Dear Team, I am a samsung user of last 7 years and I have not faced any kind of problem with any of my of my samsung model.today morning when I want to use my cell the whole screen was shaking and it's not working at all .I have purchased the phone on 25.03.2015 from Web net malign on guwahati. When I have taken the same to your authorised service centre in guwahati they have informed me that it will not covered under warranty and 1 have to pay 10000 approx for the same.it's make me very disappointing that how can 2 an a half months phone has that defect and it could not covered under warranty. Request u to look into the matter as I am loyal customer of Samsung and want the same to be done under warranty.     I had purchased a Samsung mobile on 19/9/2014. From the day one it gets hanged every now and then while receiving calls. Neither I could cut the call nor I could receive it. I just see my phone ringing and I am so helpless. I had visited the service center (Bir Electornics Pvt. Ltd., Bora Service Petrol Pump Building, Ground Floor, G. S. Road, Guwahati - 781007, Cell no. [protected],[protected], email id - birelectronics.[protected]@gmail.com) more than 6 times But didn't get any solution of my problem. Even the service center told me that they have changed the motherboard. I am fed up with the service provided by the service center. i have wasted a lot of time and energy in this matter. now i want immediate replacement / refund money from the company.

There is no way that l can repair these handsets physically at any mobile shops just like those in Singapore. Mr Pankaj, l can't collect physically at your HQ and if you want to take advantage of me like the advisor said to Shiva in the epic tale, then you can do nothing about it and nothing will happen.         I am one o[censored]ser of samsung washing machine. We purchased from sales India, Dharnidhar Branch, Ahmedabad. machine have 2 year of warranty from that still one year pending. Machine not working since one month. While working its being stop and giving error. We did complain to samsung via tall free number and then given 10 time followup. After that one executive visit. that executive visit from some Vejalpur, Ahmedabad service center. Who gave me Great and word best solution to wash only few cloth only. we did wash 6 month baby's ONE cloth but still machine stoped. He went back to office and close complain. We did regenerate complain number again which still open but no visit, no call, no followup.. Hello Customer, If you user of samsung please stop using and stop others. As its fraud. By selling samsung machine they giving surety as will care your wife, daughter's problem related this machine for two year. but then they don't know whats call CARE.

          sir myself neeraj sharma. i am branch manager in LIC OF INDIA and i have purchased one of your new launch GALAXY GRAND NEO PLUS just after few days of launch on 16april 2015, because i had trust on your brand and servicing. but unfortunately after purchase of this phone my trust has broken. after few days o[censored]se i was facing the problem of touch screen hang using dual sim. i am giving details of my bad experiance with samsung as under ref no-[protected] at samsung customer care-- on 16/4/15 i submitted phone at samsung authorised hcl service centre dehradun-- they updated the software on 15/5/15 i again submitted phone-- they just cleaned the connectors on 18/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept to change mother board on 25/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept to update binary on 29/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept the phone to check by r&d madrid centre i don't know.. on 2/6/15 i came to collect my phone they took it back from Rnd persons and give to me with out any proper solution. today on 11/6/15 my phone again hang, i approached service centre incharge MR SHAILJA (mob-[protected]) he said that still we have no solution of this problem in your phone. NOW THE POSISION OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO[protected] MY REF NO-[protected] i called on above no of customer care with above reference no and every time ist attendent transfer the call to higher management section but no result have been found so far. example-- on 2/6/2015 i call at customer care and talk to mr rahul in senior section at 3.00pm around he ask me to give proper solution to the problem but no result found today again i call to customer care at 12.45 pm with ist person shipra and ask her to call some person from higher section but sorry to say that after keeping me several minutes on hold she said that no person from senior section is availabe to call just now but some one will call me within 4 hours. but call come i still waiting. i had written this kind of mail earlier also but except one phone call that we will solve your problem shortly no result found. now my request is i want immediate replacement of my set from your company.

