I am using Samsung galaxy s5.but I will update the android version 4.4.4 to 5.0 then onwards my mobile getting heavy heat, lagging and some times its will says memory card not inserted even memory card has inserted.and another problem is google chrome was not syc with my gamil I'd .why my mobile like that what's the problem

    Unfortunately, i purchased a samsung split inverter ac " ar18hv5nfwknna " bearing sr. No " obkopdcf500387h " from janta electronics, sco 36-37, sector 41d, chandigarh on[protected]. Just after 10 to 15 days it started to create the problems.Right from the date of purchasing, i was forced to make complaints 5 to 7 times . I requested samsung to replace the faulty air conditioner but all went in smoke. Please take this in to consideration that with 2 months of purchase compressure has been changed. If samsung has supplied me a normal and good operation unit why they were forced to change the compressure. Please try to deliver the justice to me. Everytime, when i made a call to samsung they tried to manage and assured me that ac is very much good despite so many engineer's visits with in 2 months. I request you to please solve the problem amicably otherwise i have prepared my self to move to the consumer court as every time samsung challenged to go. Samsung should try to understand that i have spend rs.46000/- from my hard earned money but they have forced me with my family to remain sleepless in this summer.

      My shiny new Samsung french door began leaking water from the ice bucket last week. I tried to remove the ice bucket, but it is stuck and will not budge. I watched the videos online and, when nothing seemed to work, called Samsung to get it serviced. My wife explained the problem to a very helpful person ( ? named Annie. ) We bought the house on July 30, 2014 and all the appliances in the kitchen were new (and ALL Samsung). The house was gutted and redone prior to our moving in. The appliances were purchased by the builder in March of 2014. I have no receipts. Annie said if we could get the builder to confirm that the appliances were new at time of move in, they would honor the warranty. That made me hopeful. I contacted the builder, who emailed Samsung stating that that was indeed the case. I should also mention that I registered the product shortly after we moved in. The next day I received a phone call stating that I needed a copy of the receipt, which I explained I did not have and did not have access to. This person was NOT helpful and we seemed to have reached an impasse. I am disappointed in the customer service I received and am now looking to pay someone to repair my refrigerator ( I have turned the ice off...in JULY!). I am also concerned that my other appliances are also Samsung ( DW, microwave and stove) and that I can expect THEM to fail. I am in the market for a new cell phone and will not consider Samsung for this reason.

        I regret to complaint about the bad product delivery and after that very unprofessional service team. I purchase a washing machine whose spinner was found in non working condition and after complaining twice the matter is not resolved yet. My complaint no. is [protected].               Myself Mr. Shobhit Khandare had purchased SAMSUNG NOTE EDGE (Serial Number= R28G30EHGFR ([protected]); Model Number= SM-N915GZKEINU) from Reliance Digital shop, Vashi on 20/04/2015. At the time of purchase I noticed that there is a small black dot on the bottom right side of the screen (on the edge of the cell phone). I could not identify this dot in the shop as it was very small and could not be identified easily. We thought it might be a type of design or logo of Andriod. This was a newly launched gadget so we felt this is a kind of design.

              After few days we realised that it (Black dot) has increased little bit. Also the functions on the screen of the edge was not working effectively. We felt it might be because of black dot. So I approached to the Reliance Digital shop in Vashi. The concerned person had asked me to visit Samsung Service center. He sent the shop representative with me. After reaching to service center, the head of the service center tried to convince me that this is due to damage to the screen. I told him from the day one this black dot was present on the screen and I thought it could be a type of design and hardly could be identified. But he was not listening to me. Even the shop representative told him that if it could have been the case of damage there is not a minute scratch on the screen. That time the service person could not give proper justification for this and could not convince us. So we left the service center.
              Therefore I am writing this mail to make you understand the following points
              1. The mobile on the day of purchase possesses the Black Dot.
              2. After the dot size increased I came to know that this problem is due to Black Dot on the screen.
              3. If this could be due to damage of the screen than there has to be a minor scratch or minor break on the screen. But there is no scratch or no break of the screen.
              So its my humble request to take this issue seriously and do the needful as early as possible. As this cell phone is costly and hardly few days old I want the replacement of this product. I don’t wont the replacement of the screen. Please consider my problem and resolve it.
              If the replacement is not considered I would have left with no choice rather than going to Consumer court and Grievance cell and make the compliant of it. Also I will be writing this complaint to higher Authorities for their information.

