I have purchased one mobile samsung model no: 310(image attached) on 23/02/2015 from m/s vinayak telecom, bus stand road giridih- 815301, jharkhand. I observe since last week that an indication of earphone jack appears in the screen . I have contacted the shop for rectification, but they ruthlessly refused to help, rather they sent me to the samsung service centre near bata in giridih. The service centre persons after taking a long time declared that this mobile has been poured in water, hence an amount of rs.500/- will be charged. I assured you that this set was never poured in water and the charge advised me is on very higher side. You are requested to direct these person for a better customer service and rectify my mobile on reasonable cost. I am sending the photo for your reference. Arvind kumar giridih [protected]

    I have bought samsung 32 inch tv last year, after 1.4 year tv picture is not displaying, i ask samsung service person, he said as screen has some problem, need to pay 17500, how would i pay 17500, last year only i paid 35000, samsung is very worst tv ever

      Complain no:[protected]. My complian of fault occurs in my New Refrigerator .so I complain in Samsung coustmer care on date 17/7/2015 .but no any single visit of service station persons on my house and when I call toll free no they say I will try but no any perfect answer given by samsung

        very sad and pathetic to see the worstever service provided by samsung customer care .my complaint for both acs 1, 5 tonnes was made on 21st july 2015 with compaint no.[protected] done from phone no.[protected].Inspite of repeated requests n making 50 calls my problem has not being rectified.the intention is malified as u guys are thinking that u ll keep lingering so the timeline of 29th july collapses and u can make easy money.MY CALL RECORDS FROM NO .mentioned above can b verified 12 times this ac has gone to the workshop of noida n i was charged 6677 rs on 29th april as i ws told coil was changed and the bill no.11293 clearly stated by mr Hemant Sharma that coil n labour charges valid for three months.Ishowed the bill to MR RANA engineer he accepted it n took thephoto of the bill in which Hemant has written warranty period bt to my dismay nothing has been done . for my other ac inspite of my refusal on 25th april said just to see ac he will charge and forcibly he washed the ac and made the bill of 350 rs and again gor that ac on 8th june when i was assured by MR SANATHAN supervisor with ph no [protected].assued me that no labour charges will be charged he made the bill of rs 1450 by writing gas ccharges the bill dtd 8th june is inflated as gas charges acc to early bi;ll was 1050 he intentionally made the bill by not mentioning the service charges bt by cheating they did it .inspite of so many requests i got the cll frm Pranai who says his name is enough to handle the case inpite of repeated calls no ans, it is pathetic to see the cheats .in any circumstances i wont be paying service cgarge as i ws forced to do it via bill no 12825 dtd 8th june 2015 .I HOPE MY PLIGHT IS QUITE SERIOUS AS CONTINOUSLY I M FACING PROB WITH MY AC 'KINDLY GET IT DONE TODAY ITSELF AS ITS HIGH TIME.

          I received e-mail from Samsung global mobile award that i have won 3 crores 6 lacs rupess and a parcel containing one samsung lap top and one samsung phone. After reaching to IGI airport Mr. Diplomat Mark Phillip call me to pay duty of 18, 500 Rupees for a parcel, but i deposited 5, 000 Rupess. After that Mr. Diplomat Mark Phillip told me that RBI want 46, 000 as exchange value/transfer value for 3 crores and 6 lacs rupees, again i deposited 20, 000 Rupess. Then I received e-mail from rbi electronic transfer dept. vide e-mail id [protected]@hotmail.com that i have to pay 96, 000 rupees for anti- terrorist clearance certificate, which is to be issued by british high commision of india. Again i deposited 26, 000 Rupess to that acccount no. which was sent to me by Mr. Diplomat Mark Phillip. Now again I received e-mail from [protected]@hotmail.com to pay rupess 2, 65, 000 as lottery tax to Finance authority of india. But for my conformation i called in RBI. RBI said we never open account of an individual because its Banker's bank. All things are faik and now i am feeling that fraud is happening with me. I am enclosing the e-mail. Please provide some solution to me.

            Dear samsung team,

            Regret to say that, being a brand name samsung, service is worst, pathetic one, which i am experiencing these days.

            This is to inform you that, i have given my samsung note 3 phone to your service centre for the change of my phone display, given on 15thof july’15 and they have told me that they will return my phone max by 20th july’15.
            But, today is 22nd july’15 and till date i have not received by phone in good condition,

            I have visit ed the service centre again where i have given my phone for repairing but there i am not finding any proper solution,

            After that i have tried to contact to your call centre, help line nos. But from there also i am not getting any proper solution nor any feedback regarding my phone.

