I have been a loyal Samsung Customer since the time Samsung came into India in the very initial years and i have only seen Samsung deteriorating with its quality and services. I feel sorry to have been loyal to the brand as it has not lived up to my expectations. I have been using this handset Note 3 which is supposed to be one of its flagship models and it had a problem of over heating since its purchase. On taking it to the service center i was told that its a software problem and it shall get resolved by updating the software but the problem only increased. On again taking it to the service center i was told the same thing and on insisting that it was an abnormal heating problem they said that the mother board has to be replaced. After that i kept contacting the service center for over 15 days and they refused to tell me the status of the phone saying that they had server problems and would get back to me in 2 hours. That 2 hours never came. After which i contacted the customer service and even they were not of any great help. After 15 days when the service centre returned my phone i was shocked to see that my phone was not in a working condition. it had developed 4 additional problems. on which i took the phone back to the service centre the very same day and the next day they returned the phone to me in the same condition saying that"THEY HAD REPAIRED IT AND THE OVER HEATING PROBLEM IN THE NOTE 3 WAS A PROBLEM BY DEFAULT WITH ALL NOTE 3 HANDSETS ACROSS THE WORLD" On hearing this When i asked them that will Samsung be responsible if the phone bursts due to over heating causing any kind of injury to me. To which they said they would not be responsible for anything and i can do what i want. In response to this i refused to accept my handset and contacted the Area Manager Mr. Samarendra Ojha and he promised me to get back to me on the matter by Monday 6th July 2015. When i did not get any call from Samsung or the area manager on the same i called him up today and he said there is another problem with the handset with some part and we will again repair it and get back to you. He very clearly says "that v do not replace any handsets due to over heating and there have not been any deaths or major injuries till now due to this problem" Firstly - If there is a problem by default in this particular model Samsung should withdraw it from the market. Secondly- Is this is the kind of service one has to get even after buying a flagship high end phonhe?? Thirdly- Samsung employees are highly unprofessional and not trained to be a part of such a big brand. Fourthly- When your own employees tell customers that the model has a problem by default, what will be the trust people will have in your brand? Fifthly- Samsung has caused great amount of Harrasment to me for which i shall definately take action. After all this harrasment I will only accept the handset by Samsung when i get in writing that any injury caused to me due to over heating of the handset will be the sole responsibility of Samsung and also that you have provided me with a defective model by default. I am sorry to say that Samsung is a company which only believes in selling the product and after which they are least concerned about the customers safety and i feel sorry to have been loyal to such a brand. I have attached the copy of my last job sheet and it also has the the previous job sheet no mentioned just above the present job sheet no. I need an explanation on this within 48 hours or else i shall be filing a legal suit against Samsung with all the supporting proof of all the conversations that i have had with all representatives of Samsung including the service Center Manager- Mr. Sovan Saha and the Area Manager- Mr. Samarendra Ojha.     I have purchased samsung Mobile last 2 month back and now suddenly i found my cell phone dead in last 2 days morning so i visit in service center so they said that you have to pay 10000 something for your phone because we checked it and found that motherboard is not well now but i am not getting that what is the my fault in this and why should i paid huge amount.       have purchased on 2nd April 48inch TV series 5570.TV went blank on 26th June.only voice is there and screen has turned black.called the service centre and they sent their engineer on 28th June.he said that the mother board and some IC has to be replaced.even the LP of the TV is weak and the engineer himself suggests that please take extended warranty or else you will have to bear heavy expanses later on. he did report to the company about the mother board but for LP they said they need to send senior technician to understand the problem about LP and they did not register that complain also.after 2 days on 4thJuly they send their engineer with the part after 2-3 days of following up with the service centre. now is the best part the company sends a faulty part and we are back to square one. today is 7th July and still the company has not taken any action against it. when we call the service centre people don't have the decency to talk also properly and their are RUDE. had spoken to Senior officicial on sunday 5th July names Robin and he promised that action will be taken by Monday 6th July but all in air. he never called and made false promises as well. I would request to the fellow consumers beware of Korean products and company like Samsung who treat us like piece of and want to make money on our economy. avoid them and ignore them.