                I have purchased Samsung galaxy note edge since a month back since 2 days I found a bend in left side of my phone and screen is getting bulged day by day it is a manufacturing defect but service center is not accepting it under warenty this is a complete cheat to me evry one in our home is using Samsung phones we trust the brand and purchase but this case is really disappointing if this problem of mine is not solved I will have to appeal in consumer court I am highly unsatisfied by your service and product I request you to take necessary action soon

                  Hello Sir, i had visited the samsung service center 27/06/15, i was facing the problem with wifi, i had submitted the mobile they told me to wait because they had to check software and hardware problem in the phone, i was waiting for 2 hours after that the guy sidhart told me that there is a problem in motherboard we will change the motherboard, Motherboard is not available now it will come by monday 29/06/15 & sorry for the delay they took time to open and check the mobile that was physical damage or not thats why we took 2 hours this is high end mobile take time to disemble. On 29/0615 when i had called him regarding my mobile they told me sorry you have to pay the money because this is water damage. How it can be possible, i use my mobile in very high protection case and the problem is in wifi only no wear and tear mark, they had checked for 2 hours completely then he accpeted for motherboard replacement so how can he change the sentence, I am attaching the job sheet with all the details and signature of the employee in a job sheet nowhere is mentioned any physical / Water damage . Please hep me to resolve my issue

                    Dear sir,
                    I brought neo plus, imei-*358313/06/558221/0*imei-338312/06/558221/2, on 26/6/15, from s.S.Technology, siliguri, phon-[protected]/[protected].Cash memo no.3289, vat no.[protected].
                    The set is found faulty, on complaint, saler said, to upgrade software.They upgraded, now the set is not working at all.On replacement demand, they insist to purchase a new set again.
                    As a samsung mobile user, i know, if the set has major problem within 7 days..Replacement is assured by samsung, which i availed in my earlier case(Star advance ).
                    So, please help me by replacement.

                      You people seems so lazy & least bother to provide service to customer. Selling duplicate product in market is your profession ????? Am goijng to tweet & spread the whole history of forgery work done by your company & the service centre in all social medias & also in local media. Mr. B D Park, Mr. H C Hong & the original CEO Jong-Kyun Shin are you getting my mail which I sent you guys through this mode given in your website or do I need to pass a legal notice with all these proofs of mails & call recording so that finally I can get in touch with you. Very shame on your service being such a big company cant have time give service to your customers. In 48hrs will send a legal notice to your HO in India & also to the service in Coimbatore.                         I Mukesh Goyal resident of 14 Sukhdham Appartment sec-9 Rohini-110085 had purchased a SAMSUNG FF RT-60KZRSL1 FRIDGE from SARGAM ELECTRONICS, B-8 MODEL TOWN DELHI-110009 ON 26/10/2013 FOR Rs 57000.00 vide invoice no. S/MT-5350 except for the starting months of the fridge the experience has been disaster for me. Me facing problem with the fridge one or more at a time... no cooling error showing excess icing water leaking from bottom sudden stopped working problem after every 15 days change of sensor and fuse now pcb/psb has stopped working I got it repaired for many times.some times within guarantee period and after expiry of guarantee period. I also spent for parts replacement and for executive visits. every time a new executive comes and tell us some new story about our fridge problems i.e. dust in fan blockage in drain pipe PCB fan has stopped working fan on the bottom back is not working may be heater is damaged sensor is not working fuse is not working you have placed some hot items in fridge besides all what about purchasing a branded piece from the house of SAMSUNG... WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHAT ABOUT A QUALITY PRODUCT We purchased this piece on recommendation of the shop keeper for the best results of experiencing quality and expert services...but what me got...just problems... your executives are also not sure what they are talking about... they says off the fridge for some hours it will start working... Details of visits of which documents are with me 03/11/2014 shriram 19/02/15 alok Apart from the above receipts many visit within 3 months from the date of visit as that is not chargeable.so no documentary proof. Till date i face so many problems regarding my phone .Battery problem, signal problem, software hang problem.Every time when i visit to customer center they change the software and again after two three days same problem come, they do the same i.e software change but till now no resolution come .4, 5 time phones get software update.phone is losting his data everytime.Concern please look into matter as samsung care will not give me proper solution .i want my money refund such a bad company.customer killing is his motive not satisfaction.                           Kindly take some strict action against the company as continuously make frauds with the customer by selling defective products just for earning their higher / more profits and lossing customer money day by day.

