I have bought Note4 by paying 53000/- in the month of April 2015. 2 weeks back phone was not showing network i went to service center, they said we will have to change the mother board. Within 4 months of how can a premium handset have issues like this.. but still i said please do it. after 3 days phone was handed over to me. after 2 days the Stylus stopped working on my phone where as same stylus was working fine on other handset. i told them if this is the state of quality of this handset please replace this or give me a new handset. which they are not ready. i tried contacting call center which is just like the handset worst in the world.. no resolution. finally started writing mails and one gentlemen called and said the phone will be repaired as we only offer warranty no guarantee and if you are worried for the phone post 12 months of expiry .. please buy extended warranty. my request to the company is that since last 10 days after paying 53000 i am without phone and you are unable to rectify the issue. why should i suffer. please give me a new phone or refund my money. How can they charge such amount for such inferior quality handsets.. please help me get my money or at least a new handset which i am sure of quality.. how can i trust a handset which is being repaired again and again at a service center

    I have samsung grand prime which I bought 6 months ago. I used always original accessories with my phone but now it's headphone circuit has been damaged. It is an internal part of my phone and service centre is not covering it under warranty. Samsung is very ridiculous company and every time they have some excuse to not to repair phones. I want to know why a internal part is not covering under warranty.

      i bought samsung E7 two month back(i have bill and warranty), few days ago my screen's display got off automatically
      but my phone was working and still working. i went to vijay sales(panvel), they told me i have to take my cell to service center . i took my phone to service center(vashi), they told me that your display is broken and it will cost 10000 rupees (my phone don't even have a single scratch) . i went twice there but without checking with machine they told me that it will cost 10, 000 .
      i didn't submitted my phone(my phone is under warranty). that night my phone got started automatically
      and was working properly but next day display got off again. Then one thing is confirmed that vashi service center don't know any thing.
      i went to service center (kharghar) they told me that my phone don't have a
      display problem but they don't have a machine to test . then i went to vijay sales they are telling meto again visit service center (vashi).

        It has been past two months that I have given my Moble - NOTE 3 Neo to the QUALITY SERVICES, Kottayam, Kerala(Authorized Samsung Service centre). The problem was that the range in the set was not appearing and the set is with the service centre for the past two months. Recently when inquired, They are saying that the Samsung Company is not providing the IMEI number to the service centre and thus they they cannot replace the damaged handset. And till date they have charged me Rs.600 as service charges.           Sub- Complainant against your Sub-standard mobiles-req-reg.

          I. N. Krishna Murthy, S/o. Janadhan Rao, R/o. Kodad Town and Mandal, Nalgonda Dist. That I purchased a mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND PRIME, Model No. SM-G530HZDDINS, ON 6-6-2015. That on[protected] suddenly my mobile was switched off. That on[protected] I contact my vendor shop, there he advised to contact your servicing centre at Khammam. That I contact your servicing centre on[protected]. That your servicing men says that, mobile madar board is to be changed and he says that there is no stock of madar board and sought three days time. That your service centre issued a Acknowledgement No. [protected]. That on[protected] I received call from your service centre and mobile is ready for delivery. That I take mobile delivery on[protected]. That on that day night I want to charge the mobile, but surprisingly I saw a massage from mobile this mobile device is not support to charge the mobile. And I observe mobile memory card also is not shown. And observe that I lost entire my contacts data and phone memory data.
          II. That I purchased the mobile from your Samsung company it is very standard product. After I purchased only I came to know that, you are manufacturing and selling sub-standard products and cheating the public with high advertisements.
          III. In this regard I demanded you to replace my mobile immediately and pay Rs 50, 000/ in wards Rs. Fifty Thousands towards I loss of mobile data and mental agony and expenses and others. Otherwise I forcibly knocked the Door Steps justice, in that event you will be responsible for all costs and consequences thereof.

          I observe the service center workers are not qualified as such they are repair properly of my mobile. So you concentrate only on sale not for servicing. it is very bad on your part.

            I have lodged a complaint, customer care give me details that very next day their engineer providing service, i have called back very next day but they give me another next date, thereafter i didn't call back again because i want to check that within how much day they provide services, after 4 days engineer call me about service. That much delay.

              I purchased samsung galaxy grand neo on 3sep2014. after some days there was battery problem.so I visited samsung service center.after 3months my problem got solved.
              afte1 month my phone was not vibrating so I visited service center once again. this time the person there told me they doesn't have a vibrator available. so he placed an order and told me to come aftr 3 days.
              afte 3 days they told me to come after 2 days.this continued.when after 20days I heard d same reslt I got amgry ovr them so they told me they will provide me screwdriver n told me u urslf change the vibrator or wait till the time their executive is on holiday. I have their call recording for the same.

