Dear sir,
I brought neo plus, imei-*358313/06/558221/0*imei-338312/06/558221/2, on 26/6/15, from s.S.Technology, siliguri, phon-[protected]/[protected].Cash memo no.3289, vat no.[protected].
The set is found faulty, on complaint, saler said, to upgrade software.They upgraded, now the set is not working at all.On replacement demand, they insist to purchase a new set again.
As a samsung mobile user, i know, if the set has major problem within 7 days..Replacement is assured by samsung, which i availed in my earlier case(Star advance ).
So, please help me by replacement.
Yours urgent reply solicited, to avoid consumer court harrasmet.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
After few days we realised that it (Black dot) has increased little bit. Also the functions on the screen of the edge was not working effectively. We felt it might be because of black dot. So I approached to the Reliance Digital shop in Vashi. The concerned person had asked me to visit Samsung Service center. He sent the shop representative with me. After reaching to service center, the head of the service center tried to convince me that this is due to damage to the screen. I told him from the day one this black dot was present on the screen and I thought it could be a type of design and hardly could be identified. But he was not listening to me. Even the shop representative told him that if it could have been the case of damage there is not a minute scratch on the screen. That time the service person could not give proper justification for this and could not convince us. So we left the service center.
Therefore I am writing this mail to make you understand the following points
1. The mobile on the day of purchase possesses the Black Dot.
2. After the dot size increased I came to know that this problem is due to Black Dot on the screen.
3. If this could be due to damage of the screen than there has to be a minor scratch or minor break on the screen. But there is no scratch or no break of the screen.
So its my humble request to take this issue seriously and do the needful as early as possible. As this cell phone is costly and hardly few days old I want the replacement of this product. I don’t wont the replacement of the screen. Please consider my problem and resolve it.
If the replacement is not considered I would have left with no choice rather than going to Consumer court and Grievance cell and make the compliant of it. Also I will be writing this complaint to higher Authorities for their information.
