I have purchased refrigerator in Oct 2014 & started using in April 2015. One day when i opened a door & found broken door. Then i complained to customer care on 10th Aug. They sent Engineer to check on 11th Aug. He said there is some quality issue. So we are sending this issue to Quality team of Samsung. When they will approve we will change door of Refrigerator. I called 10 times to customer care for asking about approval from Quality Team. But only response was, you will get call by today evening. But there is no call from their side. Now they told me 15th & 16th will be holiday & you have to wait till Monday. I never expect this type of service from Samsung Company. The main thing i would like to share is that the plastic part is so poor that it will not durable just for few months. According to me, we never heard such type of problem in general..Hopefully you will oblige and reply ASAP.

    I contacted Samsung Service Centre to register my request for the repair of my Samsung RT32 model refrigerator on August 3, 2015 Reference no. [protected]. The complaint was not attended before August 5, 2015 even though I have mentioned the URGENCY of my request as the device is used for the storage of INSULIN for a diabetic patient in my home. The engineer could not find the fault and just refilled the gas. The refrigerator didn't work properly even for 24 hours and again the complaint was registered on August 7, with reference no. [protected]. The engineer this time find the problem with 'sensor' and assured me that the same will be replaced with in 2-3 days. But even after 8 days nobody attended the complaint despite my repeated call at the service centre reminding them the urgency on medical grounds.

      I own a samsung S3 Neo which was purhased by me online through flipkart on 5/02/15. It is under warranty but in few months only, the receiver speaker through which we hear incoming calls has some defect. Voice could not be heard through it clearly. I even gave my phone to the Bikaner service centre of samsung but even now the defect has not been resolved. So now, i want my handset to b replaced with the same model. It is company defect and i amnot going to suffer because of it. kindly, provide me with a solution to my issue else i have to take serious action against it.

        I have purchased one split ac on 5th July 2015 and installed on 8th July 2015, at the time of installation the service engineer reported that the indoor unit is defective condition and reported to the Samsung company, The company sent the outdoor unit instead of INDOOR UNIT and the service engineer took back the outdoor unit. For the past one month I have contacted the customer care several times but till date there is no action. The poor service service of the Samsung company gives lot of suffering to the customer.           Dear Sir, I have been a loyal Samsung Mobile Phone user for the last 17 years. Going forward with my association, i purchased a Galaxy S6 Edge (IMEI - [protected]) from Reliance Digital Thane vide bill no. C#73640000 on 01st August 2015. However to my utter shock within a few days i realised that the phone had some inherent problems as listed below: 1. Excessive heating of the phone while use 2. Excessive drainage of the battery on a continuos basis 3. Unable to connect Laptops to the mobile hotspot 4. Intermittent hanging of the Phone while use Accordingly, I have been following up with your call centre to provide me assistance for resolving the issues for the last few days. Finally one of your executives turned up yesterday mentioning that the handset needs to be taken to the service centre for rectification. Accordingly I have visited your service centre located at Thane (Mangalmurti Enterprises) and have submitted my new handset vide bill no. [protected] today morning. I fail to understand the following: 1. How can a new handset have so many issues unless these are manufacturing defects 2. How can Samsung sell such sub standard handsets considering the Samsung Brand 3. How can Samsung expect its customer to go through such hardships, mental harassment, loss of time & loss of business, etc. In the current circumstances, I requested the officials at the Service Centre to provide me a stand by handset, which they rejected and mentioned that they dis not have any stand by handsets. This was ridiculous. I am without a phone connectivity now & dont know for how many days, thanks to Samsung. My only request to you, is to look into the matter and replace my handset as I did not approximately INR 55, 000 for a sub standard handset.             Sir/madam, This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a samsung split ac on 30 nov 2013 and since then i am facing cooling problem due to one or other reasons(parts being out of order).my ref no.is [protected] the details are : three times gas charging within a period of one year ([protected], [protected]) on 5 july 15 again there was a prob of over icing and gas leakage and then condensor was replaced([protected]). again within a period of 15 days the connectors were shorted which was repaired and once again after a day the compressor was out of order([protected]). i called up at customer care more than 20 times a day and then i was able to talk to your senior consultant Gautam, I am terribly fed up after taking this unit of samsung since i bought problems are arising now and then .I am only seeking for replacement or refund from your side on this matter.There is a lot of inconvenience i am facing and in contacting the right authority on this matter.if the refund /replacement will not be provided even after all these difficulties there will be no option left for me other than seeking for consumer forum.kindly consider this matter on a serious note and give me considerably positive reply on this ASAP.its really too much problematic and hactic for me n its up(uttar pradesh) terribly humid.