                Dear Friends, Myself Pravin Daund From Dombivali Mumbai. I got samsung grand 2 on november 2014 and within one year my mobile screen got clashed without any reason. About Service Centre Dombivali East ( Unique Telecom) The timing written was from 10 - 8 pm outside office When I went to samsung mobilse service centre dombivali 1st day I went at 7.50 pm. They told me that shop is closed I said ok I'm late. 2nd Day I went to service centre at 7 pm. Again I was told that Shop is closed for recieving mobiles. You can come at morning 10 am. The person incharge Mr. Sandesh Vedre was there to attend me who also gave me his card the mobile number given on card was also not correct and was showing please check the no. They treat us like goverment office. Why we should buy this kind of phone which will have problem so soon and such a worst service centres? I will prefer go to repair shop and pay money for repairing rather than going again and againg to such service centre.

One day we are watching TV suddenly black screen appeared and only audio is coming and not able to view picture. I contact showroom where I purchased the TV i.e. Pravin Furnitures, Hadapsar, Pune. They give me toll free no for launch complaint. I gave complaint on[protected]ref no:- [protected]) they told me our technician will come and will check the issue. He came on[protected]ref no:- [protected]) and check the exact issue. he comes to conclusion that screen is no more. We need to replace the screen. As per Technician, Technician explained me the reasons, why it happened (may be fluctuations…). There is no physical damage at all. Now my concern is, This model have Triple protection warranty(2 years) 1. Lightning Protection 2. Surge Protection 3. Humidity Protection As it comes in warranty regarding TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY(2 Years) & it should be solved by company. Company should replace the screen without taking any cost from customer as it comes in warranty. I already submitted invoice of purchase(Purchase Bill) to you (Mr. Ashok Panchal) on[protected]. At the time of purchasing this LED I look many other brands. But I trust brand SAMSUNG. And I specially like the TRIPLE PROTECTION WARRANTY as know one gives this warranty on the same. Also I want to mention, I purchase this LED [protected]@36, 000 and as per technician to replace the screen it cost nearly 14000. Which is really shocking, for this type of issue for one of the trusted brand like SAMSUNG.. Now we can’t bare this cost within 1 & 1/2 year on LED TV. Its really disappointing.

                    Have your complaint been resolved. I am facing the same issue with my samsung LED TV. After 6 months panel was faulty and they changed. But again after 6 months the same problem and now I have to pay 17000 rs for the new panel. How can a panel go faulty every 6 months.

                    I want to raise this complaint to consumer forum courts. Please let me know how did you resolve this?

                        My name is keshav bhardwaj. I purchased 1 samsung mobile model a7 on 21st july. On the second day 22nd july phone got in dead condition in the evening i visited at nearest service centre model town azad pur delhi. There is one lady who suggest to me that press three button 1 is volume down 2. Power button 3. The middle button. I did the same and the phone got start on the same time. That time i told her please make a d. O for this set i will get a new phone from the dealer but she deny for the same. There were two executiver who were suggest me to do 1. Sardar ji and 2 lady. And 3rd day i was out of station the same problem happened again with me i did the same procedure and again phone got start. I backed in delhi on 27 july and the same thing happend again in the night and on 28th morning and afternoon i visited the service centre i met with the lady who suggest me to do like that. I again ask for d. O but all of the member who were in service centre deny for the d. O why ?? I visited two times in a week for the same problem is this a quality of samsung mobile or you are just making fool of persons. I want a d. O for my mobile. Or i will add on this mail consume court. Iwill post this matter on your social web page. With the vedio or photos. I will not refer for anyone to buy samsung any product now.

                          I placed an order of Samsung 9000 mah power bank..when I got the product it turned to be faulty wit some technical faults...I booked an ticket for replacement. .they replied it ll solved in 24 to 48 hours but till date dint get any reply... tried calling book my offer customer care they are not responding

