Yesterday I got my note 3 repaired from Samsung okhla that's 14th in the afternoon. Till today in the morning it was running perfectly but unfortunately again I encountered the same problems. Now I don't want to go to any sevice center. Enough is enough. Either l should be given a new note 3 or return back my 35000. I am sure my case will be taken seriously and decision taken. I have already on 12th wrote a complain to your consumer forum. You already forwarded the complain to Samsung on 13th of this month. This is the latest update. Please help me out of this problem. Thank you.

No one has contacted me from samsung my note 3 problems remain the same no service center can be contacted either by mail or phone juniors staff won't allow any customer to meet the senior bosses sitting in the ac rooms they don't know the reality on the ground.I request to change my note 3 or refund my hard earned 35000.Because it is the fault of kotla service center.That by mistake they degraded my android 5 lollipop to 4.4.2. Since then i am getting multiple problems.Expecting a quick reply.All service center cannot be reached either there phones are switched off or intention they don't pick same with the emails.I want the set to be replaced or give my money back.Thank you.

    Below is the detailed follow up i am doing since 3mths with samsung but no use at all. Can someone suggest if this can be taken to consumer forum and get a refund for the wrong product sold by cheating a customer. Pls reply me on - jigna. [protected]@gmail.com

    My purchase date is april end, its been 3mths and samsung has not bothered to resolve my issues. As per last follow up ceo helpdesk is also a dummy were in nobody bothers to reply back. Manish you were teh 1st point of contact from were the goo[censored]p has started. I am sure this is how your trained to resolve customer queries. False commitment, nobody bothers to take ownership, no resolution of complains, this is what samsung is all about.

    I am definitely going to raise this complain forward to create a public awareness for the service provided by samsung. Rather than burning hands later after buying products its 100% better to avoid samsung brand completely. . .

    I know the ceo desk is just a dummy definately here also i shall get the same feedback as cs. Still for your reference my complain id is [protected]. And below is the trail of the past conversation i had so far.

    Manish - i am definately sure about you discarding my complain its been now more than month i have sat patiently expecting a revert to come. But when there is no other department than how can i expect a reply. This is definately not done. Samsung dealers are cheating but they have definately learnt the art from the company itself. I am 100% sure this is how samsung treats all their customer complain. Let it go un noticed. Manish its only you who had called in the past, in spite of giving assurance about another department handling this. There is no turn up what soever. Definately you are also thaought in your training this is how to handle custmoer complains. I will put this complain on ceo desk but i am 100% sure there would be no response from them either.

    Again a disappointment in response time from samsung. Truly samsung has washed hands of my case. If really nobody is interested in calling and update the status for a resolution asked by me please do atleast say so.

    Manish i am sure you have blocked my case and its a lie that you have forwarded it to other department, i am not getting any update on my case.


    The below complain was raised by me since 2 weeks and after so many follow ups still no response. Samsung is surely a cheat and after giving a promise will revert back does not bother to do so. My complain was first handled by manish and then by ashish, both had assured about coming up with a prompt resolution instead of apologies and just false commitments like we under your problem and we simpatize with u. Just request samsung in case if no one is intrested in providing a reslotuion thats perfectly fine by me, all i need is no as an answer then i can certainly take my case forward and would definaterly like to put the matter in consumer court and also create a blog and log an complain were it is possible to do, so thta people are aware about such things and in turn dont get cheated.

    I have recently brought 55 inches 7 series h7000 model from sales corner, i was promised by the store and the executive that its a smart tv with motion technology. However when the person came for installation he said to access motion technology you need to install samsung camera only then it would work. This is a pure case of cheating at the time of buying the store guys had informed its an inbuilt feature, they never mentioned about an additional requirement of camera. Request you guys to look into the mater and take the product back and cancel and refund my money.

        Purchasd from jogender computers, jeypore, odisha
        Vide bill no: 1815 dated: 04/01/2014 for rs: 9999/-

        Actually we purchased the above printer only for reknown name which have seven letters that is samsung but we felt much after purchase of your printer.
        Why beacuse frequntly refilling once in 40 days roller & drum replaced every 2 months but your dealer said no warranty for drum & roller.

