hi sir, This letter is to the vasanth & co chairman regarding complaint issue in Kaveri Nagar Branch... i am Mr. V.S.Charles my address No: 26/66, Sathya Nagar, Little Mount, Saidapet, chennai-600015. Past 7 to 8 years i am purchasing a products in Vasanth & co in T. Nagar, Madipakkam, Saidapet Branches, List Of products Purchased in past Years: 1. Sony CRT 21" TV. 2. Whirlpool 1.5 ToneC. 3. Sony 32" LED 3D TV. 4. Goorej AC 1.5 Tone. 5. Sony 32" LED TV. 6. Sony 24" LED TV. 7. Roti Maker. 8. Sony 32" LED TV his friend purchased... 9. AC Blue Star 1.5 Tone his friend purchased... Due to recommend... So many items i purchased, we faced a delivery Problem its not a issue... But Resonantly i went to Kaveri Nagar, Saidapet Branch to purchase a Double door Fridge, Mr. Mansoor attended as a marketing Rep. He given a demo of variety finally i decided to buy a SAMSUNG FF Fridge RT36HDJFELX/TL ... and i proceeded a loan with Bajaj fenserv. ok Mr. Mansoor said the product will delivered with in 3 days(10/04/15 to 13/04/15), i said its ok... Finally the product came to house, we removed the product, their is a lot of dents and scratches in the product, so i send backed immediately, and then next day i went over their, i asked manager regarding this issue, and i said cancel the bill i am not going to bye a product, so clash gone to manager and me. finally he said, loan cannot be cancelled, so kindly go to next model LG FRIDGE Model No: GL-D372JHSL 335 Lits Mr.Gopi attended as a marketing Rep. Ok i said when i will be delivered, he said with in 3 days (14/04/15 to 17/04/15) i said ok. After 3 days(17/04/15) he Mansoor called me and said, SAMSUNG model came can i send he is asking... This is a way to treat a Customer, so finally i said cancel my bill and cancel my loan also without any arguments... so what i am coming to say is here after i wont bye any product in your Vasanth & co in any branch... we Kept a trust on u but this time no trust and i never recommend also to any one ...     DOA Issue

    Hi, I pre-booked the GS6 and bought it on the 10th of April 2015 from Shree Sai Kripa Mobile Shoppee (Samsung Cafe) based out of Indore, MP. After a couple of days, I found out that the screen had some insane amount of pink tint at the bottom and the color temperature of the upper part was different than lower. Upon inspection, the service adviser in Delhi (Rameshwar Traders, Pitampura) issued a DOA certificate and asked me to send the handset...

    My mobile Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 model no. SM-G7102 is having a problem with the screen.It is still in warrantee period, i bought it on July 12, 2014. It is in w It is an internal problem caused automatically. I visited Samsung's service center once. But they were unabled to solve the problem. After that they told me that some of the parts of your phone got damaged so it will charge Rs. 4000 to make it repaired or if we find some other problems, the maximum cost will be Rs. 10, 000.

      Gas leakage I am contacting samsung customer care from more than 20 days regarding this issue and they gave referrence number [protected]. i paid Rs.1500/- for re installation and they are asking Rs. 2500/- because it is a new service center and technician attended by old service center. technical staff from samsung chennai ( his name Ravi) are not helpful and talking to customers to solve problem is not good at all.

                  I have purchased below said model TV on 02.11.2013 and after completion of 15 months, Now I amfacing the problem of blackline on the display. I have reported this issueto Samsung Authorized service centre and thelocal samsung engineer has attended the complaint . He recommended to change the Panel and therepair charges would be Rs 20, 000/- . Such a branded TV should not fail within 15months.                     Hi Samsung Team,

                    I am following up for my complaint with below sequence of events and was really disappointed / Harassed with the manner complaint is been handled. Apologies for the long email but will appreciate your valuable time to go through the grievance of the customer.

                    COMPLAINT / SO#[protected]
                    Samsung PAN#[protected]

                    14 March: Complaint was lodged using Toll Number[protected]
                    Didn't heard any call / any information from Samsung for more than week.
                    Did called Toll number for 4-5 times and every time apologies were given with assurance that escalation is done to seniors
                    With God's blessing by end of March'15, one Technician was send to my home, but unfortunate Technician didn't know how to power ON the system so we need to help him on it
                    He couldn't resolve the problem and committed to bring Engineer next day
                    As usual, following NO one turned up and as usual POOR CUSTOMER started his process of calling Toll number.
                    Around 8 calls were made to Toll Number with customer offering to pay for Taxi and Free food for the Engineer
                    12 April: Engineer came and again he couldn't do anything and told he will get the company vehicle and take the system back
                    Again as usual NO one turned up and started calling Engineer
                    Engineer Response: I am out of station, call my Boss for any update
                    Customer Called Engineer's Boss: Boss reply they need to change the 2 boards inside Sound Bar to which I replied refund / replacement, he said call Toll number as he couldn't do anything
                    Customer Called Toll Number again and issue was directed to Noida HQ
                    Got call from Noida HQ on 15 / 16 April with shocking statement saying that "This is Electronics item and can fail... " appreciate if someone can take a copy of my call with your Toll number and HQ number and I am sure you will be surprise how the customer was begging and the way responses were given.
                    Praying God on what to do next as again NO calls from Samsung team...

