I have purchased Samsung LED panel in[protected] from UNITED ELECTRONICS, RATAN TOWER, NAMDEV CHOWK JALANDHAR-144001 [protected] INVOICE NO. SC4235 . Sr.No. UA32F5100ARMXL-PANEL-SRNO.23473ZED800976 Within the warranty period, The LED panal became faulty and was serived by serive engineer of Samsung by replacing it with new one, I had demanded to them at that time to replace the whole piece with new one. Now after around 11 months from that service, the LED panel has again become faulty, and below mentioned official from samsung is handling the complaint of mine is neither looking into the complaint, misbehaves and not even providing the solution to the aforesaid problem. SAMSUNG AREA INCHARGE, MR.NEERAJ[protected] I need a quick solution and replacement of faulty defective product of Samsung. Regards, Ajit Pal singh Multani Ph.[protected]

    Very worst service of 'vinayak info tack Samsung service center budaun-243633' they are not able to solve customer problem.veryvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvpoor centre.Samsung hire illiterate in their service centre. Samsung Mobile care[protected] / [protected], not give support in front of centre. Now From 4th August 2015 i never purchase any Samsung device go for Sony, HTC, Motorola, micromax, they provide better service.

        I order a Samsung power bank 2600mAh, which is dilivered to me 19/7/15 in afternoon and in the evening when I full charged it and checked it then I found that it is defaulty product and not working then same day I complain about this defaulty product but no response through the book my offer.com...and that days I again and again complain..

          Kindly be informed that I am writing this letter to complain about my Samsung Microwave model MW73BD which was purchased in September 2012.

          We have been quite happy with the product and were using it as per the instructions in the manual. However, couple of days ago we noticed that the ceramic enamel cavity has been chipping off (inside top). We clean it as and when with a soft cotton wet cloth. And please note this is not the first time we have been using a microwave.

          I called the Samsung Service Network on 29th July, 2015 and this is my Ref. No. [protected] — Spoke to the CSA (Anuj & Shivani). After speaking to them I got to know that even if the product is under warranty nothing can be done to the enamel cavity. But you’ll could send an engineer to check it out anyways and the visiting charges will be Rs. 300/-…….Seriously!!!

          Firstly you’ll are suggesting that nothing can be done and secondly you’ll want to send an engineer and rip us off by charging Rs. 300/-.

          Once I knew about this utterly ridiculous suggestion I declined by saying “I’ll get back to you.” Even said that, the next day I get a call from an engineer from Samsung directly asking for my location. Followed by 4-5 calls from another female.

          I mean how low can you’ll get. Is this the way Samsung is making money?

          I would appreciate it if you investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

            I bought samsung galaxy E7 on[protected]. i facing the problem of restart in my new handset . i submitted it to service center of janus electronics vasundhara ghaziabaad sector-10 on[protected]. i see very pathetic behaviour by the company for a DOA letter . there is no any positive response by the company, i dont what kind of a problem is it or any neglence..by the samsung.. kindly do the procedure as soon as possible ...my Bill no is. When there is call incoming it is just unable to pick it up...I want that company should take a quick action against this issue...and if the company suggests me to take the mobile to the customer service then it will take much time and then also it could not get perfect...and finally the mobile becomes useless...so take a quick action..It is a request...Make it fast...

