Dear Sir, I have purchase one Samsung S3 form Dbuai month of Jan-2015. But now my mobile bettry is not working also inside charging is also not working. I have call to customer care not take any response. Then i personally visited samsung service center on dated 11.06.2015 to Okhla phase-1. He register my complain but till now not any response by samsung office. I am very upset behave of Samsung office. I don't belive samsung response behalf of customer not good.     I have purchased in 08 / 06 / 2015 samsung galaxy s iii neo gt - i93000i having very big issue,

    Mobile in setting their is no receive incoming calls option when other sim card while using data service is on

    On your product box or on your web site this is not mentioned so this is dual sim i. E duos mobile

    So please help me for that and please say that what can i do for that

    Or should i go for consumer court for that big issue

Samsung Sir, I have brought a samsung washing machine fully automatic on 8/7/2013. ( Model No.WF550BOBKWQ/TL, Sl.No.WO145PCD200890M). I have brought the item due to my trust with your firm and your product.But your product does not satisfy the qualities you have assured. Before completing 2 years warranty the drum of the washing machine was damaged within this period. We use the washing machine twice in a week and follow the instructions given by you. I have contacted your service section for repairing the same, as the machine is under warranty period. But the service personnel has told us to pay an approximate amount of Rs.10, 000/- for the repair ( Ref.No.[protected],[protected] I request that urgent necessary steps may kindly be taken to repairs the washing machine without payment from our end.         hi sir, iam very sory to say ;like this...since 2 yrs u r not updated grand 2 from kitkat to lolipop.. lenovo, micromax, redmi, lg etc mobile sellers are upadted their mobiles with latest version.bt u did not updated ...pls pols pls kindkly take my suggestion int ur notice and update the grand 2 by lolipop...

          Respected sir, I own a Samsung galaxy S6 edge since a month and this happened just today ( 14/ 6). That the "mobile data" toogle from the drop down list went missing. Even after clicking the "edit" button, the option is invisible. Simce past 2 days this has been happening with more 10 of my friends who own the same phone and we have been discussing the issue. Please make sure that there is a uniformity in the provided features by the company since the purchase. A software update could solve this problem. Kindly take notice of the above as soon as possible. Heres hoping, Mohit gawande([protected])

            Sir i had bought an galaxy s6 black 32 gb on 7.06.2015 at samsung exclusive showroom elante mall chandigarh.The phone had pink tint on the centre portion of the screen.Samsung care centre sector 22 chandigarh checked the phone and declared it defective.So i was given D.O.A certificate.After that the next phone purchased had the same problem.Now the pink tint is present on the bottom of the screen.Again went to service centre but they refused to acknowledge the problem.They compared my phone phone with another s6 which had very less pink tint which is acceptable but my one has noticible pink tint on bottom portion of the screen which is not acceptable to me .After paying a hefty amount for a flagship samsung expects me to continue with such a screen is out of question.The service centre does agree to the pink tint as a problem but they are not giving in writing on a piece of paper that a pink tint presence is normal.I therefore ask you why they are not giving in writing. I do understand that every display is different and not the same but my question is why does a customer has to accept a phone which has manufacturing defect in it.Slight variations is acceptable but not to this extent.So kindly please look into the matter because I have gone through a lot of trouble Thank you

              Hon'ble CEO Samsung India Limited Dear Sir The Samsung 40H 5100 40" LED TV was purchased by me on[protected]. Within two months some black spots were identified. The complain was lodged and the LED panel was replaced on March 16, 2015 with an extended warranty of 16 months. The black spots again appeared on the replaced one and the complain was lodged on June 11, 2015. I feel ashamed of purchasing a product of a company which is claimed to be a multinational. As a Senior Professor of the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta and the Vice Chairman of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education I have already discussed the issue with the Chairman of the Consumer Court and based on their advise, this time we are awaiting your reply in respect to solving my problem.                 purcased 64 inch plasma tv samsung make in the year oct 2012 and had a problem in the year 2014 of board not working and then i paid 6000 and got it repaired and in the month of may it was not working properly and registered complaint and the person came and gave a estimation of rs 60000/- for change of panel.now i want a buy back from samsung to take the tv and pay the money back as the products manufactured are not upto the standard i feel