              I have purchased one LED Samsung TV 24 inches from Techno City Kolkata, sharad bose Road Branch on 04th June.15. But till date TV has not been Installed after regular follow ups with DST, Samsung as well as Customer Care. I have complaint thrice at Customer Care bearing complaint no [protected]. Every time got only assurance for the same day. I had never expect this type of Service from the company like Samsung in the Metro City, Kolkata. The DST of the company's are so rude & irresponsible.                 Dear Sir, I booked a complaint on 09/04/2015 (complain no:[protected]) for water leakage inside my refrigerator compartment (Purchased in March 2011 from Capitol Electronics, Ultadanga, Kolkata; Model No: RT 31GCPP1/CTL/2010) with Samsung India Electronics Private Limited Customer Care Help Line Number[protected]. I was told by the customer care that service engineer will visit asap and the service engineer visited next day. Upon initial investigation his opinion was internal heater had damaged internal ducting/insulation so he advised that the refrigerator would have to be taken to their service centre for further investigation. After 2-3 days days representative form Samsung Service Centre (GR Tech Services, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata; +[protected] took the refrigerator with them. However, it was returned back again un-repaired, but this time they said the internal heater/coil have been damaged due to physical damage to the fridge. When asked 1. how an internal component of refrigerator may be damaged when there was actually no physical damage, 2. the exact reason behind the damage of an internal component 3. also to produce evidence of any Physical damage done during the usage of the refrigerator, they gave vague reasons 1. The damage may have been due to Power supply fluctuations (This refrigerator is a Stabilizer-free option model) 2. It may have been damaged while moving the refrigerator (The refrigerator have stood in the same location in our residence ever since it was purchased) and Samsung Service Centre folks have refused to visit our residence since. I made repeated calls to the Samsung customer care helpline; they played a deliberate delaying tactics by informing me that they are escalating the issue with Area service Manger and a resolution will be provided at the earliest possible time, no such resolution came. And there were absolutely no proactive steps taken from side of Samsung India Electronics Private Limited to mitigate/address the issue. This session of calls went on about till 9th May, 2015. I strongly believe this is a issue of Faulty component/internal fixing method which had ultimately caused this problem and now Samsung India Electronics Private Limited is not owning upto it. And now I think it's better if I go through Consumer Forum Redressal mechanism to address my issue and get a proper resolution. I want to know whether is it possible to held responsible Samsung India Electronics Private Limited in order to provide concrete resolution method where they substantiate with evidence that the problem is not caused by manufacturing defect else provide suitable replacement of the refrigerator comparable in features. Samsung India Electronics Private Limited to provide a suitable replacement of the refrigerator. Or Or 3. Return equivalent cash amount.

                Today an engineer from Samsung India had visited my residence. He has taken several photographs of the internal components of the Refrigerator and also external photographs. He mentioned that he would send a report to the Delhi/Gurgaon Head office with his remarks.
                Rahul Sukralia from Samsung Head Office had called on 01.07.15 to take note of the issue and have promised that he will get back with the updates on the issue while trying his best to get a resolution.

                        DEAR SIR, I book a complain on 20/5/2015 having complain no:[protected] for some problem in my washing machine. I had been told that the official will visit tomorrow i.e on 21/5/2015 between 8 am to 8 pm. But no one came. On 24/5/2015 I got a call from service centre that the person will visit on that day.But unfortunately on 24/5/2015 I was out of station for official work and I told him to visit next day.no body came. on 30/05/2015 a person came to visit at 2 pm and told me that the board has been some fault and it should be replaced and conformed me that order for new board has been placed. after that no information from any side neither from service centre and nor from customer care. on 4/6/2015i made a call to service station number from which earlier they contacted, i asked them when my m/s will be ok, is it by Sunday? From service center side I have told that latested by Tuesday it will be ok. But on Tuesday again I was out of station and where I gone there was some problem in mobile tower that's why t thought the customer care may contact me on Tuesday when they not getting me they will must contact me on wedness day i.e on 10.06.2015 but I was wrong. no call came.at last I wrote you, I don't know whether my problem will solve or not. I am in also doing job in service sector.it was almost 20-22 days past, but no one can communicate me about the present status of my complaint. everybody told that the services of SAMSUM was excellent, but I am in doubt that is it actually true. I thought you may give the better answer. I also let you know that the same problem was occur earlier during the six month of my purchase and the pcb board was changed. Almost 6-8 month from change the same problem occur. sir, I want to know whether is it possible to exchange my m/s with same model so that I feel comfortable that the same problem will not occur again. thanking you Debasish Giri

                          Hi, Yesterday I purchased Samsung Galaxy S6 from one of the largest mobile phone shop in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As soon as I opened the box I noticed 3 major defects in the device, which are; 1. Display's bottom half is has a very pink tint. which can be noticed very easily. This a very common issue with a lot of S6's around the globe and people are getting replacements very easily for this. It stops working for few hours. 25% of the touch screen turns Dead. I can't do anything while it happens. 3. Dim & Yellowish Flashlight - Flash on this device is almost dead, it is lights very dim and is yellow in shade. I can't take a picture in low light. Refer :http://bgr.com/2015/04/08/galaxy-s6-camera-flash-issue/ 4. Network Drop & Heating - Even after getting a new nano sim from Airtel, Network on this device drops frequently. It is not working in areas where even a 5k phone is having full network strength. I once had a single dead pixel in my iPhone, Apple Store replaced the phone instantly without any hesitation. Whereas in case of my Galaxy S6 I'm facing harassment from the seller. As soon I switched On the device while being in the store ( after paying the full amount Rs 39000 ) I instantly noticed the display & touch issues as I knew these are common problems. I told the shop owner to replace the device as it is clearly defective. He refused & told me to go to service centre though I purchased the product just 2 minute back & he himself opened the box for me. When I requested he turned rude and asked me to leave. Even after paying 40k for a Mobile Phone, this was the kind of service I received. He is clearly defaming Samsung by such acts with customers. He behaved as if I purchased a 4k phone. I don't see any logic in paying such high amounts for mobile phones when this is the kind of service we receive, firstly a defective piece & then no replacement. Why would I buy a defective piece and go to service centre same day. This is so ridiculous. Now I'm sitting with a 40k defective FLAGSHIP device which is unusable. If I don't get a solution, I'll definitely regret the decision of switching from iPhone to Samsung. Touch not working & Defective AMOLED Display with Pink Tint.                             UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED purchased on[protected] at YES MART, Kukutpally, Hyderabad. SAMSUNG Permanent Account No: [protected] Service Order No: [protected] Problem: Cant connect to the network After several followups on the above issue with Customer Care. The problem is not resolved still. The Technician coming and going without any solutions and saying that will get back when ever the complaint is lodged with customer care.                             The same happenned again after the complaint lodged in Consumer Complaints. Not having any seriousness to resolve the issue. Service Engineer came and went without any solution for the issue. He said will get back. My assumption is they are just dragging the time with no solution. SAMSUNG should be notified on that for selling the defective UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED piece sold out.

