Hello: I bought Samsung Split A/C 1 Ton Model no. AR12 FC5EFBH Crystal Plus 5Star on 18th May'2013. Samsung has given me a defective piece since the Gas leak has happened 5 times. Now they say Coil has gone and I need 1) Post installation on 19th May’13, the 2nd day 20th May'13 itself Gas leaked and they filled the gas and it worked. 2) Again in the year 8th Nov'14, gas leaked and I paid Total of Rs750 for service and gas filling. 2) Again on June’15 Gas leaked and they took it to factory and checked and they said again Gas leak and no problem in Coil and it worked. 3) Again on July’15 Gas leaked and they came and filled gas and it worked. 4) Again on August’15 no cooling and gas leak is suspected. 5) Now they have taken again to factory on 14th Aug'15 and now they say Coil has gone and I need to pay again. Now every once in 2 years I cannot Pay for Coil and Gas and it happened to my another Samsung A/C also and this shows the poor quality of the product and I feel cheated by the company. THanks.     This in regard to your reply dated 18aug 2015/16:01/ref[protected] as i had words with you that i mailed to the ceo desk regarding the same matter of refund/replacement to be considered in my case and the problem being faced by the customer continously regardless of no.of calls and mails being done to reach the right authority to my solution is still not been processed or takeext on n after.i mailed to the ceos desk the following text on 14th aug n even aftr the mail reply of getting it received, i have no got reply from the same .being annoyed from u rendering poor services i am expecting a quick reply for the same And on the matter of my voc been closed without my consent that is the voice of the customer has no place or value in regards to ur samsung company.what does voc means at ur end if the customer has no right to raise his/her voice and without the consent of customer how can the company close it at their own end.if you talk about the norms of your company then what does the voc means .it is simply a disrespect of the voice reaised up by the customer, which is my consumer right.your company is simply raising this matter to the consumer forum. sir/madam, This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a samsung split ac on 30 nov 2013 and since then i am facing cooling problem due to one or other reasons(parts being out of order).my ref no.is [protected] the details are : three times gas charging within a period of one year ([protected], [protected]) on 5 july 15 again there was a prob of over icing and gas leakage and then condensor was replaced([protected]). again within a period of 15 days the connectors were shorted which was repaired and once again after a day the compressor was out of order([protected]). i called up at customer care more than 20 times a day and then i was able to talk to your senior consultant Gautam, I am terribly fed up after taking this unit of samsung since i bought problems are arising now and then .I am only seeking for replacement or refund from your side on this matter.There is a lot of inconvenience i am facing and in contacting the right authority on this matter.if the refund /replacement will not be provided even after all these difficulties there will be no option left for me other than seeking for consumer forum.kindly consider this matter on a serious note and give me considerably positive reply on this ASAP.its really too much problematic and hactic for me n its up(uttar pradesh) terribly humid.

      Dear sir i hve samsung galaxy s5 cell phone.. but i have a problem in front camera i was visited samsung service center but which are not solve my problem. They told me that it is a liquid damage but liquid are not presnt if liquid are prsnt they can move here and there but i hve dout but my my camera work proper which is show only hlf picture.. i hve dout that something object in my front camera.. sr plz sole my prblm my reference no..[protected]

        Dear sir/madam my refrence no.[protected] and its been 11 days you are not taking step to resolve my problem I have purchased s6 edge on 12th april and in july you have launched a offer for customer who purchased it on or before 12 april they are getting 26000 payback I have registered a complaint with you that my points has not been credited till now but you are not taking any action please look into matter and credit my points or I have to take this to consumer court to resolve my problem

        even after receving complaint from consumercomplaints.in they are not even bothering to resolve the complaint.please take action againt samsung to get my problem received.please do it as soon as possible so my problem get resolved.

