I have complained about my TV display to customer care they have sent a person to look into it... At first they he told it was because of the display. He took advance and informed that he will get back in 2 days after 2 days he called and said he didn't get the correct part so again it took 2 days for it after 7 days it took many number of calls to service centre he came with the replacement to my home then he discovered that the issue was not with display it was because of the small connector. He said he will get back next day with the connector this is the third when I call him he's saying the part is not available and do know when he will get it. This is not the kind of service I expected from Samsung. The only reason I bought a product from brand like samsung is that I will not have such kind of of trouble and the best part of it the TV is just 1 and half year old. I complained twice by calling customer care I don't know what kind of action you people take, but he seems all ok even after he got complains against him.

    when i purchase my samsung 32eh4003 led t.v on 30th june 2015 from first day when i open my t.v set on t.v screen i am getting red patch i complaint to my shop keep m/s ADA enterprises it address is 12/14 shop no-15 basament TIP TOP shop W.E.A Karol Bagh N. Delhi-110005 ph [protected] he change my t.v set next day. And with in a10month again same problem red patch on my t.v screen can company change my T.v set

      Hi, i have purchased the Inverter model Split AC on 1/10/2014. The model no. is AR18HV5NFWKNNA. It stopped working 2 months back. After being checked by the company representative, i was told that the inverter board is gone and to be replaced. The ETA given was a week, but its been more than 2 months, after couple of calls to Samsung support, i had another engineer visiting and i was told the same reason and would order for the part. After that there is no reply from Samsung and i am spending summer nights in hot condition even though after spending 40 K INR. If someone can help me it would be really great.       I am facing the same problem bought ac almost at the same time as you did. and have been facing the same problem since 2015

      bought 2 split ac from samsung AR18HV5NFWKNNA . I have been repenting on my decision to remain Loyal to samsung for all my house appliance ranging from Mobile to LED Washing machine refrigerator. I Request you to please take back the Split AC fitted in our house and donate the money to any charity or NGO of your choice in India and send us the Receipt
      Ever since there have Compressor Failure, circuit failure, water leakages, gods knows what else will be in future.
      Your Fliter does not fit tight in the given spots every 15 days we have to clean the filter else the performance reduces, now 1 Ac is not working the compressor just starts randomly sudenlt in middle of night ac stops working next day it would well. the other ac there is problem of water leakage third time this is the problem i am facing.
      I guess the best solution to all this is just take back your product.

        e mart enterprises(D-155, Fate nagar, Jail road, 110018) gave me insurance of my phone. I recently used my insurance and they took my phone on 28th march and they haven't given any response yet. I feel they are not doing anything. they gave me insurance from paladin system private ltd.

            I bought the Samsung LED TV Model No UA40H5100 on 27 September with name Mukesh Yadav. Within a month black spots started appearing on the screen. I asked the company to replace the TV but they changed the TV panel. The panel was of some other TV model. Again in the month of Feb spots started appearing on the screen I called them back again to replace the TV but they refused to do so. I have also registered a complaint with them with Reference Number: [protected] and from last one month I am regularly calling customer center to solve this problem but they are not doing that. I has been a great disappointment with Samsung as my other TV is of Sony company and they have always provided satisfactory results. Please look into matter and help me replacing the defective TV.               hi i have Samsung galaxy grand prime. bought in Qatar Lulu hyper market. since 3rd days im complaining and went to service center 3 rd time and saying it will work now but when i start my mobile its repeated, got tired and i dont have much salary that i can buy another mobile, i really hate samsung product and service as well. its really annoying, what is the standerd if it is not working for even one week what kind of product you are selling. please contack: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                  Myself deepak kumar, purchased a gallaxy grand 2 5months earlier.but since starting the mobile was not working properly.sometimes the signals got disappared and also speaker was giving problem.when I visited customer care, they said we have changed the speaker but till date I m facing phone speaker problem, even one side battery has got swollen.                     I have purchased the Samsung refrigerator RT26/2008 in year 2008. After almost one year there was a water leakage .The same was rectified by samsung. They told this model had a manufacturing defect and we need to close the fridge for 2-3 days to avoid the same. I am continuously facing this water leakage . I want this to be rectified permanently and if cannot be done it should be replaced.. We have purchased frost free fridge so that we can keep food frozen in freezer forever .