        When we enquired about printers who already have they said out of all branded printers samsung is not that much working at the time they suggested why dont you purchase either canon or hp.

        Whatever it may be we are facing major problems once in 2 days that is paper stuck between roller & drum. We admit as per your terms warranty period is complited.
        At present we shall be much obliged if you arrange to send your service person to our showroom for necessary checking & rectifying the frequent problems.

        Having hope that reknown company will take appropriate action to satisfy the customer.

        I purchased Samsung printer and after filling the toner it is showing fuse light problem. when compared with other printers, it is very difficult to operate.

          This is how I suffered from your side. I perches a TV on 28th January 2015. around 13 june i complaint for my 3D LED TV, in screen black spot. the man said have to be change the penal. i said ok but want to resolve fast please and they said ok they said maximum 3 days your panel will change. after a week i call in showroom and they said more 3 days because part is pending. after a week i called same and they said your approval is rejected your penal is ok. day after they called me that your complaint is close and have to do it again whole proses. they send same guy to check my tv problem and than they said the panel have to be replace. last Saturday date 11th july 2015 almost one month they come for change panel. after change the panel tv works fine. after some hours suddenly my tv screen black out. i call customer care and they said somebody come and check that. i said ok the guy come today date 15th july 2015. the Samsung guy come and check that tv. now he told me that the mother board to be replace and he says the part is not available and has come after 4 or 5 days. I am suffering from almost 1 and half month from you. Now don't want this TV . Give me a refund. almost they change all parts in only 3 months of purchase and still its not resolve the problem . My house like rapier centre i have to at home every to time what is going on. So please take your TV and give me the refund my payment.

            A5 mobil purchase 15 may 2015 but device not proper work and for this problem visit regular service centre.but not reciev proper solution. This time my device also pending on service centre. And they are commit replace mobil to me . Plase sir provide new mobil urgent because l am very very problems. Thanks sir

              Hi Team, i have bought a samsung s6 edge phone and its only 20 days old, my phone is getting freezed since 10 days and today the touch of my phone stopped working. i have asked them for the replacement however they are saying that they cant do replacement in such cases, they will repair the phone.                 The TV is now out of Warranty period. It was non-functionary after we came back from out station. The complaint was launched to Dealer (Bapat Electronics, Dharampeth, Nagpur) and they arranged for authorised service point as "Chanakya Enterprises". When the service engineer came, he checked for two minutes and told that PCB to be removed. On 18th June he booked the order for replacement. On 21st June he came with PCB which was again defective. He again placed order which arrived on 7th July. When he checked he found that PCB is OK and said the Job Key is defective. He ordered for the same but till date there is no arrival of the same. Shame that such a prestigious company has such a bad service providers. Other TV products like LG or Sony officials are very prompt. Iam sorry to say that the SERVING PATTERN & the service engineers are below par. God knows next time he may come with the conclusions that some other part is defective or may be the "Remote control" is defective. PLEASE TAKE THIS COMPLAINT IN HEALTHY SPIRIT

Even after so many visits and calls to the service centre they are not responding. Even contacting the customer care they are helpless to solve the issue. Kindly do the need full.

                      My Self manoj kumar i have purchased the Samsung E7 on 09-Mar-15 and it is not working from 02-June
                      when i went to service centre they are saying it is water went inside i have proved there is no water inside

                      bleady company i believed so much that, my family entire uses Samsung and Home appliances are also Samsung and i am going to publish brouchers on this to all as soon as i reach my native they are saying it will cost approx 17000 rs now...

                        Sir, today i gave my sister's mobile phone for repairing as the mobile had become dead . When i visited customer care of samsung situated in om complex near lanka gate bundi than the executive told me that the company charges is rs 400 for repairing and software updation and i agreed than they gave me a counter foil after repairing when i went for taking back the mobile he took that foil and rs 400 and gave me my mobile than i asked for the bill than he refused to give me the bill and told that if you want the bill you would have to pay 670 instead of 400 and his owner also came and talked with me in a very harsh and irrespective manner and told me that do complaint wherever you want to do i do not afraid off.