                  We complaint on Monday 8th June 2015 on number[protected] that our refrigerator is not working properly.The Person told us to switch off the refrigerator for 12 hours, then again on Tuesday we complaint. One of the personnel from the company came on Tuesday that there is no gas in the fridge. On Wednesday the technician came and filled the same. Again on Wednesday we complaint the same problem and on Thursday the technician came. There was no particular reply and we kept on waiting that somebody will come to rectify the problem. Now today on 13th June 2015 a person has come and saying that the compressor is not working. From last one week we are suffering.The person from Samsung came 3 times and they could not find the problem. It is the so hot and our refrigerator is not working. The Samsung customer service is making a fool o[censored]s and not taking our problems seriously. Complain number-[protected] on Tuesday and the person has charged 1488 on 10th June 2015.                           we are in pune having a 650litre fridge model no-SG629EPNSH/XTL serial no-808041AQ300066X app 6yrs old only---we have registered our complaint of fridge not cooling on 14/5/2015 to samsung service centre.call no-[protected]-Initially an engineer visited from RELIANCE RETAIL LTD to look into the complaint and said all is required is gas charging--and took Rs562/- as visit charges recpt no-034350. after three days another man visited and did gas charging and took Rs1815[recpt no-036274 dt 17/5/15]--still no cooling--then he again visited saying the capacitor not working and changed that---still no cooling--he then says he cannot solve the problem and to again forward the complaint--then after 3days again a visit saying the compressor to be replaced---still no cooling---then another visit now saying that system needs nitrogen gas flushing and heat exchanger to be replaced---still no cooling---then they take the fridge to their workshop for repairing and proper observation and after 11days the fridge is returned back stating that it is now working---fridge cooling when empty but as soon as it is loaded no cooling, ice formation not happened over two days---thus still no cooling.The service team leader Mr SUMET always acts surprised and shocked at the fridge still not working but no results. IT IS INDEED SHOCKING THE CALIBRE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEERS OF SAMSUNG it is now 30days and the fridge is still not working---how many times are we to follow-up with samsung service and are fed up--it seems we made a huge mistake to buy a high-end samsung product--

                                Dear Team, I am a samsung user of last 7 years and I have not faced any kind of problem with any of my of my samsung model.today morning when I want to use my cell the whole screen was shaking and it's not working at all .I have purchased the phone on 25.03.2015 from Web net malign on guwahati. When I have taken the same to your authorised service centre in guwahati they have informed me that it will not covered under warranty and 1 have to pay 10000 approx for the same.it's make me very disappointing that how can 2 an a half months phone has that defect and it could not covered under warranty. Request u to look into the matter as I am loyal customer of Samsung and want the same to be done under warranty. Neither I could cut the call nor I could receive it. I just see my phone ringing and I am so helpless. I had visited the service center (Bir Electornics Pvt. There is no way that l can repair these handsets physically at any mobile shops just like those in Singapore.                                       I am one o[censored]ser of samsung washing machine. We purchased from sales India, Dharnidhar Branch, Ahmedabad. machine have 2 year of warranty from that still one year pending. Machine not working since one month. While working its being stop and giving error. We did complain to samsung via tall free number and then given 10 time followup. After that one executive visit. that executive visit from some Vejalpur, Ahmedabad service center. Who gave me Great and word best solution to wash only few cloth only. we did wash 6 month baby's ONE cloth but still machine stoped. He went back to office and close complain. We did regenerate complain number again which still open but no visit, no call, no followup.. Hello Customer, If you user of samsung please stop using and stop others. As its fraud. By selling samsung machine they giving surety as will care your wife, daughter's problem related this machine for two year. but then they don't know whats call CARE.

                                        sir myself neeraj sharma. i am branch manager in LIC OF INDIA and i have purchased one of your new launch GALAXY GRAND NEO PLUS just after few days of launch on 16april 2015, because i had trust on your brand and servicing. but unfortunately after purchase of this phone my trust has broken. after few days o[censored]se i was facing the problem of touch screen hang using dual sim. i am giving details of my bad experiance with samsung as under ref no-[protected] at samsung customer care-- on 16/4/15 i submitted phone at samsung authorised hcl service centre dehradun-- they updated the software on 15/5/15 i again submitted phone-- they just cleaned the connectors on 18/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept to change mother board on 25/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept to update binary on 29/5/15 i again submitted phone in hang state-- they kept the phone to check by r&d madrid centre i don't know.. on 2/6/15 i came to collect my phone they took it back from Rnd persons and give to me with out any proper solution. today on 11/6/15 my phone again hang, i approached service centre incharge MR SHAILJA (mob-[protected]) he said that still we have no solution of this problem in your phone. NOW THE POSISION OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO[protected] MY REF NO-[protected] i called on above no of customer care with above reference no and every time ist attendent transfer the call to higher management section but no result have been found so far. example-- on 2/6/2015 i call at customer care and talk to mr rahul in senior section at 3.00pm around he ask me to give proper solution to the problem but no result found today again i call to customer care at 12.45 pm with ist person shipra and ask her to call some person from higher section but sorry to say that after keeping me several minutes on hold she said that no person from senior section is availabe to call just now but some one will call me within 4 hours. but call come i still waiting. i had written this kind of mail earlier also but except one phone call that we will solve your problem shortly no result found. now my request is i want immediate replacement of my set from your company.