          Today Samsung India Company has started a practice that they open a shop and after selling of old and defective products the shop has been closed. Same incident has occurred with us. We have purchased a samsung mobile No.C-3752 ([protected] invice No. 5129 on 6th December 2014 from Aggarwal Telecoms H-4/66, Sector-16 Rohini, Delhi 110089. The instrument is hang as dead. I have contacted with Samsung Centre at Rohini Sect.7, opposite M2K Mall, Delhi. Token No.P 85 on 13.8.2015. They first told me that warranty of this product has lapsed as it products are model of 2011 and we have no parts at this time and contact with the shopkeeper.when we want to approach the shopkeeper but shop was not found there. After that they ask me that for a warrantee a bill and box of mobile is required, hence they ask me to provide the box of mobile. On 14.8.2015 I again contacted with samsung alongwith box. . Then they told that during inspection H/S found liquid log so warrantee cannot be covered and Rs.3100/- will be charged for the total amount of mobile Rs.4000/- I am very strange how the liquid occurs while mobile is covered everywhere in a short span of period. I think it is due to poor quality of material and non use of mobile since its production i.e. 2011. You are requested to take necessary action as I am suffering badly due to defective product.             I have logged many complaints but I have not got any response from Executive team/ServiceTeam for my television issues with registered complain no ( [protected], [protected]). There are defects in my television and service agents had tried to repair my tv and broken some parts so I want replacement of my television. I have informed samsung earlier that last time Samsung engineer visited to repair my Television with faulty and old part(may be) i.e LED Panel. While repairing Samsung Engineer has broken Samsung Logo by mistake.He himself confirms same over conference call arranged by Samsung. This is very frustrating for me. I have never expected such services from Samsung because I have spend money for brand like Samsung. Samsung can not misguide and let down its customer with these services. I do not want such faulty television so please help me to process replacement of my defective TV with new one. Abhishek Dixit [protected]

              My phone (samsung S4) was working perfect since 2 years, but now my phone became worse after upgradation of lollipop software. Soon after upgradation it starts showing some problems like sudden power off and also becomes completely blank screen while using any of the applications and also i lost all my stuff which i saved in knox app. This happens 3-4 months back and i already informed the same through mail twice to samsung. And the reply which i got was not satisfactory. i am not in a stage to afford another mobile. do the needful

                Hi Manager, I took Samsung Evo 32GB Class 10 micro SDHC memory card on march 2015 and its not getting detected in mobile now. I do have a 6 months of warrenty for this memory card. Kindly acknowledge this issue on priority and do the needfull at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                  Dear Sirs, This is to your kind notice that we have taken an Air conditioner Samsung made in the Month of March, which was delivered and installed in the Month of May. From May 2015, we have given constant complaints that the AC makes sound, does not provide cooling effect sometimes and sometimes if cools as 20degree at the temperature set at 30 degree. Kindly see the few observations and answer given by your technicians while visit First time observation’s: Samsung quality is such, all the AC have the sound complaint, as it is Samsung brand we need to live with the sound for ever now. While we complaint again, other technician came down: Observations: The installation was not correct, the internal cooling pipe got completely damage during installation as it was not done with accurate care. Then the Cooling pipe was changed by taking our AC Cabinet to some of your workshop. While we continued to take problems, we complaint again: Observation: Nothing wrong with AC, as it cools down if kept at 18 degree for 4 hours, I understand if any AC takes 4 hours to cool down, then in summer we need to start the AC in the morning so that our afternoon can be better, do Samsung appreciate wastage of 4 hours electricity. We complaint again: The Person called up that he is coming down in half hour, while I mention that we are at work and either evening or weekend only is possible to see the AC, he hanged phone explaining that he cannot keep the ticket open and he has to go for his namaaz( prayer) he do not have time to us…. If we need any service, we need to complaint again and hanged the phone. While we called back, no response received from them. Sirs, We are common Indian, we do not want it to cool like Kashmir weather, we are just looking for normal chilling, but when your technicians came everytime, kept the AC on turbo mode for few hours and claimed that it is cool. We kept explaining that we have other window Ac and also have AC of Panasonic in my mother’s place which makes no noise and cools double the size of room in max half hour with 25 degree setting, we always got response that you have got Samsung you need to survive with all this problems I would request if Samsung is such a company who do not listen to their customer, I would request you to kindly take your AC back, we have also taken Samsung Fridge, Washing machine as well. We need this to be refunded, we will take any other product from the any other company where the product is such that not only customer is happy but the technician also understand the problem and retify the same instead of complaining about his own brand.