              I have samsung mobile phone samsung galaxy grand neo, this set has basic problem of showing not registered with the network, i visited so many times to your service center at gokul vihar moradabad but no result, i also visited to idea office for this problem but no solution, this set was of rs 15000 or so, i am in too much troube with this set as i want to purchase a new but before to buy a new i want to take a chance with the samsung co. i hope to receive an early reply to my e mail with solution thanks with regards r.m. chaurasia moradabad up [protected]

                Respected sir / madam, This side Tridipa BISWAS, Main problem I am facing in this phone: 1.After using 15 -20 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat) 2.Incoming & outgoing call time I am unable to understanding the other side voice 3.Unable to catch - up any network.                 SAMSUNG is worst company...they have no customization...They answering me very badly and said that they are not going for replacement or refund...because I am same customer...previously my note-3 problem they were refunded my money...today I am suffering for note-4 mobile...that's why they are not helping me .NOTE -4 price is 45300 rupees...so 1 time think it is how much costly for any general people...

                SAMSUNG is seriously good brand and making good product?

                This side Tridipa Biswas. I am M.Tech student... My father working in B.S.F., so you understand it is how much costly for me...and please you understand It is mother board problem…in any electronic device it is the main part…It is faulty so how I accepted repairing in new mobile. You think I bought this mobile almost 4 month before but I unable for using…so what is the need for costly mobile and why we choosing Samsung?

                Main problem I am facing in this phone:
                1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice. (Audio problem)
                2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat)
                3. Unable to catch - up any network.
                4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking.
                5. Many time it was hanged.
                6. Mobile fully shutdown (it have 85% charge).
                **In this time it is fully switched off & it is submitted in service center.

                I bought it 22nd may from GURGAON, since that time I am getting problem. Lots of time I talked with Samsung’s customer care. I visited Tambaram service center, Chennai -45. They are tried for switched on then they are taking it under observation for some days. After service center manager tell me it is mother board problem...and he suggest me for replacement you talked with the Samsung management team...but many time I called to the management team representative

                He is not attending my call..even I am sending 3-4 mail..he is not responding anything.
                And some Samsung people called me and talk with me very badly...I am telling many time I need to talk with management team they tell to me you have extension number you called directly...we are not transferring your call. Some people also called me for replacement...I am not understanding any think who called me please help me sir.
                In this time "Samsung is issuing in previous note-3 had problem, they are refunded my money, that’s why they are not going for replacement or refund. .Because I am same customer and they are offering me for warranty period extension"-one question for my side...product is faulty it is customer's fault or company's fault. why I am taking extra warranty period every time problem will come then I go to service center, It is possible for any student?
                As a customer concern I am requesting to Samsung (more than 3.5 month) still now I am getting dissatisfaction with this product. But they are not helping me for mobile replacement. I believe you truly understand my problem...and solve it as soon as possible. Please help me sir (replace my mobile).
                * *Company has no responsibility for customer satisfaction and solving the matter? Samsung seriously doing good to customer?…Samsung product faulty but they are not replacing my mobile and harassing me lots …what is my fault can you tell me?                   I raised a service request to repair my SAMSUNG washing machine on JUN 03 2015 and keep on fallowing with the customer care, service center & the service engineer too till July 22 2015 (ONE AND HALF MONTH THAT TOO IN A METRO CITY OF INDIA) but response was so bad that finally I wont got the service and dispose the machine and purchase a new one from different brand. In between this 1.5 months i have raised almost 10-15 service request for the same and informed that it is very necessary for me still then there is no response. Thanks Samsung team/brand, thanks for such kind of service to me in a metro city in south India, you have given me a nice experience and lifetime learning that i cannot forget in my life time

