I just bought a SAMSUNG MICRO SD CARD from an authorised dealer in pune.When i went home and inserted it in my sd card reader it said card is encrypted.When i took the card back to the dealer the dealer said its company defect and directed me towards the service centre.The service centre said that it is the dealers fault and it has been damaged by him.What do i do with the defective card?My money has gone waste.I want a refund or replacement.I have the bill also.its been hardly 3-4 days.How can samsung give such defective cards!!!

    Company directed to contact the authorized dealer to get the warranty which was so paid for in the name of authorized dealer as per the company 'direction and now dealer is about to close without imparting me the warranty.

    It is our our telephonic conversation on 17. 07. 2015with the samsung's personnel whereby reference no. Is [protected]. Here i had been requesting for the extended warranty and the guy had been telling me that a person from the authorized dealer would be coming to me to collect the extended warranty cheque. He also stated when being asked specifically that the cheque would be required in the name of the authorized dealer viz. Chanakya enterprises. On the same lines i had paid the enginerer of chanakya (The receipt attached) a cheque (No. 904619 dtd 15. 7. 15 sbi) for two year amc, rs 4034 / - . After i had waited till now, i had been told by "chanakya" that their agency is getting closed and he could not assure me of the requisite warranty extension. Please look into the matter. I am putting the complaint simultaneously into consumer complaint forum because it is difficult to follow up and then putting such complaints here because of shortage of time. It is pure misdirection both by the dealer and the company. They should have taken the cheque in the name of samsung direclty. But, samsunfg told that it is thesir policy to get the cheque in the name of dealer. Now my warranty remains hanging and at the same time i may not be able to recover the money from the dealer who is about to close.

      I bought Samsung s5 2 weeks ago. My son ordered it on flipkart(in pondicherry) and gave me this phone(i live in trivandrum). With very moderate usage of only whatsapp and calls/sms the phone gets heated up tremendously. It is impossible to keep the phone in my shirt pocket at such time and the battery life is not at all impressive either. I have previously ordered goods on flipkart and have never encountered such issues. I request an immediate replacement of this phone as it gets heated up 2-3 times a day. I am a very moderate user and had no such problems with my previous phone that has much less features, the samsung s3.

        I bought a new mobile samsung e7 along with it i was promised a scheme in which i was to get free rs 500 voucher by paytm till 6 months anywhere in any state of india but to my diappointment i just got it for 2 months and after that neither distributer nor paytm customer care replies to my calls or mails. I m harrased. My phone was bought on 23rd march and my no [protected].

          Hi,


          I have purchased samsung core2 having imei no. [protected] on 19 / 10 / 2014, and after 3 to 4 month it started giving intermittent sound distortion (Jarring sound) problem, as the problem was intermittent that why i hadn’t complained at that time. But in march, 2015 it also started giving no sound problem while calling & receiving calls.
          As i observed randomly intermittent issue, i visited samsung service centre in okhla, delhi. Unfortunately at that time i’m unable to show the fault to your service engineers as it was intermittent and they give it me back after format, service and software upgrade as per them.

          After service i hardly used it 2 or 3 days i observed below issues:
          1. Intermittent no sound while calling / receiving calls on both speakers (Loudspeaker / speaker phone) ,
          2. Sometimes loudspeaker will automatically activate itself,
          3. Unable to switch between speaker and loudspeaker,
          4. Intermittent sound distortion (Jarring sound) on call,
          5. Intermittent sim comes out from sim slot 2 issue.
          6. Charging issue notice twice, i have to restart to charge my phone.

          Before service i had only sound distortion & no sound on call issue, but after service above problems increased. I have to reboot every time to resolve the above issues, and after reboot it works fine for few days.

          I again visited to the same service center and marked all the issues on mail as well.

          I was really shocked they did not provide me any jobsheet.


          I noticed, in this service center no senior / responsible person available and it seems like local shop not samsung care.

          I didn’t get any call back from their side, so now it has become my duty to follow up with service centre to enquire about the progress, so i called, first they refuse to give me the status and after insisting they told me that “we have checked one day and no problem found”.