                    I Rahul Das (Phone num- [protected]) having a Samsung Galaxy Grand duos phone, i visited Samsung service center dhatkidih, jamshedpur, Jharkhand - 831001 on 14/08/2015 for some technical issue, they told me that phone need software updation and it will cost Rs 350 and if it will not work then you have to change the mother board which will cost me around Rs 7000.I told them to update my phone.After half an hour they told me that updation does not work and told me that phone is dead you will have to change the mother board which will cost me Rs 7000.After than i took my phone and went to local mobile reparing center. They told me there is IC problem.They repared my phone.The main problem is that when i started my phone it show that the mother board is of another person Name-Mr. Ajay.When i called Mr.Ajay he told me that his phone is in samsung service center, dhatkidih, jamshedpur, Jharkhand - 831001 from last 1 week.The guy who was in samsung service center have changed my mother board. IMEI no of my phone and mother booard is different. IMEI NO-355884/05/160719/8, 355885/05/160719/5 of my phone & IMEI NO [protected]/01, [protected]/01 of mother board of Mr. Ajay which is in my phone. I called samsung customer care and told all about this Reference Id- [protected].Samsung is very reputed company and if this type of things happens what will be the image. So what action you will take?

                      I had bought samsung 32 inch lcd tv 2yrs, 10 months ago...all was well before last 3 months...a prblm of colour distrotion had accoured(yellowish apperance in screen)..i had informed and as the serviceman had arrived to check ma tv...without checking much, he said to replace the lcd panel which would cost around 13000..this is tottaly unaffordable...there are many other local brands in our markets, but i had trusted the samsung brand and i bought it..i had many expectation about the quality of samsung product comparing to other local brands...so i request to replace the screen for free or at a resonable afforable price