                    I have purchased samsung mobile Glaxy core DUOS on[protected] from company Dealer, Yash Enterprises Aligarh, with mobile set IEMI No. 357386/06/691905/3. The The set has problem both in incoming and out going calls. I visited the above dealer, but he is able to accept my complaint. When I purchased the mobile he told me that the set is equipped with GPS but it is not giving me this service . When i want to know the north direction, opening a programme with compass, this set simply displays "No orientation Sensor in Your Device"What is problem?. How can i know the direction while praying at some unknown place, while travelling? I do not want any repair in the set. I want to get anew set overcoming the above problems.                       Purchased galaxy A7 mobile on 26th June-2015, Just after opening the phone when started in the Samsung cafe itself come to know that phone is very slow and even it hanged twice. Immediately shown to Store manager and he updated some software and said to monitor some days . the problem continued and he has been informed the same on daily basis every time he said he will resolve it and asked to wait for some more time. After 10 days he said he cant replace the phone as it has crossed 7 days time and he is saying that he will get it repaired in service center Is it unfair that a brand new phone has a problem and now they are asking that they will repair in place of replacing? i had shown the problem immediately when i bought. I am facing below problem from the 1st hr of buying Suddenly some time phone gets slow with heating followed by screen gets dark and phone get switched off. Sometime phone get hanged and since the battery is non removable so i cant restart the phone and i have wait til battery gets drained. IMEI no - [protected] I request for the replacement with a new phone.

                          LED Smart TV 32 inch display blinking continuously. Called Service centre and service person attended. He checked and informed that TV panel is faulty..so the issue with display. Since the product warranty is 1 year only, they have refused to replace the panel at the free of cost as it just crossed 1 year since i bought the product (May 2015). The cost of the replacement is 15300 rupees which is half of the actual cost of a new TV. I am shocked and raised a complaint to service centre, but no help again.

                            S/N: RZ8G401GVTJ IMEI:359670/06/607755/0 Hi Samsung India, This Ayon Majumdar and I am a proud owner of Samsung Galaxy S6 64GB or I thought so. The reason why I am writing this email is because I am true follower of Samsung brand but this is the first time that the brand has disappointed me and that to quite well. I purchased the handset on 29/07/2015 from VAAP RETAILS, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad which is an Authorized Samsung Store. The behavior was good at the time of purchase and the service as well. Under an ongoing offer I got a free screen guard and Samsung Clear View Cover for just Rs. 1500. After two days o[censored]se I started observing that there were minute but yet visible scratches on the display of my phone. As mentioned I had screen guard on my phone to protect it. After searching on internet extensively for hours I came to know that the fault is with the Clear View Cover where the case was first raised in UK and in June Samsung started replacing the display of affected handsets and provided replacement of display with a protective cover. So Samsung acknowledged that the scratches were caused by the Clear View Cover only. Regarding this issue I got in touch with VAAP RETAILS and they told that they cannot do anything from their end as there no issue brought to their concern like that and I was shut off. After that I called in the Samsung Service Center, KPHB, Hyderabad and they said that they are not aware of any situation so they can’t help. Lastly, I called Samsung service center and explained the whole situation and shared the links where it was clearly stated that Samsung acknowledges it but again they too blew me off saying that don’t have any confirmation regarding this and they won’t be able to help as well.                                 PRODUCT: Samsung Galaxy Grand Max phone MODEL NUMBER: SM-G7202ZAAINS SERIAL NUMBER: RZ1G52J4J3B IMEI NO: [protected] COST: Rs. 12, 900/- SAMSUNG AC NO: [protected] 1. Purchased though Snapdeal on 08 Jun 15 (Invoice No JPSD[protected]) 2. Received on 12 Jun 15 3. Poor volume of speaker and loudspeaker observed after phone was put to use. Phone ring is not audible if phone is located in next room or ambient sound level is high. Also, speaker and loudspeaker audio during call is not clear unless the ambient noise level is low. 4. Registered complaint on line on Samsung website. 5. Received phone call with instructions to try certain corrections by putting phone in safe mode. All attempts failed to provide any improvement. 6. Touch screen started malfunctioning 7. Taken to service centre at Coimbatore for repairs. (Service Centre Bill No: [protected] dated 14 Jul 15) 8. Entire audio system and touch screen replaced. 9. Only marginal improvement in volume found. This was indicated to service centre rep then and there. They said no further improvement in volume was possible. 10. About a week ago my wife discovered that the camera is not functioning. We tried all kinds of settings including in safe mode, but problem persisted. 11. Complaint was again registered online through website. 12. Got call next day and was advised to again visit service centre and meet Manager there. 13. Went to service centre and met manager. They have again taken phone for replacement of camera. (Service Centre Bill No: [protected] dated 11 Aug 15) 14. I requested for replacement or refund, but Manager refused to acknowledge that the phone was defective and said that unless some more failures happened they would not consider this option. I have had to visit the Service Centre (located 15 km away from my home) five times till now. Tomorrow I have to go again for collection. I have also spent Rs 500 more on a cover for the phone and a scratch guard. The scratch guard has now been removed in course of repairs and is wasted. The phone has a micro sim so every time phone goes for repair, my wife cannot go back to the old phone which had a regular sim. Last time, phone came back fully formatted so I had to re-enter all the contact information stored in phone. I fear that the there may be many more failures in future and once warranty expires I will end up paying for all this. I want replacement with a different better model or full refund (including the cost of phone, cover, scratch guard and all petrol expenses on repeated trips to the Service Centre). I have not put a value on the mental agony I am going through due to having an unreliable and defective phone