                        I had lodged a complaint No. [protected] in April, 2015 which was attended by Company Service Centre Kaiser Electronices, Patpar Ganj, Delhi. I have paid him Rs.675/- as visiting charges. They told me that they will come again with part, which needs to be replaced, for which you have to Rs.2500/- . I said OK. They again came two /three time, they replaced the part, but TV was not got repaired, hence parts taken back. However, they were not able to detect the problem. In may they taken the TV to their workshop, and returned the same TV without doing any thing. After that they suggested me to replace the Panel which will cost me Rs.20, 630/-. They take a advance of Rs.5000/- on 14/6/2015 and balance Rs.15630/- on 22/06/2015 at the time of delivery of repaired TV. When we used the same, it is found that problem is not rectified. Call was logged again. Service centre visited my house and told me to replace one more cable with description No. BN96-12723J on 30/06/2015 and took Rs.956/- again. After two day, i again complaint the same problem. TV is not working properly. Colour are not properly displaced on the TV. Even after repeated phone calls to Call Centre No.[protected] and Head Office No.[protected], there is no proper response so far. Service Centre Person Mr. Imran #[protected] is not behaving properly. There is no timeline from any one in Samsung. If TV can't be repaired, it should have been intimated at the first visit. How can I waste my hard earn money on this kind of poor service. This is clear cut case of cheating by Samsung. If TV is not repaired and i do not receive my entire money back (Rs.675+5000+15630+956), i will not spare any body in Samsung. I will file a legal case against Samsung India, Samsung Korea and Company Service Centre Kaiser Electronices, Patpar Ganj, Delhi. All of them are making a fool of innocent people of this country.                             Dear Sir I purchased Samsung S6 Edge on 11/06/15 from M/s The Digital Shopee at Allahabad [UP]. While making the purchase I was informed by the samsung consultant at the dealer about the following offers: 1. Double Data Offer from Airtel on the purchase of S6 which is mentioned on the samsung promotional leaflet. 2. Reward points Worth Rs 1600 through 'My Samsung Reward' app on the mobile for which I could Buy the cover for the mobile. Regarding the Above I complaint to the customer care [Ref Id [protected] / [protected]] but no solution received. Rather on insisting to talk to some Sr. official I receive a call from Mr. Amit Kumar Singh [Team Lead - Support] and asked to file the complaint in writing through their web stie www.samsung.com/in - contact us. I did the same and provide scan copy of the purchase Bill and the leaflet showing the scheme of Double Data Offer on the cover. At the same Time i wrote to the CEO desk through the same link and received a call from mentioning that They shall look into the same and my grivence is getting forwarded to Sales Department to resolve [Ref No [protected]]. The SMS received on 15/7/15 stated that the grivence has been resolved but in reality I have neither received the said offer of the Double Data from AirTel nor The Reward Points Till Date. Now I feel cheated by the company and feel that what so ever the company States behind its Brand is All an eyewash. I want you to intervene so that other customer should not get into the trap.                               Dear Sirs, Below is the mail I sent to Samsung relating the problem with my TV I purchased from Samsung. Dear Samsung, I have purchased Samsung LED TV- Model No: UA32EH5330RLXL on 18-07-12. And its been only 3 years I bought the TV. But now I am seeing Dual images on the screen for the last one week. I contacted customer care and registered a complaint(Claim No: [protected]). The executive came yesterday and told us that it is because of the problem in the Display panel. And he also told me that I need to pay Rs.17205 for replacing the Display panel. I was really shocked to hear this, that the TV has completed only its 3rdyear and suddenly there is a problem in the display panel. And they were asking for half the rate of the TV to change the Panel. When I had a plan to purchase a TV, I contacted many Brands and finally I decided to go with Samsung based on the Brand name you have in the country. But now within 3 years I am seeing a problem in my TV. Is the life for the Samsung TV is only 3 years. IS all the parts inside are Fake?? Why should I pay nearly 18000 Rs for the problem with Samsung Brand and accessories?? Who is Going to take responsibility for this issue in Samsung??                                 मैंने 17/7/2015 को सैमसंग स्टोर से टेब 4 ख़रीदा था। उसकी स्क्रीन पर एक डॉट आ रहा था जो मुझे घर जाकर दिखा कुछ दिन बाद भी वो डॉट था तो मैंने सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर [protected] पर फ़ोन करके अपनी परेशानी बताई उन्होंने मुझे सर्विस सेंटर जाने को कहा। 28/07/2015 को में सर्विस सेंटर गया उसकी स्क्रीन खराब थी। ठीक करने के बाद सर्विस सेंटर में ही मैंने जब टैब देखा तो उसमे कुछ बदबू बहुत तेज आ रही थी मैंने अधिकारी से पूछा तो उन्होंने कहा आती है। तथा उसका साइड बटन वॉल्यूम का और उसके साथ वाला अंदर हो गया था उन्होंने ठीक नहीं किया। अगले ही दिन पता चलता है टैब में ऑडियो जेक भी खराब है। सर्विस सेंटर के अधिकारी ने मुझे बताया ऑडियो जेक बदलेगा (जो मदर बोर्ड के साथ होता है ) । मैंने कस्टमर केयर [protected] पर फ़ोन करके कहा की अभी फ़ोन लिया है अगर सब खराब है तो वह नया कहाँ से हुआ उन्होंने मेरी request आगे टीम को देने की बात की मैंने टेबलेट घर लाकर रख दिया दो दिन बाद samsung अधिकारी के फ़ोन आने पर मेंने उनसे replacement की बात की क्योंकि टेब नया है अगर अभी ही सब बदल गया तो टेब कहा से नया हुआ ? उन्होंने सर्विस सेंटर जाने को कहा मैंने गया टेब लेकर 2 दिन बाद उसको on किया और दिखाया तब उसमे ऑडियो जैक सही चल गया मैंने उनको बताया की दो दिन पहले यह खराब था आपके अधिकारी ने देख कर बताया था । उस अधिकारी से जब बात की गयी तो उन्होंने कहा इसका मदर बोर्ड change कर दो जैक खराब था । कुछ समय बाद वह कहने लगे हम change नहीं करेंगे आप तभी करवा लेते जब हमको परेशानी दिखी अब नहीं होगा और बाकि परेशानी पर भी झूट बोलकर की सब ठीक है मुझे सर्विस देने से मना कर दिया। जब दूसरा टेब दिखने की मांग की तो उन्होंने नहीं दिखाया। मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया मैंने अपनी माँ को बुलाया और पुलिस को फ़ोन किया तब उन्होंने कहा हम मदर बोर्ड change कर देंगे, मैंने उनको कहा मुझे टेब रिप्लेस करवाना है। उन्होंने कहा फिर इसमें कोई परेशानी नहीं है। उन्होंने मदर बोर्ड change कर दिया। मेरे नए टेब में सब बदल दिया मतलब मेरा पूरा टेब खराब था तो भी मुझे रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं दी गयी । मेरी कोई सहायता नहीं की गयी । मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ 17/7/2015 को मैंने टेब लिया और मेरा पूरा टेब खराब होते हुए भी samsung का कोई अधिकारी मेरी मदत को नहीं कर रहा । मुझ पर ठीक करने का जोर डाला पर टेब रिप्लेस नहीं किया और कई झूठ बोले गए मुझसे सर्विस सेंटर ने।15 दिन भी नहीं हुए टेब में सब खोल कर रख दिया samsung ने।