                        My mail to Samsung:- Hello; I Hemant Jain had purchased your Samsung S6 handset in Apr-15 from The Mobile Store. The reason i went for this brand was only on basis my past experience with Samsung. I had option of Apple and Samsung. I thought this brand knows how to handle customers and give an experience to the handset owners. But sorry to say, ull proved it wrong. My handset had gone dead on 14.08.2015, i had called up your call centre.I was given reference number [protected].I was communicated that handset would be picked up on 16.08.2015 before 2pm. On a long weekend, i was at home expecting someone from samsung to come and collect the phone and no one turned up. I cancelled plans with my family so that i can handover the phone to him. But was a sheer put off, no communication nor any update on pickup not happening. Today morning finally pickup happened and i got a call from the service centre and he confirmed there is a major fault in the handset and he has to replace the entire board of the phone and hence phone has gone dead. I am very sure you as a consumer of such premium devices would not like to be treated as if you have commited a SIN buying samsung. I have told them very clearly if such a premium handset can conk off in just 3 months, i am just not comfortable using handset which has undergone major repair that too in just 3 months of purchase. If it was something minor i would have still understood, but handset wherein its board has been changed is just something which i cant nod for. I will just not accept defective handset, which is repaired. I believe same would be your feeling if this had to happen with you.. Request you to kindly look into the same and resolve this in the best interest of your customer. This has been my worst experience ever with Samsung. Pl ask your research team to also research what kind of service your competiors provide and how gracefully they handle their customers.                           I had purchase Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 SM-G7102 on 2-july-2014. My phone was not detecting memory card so I took my phone to hisar (Haryana) service center in green square market on 7-aug-2015(Fri) at 11:00 am service center changed Sim tray of my phone and took rs 450 from me on Friday 5:00pm. after repair within 5min phone was switched off. i thought due to the low battery phone was switch off . I am working in Delhi was in hurry so came to Delhi on 7-aug-2015 . On next day 8-aug-2015(sat) my phone was not starting at all after charging. So On 10-aug-2015 (Mon) I took my phone to okhla (Delhi) service center at 4pm they told me that your phone motherboard problem and replace motherboard will charges around[protected] rs . I told them that I repaired my phone on 7-aug-2015 regarding Sim tray from hisar, then okhla service center show me that there is no job sheet registered of your mobile phone. They told me to get your mobile phone repaired from hisar (Haryana) only. Then I call hisar service center but they are not picking my phone after getting no. from your tollfreeno and advising to repair phone at hisar service center only. So I sent my phone to hisar service center through family member on 14-aug-2015 in morning .hisar service center accept they have changed the Sim tray and saying that motherboard problem was not faulty from them and they can’t help me It will cost[protected] rs. I am saying that how can be motherboard board be not working from after repairing Sim tray, why service center are not accepting that motherboard is damaged from them after repair, why they do not registered my job details also in system. My complaint no. is [protected].i want you to call hisar service center regarding the same and tell me what action have been taken against hisar service center in green square market . I want my phone to be repaired at free cost. As there is 100percent faulty of service center but they are denying as motherboard not working after change of Sim tray of my phone. How can motherboard problem in 1year1month from date of purchase . on the 15-aug-2015 I got call from escalation department amit kumar say that he will take the follow up and talk to hisar sevice manager deepak girdhar regarding this. On the 17-aug-2015 When I call 2-3 times on the tollfreeno agent say that he is busy can’t connect to him. I asked the agent to connect to some other senior but agent do not connect me. My brother from hisar service center also call tollfreeno try to build connection b/w amit kumar escalation department and the manager of service center regarding this but amit kumar is still busy . I didn’t received any call from amit kumar on 17-aug-2015. I doubt that amit kumar is not in my favour and can’t help me in this. Amit kumar is not talking to hisar service center . I want someone responsible should handle this case. I am completely upset and disappointed from Samsung service want my Samsung phone service asap.                             My phone canera was not working it fisplay was not clear some sort of lines were coming so i went to the samsung service centre there they first changed the whole camera but the problem was still there then they changed the whole mother board i thought that problem is solved but it wasnt now i have to again go to the service centre and repair it but if it happen again then i have to go this will happen again and again if it can happen more than once then i think there would be a problem in the phone so i want to teplace my phone .

                              I purchased Samsung mobile Grand 2 on dated 05/03/14. Within one year and five months it has been repaired more than five times. Two times for bubbles problem and three times for touch not fixed properly. Now, again I am facing the problem of touch not fixed properly at top. I do not want to go for repair this time. I, therefore, request your goodself to either change my set with new one or refund my money. My experience with this set is very embarrassing and perhaps I would not suggest anyone to go for Samsung Mobile. Kindly look into my complaint and do the needful as early as possible.                                 Date of incident 12/08/2015 client number [protected] Dear sir I was brougth samsung galaxy E5 new launch phone on 1st april 2015 so sir afer some day my handset was hanged and blink light or handset is not start after the blink then I had been gone to service center so on that time the third counter engineer has been start my handset but when they give on 4th number counter my handset his name is sunny tomar who are siting on 4th counter they carry my handset and goes to repairing room after 3 hours they were come on his counter and they were saying me your handset is liquid lossed so sir my complaint is that when my handset was start on 3rd counter so how can they say me your hand set liquid lossed and they are not reparing my handset so sir plzz help me I hope you will helping me that's all thank you soo much. by:- Mr. Narender kumar

