There has been gas and water leakage problem in AC, however in spite of repeated complaints to CEO office in the past 10 days, no resolution has been provided by Samsung. Around 4 days back, a technical expert came and inspected the AC. He said that gas is been leaking slowing and water leakage problem is due to misalignment of front unit wrt outdoor unit. Both the problems have been created due to incompetent services provided by Samsung in the past. Water leakage problem is due to wrong installation done by Samsung technicians on 1st June 2014. For the gas leakage problem, I registered a complaint in April this year for AC not cooling properly. In that regard, Samsung technicians visited my place and said it was due to gas leakage and rusting of condenser. For that, they changed the condenser and filled the gas on 23rd April. However, the problem has recurred and the technical expert, who visited 4 days back, told that the problem would be fixed at free of cost. He also tooked the scanned copies of service installation and gas filling done by Samsung in the past. However, no resolution has been provided by Samsung yet and I am fed up with registering complaints over and again.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
