Samsung refrigerator model no RT36JSRFESL EASY CLEAN STEEL was purchased from Vijay Sales Bhandup Br. on[protected].The samsung person visited my residence a few days later for a demo and setting the temperature for the fridge and freezer. On that day we registered a compliant for scratches on the door handle which was noted in his visit report and was advised that this compliant would be attended to by Vijay Sales.We visited Vijay Sales Bhandup Br. the very next day i.e on[protected] and registered the compliant.No action has been taken till date. In between we noticed ice formation in the freezer and registered a compliant with samsung online: Registration no. [protected]. The service centre simply keeps sending engineers to check the issue only when we follow up without any solution being given. The engineers have taken pictures of the fridge to assess the problem, however they are unable to resolve it as this is a new model and no one has a clue of how to deal with it. I have patiently awaited their solution for the past three months. However, they now seem to be taking advantage and instead of resolving my issue, keep deferring it. I have wasted a lot of time and money over this, made innumerable calls to Samsung & Vijay Sales with no solution in sight. I even made a written complaint to the service centre, who blatantly ignored it.My hard earned money is stuck up in this, with me neither being able to use the fridge nor replace it. I now seek refund of the amount paid by me with interest and compensation for the agony and innumerable phone calls which only elicited false promises till date.
If at all they have to disapprove why did they took 29 days and why only I have to call them so many times. I was really annoyed by their this type of service.
