My 40" LED purchased in January 2012 started showing green horizontal lines at top and split screen exactly after 1 year and warranty period. Charges for repairing were told as Rs. 25000 or more. It is highly regretted to inform, that i had purchased a split AC of samsung, which stopped after 2 days of installation. Even after repeated calls to customer care, no personnel has been sent to repair it. If your products are so sub standard, then increase the no of your technical personnel. Why does the customer have to suffer for buying your product, paying full amount to the shop, and wasting time and energy in giving calls to customer...
