If samsung galaxy j5 and j7 receive an 5.1 lollipop updates then why i can't s4 mini?!! These all three phones having same configuration almost same features j5 abd j7 having 1.5 gb ram and they get 5.1 lolipop updates in other side s4mini have also 1.5 gb ram and s4 mini processor is also good as compared to j5 and j7 then why s4 mini can't get lolipop updates!!!?

      I have Samsung laptop, Intel core i3, screen 15.6 R502 model. I bought my laptop before 2 year ago. Laptop was working fine till now. But now its cd/ dvd rom drive keeps opening automaticaly by itself. I push it but after a few seconds it opensback. Plz help..

        Dear sir maine samsung mobile ka galaxy s6 phone purchase kiya jo mujhe liye huye 3 month ho gaye company ne us phone ke saath 2 scheme nikali thi 1 phone without wireless charger normel rate 2 purchase phone with wireless charger pay extra money sir maine is phone ko wireless charger ke liye extra payment dealer ko dekar phone purchase kiya jiska wireless charger company ne postel address pe dilevery dene ke liye bataya tha jo pichle 3 mahino se mujhe dilever nahi huya hai maine kai baar comany ke care me phone kiya lakin mujhe hamesha javab milta hai ki jaldi hi aapko hamari aur se phone aayega lakin eisa kuch nahi hua hai maine company ki ye policy dekhte huye mujhe aisa paryash karna pad raha hai maine paresaan hoker company ka ye phone destroy karne ja raha hu jiski mujhe puri keemat company sw dilwayi jaye aur mujhe mansik santaap bhi dilwaya jaye aisa mai ek consumer hone ke nate consumer court ke mahanubhavo se aasha karta hu ki jald hi meri sahayta ki jayegi

          I used to have a nexus 5 and I enjoy that for much I upgraded to a Nexus 6.. I return that phone because it did not support a HDMI cable for TV. At the same time I called Samsung Galaxy support and was told at the time that the f6 would have HDMI compatible to watch on TV I did not use my phone internet and TV at the same time I use it at work which has no internet access only mobile. So I spent $450 more than my Nexus 5 cost and I cannot watch my phone on my 42 inch TV in my van without internet thanks to Samsung lying or just don't care that I spent $450 more not total total $850 on this phone. I am so unhappy with this phone, and there's nothing I could do with it. I pay on a monthly and I don't like it.

            Its been since last week of June I'm running around with Samsung service center and contacting samsung head office. No luck thus far. I purchases S3 neo in March 2015 and i think that was a blunder I made. Soon started seeing the problem during calls while using bluetooth. Calls were getting muted automatically during the communication and it was embarrassing especially while talking to clients or my management during work hours. Before going to samsung service center, I suspected that it could be the problem with bluetooth itself. I used other bluetooths, but still the problem persisted. I visited service center in Marathahalli Bangalore [Emag solutions] in last week of June and I had to really explain them the problem before they acknowledged the problem. They took it and gave back 2 days later saying that the USB point in the HW was causing the issue and they serviced it. I took and tested for a week and problem appeared again. They said, it could be a HW problem and said that they dont have parts and guided me to Lalbagh center. i took some time on Saturday July mid and went there. I was taken for a ride there for the replacing the HW as they blamed each other instead of servicing the customer and replacing the HW. After 1 hour long ordial between me, emag solutions and lalbagh center [r-logic], I took it back to emag and gave it there. Complained to Samsung head office. I got a positive response that the HW [motherboard] would be replaced within few days. I waited for it and finally got the motherboard replacement by end of July. I felt relieved and started using the phone. The problem showed up again and the phone is still in service center. They keep saying the problem is not seen and samsung head office says they shall rectify the problem. No satisfactory response yet and I'm sure I will get the phone back in same state. i'm asking for phone replacement and I donno why Samsung is not even caring a sh*** about it.

              I have purchased samsung core2 having imei no. [protected] on 19 / 10 / 2014, and after 3 to 4 month it started giving intermittent sound distortion (Jarring sound) problem, as the problem was intermittent that why i hadn’t complained at that time. But in march, 2015 it also started giving no sound problem while calling & receiving calls. As i observed randomly intermittent issue, i visited samsung service centre in okhla, delhi. Unfortunately at that time i’m unable to show the fault to your service engineers as it was intermittent and they give it me back after format, service and software upgrade as per them. After service i hardly used it 2 or 3 days i observed below issues: 1. Intermittent no sound while calling / receiving calls on both speakers (Loudspeaker / speaker phone), 2. Sometimes loudspeaker will automatically activate itself, 3. Unable to switch between speaker and loudspeaker, 4. Intermittent sound distortion (Jarring sound) on call, 5. Intermittent sim comes out from sim slot 2 issue. 6. Charging issue notice twice, i have to restart to charge my phone. Before service i had only sound distortion & no sound on call issue, but after service above problems increased. I have to reboot every time to resolve the above issues, and after reboot it works fine for few days. I again visited to the same service center and marked all the issues on mail as well. I was really shocked they did not provide me any jobsheet. I noticed, in this service center no senior / responsible person available and it seems like local shop not samsung care. I didn’t get any call back from their side, so now it has become my duty to follow up with service centre to enquire about the progress, so i called, first they refuse to give me the status and after insisting they told me that “we have checked one day and no problem found”. They also told me that when warranty expires customers started complaining and their issues increased automatically. Further, please note that i have exhausted all my patience now. I am now convinced that the handset will be of no use to me and i failed to understand your service department capability to resolve the issues. In today’s customer oriented world it is really shocking to witness such indifference and apathy from such a reputed company like samsung. Now i dont want to get my device repaired even i will not going to any service center please provide home service. Please replace my handset asap Thanks & regards, Asad