          They also told me that when warranty expires customers started complaining and their issues increased automatically.

          Further, please note that i have exhausted all my patience now. I am now convinced that the handset will be of no use to me and i failed to understand your service department capability to resolve the issues. In today’s customer oriented world it is really shocking to witness such indifference and apathy from such a reputed company like samsung.

          Now i dont want to get my device repaired even i will not going to any service center please provide home service.

          Please replace my handset asap

            Dear Sir, we purchased a Samsung A7 phone on 08/06/2015 from Umiya mobile which is dealer of Samsung. in this mobile internal display was damaged due to manufacturer fault when phone was being charged. I am going to his care but not repaired due to damage but as per warranty my was not physical damaged but internal damage due to at the time of charging. it is clearly seen that phone internal display damage, it's not my fault but company is rejected my phone repair warranty. kindly action urgently. my mobile no.               I am using samsung from last 07 years and during the tenure i have changed 04 variants of samsung, currently using a7 but during last few months the quality had deteriorated and no after sale service at nariana vihar, delhi. No body listens and even they never have a spares to rectify the problems. The phone getting heat up is very common in samsung.

              So never buy samsung. . . Recommended

                I had baught one LED tv from nagaon, assam one month back. They had given me the option of wall mounting which i declined.The technician concerned told me that wall mounting will be done free of cost within 6 months of purchase.But, the service people informed their head office that they have done wall mounting of the tv which in fact was not done.Later on, after one month when i did wall mounting with their assistance, they are demanding service charge on the plea that iam in possesion of the wall mounting clamp which in fact is provided by them.They are demanding service charge of 600/-.

                    I had requested samsung customer care on 23 Jul 15 at around 1415h to repair my samsung LED TV. Samsung customer care had given request number as [protected]. No local service engineer has called me on 24 Jul 15. On 25 Jul at around 1400h one call had come and said the service engineer would come probably come on 28 Jul 15 or 29 Jul 15. It is not understood as to why samsung is taking so much of time to redress the complaint. In case the complaint is not attended within ur stipulated pd of time, my samsung LED TV should be repaired free of cost.

                      On 8 / 05 / 15, i took my samsung galaxy s4 to samsung service centre :[protected] - - mastro fone in trivandrum, kerala. The problem with my phone was it was not detecting sim card. The technician after checking the phone said that the sim slot of the phone had to changed and it would cost rs. 2000. The next day the staff called me and said that phone needs to change motherboard and it would cost rs9000. As sim not detecting was the the only problem it asked them not to change motherboard and i will collect the phone. On 11 / 05 / 15 when i received my phone and checked it, the phone camera was not working and performance of the phone was bad. When i asked to the staff what happened he said even without my consent they started working on ic and damaged it. Then he said at his own risk he would repair and give it to me and needed to weeks time. After two weeks i went again the phone was not repaired, this time, the manager also talked with me and asked for two more weeks. Now its been 2 months and i still did not get my phone repaired.                             I Sweta Dey have been Purchase Samsung Galaxy Core 2, six months back. From the very first day, it started problem.When I visited to their service centre (Unique Service Center, City Center, Durgapur).they replace my mother board. But again the same problem.After that I visited 3 to 4 times to their center.In the last time (7 days back), when I go for another mobile problem(i.e samsung GURU MUSIC 2), then even not listen my problem at all.And start used abusive Language. Name was SUDIP DEY. When I Protest, he told me, he had power(i.e Police Power and minister power) Please do necessary action against this man.