                                  This is with regards to my Samsung led television model no. UA32ES5600 which I had purchased on 31/10/2013 from Hyper city Malad branch. First of all it is very sad that your company does not called their customer for extended warranty. Now because of which I had to pay a huge penalty. I had purchased this television along with my friend he got the call for extended warranty but I did not. Now the problem is the television is having some kind of a problem which never have comes up before. The picture get mixed up and blur screen get greenish some time lines comes up, when we change the channel the previous image is seen in the screen for some time. The faster the motion on the screen the blurrier it gets. I had complained this to Samsung authorized dealer and a technician was arranged accordingly. After checking the television according to the technician my led screen was defective and he gave me a quotation of Rs. 18000/-. But after sometime the television started working fine again I asked the dealer to kindly refund the service charges as my television was fine and i felt that I was being cheated by the Samsung authorized dealer. Later after working properly for one month the television is again having the same problem. This has happen many time it get this problem and than automatically it get resolved. Now it is clear that my television tube is working fine, if it had any problem than it would not have got resolved it should have continuously shown us the blur screen. Now I need to get this resolved. Whom should I contact I have lost faith in your authorized service dealer as they are trying to missguide. Even I need the extended warranty how should I get it, as it was not only my fault it your company challenge also to provide the after sale services to your customer. I had invested 30k in this television and after one year it's tube has such problem, led has longer life than any other television this is what we had heard from sales team. Kindly get my issue resolved. Asap

                                  I haven't received any reply for my above complaint yet, I was assuming this site to be true and helpful but it is not at all usefull just waist of time.

                                  As far as with regards to my above complaint, after not a single reply I started looking for options I got a mechanic TV repairer who gave me warranty and was ready to take the challenge. I gave my TV to him he changed one IC which is in the panel and now my TV is working as good as new. Samsung people gave me estimation of 17000/- and I got it resolved just for Rs. 7000/-. Believing Samsung was my mistake the product is as good as china product and their service centre are more worst. Go for LG, Sony and if not Haeir, Videocon, BPL, Micromax, VU and there are more options available in the market.

                                    Dear concern, I buy samsung core prime cell phone on 25 feb 2015. Till date i face so many problems regarding my phone .Battery problem, signal problem, software hang problem.Every time when i visit to customer center they change the software and again after two three days same problem come, they do the same i.e software change but till now no resolution come .4, 5 time phones get software update.phone is losting his data everytime.Concern please look into matter as samsung care will not give me proper solution .i want my money refund such a bad company.customer killing is his motive not satisfaction.                                       I have purchased the Samsung mobile core 2 from 12/6/2015 after some days facing the problem of Incoming / End calls touching button is not working and hanging problem then I have submitted the mobile to Samsung service center (Faizabad U.P) on Dated 04/7/2015 .But my complaint is not resolve by service center till date and Samsung Mobile have submitted regarding to rectification for 3 times to Samsung service center but problem is not rectify.
                                      Call no [protected] have been closed by service center without information so that all document have been submitted to service center Faizabad .UP. Samsung Service center (District Faizabad .U.P) is doing wrong information to customer . I have sent the more messages to Samsung India head office but not getting satisfaction response. And Please action it and complaint will resolve immediately. I am mentality disturb for Samsung service center and Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd and I want to penalty (economical) for Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. Please help me.

                                        My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 was dead and not charging. I submit my phone to the above service store to check the phone and they replaced the Charging Jack, which did not work for one day .
                                        I went back to the store and asked him to re-check the phone. I was again told that the phone Jack is faulty/Broken and I have to pay again.