                                Received phone back from service centre with camera replaced (and now working).

                                However, sound system is still very poor, and there is no improvement in that at all.

                                Got a call from Snapdeal, who have disowned their responsibility in this issue.

                                Awaiting resolution of issue by Samsung.

                                  Sir, i bought a samsung battery two months ago to snapdeal. battery is dameged in two months. it is in garrenty.but when i was contact to service center, lahurabeer they was saying that it is dublicate.i have recipt of battery. sir, please help me.

                                    I ordered 2 samsung headset on 9th aug in shopclues 198 rs. per each. my COD order number is 64402055 & i my order tracking number is [protected] & i selected cash after delivary of product. tuesday evening i recieved my order pack. and i paid 426 rupees for that. once i opened my order i get only one headset. there is no two headset in orderd pack. in courier pack they mentioned quantity two & rupees 426. but inside they packed only one head set. now i want onother headset what i order. otherwise return my amount what ever paid for the product... please take as serious...

                                      If samsung galaxy j5 and j7 receive an 5.1 lollipop updates then why i can't s4 mini?!! These all three phones having same configuration almost same features j5 and j7 having 1.5 gb ram and they get 5.1 lolipop updates in other side s4mini have also 1.5 gb ram and s4 mini processor is also good as compared to j5 and j7 then why s4 mini can't get lolipop updates!!!?

                                        Hi Sir, Yesterday at 12hrs i have visited to the samsung mobile service centre in gwalior at navratan hotel. I had an issues regarding charging in my Samsung galaxy note3 neo, I had introduced the same problem with there employee Named Dolly and she told me that my adaptor and data cable is not working so she will provide me after 2 hours and After that i came back to my home and i called that service centre that Sholud i come or not than the person told me ok come to get your adaptor and datacable and after that i visited again there and they asked me to wait overthere and i waited for 4 hours again and after that there one of the senior employee Named Mrs Meena she told me that srry we are out of stock.And than i asked for the complaint book than she told me iam no gonna give you and i have been with this organisation from last 10 years and you can do whatever you want and she was so rude and Its really not expected with the Brand called samsung pls do something and iam really not going to buy samsung products in the future.