                Samsung power bank of capacity 9000mah I hv purchased it is Nt charging my mobile at all I hv received a defective products from bookmyoffer.com these ppl r cheating consumers a lot as well as same problem exists with mi power bank too mi 10400 (I hv double cheated by them)

                    Hello Samsung India, Myself Rajendra Singh, I am old buyer of samsung products. But this time i faced fraud by one of your authorized outlet. I purchased Samsung Core 2 from SATGURU TELE WORLD which is a smart cafe located at 1/6960-B, East Rohtash Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. They provide me insurance on my phone at a cost of 10% on phone value. My phone was of Rs13, 300/ so they charged me extra Rs1, 330/ for the name of insurance. But when I reached them for claim they misbehaved with me and saying we will not give you any claim. Because insurance company is closed. This clearly a fraud done by them with that third party Insurance Provider. But really it affected my experience with Samsung itself. Please take a look on this issue or pass this message to other department who can take look on it. I am sure there is so many victims of the same(According to my rough calculation it can be upto 20, 000 because this fraud is running from last 2years). This type of scenarios clearly affecting customer relationships and trust with samsung. They also sell duplicate covers, headphones, earphones etc. with samsung tag.                       Sir aap ko jo maine bataya tha apni led tv ke panel ke baare me. uss ke baad se aap logo ne meri koi bhi help nahi kari. mai bahut pareshaan hoon hoon or aap logo ko accha lag raha hai. aap logo ko kya aap ko toh apne product sell karne se matlab. or 1 year baad kuch bhi ho. maine dekha hai ki aap log public ko fool bana rahe hai itne bekaar product dekar jo jo warrenty khatm hone ke baad jaroor bekaar ho jaati hai. mai future me kabhi bhi kisi ko Samsung brand choose karne ke liye nahi bolunga. kyoki ye dhokebaaz product hai. or mere itna sab kuch kehne ke baad bhi aap logo ne meri koi help nahi kari. 36000 price aap logo ke liye kam hogi par ham saal bhar kaam karne ke baad itna jod paate hai. or baise bhi aap logo ko ham gareeb logo se kya matlab. jitni bhi india me social networking sites hai sab par aapke Samsung ke baare me aaj hi send kar doonga.apna bill or tv ka images bhi daalunga. jissse public ko pata chale ki aapka diya hua har brand 1 year ke baad 101% bekaar ho jaata hai. ham ek letter maaniya prime minister modi ji ko or uttar Pradesh ke chief minister ko bhi likhoonga. or unhe ham aapse hui talk ke recording bhi sent karronga jisme aapke maneesh kumar ji ne saaf saaf mana kar diya tha ki ham aapki koi bhi help nahi kar paayenge.

                        The TV (Model No. UA40F6100ARLXL) costing about Rs 65000/- turned dis-functional and when contacted to service center (under complaint no. [protected]), their personnel advised that the motherboard is required to be replaced. After more than a week, another service personnel came with motherboard and while replacing the motherboard, told that the earlier motherboard is working fine and the problem seems to be in the panel which is required to be replaced costing about Rs 30, 000/-. I have been using TVs for last 40 years and it is first time that such a costly TV turned out of order so early and the repairing cost is almost 50% of the cost of purchase. Further, it is observed from the experience with customer care that incompetent service personnel have been hired by your service providing franchises. I urge upon as a permanent customer to get the panel changed without any cost to me immediately as already the TV is non-functional for last 15 days.

                          My refrigerator Model no: RT 2734 PNBSE/TL Ref no: [protected] We lodged complain to samsung that we are facing no ice formation problem in the freezer of our system. Technician attended our call but couldnt solve, hence the refg had been taken to workshop. After that we didnt receive any call or update frm the company's service dept. We waited and called almost every alternate day. Finally our refrigerator was brought to be delivered on 5.8.15...in a total damaged condition. The front door had signs of wear and tear, so we returned the product back to the team. More than 72 hours passed by... we are yet to receive a review from Samsung Team. Is this the kind of service we can expect from a leading brand like Samsung?