                    I beg Samsung team to agree one of the below options -
                    1. Refund my amount as I have been totally harassed by Samsung team and plan never to buy any Samsung Product
                    2. If I have NO option and to be punished for buying Samsung, atleast please do system replacement
                    3. If none of the above option works, I want to donate (Free of Cost) this system to Samsung for their Test Labs / R&D to ensure that only Quality product is been delivered to customer and its pain to first spend money in buying and later chasing Samsung for any complaints. We Buy premium products like Samsung for its PRODUCT QUALITY / BRANDING / BEST IN CLASS from R&D to Service.

                    IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the second time issue, first issue came on the day of Demo in Nov' 2014 when I bought this product. I faced similar NOT GOOD service from Samsung and even Engineer was NOT aware of how to measure Sound Quality.

                    Apologies if I hurt somebody unknowingly but this was the pain of customer for more than a month so couldn't stop to pen down and let all Samsung people know how customer feels. Appreciate if you can take a minute and think if this has happened to you on your new buy...

                          Dear Sir, I have a very big Problem with your technical staff and customer care and service centre provider also... Because My samsung split ac (Samsung Air Conditeners Model No. AS242 ETB No. 0119PPPZ300004 and 0118PPIZ300284) is not working properly till now. Else i complaint to your costumer care no. on 4/4/2015, then they send a mecenic to help and then. When he cames he said that in your ac condition minimum 7000 Rs. is loss of you if you paid that amount then your ac will be ok. So as its consern i am giving 3000 Rs in advance of your sales team member on 5/4/2015. then they take my ac and after two days they return it and cut off Rupees 700, but yet my ac is not working now. And then since 5/4/2015 i will trying to call your costumer care, they not came and said that in your ac maximum 17000 rupees is expences. But now there is no result of my complain... plese help me as soon as possible otherwise i would have to go UPBHODTA FORM and also CRO . and all responsibility is yours.                             i bought samsung E7 mobile set imei number [protected] on 9th April15, its camera was not working properly, the salesman told us that we could change the phone if any problem occurs within seven working days, we went to Samsung service center Varun Enterprise's at shakarpur, Delhi on 16th April 2015( 5th working day)yet the Manager Mr. Rajneesh refused to provide duo letter and submitted the phone saying that it will be returned within four hours, we have not received any information till now, we are doing all folloups and getting nothing in return except that the parts are not available and today we are trying to contact at that service center and contact number given on job sheet is turned off. This kind of service is pathetic it feels that buying samsung mobile phone was our mistake and we will never advise anyone for samsung mobile for its defective pieces and poor service.

                                This saravanakumar from chennai . We have bought Samsung Air conditioner(Model No: AR18JC3JAMVNNA-SAC, AR18JC3JAMVXNA) in TA-Tech Arena, chennai on 11.04.2015. They have came for installation of Airconditioner on 14.4.15. Actually the person came for installation is whether the Samsung authorized person or dont know they came and install the air conditioner, after installed the AC they have ON the AC its not get ON after checked they have told me stabilizer is the problem so only not working like that told.So i have informed to the Shop they told me we will provide the new stabilizer like that told. 18.04.2015 stabilizer service person came and check the stabilizer its working good only then the AC is power ON but cooling is not came again we have called to the shop they have sended on person regarding to check the issue, he came and checked gas is not filled like tat told again we have called to the shop we will send another person for checking like tat told but still now nobody came and rectify the issue.we have called and ask about the issue the samsung service person is cutted my phone call and went while talking.Daily we are calling and continuously following from the one week but still now problem is not rectified.Is that the correct way to delivery and install the branded material to customer. i have given the address of the store for your notice. After six months it stop work(cooling ) and your local engineer fill up gas and after that it work only six months now same problem occurred. Please look into the matter and resolve the problem permanently. I would like to inform you that before this I had purchased LG referigerator 12 years before. I have never any complaint regarding LG referigerator in these 12 years. Please resolve the perblem permanently so that our faith is also maintained just like LG products.                                     I have sent my washing machine for repair in Samsung service center, Ajmer 20 days back. Since then, I have not received a single call from them. I have been calling them every alternative day and not getting a satisfactory reply. Now they are saying that whatever we could repair, we have done and it can not be repaired completely. Now I have to pay more than Rs. 5000/- and still it will not work properly. They should have informed me earlier. Now they are saying from last 3 days that they will deliver it to me, and I am still waiting. I inquired about it yesterday evening, they said that they could not send coz they will send with an engineer as if the engineer will come from Japan.                                     Still there is no information. Neither from the service center nor from customer care. They proved that whether the company is MNC but people working here are Indians. No one bother about complaints.

                                      Dear sir/madam Respectfully m using ur company phone model samsung star pro duos GT-S7262. Sir its 9mnths ago no internet Connection on my phone n there is no sim prblm becoz i check it wid another sim bt same prblm persist. I have contacted nearby samsung care center bt they also not find anything which helps to start internet i have visited four times in a week nd now dey said they can't do anything . No sim working at all in dis phone. Only wifi connection is wrking. I have also contacted customer care ghaziabad at dis no.[protected] they said contact samsang care center.Samsung care center also said dat it only wrks on wifi and they said use dis as such we can't do anything dey said. Sir its difficult no internet connection on phone this phone is a defaulted piece, sir is this ur service good??Plz sir check this phone i want my phone replaced now. I don't want any repair now.plz do immediately otherwise i will complaint further or any other action. And plz check the enclosed attachments of bills. Waiting for ur response..
