Hello Sir/Madam, This is Shivram here from chennai. I Bought a Samsung H5500 32'LED TV On October 2014 And since day one having problem with the product. I Contacted The Cust Care and After making me wait for long they replaced Just the screen stating that it was an issue with the screen. As amonth went by again the same screen problem came in and they did a Screen Replacement again. This happened for 3 times and the 4th time when i asked them for another model they didnt accept and changed the whole LED TV but the same model again. Finally now for the 5th time the TV Screen problem has come in. I really dont know what else to do but send a legal notice to Samsung who isnt helping at all by giving this faulty model. Finally i'am mailing you before taking action so either get me a refund or a newer model which has a better screen. I expect a reply and a solution from your end or its my lawyer who will do the rest . This is one frustrated fed up customer mailing you . Shivram

    I purchased HONDA (prestige) Brand only Active dated on December 2014 after i purchase vehicle within 2 months it was observed that the vehicle was suffering from following manufacturing defects. I will intimate that dealer the rim was defective problem. the dealer don’t responce and irrespective behaviour and can not awareness for warranty knowledge for the dealership manpower. at the same time the Dealer man power just discussions customer is customer don’t fear the dialogues are listen from dealership man power. wheel sub assy RR and This defects were brought into the notice of dealer in 3rd service. Due to these defects the running of vehicle was totally impaired, no pickup, the handle was found very light, no free movement of the handle, and in 30 kms speed move the vehicle vibration is starting. in 3rd service i will intimated the back danger light dont work. that supervisors reply please change the dangerlight. and i will pay the bill include bulb .after deliver time i can check the FQC the danger light bulb. there is no new bulb fitted. i can ask that what is bulb status .the manpower said that electrical items the did no work properly only within 2 hours time the dialogues said that illetritate manpower have the dealership. WHEN THE TIME OF DELIVERY I CAN PURCHASED extra money pay fpr NEW BULB 27/- NOT A ORIGINAL BULB JUST A NORMAL BULB SOLD TO HIM. Regarding i can give the suggestion just once raise the htr.after i can forward to hmsi. there is no proper answer for that supervisors.HONDA 1ST LEVERL IS CSI (customer SATISFACTION INDEX)The compliant could not enjoy the vehicle due to element of risk involved due to the defects and also bent on the BACK wheel of the vehicle.KINDLY GIVE THE PROPER TRAINING FOR THE DEALER SHIP MANPOWER Honda is Honda the great add in tv but Honda policy is customer satisfaction but pruthvi Honda is customer unsatisfaction policy level maintained…

      never take any insurance from pickme india, they simply cheat the people. i had submitted my phone on 19/6/15 and after numerous phone calls for one month they says that insurance company has rejected the case. they will give u any silly reason. i urge all o[censored] pls avoid taking any insurance. specially from pick me india
      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They says that the insurance company takes 21 working days to approve or disapprove. However in my case it took 29 days and then after hundreds of phone calls from side. They says that insurance company has rejected the requested.

      If at all they have to disapprove why did they took 29 days and why only I have to call them so many times. I was really annoyed by their this type of service.

        I Harsh Arya from Panipat I have Samsung galaxy s duos 2 7582 [protected] phone. My phone is not working properly so i visited your Panipat complaint center and told my complaint bill no. [protected] dated 17.07.2015. That my phone is working slow without checking the phone your front desk engineer reply that is due to more data. but my data is less than 50% of the memory then he told me that this is due to software then he opened the phone and told me that some liquid entered in your phone and change the color of main chip in a strip 1/2 inch to 2.5 inch. I told Mr. Singh your engineers that liquid is not spread in strip shape as you are telling me then he told me it is due to moisture. Then he gives my phone without reinstalling the software and without repairing the phones. The copy of my complaint is so poor in quality to read, So I requested your office on 17.07.2015 to send me the scan copy, but the mail me few minutes before. I purchased a branded phone for best service but your Panipat service center neglected my complaint without any solution of my complaint’s am telling you the services of your Panipat center and my phone is under warranty up to 09.08.2015 and having extended warranty for year also. Attend my complaint at earliest otherwise you will force me to go to the consumer forum regarding my complaint

        This is Harsh Arya in regards complaint of my Samsung Mobile GT-S7582ZKAINS, BERAING SERAIL
        #RZ1F7OYM4KR.
        I am shocked after reading your Mail to pay Rs.4353.78 for repair of My Samsung Mobile phone GT-
        S7582.It is unjustified to demand repair charges under warranty of My Phone, Your Panipat service
        Center Do not tell me the same as you demanding in your mail. You are just ignoring your service to
        your Consumer by not providing proper service. My phone is not working properly So requesting you
        To please repair my phone if it is repairable or change it for proper service to your Customer.
        Again requesting you to please solve my problem by repairing /change my faulty phone on
        urgent basis, Otherwise you are forcing me to go to Consumer Court