                            Dear Concern, This is reg. my ongoing complaint of 1.5 ton split AC AS185WBDNSTL, bearing serial # E057PP1B100226B for so long & the resolution received by Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, Senior Exe. Customer experience. In Oct.-14, its compressor stopped working & the complaint was registered with Samsung. After inspecting the ac your engineer told that its gas has been leaked & the cooling coil / gas was replaced / refilled subsequently. The new problem of water leakage from the air vent of the AC started immediately after this & was reported to your help desk many times but even after 9 months, is still pending. Your service men or engineer visited to attend the complaint & said that it needs chemical service, then only water leakage would stop. Though the AC was serviced 1-2 months back only. Its filter is cleaned on regular basis.. Again service request was lodged with your help desk & again different person visited to service the same. When I asked him that I’ve been told to get it chemically serviced, he was surprised to hear that. He told me that there is no clogging in the AC, there was minor fault which has been rectified & may be the other person could not find the fault & just to complete the complaint, advised for chemical service. Anyhow, the AC was again serviced but the water leakage is still there. Winter season was about to fall & the AC was used hardly for 10-15 days. In march-15, we had to fix wallpaper in our room. So I again called your helpdesk for its service & rectify its water leakage. The same was done & assured by your engineer. On 5th April-15 when I switched on the AC, again its compressor was not working. The same was reported & this time your service person Mr. Sameer visited to attend the complaint. I particularly asked him to check the leakage thoroughly as the gas should not be leaked frequently. He inspected the same & conveyed me over phone that some screw was not tighten properly on the back of the AC. When I enquired how can it be possible! He told me that it may be left loose by the service guy who had serviced it last month. This time, he fully guaranteed for the repair, also gave me his contact number & asked me to call him directly for any issue in future, so that the complaint should be handled by same person only. After 2 months o[censored]sage, though I sometimes felt uneven cooling, lots of water leakage, reported the same to your helpline also but of no use. On 13th July-15, the compressor again stopped working. I called up Mr. Sameer & told him that its seems that the gas has again been leaked. He, very annoyingly answered back as how can I be sure that its gas has been leaked, there could be lots of other reasons for its non working etc. I was very surprised to hear his rough tone & language. I reminded him of asking me to call him in any case of further complaint. He promised to visit but never kept it. Instead, other person Mr, Gurvinder visited to attend the complaint & this time I was also physically present. He inspected the same & reported that this time, due to leakage of gas, its condensor has also been damaged. As few oil spots have appeared on it. He also apprised about the process of checking the leakage thru some pressure technique & equipment etc. When I narrated him about the repeated leakage & why the same procedure was not followed in the first time itself or the second time, he was surprised & clue less that the leakage was not checked professionally. Anyhow, as may be of routine practice of Samsung service engineers, he also guaranteed me that after the necessary replacement & repair, the problem would not be faced again. When I told him ok! I will get the compressor replaced but are you authorized to guarantee on behalf Samsung company, what after same problem arises after 3 ½ months! He had no answer. He told me that he would brief the same to his service manager Mr. Sanjay & asked me to call him after some time for further process. I called your service manager many times but his number was busy or he never picked up the phone. Only one time (5:30 pm) his mobile was picked up by his colleague & I was told that Mr. Sanjay is taking a nap & you better call him some other time or day. What an attitude. I never called him again. I called up many times to your helpline number & each time I had to narrate the whole story to the new help desk person. When I asked to speak to some senior person, my call was transferred to Mr. Nishhan & again he promised to get the resolution in two days. Mr. Pramod, senior exe. Customer experience called me & again I had to narrate him the whole episode. He again promised to get the resolution ASAP & even called me next day that he had appointed their most senior engineer Mr. Inderjeet to inspect the problem thoroughly but nobody visited to attend the same. After 6 days, again after my repeated follow-up with your helpdesk, Mr. Pramod called me on 25th July-15. He conveyed me that he has discussed the issue reg. my complaint with the experts & engineer over tele-con & the resolution is, I have to pay the charges as the product is out of warranty. As simple as that. As Mr. Pramod is a commercial person, his concern is only with money matters, to how to make customers pay even due to no fault of their. Technically he seems to be novice. When he called me about the resolution, he just kept on repeating just one line that your product is out of warranty, out of warranty, out of warranty, etc. I understand, the typical Indian mentality is how to save money. Customer’s satisfaction or resolution is not at all important. I have always been a Samsung products fan. I already have 2 split (1 running perfectly since 8 years), 1 window AC, refrigerator, etc. of Samsung running at my place & have always get the service done thru authorized service center only. And have always paid the due charges. It is not mere about the charges, the resolution which I want is as under: 1. Why my water leakage problem is not being resolved since Oct-14. 2. Why the gas leaked again in April-15. (it was filled in Oct-14 but AC ran just for few days due to winter season falling in.) 3. Why the gas leaked again in July-15. 4. Why should I pay for the charges again, this time for the condenser too. Which has been damaged due to regular gas leakage & repeated negligence of repair by your engineers. 