            I have met with mr. Rahul owner of samsung service authorized service centre located at memco, ahmedabad, gujarat, he said that he will work according to their policy and on their convenient time they will an swer me,

            Now, my question is why before they have told me that i will get my phone by 20th july’15, and now this mr. Rahul is misguiding me on the same,

            I want serious action against this owner and the service centre, and further to tell you, i want my phone back in working condition with complete repairing in next 2 days, or else i will approach to consumer forum.

            This is the height now from samsung service, unexpected and not at all acceptable.

            I have attached my service request sheet, go through the same and get me the solution in next 2 days.

            Call me back on my phone as mentioned below.

                I have purchased Samsung Galaxy edge 6 phone . The phone have some problem that it's always not reachable . When I go to Samsung customer care to check the phone . They clearly said that the mother board is not working properly and the cost of mother board is rs 9500/- and we can't change it under warranty .

                  I Arijit Basu purchased Samsung galaxy S4 mini on December 2014. This handset has an issue of not detecting network properly most of the time. I visited the service centre thrice for the same issue. They did what they can but the problem still remains unsolved. Most of the time it is unable to detect network at all and sometime it shows network but when I try to call it shows "Not registered on network". The product is still under warranty. I am not getting satisfactory results even after servicing it for 3 times. I want to ask samsung that why they are selling such a handset which has an inherent problem of catching network. Why samsung is unable to give satisfactory service even when the product is under warranty. This is an inherent problem of Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. Samsung should callback such defective handset on its own if it wants to remain competitive in the market. I want my money back from the company and ready to return the handset to the company. This handset is bothering me too much. I will never recommend anyone to but any product of Samsung as they have started to market extremely low quality and defective products in the market.                     dear samsung, worst service i am getting from you.my tv ps51f55 haspurchase on 15th July.still now installation has not done .regarding this i given call for help center more then 30 times in three days.because of you people i got warn letter from my company fu...service is yours.75000 rs customer you all treating like this and what about 5 and 10 thousand customers if you dint resolve this issue i am going to put on face book and twitter...

                    full packing issue, there is no 3d glass on my tv no demo on my tv if i dont want abuse means please solve my issue.

                        In March 15, SM-E 700H, IMEI-[protected] was purchased. From the beigning, there was a problem about charging, Three times it has visited authorised service center. Yesterday at Ramphal Chock, Dwarka, it was repaired but in the evening again it was not charged so today I went to service center. Ms sapna told it cant be repaired as it has water and she cant help. Better throw in dustbin as the cost will be too high about 4 to.. 11 thousand. I have three phones of different companies and has no problem except Samsung.                             on 17th july i called for service they gave technical advice again my complaint was on 19th july 2015 they said they will come for service but till today no body even called me to address the problem. but from 19th july daily iam calling atleast 6 times not even a single was reverted pathetic situation

                              This is Prakash here from Gujarat. I Bought a Samsung A3 On 2nd July'15 and it was my worst experience to purchased it.my phone is getting restart 10-12 times in a day since purchased. I Contacted The Samsung Service Center (Disha Samsung Service center-Drive in, Ahmedabad)but not getting satisfied answer. as per him my phone us having Hardware issue and need to repair it but i bought new phone and this its company defect so i want to replace my phone rather than repair it.

                              I spoke with Samsung service center 2-3 times also but still my problem is not resolved.
                              I hope my problem will be resolve now otherwise i will take legel actions against samsung.