          I have purchased a Refrigerator model no FF-RT3234TABS From Reliance digital retail ltd, Capital mall, Bhiwadi, Dist. Alwar. Rajasthan.on dated 26/01/2013(Bill enclosed)
          Few days back we observed that it is not running,
          when contacted your service center at bhiwadi it is inform that our service person visting charges would be Rs 400/. how could be he charge when it is under warranty.
          Any way he visted and informed us that the compressor is to changed and the charges would be around Rs 3000/
          Finally he submitted his bill of Rs 2705/ (Bill enclosed)
          The question is what does mean by warranty.
          It damage the reputation of Brand Samsung.

            Please note we had bought Split AC 1.0 TON - 2 Nos, In the month of Nov 2014 & As we got the same installed & shifited to our new home in Jan 2015since then we are facing same complaint of bad smell from AC & in spite of several complaints made in last 6 months by us they have not changed the unit, Due to this issue my kids health have been spoilt waitng for immediate action

              To Whosover it may concern This is to bring to your kind notice that i had bought a samsung ac (AR18JC2HATPNNA; Batch no- 036DPPDG200585; Invoice no- MNRI-01104) from Value Plus Store, Mahanagar, Lucknow only on the assurance that it will be installed today itself, which was further confirmed by from samsung office in lucknow through a telephonic call. But this promise was not kept and i was left waiting for the engineer whole day without a single call from either side about inability. I strongly condemn this attitude of the store and samsung Lucknow Office. Its highly deplorable that i was lied by the store staff and the samsung team. My only precondition to buy the ac was installation on the same day even to the condition that i myself took the ac to my place without stores' assistance. At the end of the day i just feel cheated by value plus store and samsung.

                I go cheated by getting Samsung Note 3. It has low configuration and battery get discharged in 2 hrs time. Camera quality is very low, ram and internal memory is not visible. i can see only 1.25 gb SD memory in phone.i really frusted and want to stop such kind things happen for other samsung customers. i will help you to provide details about phone which is selling under brand of Samsung. Can you provide me new phone as complimentary to helping Samsung fraud detection team to providing such fraud things as i really saved all my savings to buy note 3 but i lost everything buying huge discounted phone in mkt which is fraud.i am one of victim of such sells and your company will ruin the name ans business if such things is continue in indian mkt.

                    We bought a samsung wobble technology washing machine a month ago and its not cleaning well. If i put some blankets and white clothes they are becoming more dirtier than they are. Extra patches of dirt is making my clothes more dirtier and it is losing it's look or becoming pale. Coming as old clothes.

                      Samsung refrigerator model no RT36JSRFESL EASY CLEAN STEEL was purchased from Vijay Sales Bhandup Br. on[protected].The samsung person visited my residence a few days later for a demo and setting the temperature for the fridge and freezer. On that day we registered a compliant for scratches on the door handle which was noted in his visit report and was advised that this compliant would be attended to by Vijay Sales.We visited Vijay Sales Bhandup Br. the very next day i.e on[protected] and registered the compliant.No action has been taken till date. In between we noticed ice formation in the freezer and registered a compliant with samsung online: Registration no. [protected]. The service centre simply keeps sending engineers to check the issue only when we follow up without any solution being given. The engineers have taken pictures of the fridge to assess the problem, however they are unable to resolve it as this is a new model and no one has a clue of how to deal with it. I have patiently awaited their solution for the past three months. However, they now seem to be taking advantage and instead of resolving my issue, keep deferring it. I have wasted a lot of time and money over this, made innumerable calls to Samsung & Vijay Sales with no solution in sight. I even made a written complaint to the service centre, who blatantly ignored it.My hard earned money is stuck up in this, with me neither being able to use the fridge nor replace it. I now seek refund of the amount paid by me with interest and compensation for the agony and innumerable phone calls which only elicited false promises till date.