                          Dear Sir, Kindly inform that I am Shikha and i have been coming in samsung Aashiana service centre since 25 days for GT-S7582 battery changing but nobody service engineer is responding properly and saying still battery has not come here (samsung Aashiana service centre) and you come after few days nobody receiving my call. I have called many times to Aashiana cooling point service engineer they used to say always still has not get battery in service centre.                               I have bought Samsung TV model LA26R71BAM in July 2007. After 8 years it stopped working. I have checked with Samsung service center as per them parts are not available in the market they can not help me. As Model is 8 years old they stopped manufacturing new parts. Samsung is following cheap strategy to sell their new products by not manufacturing parts of old model. They doesn't even care about consumers need to repair existing part if new part is not available. They asked me to buy new TV or repaired it from some local technician & refuse to support me further. Such a cheap mentality of these buggers.

                                I had buy a samsung 32inch led tv in 26th feb 14 and 4 monts after complition of warranty it had a panel problem. I had filed complint in service center. Service engineer had inspected tv. He had given estimate of rs. 20, 000 for replacing panel. He told me that logic board is shot, bt it is available with panel of rs. 20000, so u have to buy full panel with logic board.
                                Branded company like samsung, sell lcd tv shows life is and value is zero after 16 months from purchase. I had buy lcd in rs 40000 and after 16 months i have to spend rs 20000, it is not at all acceptable. My salary is even rs. 7000. Kindly talk to samsang company manager and resolve issue.

                                  I bought a new note 3 Samsung for 35000. It was running smoothly till recently when I suddenly faced problem of downloading. I went to the kotla sevice center. By mistake they degraded my android 5 back to 4.4.2 kit kat. I never asked for it. When I checked the phone I thought they might have given me a wrong phone No it was mine on 4.4.2. I went back and they again upgraded it to android 5 lollipop. Now I am facing multiple problems. If I go back again to the service centre they will factory reset. Same problems exist. I contacted the noida office and they promised to send someone to correct it. No one came till today. Every time I call them they will ask the same question today they started making excuses. The engineer tried to contact you you were not available. where as I always stay at home because of some health problems. I tried to contact their bosses no reply I tried to send emails all failed they are not receiving them. The phone freezes, hangs, apps suddenly stops. The white background has become little greyish. Now if I go to sevice center they will reset and give back but the problems exist either they change my phone or give some other. Please help till today I was extremely loyal customer for the past 3 years and use to give advise on gsmarena to customers to buy only Samsung. By the code name of bholaji. But not anymore and will apologise to people who complain about Samsung. I used to convince them that is not the case. Now it has happened to me I realise my mistake.

                                    I bought a new note 3 Samsung for 35000 in January. Till recently the phone was running perfectly. suddenly I had a small problem of downloading. I went to the service centre and by mistake they downgraded my android 5 to 4.4.2. When I saw I was wondering whether it is my phone and went back to the service centre.                                       I have purchased one 1.0 ton AC of Samsung make on[protected] but after one year 3 months it stopped working i.e no cooling I registered a complaint and service personnel attended and took both indoor and out door to workshop and today informed me that there is problem in condenser I felt sorry that although there is 10 years warranty on compressor but company is not giving any warranty on condenser and I have to again pay for new condenser. I have been using Samsung products since long days but due to this problem only after one year I lost faith on Samsung Product. My AC specification AR5000 series 1.0 Ton Digital Inverter Technology

                                        It was Dated[protected] I have visited BIR Electonics Pvt. Ltd. an authorised service center of SMASUNG. where I given my mobile for repairing of touch panel which was cracked and also the problem of battery which drained out within 5 minutes. They repaired the panel and said that there is no problem with the battery. They charged me Rs.4, 211/- when I reached home I found that touch pad is not working properly and also the battery is draining frequently. I have returned my mobile in the next day and they committed me that they will exchanged the panel, which will take 10 to 15 days of time and will take care of the other problem. On Dated[protected] I have received the handset with replaced panel and been said that I have to change my battery. They charged me Rs.226/- again for which I am not at all liable to pay. Next day with a change battery I went to the service center stating the same battery problem and having new display problem.. The guy in Counter No.1 says that your carrying your BAD LUCK thats why its happening. I said THANKS and came away...