                            We had lodged a complaint at samsung for our 32 inch Led tv. We had purchased that TV on 7th Aug 2013 It costed 40, 000. It was puschased by Canara Bank under B2B relations. From June 2015, before complition for 2 years, we are unable to c the audio. Their engg says display is not working and its repairing cost will b 16, 000. Our complaint no is [protected] For such costly TV we will have to pay a big amount to repair it. These companies are cheating the public a way around. Please help us to get our complaint resolved.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and its battery got swelled so I visited nearest service center on friday i.e. 24 July 2015 at 6:00 PM to know about the price of original Note 2 battery the customer service executive replied me the price of that and I was enquiring more about the battery at the same time another customer entered and asked to purchase Galaxy Note 2 Data Cord when he was paying for Data Cord of Rs. 262 the executive asked for mobile phone (Note 2) but the customer replied he doesn't have right now at the same time I was standing besides that person having my Note 2 in my hand executive taken my Note 2 and open IMEI number and entered online for the other customer. I was shocked that what he is doing and when I interrupt why you are entering my IMEI into his online entry then executive replied Note 2 codes are same. From the time he entered my IMEI in online system my IMEI number was patched/changed and my phone showing emergency calls only...incoming and outgoing service has been stopped, signals are coming and also I have purchased new original Samsung Note 2 battery. ORIGINAL IMEI : 357729/05/270859/4 CHANGED IMEI: [protected]/01 Also, I have confirmed my IMEI number from online website (imei.info) I have found that changed IMEI number is for Galaxy S3, and the original IMEI number is Galaxy Note 2 (my phone). How could I got S3 IMEI number...this patching/changing of IMEI number occurred by Customer Service Executive in the absence of Manager and other employees on 24 July 2015 at 6.00 PM. Now when I visited Service center Manager refusing what has done and also refusing to resolve my problem and replying me to contact company...company will solve problem...Such a cheap response I got from authorized service Center Manager of Samsung. Below is the address of that service center City Plaza S-1, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Shah Market, Civil Lines, Agra, Uttar Pradesh [protected], [protected](Sahil Manager) [protected]@gmail.com The company refusing all their faults and replying due to normal usage or natural fault this might be happen and to resolve this problem you have to go for chargeable repair.                                   I have purchased 18units of srf air conditioners. I have suffered from sweating and water leakage of the a.c from 2 months i have purchased it and i have purchased it from jai air(dealer of surat). And water leakage has cost me alot. Once i have re-done p.o.p of my room. And my costly sofas which are exactly down from where a.c is there. I have suffered from 40 lakh loss. A higher authority of samsung has attended to me sometimes before and said that i will be solved with my problems. And still no action has been taken. Now i am on the way for consumer court if any actions are not taken. I had faith with this company which i have already lost. If you don't want me to file a case i will be waiting for 2 days or else i need to opt for legal action.

                                    This is Mangesh Phadtare (Reference No. [protected]) This is in reference to replacement of 32 inches samsung LED, I purchased on 7 july, 2015, and only after 2 days of purchase i found that there is fault in speakers, Immediately I complaint to the customer service, and even the service engineer from samsung visited and said that there is manufacturing problem, but after regular follow up with customer service team of samsung there is no response at all, and now 3 days earlier I got a call from Ms. Pooja, she is from escalaration department, she commited that there is a manufacturing problem and your TV should be replaced, but today she called and said that it can't be replaced. But my question is if there is a manufacturing problem and even if they commited to replace why they are not replacing, I am really fed up with their worst service.                                       I purchase samsung 24 inches LED TV at Reliance digital on 31 July-2015.Stil now my TV installation was not done.1 st august one technician came.That time in my home dont have power, then he said i will come on next day.After that i try to call him and samsung service center.they didn't lift my call.This is Bad Service from Samsung.I want to exchange the product for bad service.

                                        I Bought Samsung LCD TV(Model No LA32C530FIRMXL, S.NO: 17903ZNZA00012V, Amount Rs. 38, 000) on 14/11/2010 from Sakshe Electronics, No: Y-215, II Avenue, Anna Nager, Chennai-40(Bill No: 21293). Exactly by 16 Month later the panel display problem happens. I registered complaint [protected]. (Order No: [protected]) and replaced the panel by spending Rs. 12452 on 14/9/2012. On 18.07.2015, double image problem occurs on TV. I called and mailed several times customer car of samsung and CEO office for this double image problem for free of cost/50-50 cost so many discussion. Finally samsung shuts all the doors by saying without Rs.17700 we can’t proceed further. Although i am a regular customer of samsung, no help from samsung. Finally, I just tried with a local tv repair person, he just removed a short circuit problem and again TV IS WORKING LIKE NORMAL. I JUST SPEND ONE THOUSAND RUPEES(RS.1, 000) ONLY. Hence without analyzing the problem, SAMSUNG CHEATS THE CUSTOMER AND PULLING MONEY FROM HIS POCKET. A GOOD LESSON FROM SAMSUNG. THANKS A LOT. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. I HAVE SHARED MY EXP. TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. I AM OUT OF SAMSUNG WORLD.

                                        SAMSUNG SAID NEED TO REPLACE PANEL FOR THIS DOUBLE IMAGE PROBLEM(Attached double image picture reference). PANEL COST IS RS.17, 700.
