Dear Sir,
I have been a loyal Samsung Mobile Phone user for the last 17 years. Going forward with my association, i purchased a Galaxy S6 Edge (IMEI - [protected]) from Reliance Digital Thane vide bill no. C#73640000 on 01st August 2015. However to my utter shock within a few days i realised that the phone had some inherent problems as listed below:
1. Excessive heating of the phone while use
2. Excessive drainage of the battery on a continuos basis
3. Unable to connect Laptops to the mobile hotspot
4. Intermittent hanging of the Phone while use
Accordingly, I have been following up with your call centre to provide me assistance for resolving the issues for the last few days. Finally one of your executives turned up yesterday mentioning that the handset needs to be taken to the service centre for rectification. Accordingly I have visited your service centre located at Thane (Mangalmurti Enterprises) and have submitted my new handset vide bill no. [protected] today morning.
I fail to understand the following:
1. How can a new handset have so many issues unless these are manufacturing defects
2. How can Samsung sell such sub standard handsets considering the Samsung Brand
3. How can Samsung expect its customer to go through such hardships, mental harassment, loss of time & loss of business, etc.
In the current circumstances, I requested the officials at the Service Centre to provide me a stand by handset, which they rejected and mentioned that they dis not have any stand by handsets. This was ridiculous. I am without a phone connectivity now & dont know for how many days, thanks to Samsung.
My only request to you, is to look into the matter and replace my handset as I did not approximately INR 55, 000 for a sub standard handset.
Request you to kindly consider my request positively and await your kind response & resolution.

This side Tridipa Biswas. I am M.Tech student... My father working in B.S.F., so you understand it is how much costly for me...and please you understand It is mother board problem…in any electronic device it is the main part…It is faulty so how I accepted repairing in new mobile. You think I bought this mobile almost 4 month before but I unable for using…so what is the need for costly mobile and why we choosing Samsung?
Main problem I am facing in this phone:
1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice. (Audio problem)
2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat)
3. Unable to catch - up any network.
4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking.
5. Many time it was hanged.
6. Mobile fully shutdown (it have 85% charge).
**In this time it is fully switched off & it is submitted in service center.
I bought it 22nd may from GURGAON, since that time I am getting problem. Lots of time I talked with Samsung’s customer care. I visited Tambaram service center, Chennai -45. They are tried for switched on then they are taking it under observation for some days. After service center manager tell me it is mother board problem...and he suggest me for replacement you talked with the Samsung management team...but many time I called to the management team representative

He is not attending my call..even I am sending 3-4 mail..he is not responding anything.
And some Samsung people called me and talk with me very badly...I am telling many time I need to talk with management team they tell to me you have extension number you called directly...we are not transferring your call. Some people also called me for replacement...I am not understanding any think who called me please help me sir.
In this time "Samsung is issuing in previous note-3 had problem, they are refunded my money, that’s why they are not going for replacement or refund. .Because I am same customer and they are offering me for warranty period extension"-one question for my side...product is faulty it is customer's fault or company's fault. why I am taking extra warranty period every time problem will come then I go to service center, It is possible for any student?
As a customer concern I am requesting to Samsung (more than 3.5 month) still now I am getting dissatisfaction with this product. But they are not helping me for mobile replacement. I believe you truly understand my problem...and solve it as soon as possible. Please help me sir (replace my mobile).

Samsung seriously doing good to customer?…Samsung product faulty but they are not replacing my mobile and harassing me lots …what is my fault can you tell me?