5. What guarantee is that the same problem would not arise again. As conveyed by Mr. Pramod, it seems that my product is out of warranty & I have to pay the following extra price to run Samsung AC per year: 1. Gas filling cost for 2 times @ Rs.4000.00 per season 2. Gas filling & replacement of compressor @ Rs.8400.00 per season Total cost of running the AC per year / season @ Rs.12, 400.00 Now, could you please explain: why should I pay for the gas leakage 3rd time in 9 months! It’s not a tap which is left open by me deliberately. Your so called unqualified engineers, instead of identifying & rectifying the fault, they are busy in playing blame games. Always blaming the previous engineer for the current fault. Taking customer for a ride & making him pay for their fault again & again. Dear Samsung, I do understand that it happens only in India. Where customer is made a scape goat. Your service center in Ludhiana, Punjab – India is providing such a lousy & unprofessional service. The so called engineers are young guys who don’t seems to be technically qualified. For putting up a new AC its fine but in case of some problem, they are completely novice. But ultimately, they are representing the Samsung company & its your company’s name which is at stake. Awaiting your feedback.                                   With regret i am drafting this email to your notice. I have purchased a brand new Samsung E7 mobile from Aashish telecom-Borivali Bill No: S15/288 dated:[protected]Item Description: SM-E700HZWD-WHITE) with 1 year of Warranty. After 10th Day on[protected] i started facing problem while charging said Mobile, i was unable to charge the mobile as it was giving continuous error that "CHARGING PUASED. BATTERY TEMPRETURE IS TOO LOW". On[protected] i visited the Samsung Service Center at Borivali. The Service Executive told me that Mother-Board of the phone needs to be replaced as it was not working properly and that will take 2-3 working days. After not receiving any communication from Samsung service center for 3-4 days i called them and asked about the status of my phone, they replied it is not done yet. After that i visited the Center again, there Ms. Dipti(Manager of Service Center Borivali) told me that while replacing the Mother-Board the Screen of my New brand Phone was damaged and they dont have the new screen at their center and again asked me to wait for more some days ahead of that they assure me that they will call me but i had received Zero communication from them. Then I decide to call to the customer care to inquire about the actual status of my phone, they also asked me to wait for 2 days. After two days when i again called them they said it is ready but when i checked with the Service center they said no it is not ready yet. After Losing my patient on[protected], i called the customer care again on [protected]/[protected], there 1 of Samsung executive told me that he has escalated the issue to the higher ups. Then i received the call from 1 of the head of the Samsung he took Ms. Dipti (Manager of Samsung Service Center Borivali) on concall where she said the phone is ready and will be given to me by 8pm at Borivali office. I don't understand why they have taken so much time to just replace some major parts if the phone is in warranty... in fact the Samsung Service center people used my phone more than i used after taking a new brand samsung mobile and after paying full Market price, Phone is in warranty i m getting this kind of worse service. Above all of that, I finally received my phone from service center and after asking about the issues of my mobile, Ms. Dipti told me that Mother-Board was perfect and there was a problem with the Charging port that they have changed. Further she assured me that i will not face any problem hereafter and if problem persists then feel free to call me. Now I am in very Big SHOCK... 5 days after receiving my phone, i faced same problem with my phone. I really dont know what is going on. I am fed up just wasting my time in talking to Service center people. I earlier also requested them to Just give me letter to issue new Brand Mobile phone if you people have damaged my phone while replacing as i have purchased and paid full amount for the same just 10 days back on[protected]. This is very Bad and Worse service from Samsung a brand company. Now i don't want to submit my mobile again to service center people and waste more days ahead. I JUST DONT WANT TO REPAIR THE MOBILE, I WANT A LETTER TO ISSUE NEW BRAND E7 MOBILE PHONE AS A REPLACEMENT. THATS IT. REGARDS: YOGESH DHAMANE [protected]/[protected]/[protected]

                                    I am tejashri. In 27 feb 2015 i bought a new samsung mobile (Grand prime) from e zone (Pune central) . With this new phone i got 2 offers,
                                    1) samsung rewards point
                                    2) paytm point (400 rs per month for 6 months)
                                    For first 4 months i got below msg
                                    Your promo code for adding rs. 400 to ypur paytm wallet is uicwizpdgci7. This is valid for one use in a calendar month & can be used a maximum 6 times till august 2015.
                                    And i could easily redeem those paytm rupees for 4 months (March to june) but for this month (July) i didn't received any msg from paytm and not able to use previouos code, as every time i got same code in each msg.                                       I have purchased Samsung core 2 set on. Just after purchasing the same I have been facing so many problems. First of all problems in its speakers I can't hear voice of caller clearly 2nd camera is not working properly 3rd in course of charging battery is getting heat. I reported to authorised customer services at dhanbad twice but they failed to rectify it's problems. Even after survicing the screen of the mobile set is coming out. I am just fade up please do something immediately

                                        The network of mobile suddenly goes and touch stop working again it can be use only after removing the battery and again i have to put that battery inside.After that it can be use again and this problem happen at every 15 min interval of time.i already took this mobile to the service centre bt but they are not taking proper action for this