            I purchased refrigerator on 02 jul 15, and since then had given 5 - 6 calls on your toll free no to send service engineer for demo / installation. Every time we are told that some one will visit us today / tomorrow, but till date no one has visited or even gave a call. I live in pune city and am surprised that such a casual response from such a reputed firm in a metro ity. I am facing hardships due to non usage of refrigerator which is lying at my home for last 5 days. Please send some one for installation as soon as possible

                i was register a complaint on 20 june 2015 from samsung customer care regarding gas leakage. From that day i continue call on customer care till today above 50 calls. 24 june 2015 a technician visit for collected 672/- rs for service charge only. From that day they said service center team will visit to repair your AC. But today 01 july 2015. they did not come and only customer care said that they said come today or tomorrow. if they do not give better service then it should be stop dealing AC with customer. samsung AC reference no is [protected] and registered date 20june 2015 registered mobile no is [protected] alternate no [protected].

                  I purchased top loader wobble technology washing machine just before 2 months.yesterday i was washed some jeans and cloths. after washing i removed cloths from drum while i got piece of fiber then i saw in drum so got little hole in wobble pulsator. Its very hesitating i raerly used my m/c.

                    I bought Samsung LED 40F5500 in 13/05/2015, Since I have been facing a problem with It., In initially ignored the problem, but after sometime problem raised more, then I called to Samsung customer care, that time TV was under warranty and they changed the mother board, after three month I faced another problem( blackness in picture ) then I called to Samsung customer care but he replied your warranty time has expired that is why we cannot provide free service to you. but I want to say you if Samsung TV quality is so bad then why are you making a fool to people, instead of buying Samsung, I should have bought local made TV, Now I am regretting And I will suggest to people never buy to Samsung LED TV Quality is so bad, by the way I extended my warranty up to three years, from chroma now they are getting repaired I enclosed my proof for your convenient Samsug LED Details is given below.                         I would like to draw your kind attention that M y name is Pranav Dalal, I have purchased refrigerator of Samsung RT33HDRZESL on 21.10.2014 from Vijay Sales. From the 1st month itself it is not working properly we have done many complaints but we have not received any satisfactory response from your side.every week engineers visit at our place and gives ridiculous answers by asking to change vegetable vendor on complaining about the waste of fruits and vegetables, atlast we have complained to CEO of company but still there is no solution and response from there side hence please please look in to the matter and do the needful. Now I am fed up of Samsung company and I want the product replacement and also claim for waste money of milk, fruits and vegetables for the same and harassment mentally to me and my family members too.                           I am chandrasekar from erode city..i have purchased samsung refrigerator on 07/04/2015. on that date of purchasing itself refrigerator not working properly. no cooling and no ice formation in freezer. i booked complaint to service center. they came after a week (very poor customer service) and refill the gas of the refrigerator.. on 28/04/2015.. but with in a month again refrigerator not working.. . no responsible from samsung seevise and customer care for my complaint.. ( ID no.[protected]) now i learn lesson about samsung product and their customer service.. why should they spoil customer money with the failure products.. kindly arrange service to rectify the problem of my new refrigerator.. i asked what is the meaning for 10 year warrenty for that refrigerator.. do needful service at the earliest.. pls...

                            Respected sir/ madam. . my name is ramya iam one of the ex employer of Allsec technology totally iam worked 8 months in Allsec technology as a CSR iam very hard worker and officially co operated with my superiors to develop the customer satisfaction and achieve the company target more than company requirements I worked there very sincerely but iam not close to any one iam perfect officially while iam working there in between I had health issue in that time I had must situation to take rest so that with proper medical certificate I asked the prior permission to get leave for me I forwarded to my tl and then he also forwarded to one of the manager but he doesn't accept that and suddenly gave me a spot resignation to me on that day iam really fed up and hurted because iam bought up in middle class family it effect my family also the thing is they doesn't provide 30 days leave for me but they provide 60 days leaves and 45 days leave so many employees those who are all close with concern peoples ..and after iam heard about these iam totally effects from my mentally and it affects my health also and the main thing is i am resigned on April 14 2015 with in 50 days I tried to rejoin in the same dep but they doesn't provide me a same dep they take 21 days for the rejection I came 7 th April they told me call u nu but I didn't receive any call so I goed 15 th may again attend interview and hr told me you Short listed nu and finally told you are not for a tech dep nu and they told me come back next week nu and he finally told come back after one month nu iam totally fed u have to take proper action for this pls kindly think about my situation and revert reply for me otherwise surely I will take some other action seriously.                               I bought 2 Samsung AC from Sargam Electronics, Patel Nagar on 29th March 2015. After 1 month, I faced problem with one of my AC. It stopped cooling. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2015. Samsung Technician came and they replaced the compressor. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue. Again yesterday (3rd June 2015), I am faced problem with the same AC. Its not even getting started. I registered a complaint (Complaint number: [protected]; date: 4th July 2015) an talked to Sneha. She told that her manager will call me within 4 hours. No one called. Again I called Samsung Customer care and again they gave the same reason. I am pissed off with Samsung product and service. It's just been 3 months and I am facing problem again & again. I want them to replace the product.