                        Hi, I have purchased a AC from authorised Samsung shop in kolkata on 6th April 2014. After 3 months Samsung engineer came to my address and do services of my AC without giving any complain and request. He told me he will give more 2 free services. After my AC warrenty expire, i got a call from samsung, They told me our AC free services expire. I called to customer care several time but they did not get give proper solution. My Question is: 1.                           Bought the phone 6 months back.. and it is supposed to be a water resistant phonee. But when u touch phone with a wet finger or sweatty hands the screen does not respond... if samsung promises these kind of products .. hence forth i dont think i will buy any samsung product .. and nor will u sujest my friends to buy...thought of buying new s6 .. i think il change my mind to iphone 6

                            The issue is related to the Samsung galaxy note-3 phone that i bought about 6 months back from now.From the past 3-4 days i was facing heating up issues at the back of my phone and at the same time it would hang too, 13th April night i could hear sounds coming out of it and it was terribly heated while i just finished working on it which is very dangerous of the recent few incidents that we have heard of phone bursting and all, Due to which i happened to get trace of the samsung service center around which in itself was very difficult to find and eventually when i did, i happened to be waiting for a couple of hours and then when i finally got to meet the representative, who guided me over to some technician.The gentlemen sitting on the other end asked me a few questions to which i replied.Then he told me the reason behind the phone heating up was that their was a short-circuit which is a hardware issue and the reason behind less battery back up and the heating issue which i believe i am facing since i bought the phone, to which Mr.Sumit (Engineer) replied that he will have to physically open my phone and replace the motherboard of a newly bought phone to which i am astonished to know.Secondly i wanted to know the exact issue behind i asked the gentlemen that if he could guarantee of the changes he made and give it to me like a guarantee card that you get.On being denied the request, he told me it was only possible for the senior manager Mr.Chaudhary to provide for the guarantee and while talking to him i was again turned down.So i happened to take my disturbed phone back from the center and take a customer suggestion form from the guard who was assisting the walk-ins, and to my surprise he told me about the incompetence of your appointed employees(HCL).I just filled in my form and on my way back, i felt sad for a huge and prestigious company like samsung to be so careless and annoying.I want a replacement for the my note3 phone on which i happen to run my business.I have all the proofs of my phone being a manufacturing defect to which i have a witness too who was sitting right on the chair next to me in front of whom the engineer admitted it to be a manufacturing defect.I demand an immediate replacement.Attached is the customer feedback snapshot.                               Dear Sir/ Ma'm I had purchased a new Samsung 40" Full HD Tv on 25th March 2015 and till date i am facing problem in using Smart Tv option Skype. The TV get offline after every 18 minutes and i have to reboot the Television, despite complaining at the service support centre and even the engineer visited at my place the problem still persists. Despite the fact that i had called up the engineer he is unable to resolve the issue neither he is providing the details of the senior's. I feel like throwing the TV set out of my place.                                 As I have purchased this mobile one month back i found problem in set I went to Nigdi pune gallery so they said mother board problem they are charging me 10000rs to repair as it's in warranty period iam regular customer if they dont cooperate then i have to lodge complaint in consumer court i hope u will cooperate and do the needful Tha

                                  I purchased Samsung note 3 neo on 26-jan-2015 from sangeetha mobiles. the day i purchased after inserting sim, it was showing no network, took mobile to service center the next day itself, they said to see 3 more days, they opened mobile parts in front of me, did something with antenna and returned back. from that say dialy i am going to service center no response. they are not returning my money not replacing, they said its manufacturing defect. also they have changed the motherboard also . but again facing the issu. its been more than a month now, they are not responding my calls they have taken my mobile. i dont need that mobile any more. they have cheated me. i need my cash back. i dint even use that new mobile for single day. Pls help