                            I have PURCHASED Samsung LED TV 40 inch having Model number: UA40D5500. In the year 2013. Few days back some sound problem comes in my TV so i contacted customer care executive, Executive told me to update the software, after updating the software(1016.1) the problem of sound is solved, but my TV switched off automatically after every five minutes so i again contacted customer care executive he send Service engineer for updation of software, service engg. also updated software many times but fails in updating. Finally service engineer told me that that this software is corrupted, so requires change of TV mother board . Sir your authorised service engineer Mr. Pramod sharma updated the software and found software is corrupted it means problem is from your side or created from your side, so why I bare the cost of mother board and service charges. Sir i already suffer this problem from last seven days because of your system problem. Requesting you to please solve my problem without charging any money. I will wait for your positive feedback and necessary action for two more days, Otherwise i will take legal action.

I got a confirmation call from - [protected] & [protected]. When I got the packet and opened it and to my surprise there was no Phone but else Laxmi idol and Paduka. Need you kind attention.                               What happened no comments from the company.
                              I repeatedly tried to contact the phone no. But there is no response. Samsung needs to check on it. I found in the internet that many other people are being trapped like this by the same phone number. To my surprise there is no response yet from Samsung. What can one expect from such an reputed company.

                                Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Mobile Phone IMEI[protected] serial no.[protected] on June 13, 2015(night time) from an authorized retailer at Rs. 53400/- (incl. tax) . I was shocked to see that my phone has a typical technical issue. The hands free is not working with phone. I first thought that it is the hands free which has a problem so I tried using different hands free but No - actually Samsung S6 edge hands free compatibility with the device is technically challenged. The device is with the Samsung workshop since June 24, 2015. The engineers from R&D team suggested that I have to compromise and take a handsfree and hold in hand to talk. Yet it may not be satisfactory voice quality. I as client choose not to compromise. Beside, why should I use my hand to hold a hands free to talk. The whole purpose is defeated. I have also spent Rs. 2999/- on a samsung mobile cover for this handset. I would like the company to take complete ownership and provide a definite solution. The inbuilt defect was never highlighted in any way by the company before purchase. I have spent a lot of time, effort and energy on this uncalled for issue due to the hands of Samsung and this is sheer harassment to a regular client. Please help.                                   I am again writing this mail after getting fed-up following the regular support system. I purchased my LED on 26th May, the LED was installed on 27th May and from 1st June, I am facing issues as below: 1. Frequent disconnection of WiFi network, 2. Continuous hung state of LED. 3. Very slow response, sometime switched-off arbitrary. Since past 15 days 3 engineers(2 from support, 1 from replacement) followed by 10 calls from samsung has been reached to me, however no one helping me to replace this faulty product. Support engineer has taken multiple photographs and even explained the replacement procedure, however replacement engineer was insisting to replace some of the part in TV for which i am having very rigidness. Being a customer, who spends so much money and having issues only after 5 days of purchased and struggling to have permanent solution from company like Samsung. I would like to inform you that, i am an owner of Sony LED TV since past 7 years and didn''''t face any issues till now, however this purchase of Samsung made my thinking bit change towards samsung product..                                     This is in regard to the claim for the earlier mentioned mobile phone. The phone was surrendered a month back to samsung service centre at Aluva(Kochi). The phone is not repaired and despatched till date. The reason which they are claming that the phone with insurance (apps daily)claim will take a longer time to be repaired and the spare of the damaged part has not yet arrived to the centre. In that case I require a response from the respective authority against this issue, else I would be forced to act against it.

                                      10 days have passed since the samsung service man came home for seeing our fridge which has a worn-out wire. He said that he'll return the next day and he didn't say the proper reason for not fixing immediately. He was confused about the wire color, so he took photos of the worn-out wires in his mobile and said "I'll be back tomorrow". "Tomorrow" came, but for him it seems "Tomorrow" never came. He was gone and till today(29.6.'15) he's not accepting our calls and the company is not responding for our query till today. So we are deciding to put these fellows into Consumer Court.
                                      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Reference number:[protected] This is with respect to the mentioned reference no. The person (mobile no [protected])who came to visit my house on 25.06.2015 to give a demo of the fridge said that he will contact the Samsung custome care as there was a problem with the display module and told us it will be replaced by SAMSUNG.We have not received any support from samsung as of now.