                                Bill no. [protected] My phone is dead since almost 4 weeks now and I've been struggling to get help. My last email was very elaborative about the issue and the customer service I got from the service centre. No one is able to figure out what's the issue with my phone that turned off while charging. The only place my phone was explored was at your service centre. And now I am being blamed for phone tampering. this isn't really reasonable explanation. My previous email (attached below) will advise of the assumptive problems that were told to me, that dint really rhyme with the original issue. I feel the changing discoveries of what could have happened with the phone has driven me crazy already and they all seem that its just to save the cost incurred to fix it from your service centre. I've given my phone once again at your service centre and I do expect some genuine help. I am not sure how is it my fault that this phone turns hot and explodes while being charged. because this is what exactly happened. Don't know how can I prove this to your quality control. The last I heard from them was they found liquid in the phone. how on earth is that associated to the phone which conked off while charging. I had bought a Samsung A5 on January 17, 2015. which doesn't start anymore ever since I tried to charge it about 2 weeks ago. Just before this incident I was on a call and the battery drained off, so I plugged it to the USB charger (which was given along with the phone) and it never started again. The only mistake I made was that the phone had turned hot while I was on the call and I immediately plugged it to the charger. I should have let it cool off before plugging in the charger. Here's the interesting part. Since it's still within warranty. I took some time out on a Saturday morning and visited the Goregoan west's service centre. where they agreed to fix the phone at no charge, and I left the place, heading home while I got a phone call after 5 minutes advising that the warranty will not apply and I would have to pay about RS. 9000/- round about. I had to drive back and asked for an explanation. I was told that they found water in the phone and I'll have to pay as its not covered under warranty. So I insisted to get more explanation on how could water be of an issue when this phone conked off while on charger. You wont believe the explanation I was given was that it could be the sweat in your hand, or even the hand's moisturiser could be the reason. The explanation seemed like just an assumption. The statement was just enough to tick off anyone who's at the customer service asking for resolution. They showed me some vague picture that I could hardly see and they pointed off something on it saying this is the liquid. I had lost my patience already and a gentleman arrived posing to be their superior and gave me the same explanation while I was only asking for resolution. His customer service skills wasn't any better than the representative I spoke to before. Indeed he was giving me another assumptive explanation that a pin or a sharp objects were inserted into the phone that has caused the trouble. I explained the issue again to him hoping he may change his opinion after knowing the entire story. His eyes only expressed disagreements and was almost proving me to be fraud. I was left with no option and I called customer service's tollfree # and I get to hear the same story as he was reading from the notes on his system. I decided to write-in to you as I cannot trust the picture of the inside of my phone taken to prove that its the moisture from my hand that has caused the trouble. Nor I feel I should pay while the phone is under warranty. As at the time of sale I was told that phone is covered. The supervisor I spoke to at the service centre enlightened me that the part that is affected is not covered. I feel I am being cheated into paying a cost for a presumed investigations performed on my phone. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung, most phone's I have bought for my family members are from Samsung, but a small issue of charging could result into such a big deal is least I expected. I request you to please make those people answerable at the service centre for making such irresponsible investigation and for poor customer service. I hope I get proper service for my phone.                                   i harmeet singh ober working with VODAFONE and having corporate relatatoin with SAMSUNG, this type of service never expected frm company like SAMSUNG

                                  i launch complaint on 17th july on your tollfree number[protected] they have given me refrence number[protected] on the same day but still no call or service boy touch my home to serve me better

                                  today i again calle don the same number to know the status tey divererted me on below mention number
                                  1 - [protected] - not contactable fromlast 1 hr.
                                  2 - [protected] - this numbe ris keep on ringing.

                                  i owned one samsung washing machine and now its not working pleas ehelp to solve this as i am suffereing because of this (specially in rainny days), please let me know thet status asap thru my mail or call

                                    I repaired my mobile from s.g.infotech, borivali east. Invoice no. [protected] dtd. 07/09/2014. But my battery of mobile gets discharged even though it is not used. The cell phone is getting charged but it takes more than two hours to charged fully. Your service center not able to find out this fault. We changed chord, adaotor as they told but all is in vain. Plz i need your help. Thank you.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam, This is Shivram here from chennai. I Bought a Samsung H5500 32'LED TV On October 2014 And since day one having problem with the product. I Contacted The Cust Care and After making me wait for long they replaced Just the screen stating that it was an issue with the screen. As amonth went by again the same screen problem came in and they did a Screen Replacement again. This happened for 3 times and the 4th time when i asked them for another model they didnt accept and changed the whole LED TV but the same model again. Finally now for the 5th time the TV Screen problem has come in. I really dont know what else to do but send a legal notice to Samsung who isnt helping at all by giving this faulty model. Finally i'am mailing you before taking action so either get me a refund or a newer model which has a better screen. I expect a reply and a solution from your end or its my lawyer who will do the rest . This is one frustrated fed up customer mailing you . Shivram

                                        I purchased HONDA (prestige) Brand only Active dated on December 2014 after i purchase vehicle within 2 months it was observed that the vehicle was suffering from following manufacturing defects. I will intimate that dealer the rim was defective problem. the dealer don’t responce and irrespective behaviour and can not awareness for warranty knowledge for the dealership manpower. at the same time the Dealer man power just discussions customer is customer don’t fear the dialogues are listen from dealership man power. wheel sub assy RR and This defects were brought into the notice of dealer in 3rd service. Due to these defects the running of vehicle was totally impaired, no pickup, the handle was found very light, no free movement of the handle, and in 30 kms speed move the vehicle vibration is starting. in 3rd service i will intimated the back danger light dont work. that supervisors reply please change the dangerlight. and i will pay the bill include bulb .after deliver time i can check the FQC the danger light bulb. there is no new bulb fitted. i can ask that what is bulb status .the manpower said that electrical items the did no work properly only within 2 hours time the dialogues said that illetritate manpower have the dealership. WHEN THE TIME OF DELIVERY I CAN PURCHASED extra money pay fpr NEW BULB 27/- NOT A ORIGINAL BULB JUST A NORMAL BULB SOLD TO HIM.