                                I have recently purchased a Samsung Curved TV from Sonovision, Hyderabad . The model is 48J 6300 . This is a smart TV and claims to feature Skype .
                                To use Skype, a TV requires a webcam . This TV neither has a built in webcam nor is a compatible camera available in the market . As a result, the Skype facility cannot be used at all . At the time of purchase I was told that the webcam would cost around Rs 5500 and would be available from Samsung Brand Shops . When my attempts to get it failed, I made complaints to Samsung but in spite of repeated complaints they have only been giving vague telephonic replies . It has now become clear that neither Samsung has a compatible camera nor are they willing to tell whether any compatible webcam is available in the market . For obvious reasons, they avoid any written communication .
                                I have even submitted a written complaint to the CEO through their website, which was acknowledged with assurance of response within 24 hours . But no response has been received in 4 days .
                                I request you to kindly take up the issue with the Company and, at least inform me whether any webcam is available that can be used with the TV .
                                I also WISH CONSUMERS TO TAKE NOTE OF OF MY EXPERIENCE AND BE CAREFUL ABOUT PURCHASING A SAMSUNG PRODUCT .

                                  Hello, Subject: Request for extended warranty for Samsun TV LED remains unaddressed for 6 months Date first request raised – 23rd Feb 2015 Reference number – [protected] Registered mobile number – [protected] My name is Gaurav Kumar and I purchased Samsung LED TV 32” on March 3rd 2014. On February23rd 2015, as it was going to be one year of purchase, I called Samsung customer care[protected] and requested for “extended warranty” and reference number for same is [protected]. I didn’t receive any response – I again called up on 26th Feb and customer care rep. gave the same response that your issue has been forwarded to service centre and you will get a response. I kept waiting and waiting …. I called them back in March 1st week, again in April start, again in April mid, April end, May start, May mid, June start June end and then last time I called them was on 2nd July i.e. yesterday. Frustratingly – every time I called their customer care, I get ditto same response what I got on Feb 26th and in later calls made. They say this has been escalated to seniors etc..etc… but resulted nothing. The guy Nimesh and then Himanshu (whom I spoke last night) – said to me this is how we (Samsung) works. If you have problem then keep waiting. … we can’t do anything from here. When I asked to connect to senior as I am waiting from last 6 months – they said that there no seniors available (this is their response every time). Does Samsung customer care deprt. runs completely on these incompetent people? I am thinking to take legal action against Samsung for selling products with false promises of post sell services and making fool of customer by having incompetent people as customer care rep.                                     Hi, Kindly note, due to liquid logged my mobile is not working and same its under warranty, I gone to Samsung service center to check what the issue with this handset first they said motherboard issue I asked how much the charge to replace the motherboard, they gave me estimate arouns 7500/-rs and told me you have to keep this handset here for 3 to 4 days I said ok. After I called them for status they replied it will take time to change the motherboard stock is not available.I said how much time will take to do all this they replied once we done will call you directly since 1 week i did not get any call from service center. I called them again they came with 2 more issues with this handset like display not working and front and back also not working and total cost around you have to pay 14 to 15K. Now just tell me how can I give to them above amount if i better to take same new handset because for new mobile cost around 19k for Samsung note 3 neo. I trust Samsung service from so long back I changed many phones of Samsung but I never change the brand, but now I have to say this is very pathetic service by Samsung service center and I think may be they have changed all parts of my mobile phone they are seriously fake I never seen like before.                                       hi I have Samsung refrigerator new one which stop working within few days after purchase i complain multiple time but no response. I have complain also with ref number [protected] but no one care to resolve this issue, the technician told PCV board need to be change but no one came to change this. this is highly disappointing.

But i am very poor and low knowledge person sir. They taken 8 lach rs from me. One time 15500 and next time 3lach 80 tousand rs and 3rd time 4 lach rs.