                                  Hi To whomsoever it may concern, I am Aditya Ishwad, a consumer of Samsung Mobile Phone. I have been using Samsung products since a long time and have always appreciated the product quality and the features of the phone. I am writing this mail informing you about the recent purchase of one of your products of Samsung Mobile phone which is recently launched. I have buyied Samsung A7 on 15th July 2015 with IMEI no as [protected]. I did purchase this phone because of the great quality which Samsung has and the features about the same. I am really disappointed about the Quality which is been used for the phone. It is been only a month and the side of my phone (Silver Border) has lot of scratches. It has not been physically damaged. It is only due to the poor quality of the material used in the phone. The Scratches are visible and it does not look over he phone. I totally understand that phone will have scratches but it is been only one month. The phone is not even rubbed or have not physically damaged. The Scratches are really looking bad on the phone and i am not satisfies with the same. I have called call center with the same concern and have told to visit the Service center. I visited the the service center in kalyan and told to make the job sheet. The customer care replied that they will not make the job sheet and told this is a cosmetic damage and didn't attend my case. I again called the customer care to tell this concern think somebody would help me but as a consumer i was taken back when they told me it will not be covered under warranty. As a consumer i am very sad about the Quality of the phone and the service provided by Samsung India. I would think twice before buying the Samsung products and would not advice anyone to buy Samsung products. I would want either to get it replaced or give me money back for the product which i have buyied. Attached is the Image of the Device, Bill Copy. Let me know if you need anything else which will prove the same. I would really appreciate if some one from Samsung or Samsung team would reply to this and give me a proper solution to the same at the earliest.                                   Hi To whomsoever it may concern,


                                  Thank you for the prompt revert i have received from you people even on weekend. The customer care executive tried helping me and told me first that i have to pay the charges for getting my phone rectified. I tried to explain that anywhere in the phone there are no scratches but only the panel has scratches.

                                  After trying to convince the person couple of times, i was told to visit the other service center in kalyan (Near Patri Pool, Kalyan) and asked to get the phone checked properly.

                                  The next day i went to the service center and gave the token (attached for ref). Also attached is the document for the person who checked my phone.

                                  I am again disappointed by the service which you are providing me. I was told that nothing can be done for this phone and i would have to pay the cost for doing the required changes.

                                  Kindly let me know how is it possible that there are no scratches anywhere on the phone but only on the silver panel. This is a serious issue now and i am spending lot of time behind this.

                                  i Have already paid the whole amount for the phone and i had not expected this kind of quality of the phone.

                                  I have already done my best to get the service and had gone to all the possible places i can.

                                  I am Not going to go anywhere for the service. I want my money back. If you wish to replace it, get the executive to collect the phone and deliver the same with the committed time

                                  This is the worst service possible and will never even buy the phone or not even recommend anyone to buy.


                                  Totally Disappointing.

                                    I have purchased a Samsung mobile Samsung N7500 Galaxy Note 3 neo white on 05/11/2014 the mobile cant charge properly on 14/08/2015 i visited on bairagarh Samsung service centre (Bhopal) Samsung service center without open my cell phone they told me liquid problem i told to give me the problem slip they give me slip written out of warranty now

                                      Sir, I have brought a new mobile handset Samsung galaxy grand prime in April 2015 due to charging my mobile is get heated on July 13 while charging it got switched out atomically it was not getting on so I showed in the gallery I have one yes warranty but both the gallery of Samsung they r charging me for the service the first gallery which is in vasai they said due to liquid prblm the motherboard is damaged so u have to pay 6, 000 rs and the other gallery they said ur motherboard and display is gone and u have to pay 9, 000 R's I have called the customer care but there were no proper service and response from I used the phone only 75 day and having warranty for it then how they can charge me

                                        I have purchase Samsung refrigerator in Oct, 14 & started using in April, 15. One day when i opened the door i found broken. So i submitted my Complain on 10th Aug. They sent Engineer to check. He said there is some quality issue & i am sending this issue to quality team for approval. When they will approve we will replace the door. I called 10 times to customer care & getting only one response that we will call you by today evening. But not even a single call i have received from their side. Now today Evening they told me that you will have to wait till Monday because because on 15th & 16th is holiday.
