I have bought a Split AC of Samsung Brand and got it installed through Samsung Engineers. Request No. [protected]. However we started using the AC after the engineers left, Water started to drop from Indoor Duct. I have logged my first complaint on Samsung Customer Care number on Tuesday afternoon, 7th July 2015. No one attended the complaint yet.

      I am Purchase a samsung E7 mobile lastapril 2015, the phone is good but sum time i facing problem for network, I contact networking company but they are checking network no problem, I am Dial any no They are show NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK, I go setting manualy serch auto serch this time no work any responce that time I am Restarting phone my phone and after restarting this are normal.please solve my problem .my no [protected].

        I want to local costmer care service at international marker siliguri at 9th july 2015 at 10.30 am my token no.given is s16. In phone problem is that I have To press little hard at home button and back buttom is not glowing, rest is working fine. I mention this to help desk. After examine my cell he said its problem of moisture and need to change mother board at rs. 3000. I denide because my cell is working well only problem is as mention above. And how help desk response is awful. Therefore I am totally unsatisfied and your customer care unit does not care Customer. Thank you.

          I buy new samsung 1 ton invertor AC on 18th May 2015. I make a complain to authorised dealer on 15th June 2015. They replied to talk with samsung care. I registered official complain to samsung care on 19th June. Service engineer had visited 3 times but problem not solved Till date on 9th July problem not solved.             On 06/26/2015 I came to the Samsung customer service at taman molek, Johor Bahru and has made an order against LCD for SM-C101. on 07/02/2015 I make calls to customer service and ask for the order, however, they said it did not make an order against the LCD. Therefore, on 02.07.2015 I make a reservation again. Then, on 09/07/2015 I called back to inquire about that. However, the answers given remains disappointing that no order from me. I hope this will not happen again to keep the samsung image in the future. Im very disappointed with this matter.

              Hello, I have an open complaint for the replacement of my newly purchased faulty S6 Edge complaint number is [protected]. I need to urgently speak to a Regional Head or else I would go to consumer court now. I did not buy a new phone for getting into a hassle for so many days staying without the phone. Its a simple replacement. Apple would have replaced it in a day. I really regret changing my loyalty from Apple to Samsung. This is not the way to treat a customer.                 Dear sir,
                I had bought your reputed companys led on 02/07/2015 from angad enterprises jalandhar through csd canteen(As i m an ex- serviceman).
                The model no is ua48harlxl 5500 .

                I had dialled your customer care no for assembling of the led on the same day itself, but i was shocked to know from ur customer care executive that the led was not a brand new piece but had a replaced part in its body . The replacement had been done by the dealer angad enterprises itsel[censored]
                I am surprised at such an attitude where a customer is made to pay for a brand new led but given an already defective and opened piece which is second hand in itself!!
                I have made several rounds of the shop concerned and now i m bringing the matter to your notice..
                Kindly refund my money or arrange to provide me with a brand new piece in accordance with the money i.E. Rs 70265/-(Canteen rate) !
                I anticipate an expeditious action form your side else i will have to go to the proper consumer authorities concerned to get the full value of my money...

                  Hi team, BACKGROUND : I had purchased my phone on 30th may 2015, the samsung s6 edge from your store in south city(official samsung store-smart cafe) and also purchased the clear view case (bill attached for both). For the past few days I have noticed deep scratches on my screen and I always used the clear view case. After I googled the issue I found out many people worldwide are having this same issue and samsung has taken a statement that they will replace the phone i[censored]nder 30 days old. CURRENT SITUATION : We have already visited your store twice and complained about this issue in detail, however to my amazement i am yet to receive a positive resolution from them. Is this how a company like Samsung deals with issues rising due to no fault of the customers.. We were told when we visited the store that the clear view case has been discontinued and pulled out of all stores due to similar complaints and message from Samsung. Instead of having the issue resolved there I was redirected to the Samsung Service Centre (Divine Solutions). I wrote to them on the email id given and waited for three days with no acknowledgement from them, we then visited the service centre yesterday. there after a long wait i was offered for the screen replacement !! I want to make this very clear that i want a replacement of the product ¬ a repaired product. SUPPORTING DOCS : http://www.samsung.com/us/support/customer-shopping-faqs/ -- check replacement policy section As required am attaching the photo of the damaged phone, the clear view case and the bill along with the notice passed by Samsung on this issue. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED : I need this issue to be resolved ASAP (within the next one week as i am due to travel abroad) and I want a replacement of my phone which I am unable to use because of the irritable scratches.                     I had purchased a mobile ph Galaxy core-2 from ur local dealer Parvati Electronics, Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow on 27th Nov. 2014. The mobile refered to, is not functioning properly since the day one, The mobile is repaired twice by the shop itself and once by ur service centre situated at Metro plaza, Vivek Khand, Lucknow. The main problem with the mobile is its screen get blue and touching system is also get non-functioning.Please therefore, instruct ur service centre to rectify or alternatively replace the mobile as it is in the warranty period.                       hi my name hari, i had brought samsung gaaxy alpha mobile last 2months back, my phone suddenly not working, and take it to samsung service centre in ongole, prakasam district.SLG COMMUNICATIONS in ongole. The worst service centre i never had seen 22/06/2015 .they tooked my mobile they didn't told what is compaint for 4 days aslo, then told motherbord had problem we putted order it wil on 02/0/2015.k they gaved me on 07/07/2015. after aurgement ..still my phone had isuuess volume button not workind call mode also hearing only in speaker, please they take action even some of my friends also telling servicing is bad he is not answering, to phone, this noot good for your company reputation, thanking you, hari [protected]