                                I made a complaint on dated 21/06/2015 on Samsung toll free number[protected] from my registered number [protected] that my refrigerator is facing cooling problem and not maintaining a proper temperature in grill segment (refrigerator excluding freezer part). Customer care executives told me that the service Engineer will visit my place within 24 hours. But no one turned up to my place for 2 days. Again I registered another complaint with Ref. No. [protected] on dated 23/06/2015. Again the customer care executives gave me the same response but this time service Engineer (Mr. DILIP) turned up to my place and after few trouble shooting steps he said now your refrigerator will work properly and took Rs. 340 as service charges from us and went back. We observed the refrigerator’s performance for 2 consecutives days, but the same problem continues. I again called him, he came and without undergoing any diagnosis he claimed that there is some chocking problem and another technician will come to handle this problem. A day after another technician (Mr. Satyam) visited my place on several reminders through phone calls and started changing the gas without any diagnosis, which he also later realized that there was no need of changing the gas, as there was some miscommunications between him and DILIP. But with the aim of money making he deliberately changed the thermostat without any need and charged us Rs. 300, and we had no other option but to pay him. Again We observed the refrigerator’s performance for 3-4 consecutives days, but the same problem continues. I again contacted DILIP and SATYAM, but it was shocking to see their responses as they both deny to come to my place to check refrigerator. I called service center again and wanted to complain about both, but this time I was fooled by customer care executives, as they didn’t connected me to their seniors and made several lame excuses that they are busy. They also kept me on hold for long time but none of the seniors contacted me and later they dropped my call from their end. At last I again lodged a complaint on 07/07/2015 with reference to my previous complaint and again I was assured by the executives that responsible engineers will come and solve my problem, but this time again both same DILIP and SATYAM came together in my absence, checked roughly and said your machine is ok and went back. I waited again for 7 days and called on toll free number again on 15/07/2015 from my number [protected]. On that day I called 7-8 times and had a talk with customer support centre and also with staff named SUMAN from Samsung office at gurgaon/noida but didn’t got any assistance, rather they both kept me hold for longer time and later they dropped my call. Hence a simple technical problem was not resolved by a big known brand SAMSUNG in a period of approx a month. Planning to knock the door of consumer court and would also suggests other consumers never to purchase and trust SAMSUNG PRODUCTS

                                  booked this complaint regarding my samsung plasma tv which stopped working last friday 17/7/2015. the response i got from samsung was lethargic.
                                  I called the customer care atleast 7 times and everytime the repeat the same dialouge saying a high priority reminder has been sent and our engineer will be calling you any time in between 8pm today, no one called. I am really fed up with your pathetic customer care services.

                                    i saw a fascinating advertisement of Sony power bank at askmebazaar.com and i ordered the same. but i received a Samsung power bank instead of sony product.Even the product shown in ad. was not delivered to me i compromised with the samsung product and when i tried to use it, was useless and not charging my mobile phone.

                                      I am a registered user of SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE.

                                      I made a registered complaint for repair of my washing machine WF355BNM.

                                      The error shown was 3 E

                                      The person came for 3 days and suggested replacement of part thermo sensor
                                      After 3 weeks the part, with continuous follow up from our side the part
                                      was replaced of Rs6464 (3 months warranty). Again the machine did not work. This time it was due to rat mesh not available .The service person did not tell us that rat mesh is not available for 2011 model.
                                      We got the same service person for all the visit.
                                      The machine was placed in same location all through out repair.

                                      I am requesting a refund of the amount paid .as the problem is not resolved.as on 23/07/2015.Please give a solution.

                                        Recently i bought a new samsung cellphone NOTE 3 on 2nd june-2015. In starting the styler pen was working properly for an around 5-6 days, but later it wasn't working smoothly as in you need to hardly push the s pen.so i went to samsung service centre on friday to resolve the problem they analysis the issue & it was a genuine defect. So they took an order for an another styler pen and told me to come on monday. I went on monday they replied we haven't got the stock yet so they provide the contact number of their service centre and told me to come on friday and if we got your order we call you back. Then someday later before friday i called them and it was switched off. then i went today again to get my order i found a new person sitting over there i explained the whole thing again but he wasn't able to resolve my problem and he was like he don't know me and he said we only got the order of pen nips and i asked him now whats the solution he won't listen only and i asked him r u getting my order or should i put the complaint on samsung website, so he was like no we don't and if you want to complaint you can and start making some weird faces. so its my request to you please kindly look into the matter.
