hanging .
    Now that handset it is not at all switching on
    Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone.
    I think company officials don't know that the actual
    cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than
    the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
    This has caused me avoidable inconvenience,
    Service center employees not at all answering to the issues properly
    I therefore pray that the company may be ordered
    to replace the mobile set and inconvenience caused to me

      Hi I am saif khan ordered a combo of 3 SD card of samsung order no_s[protected] on 26 oct 2015 from whakky.com. jhis was duly delivered in 7-8 days to me. I paid INR 1199/. For the same through cash on delivery Now, the problem is all samsung 3 cards are not working, I doubt these are duplicate and not worth the amount which I paid for it. I tried contacting whakky team on many helplines number however there is no response and no one picking up the phone. I want you to help me getting my muney refund as early as possible and take appropriate action toward whakky.com providing duplicate. I want my money please give me immediately...

                  My complaint is regarding Samsung washing machine top load which we bought on[protected]. we registered our complaint at the company service center on 7-8-2015. There is some noise problem in the washing tub. Engineer visited then but he misguided us by saying that there is no problem in the machine that's only due to the power supply, so we took no further action. In that period machine was in warranty. As now the machine is creating much bigger problem, now it also stops in between the washing process, so we again consulted them from the last 2-3 days. I'm not getting what they are doing. Daily they assure us that they will do something which will be our favour and now they are saying that as now the machine has no warranty period left(warranty period was till[protected] so you have to pay extra charge of Rs 5500/- & your some part of the machine will be changed after which it will function properly. Now the complaint is that when the machine was in warranty then they told us that the problem is only due to power supply & now when the warranty gets over only before 1 week so they are claiming that some part will be changed & for that you have to pay the extra amount of Rs5500/-. Please go through the problem as soon as possible. We will be highly obliged to you.

Refrigerator working condition is O.K. and satisfactory. On date 31/10/2015 during Refrigerator cleaning its glass takes out from refrigerator. Without any impact during take out glass broken.                           This is in reference to the samsung a.C.Mod.Ar18hv5nbwknna ;sl.No.Oaykpdcf200449f is not working due to a spare

                          Smpswhich is damaged the second time.I gurshan valechha, residing at 66, russa road, east !St lane, kolkata 700033, bought this a.C.

                          On 25.4.14 .But just after 3 months the same smps got burnt and i had made a request to replace the a.C. Since it was a defective

                          Piece.After making earnest requests i was asked to get the a.C. Repaired by the service centre.Sir, what's the point buying a

                          New one if i had to use a repaired a.C. They promised me verbally that if the same spare gets damaged again then they

                          Will replace my a.C. And provided me with an extended warranty -c550-p-ac-1nxms27 .This entire procedure took 3 months again

                          And they repaired it (Ref no.[protected]); (Complain rg.No.-[protected]).

                          Now the same spare part (Smps) has burnt out and complaint has been registered on 27.9.15(Complain rg. No.-[protected]) .The

                          Engeenier has visited my place twice and confirmed that the same spare is damaged again.On my repeated quest that why the

                          Same spare is being damaged again and again they were speechless .From the date mentioned above i have been calling repeatedly

                          But only conversations are taking place but without any fruitful result. We had conversation with mr.Rameshwar, kushagra, mayuk,

                          Praveen, naveen, prince, and varsha. They all told us that maam, we are going to send you the top most engeneer to visit your place

                          Within 24 hrs. But no one turned untill this date 6.11.15.

                          After buying the a.C. And making repeated complains i yet dont know what to do.I could not use the a.C.In the hot kolkata weater

                          Now 5 m4 months we will have winters when do i use the a.C.Such a reputed company as yours whom i trusted and bought the a.C.

                          And being harassed like this.

                              I have a samsung galaxy S5 purchased on 8/11/2014. It is a water resistant phone as per the company said. on 31/10/2015 i accidentally dropped my phone in water from less than a height of 20 cm and immediately took out the phone. and this is not he first time when my phone is in water..many times before i have took it in water and nothing happened to it and this time too i thought that nothing will but my phone just switched off and haven't started again. on the next day i took it to the service center MAA COMMUNICATION, A-180, Ground Floor, SUKHDEV MARKET, KOTLA MUBARAKPUR, NEW DELHI-10003 and told them that my phone has been in water and submitted my phone. They told me to wait for 1 hour or go home we will call you after checking the phone. They called me after 2-3 hours and told me that your phone is water logged and it has an estimate of 13000.I went to the service center and asked them that if the phone is water resistant and then it is being crashed by water then it's Samsung's fault and u have to do it inside warranty but hey refused and asked me to call on the customer care and ask them about this. i called on the customer care and told them everything and then that person checked all the details and he found out that my phone has been repaired previously with the same center and the LCD of the phone was changed but no KIT was mentioned then he asked the service center that how have u installed the lcd without kit so the service center told him that we have put the kit manually so did not mentioned it online...so its clearly their fault. The person from the call center was continuously telling the present head NAIM REHMAN to repair the phone under warranty but they were not listening to him and when i asked them why are u not listening to the Samsung customer care...he told me that they are no one and we'll not listen to them u do whatever u want to. it has been 5 days but they only keep asking to their senior department and tell me the same thing.                                   Hi, I had purchased Samsung note 2 7100 model which was on offer of 15% cash back in May 2013. I bought on 12th May 2013 on SBI credit card from nearest Croma store. WE had asked about the offer & they informed us that money will be credited in your account after 45 days. We had taken phone on EMI for 6 months. when we didnt receive money we contacted croma they informed us to contact SBI. we contacted everyone but didn't receive 15% cashback. SBI said offer was from samsung, we contacted them as well call center email but no cashback received. always same response we will get back to you in 24 hours, no one contact backs. All the time same response sorry for inconvience caused we are in process we will arrnage call back from complaint team. Now already paid all my EMI, but no cashback till date. I have sent same request to Pehredar team. Just adding another complaint at consumer forum Thanks & regards

                                      I have bought Samsung washing machine wf550b0bkwq on 2013 October, 17 last week suddenly machine not responding and warranty also expired, one guy came from the service center and inspected the machine and told mother board is gone after replacing the mother board he told front panel is gone bad, for replacing both it will come around 11k, i bought this machine on 23k, i dont how come machine stop working after the warranty, i think they are doing some programming or what ?, don't buy Samsung front load washing machine