                        24.08.2012; Purchased mobile Samsung. Model no. S5830i 30.08.2012: Traveled to Egypt 12.09.2012: mobile frequently hang. Samsung service centre, Cairo denied to change motherboard without payment. 10.04.2013: Samsung service centre, Kolkata changed motherboard with payment because it opened outside. 04.11.2013: Purchased charger from Samsung service centre, Kolkata because of charging problem. 05.05.2014: Purchased again new charger from same service centre for charging problem 07.05.2014: Purchased battery from same place for charging problem. 26.06.2014: Changed touchpad with payment from same service centre. 20.08.2014: Charging problem. Same Samsung service centre told either change motherboard again or throw it out and purchase new mobile. Because there is suspect of Manufacturing defect in the mobile and new motherboard may be not support again. April, 2015 I tried to make service outside of Samsung service centre, they also require to change motherboard. I logged complaint in Samsung customer care on 23.06.2015 and attended to the service centre on 30.06.2015 according to their instruction but they are asking Rs. 5047 for changing motherboard again. Sir, Why not detected the manufacturing defect in the early stage? They misguided me without searching the exact problem and wasted my lot money. Who is responsible for this defective mobile?                           i have been using samsung phones since i started using cellular phones... recently 4 months ago i purchased samsung S 5 gold copper i gave it in raipur service centre for detecting and rectifying the issue related to screen black out and display issue... my phone is under warrenty and its been more than a month i dint recieve my phone its been every week m calling to check the status of phone but they aren't answerable and always ready with random excuses... they promised to give within a week now its more than a month i am waiting for my phone... i am really not happy with the service provider

                            I have been a loyal Samsung Customer since the time Samsung came into India in the very initial years and i have only seen Samsung deteriorating with its quality and services. I feel sorry to have been loyal to the brand as it has not lived up to my expectations. I have been using this handset Note 3 which is supposed to be one of its flagship models and it had a problem of over heating since its purchase. On taking it to the service center i was told that its a software problem and it shall get resolved by updating the software but the problem only increased. On again taking it to the service center i was told the same thing and on insisting that it was an abnormal heating problem they said that the mother board has to be replaced. After that i kept contacting the service center for over 15 days and they refused to tell me the status of the phone saying that they had server problems and would get back to me in 2 hours. That 2 hours never came. After which i contacted the customer service and even they were not of any great help. After 15 days when the service centre returned my phone i was shocked to see that my phone was not in a working condition. it had developed 4 additional problems. on which i took the phone back to the service centre the very same day and the next day they returned the phone to me in the same condition saying that"THEY HAD REPAIRED IT AND THE OVER HEATING PROBLEM IN THE NOTE 3 WAS A PROBLEM BY DEFAULT WITH ALL NOTE 3 HANDSETS ACROSS THE WORLD" On hearing this When i asked them that will Samsung be responsible if the phone bursts due to over heating causing any kind of injury to me. To which they said they would not be responsible for anything and i can do what i want. In response to this i refused to accept my handset and contacted the Area Manager Mr. Samarendra Ojha and he promised me to get back to me on the matter by Monday 6th July 2015. When i did not get any call from Samsung or the area manager on the same i called him up today and he said there is another problem with the handset with some part and we will again repair it and get back to you. He very clearly says "that v do not replace any handsets due to over heating and there have not been any deaths or major injuries till now due to this problem" Firstly - If there is a problem by default in this particular model Samsung should withdraw it from the market. Secondly- Is this is the kind of service one has to get even after buying a flagship high end phonhe?? Thirdly- Samsung employees are highly unprofessional and not trained to be a part of such a big brand. Fourthly- When your own employees tell customers that the model has a problem by default, what will be the trust people will have in your brand? Fifthly- Samsung has caused great amount of Harrasment to me for which i shall definately take action. After all this harrasment I will only accept the handset by Samsung when i get in writing that any injury caused to me due to over heating of the handset will be the sole responsibility of Samsung and also that you have provided me with a defective model by default. I am sorry to say that Samsung is a company which only believes in selling the product and after which they are least concerned about the customers safety and i feel sorry to have been loyal to such a brand. I have attached the copy of my last job sheet and it also has the the previous job sheet no mentioned just above the present job sheet no. I need an explanation on this within 48 hours or else i shall be filing a legal suit against Samsung with all the supporting proof of all the conversations that i have had with all representatives of Samsung including the service Center Manager- Mr. Sovan Saha and the Area Manager- Mr. Samarendra Ojha.                                 have purchased on 2nd April 48inch TV series 5570.TV went blank on 26th June.only voice is there and screen has turned black.called the service centre and they sent their engineer on 28th June.he said that the mother board and some IC has to be replaced.even the LP of the TV is weak and the engineer himself suggests that please take extended warranty or else you will have to bear heavy expanses later on. he did report to the company about the mother board but for LP they said they need to send senior technician to understand the problem about LP and they did not register that complain also.after 2 days on 4thJuly they send their engineer with the part after 2-3 days of following up with the service centre. now is the best part the company sends a faulty part and we are back to square one. today is 7th July and still the company has not taken any action against it. when we call the service centre people don't have the decency to talk also properly and their are RUDE. had spoken to Senior officicial on sunday 5th July names Robin and he promised that action will be taken by Monday 6th July but all in air. he never called and made false promises as well. I would request to the fellow consumers beware of Korean products and company like Samsung who treat us like piece of and want to make money on our economy. avoid them and ignore them.

                                      I purchased refrigerator on 02 jul 15, and since then had given 5 - 6 calls on your toll free no to send service engineer for demo / installation. Every time we are told that some one will visit us today / tomorrow, but till date no one has visited or even gave a call. I live in pune city and am surprised that such a casual response from such a reputed firm in a metro ity. I am facing hardships due to non usage of refrigerator which is lying at my home for last 5 days. Please send some one for installation as soon as possible