We would like to express our grievances regarding the Telebanking executives who starts calling from 1st week of every month & starts harassing us to deposit the minimum transaction amount of Rs. 18000 to Rs. 20000/-. We give them the date of after 21st of every month we will deposit the same in our A/c No[protected] & we have never defaulted on the same but in spite of that different person keeps calling for the same & if we are busy keeps on calling every one hour. When they are informed to send the mail they express their inability to do so & says its as per guidelines of ICICI Bank. We try to know the exact due date up to which time we have to deposit the payment but they are unable to answer nor they send the mail in writing. We are being levied the Interest every month & we have never defaulted for the same. If ICICI Bank is not interested in doing the business please give us clear indication in writing we will return the O/D & close the Account immiditaely.                                       Hi Team, This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator (Model: RR1914BCASE) on 21 March 2014. From past 6 months &amp even more an unexpected sound is there. Too Logged the complaint via Samsung service center but the folks were unable to resolve the issue &amp went back only with the assurance. Post that twice complaint was made but no one visited which made to raise the concern to the Executive Team with the hope that at least you will resolve the issue &amp help me with the repair of the friz. Samsung sent their engineer & he confirmed that issue is non repairable & hence either friz to be replaced or complete amount to be refunded back to the customer. Keeping the same in mind Samsung service team has completed the documentation & case was under review. Post 7-8 days, I received the call from Amit (Samsung rep) who gave the option of product replacement with the new one but without warranty or to provide only 78% value of the product purchased. I requested to at least extend the warranty so that if further any issue was found with product, same can be taken care. Instead of assisting he clearly states request cannot be accommodated & no extend warranty to be provided? He also shared that it was a favor to be made my Samsung that they are replacing the product otherwise such cases will not be entertained by them. It’s the customer who is responsible for any mishap post purchase. I being the loyal customer of Samsung brand but now the recent issue, the non support received & negligence made by Samsung makes me to think twice before buying any Samsung product in near future. Being the customer, I felt harassed as my hard earned money got ruined & even the product purchased was a defective & an irreparable one. When asked for assistance from Team Samsung post facing negligence & delay even due support was not provided Recent incident has shattered me & forced me to log the complaint.                                         The complaint is regarding Samsung mobile phone. I bought my phone on April 12, 2014 and during January I had issues with touch screen due to liquid. I paid Rs 4606.73 and got my phone repaired from Samsung service center(SC), model town on 29th January, 2015. Few days back my phone had the problem of automatic restart and sometimes the mike did not work. I went to Kotla SC where they informed me that the last time I had repaired my phone, the liquid traces were still left on mother board due to which the mother board needs to be changed which will cost approx Rs 7000. I called up samsung service centre to register my complaint with regards to not providing me complete information regarding the damage caused by liquid. 5000 had already been spent. I was asked by customer care center (CCC) to visit model town again. I went on 11th April again and employees at model town SC initially refused to agree that there are any liquid traces on motherboard. Later I myself had to show it to them and a senior employee was called. He was very rude to me and blamed me for non handling of the product. They even mentioned that the liquid traces in motherboard have nothing to do with mike as well as restart issues. They accepted that the liquid traces may create issues in later point of time. My warranty was about to expire the next day i.e. 12th April, 2015. They refused to take the phone for repair. On contacting the samsung CC again later in the evening, they wanted me to visit again to model town SC. However they said that they will inform me again after having the case discussed with senior officials. Since then I have not received any information. 3 issues: 1) Negligence on their part to provide me complete information with regards to the effect which the liquid had on my phone. 2) Ignorant attitude of either kotla SC or model town SC where both of them mentioned different cause of the problem 3) Though 1 day was still left with warranty cover, they refused to accept it.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