                          I have purchased the microwave oven on 10/Jul/2015 till now no demonstration has been done after calling sevice center and company several times, senior of customer care Stuti is giving fake information and service center people are saying visit consumer court and Hemraj ASM of service center is saying to their team leader Subhash and Aditya no issue I will cancel tha complaint then customer cant do anything. I will never suggeat any one to purchase samsung product because the utensil provided by Samsung are not good as they melted inside in microwave within 2 mins may be the house also chatches fire. We will not get any resulution from samsung worst company dont care about there customer, rest all other company are providing better services then samsung.                             My realtive has purchased led on 4jan 15 but due to some reason we cudnt install the tv, but now today I e 18jul when I had a chat with senior executive Mr Ashish firtly he misbehaved with me during talk and secondly new thing came to know that First installation is valid for 6 m, and nothing about is been told by dealer and even mentioned any where . When I askd abt the same Mr ashish told me that itis confidential so my question is this how wud I knw abt this policy or anyone if this z confidential. So sir I am gonna file consumer complaint first for blldy rude chat with me by Mr Ashish and second for not showing discliamer about this policy. So help me to avail my right

                              Dear Team samsung, As I type water is dripping from the ac indoor unit. The ac is out of warranty. This is also not the first time such a problem has come. Pls send the best, most qualified and experienced technician to see to the issue. Can't waste time on not getting it "first time right" as the unit is in our master bed room. Thanks.

                                Sir, I have submitted my Samsung Note 4 mobile on July 5th, 2015 in Techno Service Center Tambaram, Chennai for Camera failure, Back button not working, phone heating and battery drop. It's been two weeks now and i have not received my phone and there is no proper response from the service center. Its not even 6 months i have bought this mobile for RS. 50+k but I am facing all these issues and totally dissatisfied with the product. Moreover delay in service makes me more frustrated.                                   Purchased 2 AC's on 22.06.2011. Models= AS125BGC, AS183BBD Since 1st week of installation facing problem with cooling system with AS125BGC. Multiple complains were made, So many different executive/technical staff visited. Due to less technical knowledge they treated the problems in their own way like gas leakage, internal problem, faults in outdoor and indoor units. They took both the units to the company but problem always remains the same. In year 2013, I made a severe written complain to Samsung HQ. Few calls for sorry was made by samsung. but problem remains the same. It needs gas feeling (on payment) 6-7 times within the span of 3-3 months warranty period with in the season. In 2015 Compressor was changed after Ist visit on 4th April. The condenser was changed on payment with in one week of first visit. Gas filled. but issue remains the same. Now an expert employee of HCL service engineer has said that problem with the cooling coils of indoor unit. If i invest now also but not sure for rectification of the problem. It was better that i should have gone to Consumer court for change of both the units. I have invested almost double for getting the cooling effect. Anupam Srivastava [protected]

                                    I am owning a Samsung laptop which is in warranty period. Looking at Samsung pathetic services and keeping my laptop as well as waiting for parts which was assured to me by Samsung Service Center representative, They would be giving me a call and let me know the part availability its 4 months and nothing is taken care. I am facing graphic and display problem since March 2015 and i have shared this to my nearest service support center (kalpataru, Mira Road[e] Thane-401107) within a month in April 2015 and I have shared a video file with the senior representative the trouble i am facing for display/graphics. I have visited service center many a times but there was no care taken. I have also submitted my device with them as they have asked me to submit. even after submitting my device they haven't replaced any part from it and told me theirs no problem in it and i just took 5min to examine the problem and showed them the problem again yet there was no respond for the service and told me to leave and will be calling me back and now the service center not answering my call. i have escalated my complain to service support they have ask me to visit other service center i have done that too and still facing the problem. I have mailed to CEO and others for the notification that i might log a legal case to the Consumer Court but there was no respond to it and hereby i am logging a complain against samsung for the mental harassment and improper service provided to me.                                       Have purchased samsung grand 2 this Mar. 2015, now not even 6 months to my surprise it started having problem... when given to samsung service centre andheri, we were been informed the handset has a issue with its jack ( used for hearing )and hence had handed over for serving but again within less then a month the same problem occurred and again it had to be given for serving . this month again on the 14th july 2015 we again had a major problem in receiving calls and the phone goes blank at once, now it had been given to service centre again which took 2 days to service and rectify the issue...my only concern is it should not be happening so often and feel like we are been given a fault piece ...

                                        Dear Customer Care, Good day, I had purchased a 40" Smart Samsun LED UA40J5300 TV on 14.07.15 from Vjay Sales, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Order No.163-VSH07-15SOARFCV. Your Technician came to my residence on 15.07.15 and tried to install the Smart TV APS and when the Internet is on he could have patience to wait till it some times fluctuates, the Universal problems. When requested to wait for few minutes ( he was there at my home not more than 15 minutes) to see that the Internet takes downloading, he said to my daughter some guidelines and taken my signature on his reporting paper and left home. Also he said the Internet stabilize please call me. But when we called after ONE hour, he did not pick up the calls. There after we called the customer service, somebody guided my daughter and shi installed some main required APS. I therefore request you to take action on such Technicians immdtly who are waste and give unwanted trouble, they only market other accessories which we dont want.