                            The better way to resolve this issue is to handover the defective piece on exchange with new UA40H5500ARLXL SAMSUNG LED asap.

                              DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO Samsung, THERE has been no response from Samsung to my complaint of getting a defective 46 inch LED TV. The fact that it is a defective product has been accepted by Samsung but no action has been taken to repair / replace the defective product. This clearly indicates malafide intentions and shrugging off of responsibilities by Samsung India. Please intervene to repose our faith in the company.

                                Dear Reference No [protected] complaint is submited last 15 day but still the resolution is pending, even spoken consent person but he was not resolved the problem, and alredy send the deatils of defective parts of mobile, but my resolution pending and i am not get proper service or help for ur end Dear I am Having Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 smart phone that is in the warranty period, last 4 days back frequently hanging and automatically dead therefore cell is hand over to Samsung customer center ( Ponda -Goa) and the technician is investigate the problem and the customer care manager is told me to such PBA part is defected and replace the same that cost around 6 to 7 thousand is paid ( in warranty) so the concern is i am not afford this much amount to paid, even am not getting the 50%discount that repair the cell, the same issue is discus with customer service center and toll free customer care but i am not get any kind of help or option, so i am not happy with your service, i am not happy with your price quoted, also your customer care, last 4 day facing the same problem and every time am call toll free no they not give the proper solution same answer giving me, finally if rally expecting customer care so please take in priority Regards, Prasad Yadav mob [protected]

                                  Sir, My samsung galaxy grand-2 mobile i purchesed (19000 /- Rs) before 6 months, still it is in warranty period.From Last week i found prob in circuit(IC) mobile automatically restart every time. i visit the samsung service station in jamnagar and problem not solved.                                       I have purchased 4 AC's on date 07th May 2012 from Anand Electricals & Electronics, Gumanpura, PinCode-324007 City-Kota, State-Rajasthan. Two on name of mine Dr. Sanjay Gupta and rest two on name of my wife Dr. Reenu Gupta. One of those got some problem and was not working properly. I connected to service center for many in between from Date 29th May 2015 to Date 05th June 2015. After several calls in 8 days service center boys came to my place and after doing some check they told me that your AC's compressor got fault and we will carry it to service center for repair.Please note the compressor is under warranty period. They took it away& gave me complaint no. [protected] for the same. After 4 days on 9th June 2015 service center boys came to my place and climbed it on my building's roof.Please not its one floor building only. When after some hours i came out to check with those guys i found no one out there and all of my surprise they left the unit on my roof without any information or updating me about it. I made a call to their office & what i got in reply was totally shocking. The man on other side of phone told me that "your outer unit got damaged during fitting at your place and as it happened at your place you have to pay all charges for it". And they demanded hefty charges for it. So after 13 days on today date 10th June 2015 my AC is still out functioning . Another important point here to make is that its Rajasthan's summer where temperature is almost 50 degree Celsius and the AC is installed at my consulting chamber where i provide consultancy to patients and having out of work AC causes unpleasant environment at my hospital. Due to your people's lethargic, unprofessional & dishonest behavior to just gain an advantage (here in term of money), I have been in mental and physical pain for last 13 days which causes loss in my business & disturbed life. I request you to please address the issue with in 24 hours which mean i need full functional AC at my end else i will escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India for this negligence and poor after sale services.

                                        Hi, I have registered complaint almost thrice for my refrigerator which was purchased on 2010 but we started using this fridge in last year i.e. 2014. But from starting we are facing issue with cooling and water leakage. and there were 3 engineer visit to resolve this issue but in vain. And now they want to take it to workshop but i afraid that they might charge me unnecessary by replacing some parts as this type of things are normal no a days because we cannot go and sit with them to see if they are true in what they are saying. I want you to make sure they resolve it without charging me unnecessary. We have used so many refrigerators till now from different companies like video con, voltas, LG, Alwyn but this is the first time we are facing such issue that to with a new refrigerator. Since it is a Samsung refrigerator so i prefer to give it to Samsung authorized service center. I may go to consumer court if am charged unnecessary.
