Dear Sir Your Service center is cheat with me and with all Customer . and there is no fix charge for repairing . he told me that My problem charge is Rs. 2500/- but when i spoke to customer care number then they said the repairing charges will be only rs 1600. and there is no transportation charges . But HCL Services center told me that i have to pay 100/- for Transportion charges compulsory Harish Mittal

    Dear sir, I purchased a microwave on dated 25th mar 2015 but still I dont get demo & not installed my microwave. I called several times to customer care of samsung but they only give excuse & said engineer visited or some time said call not connected, I am very frusteted from samsung services.If engineer visited than he should be produced bill copy to me but he didnot because they did false reporting for visiting. my refrence no. is [protected].         Hi I got Samsung Galaxy S4 45 days before. But After Updating OS its giving so many Problems there are so many crashes, Its hang so many times. Even a single application is not able to run perfectly. I don't know what's wrong with this. It's get switch on and off automatically 2-3 times in a day. I am really fed up due to this, So please fix this problem or replace my phone as soon as possible. I am looking for a positive feedback by Samsung.

          I had bought a Samsung Galaxy note 4 on jan19' 2015. The phone had some software issues so I visited the service center on 21st jan and they did software installation. The same issues occured again and again for 3-4 times and the software installation was done. I was not happy with the solution provided to me, So I sent a mail to the CEO's office in which I told them about the service being provided to me and the faults. They called me up and got the phone picked up, not a proper solution was provided to me. I repeatedly sent mails to the CEO's Office and got calls and the phone was picked up from my phone for like 3-4 times. In march, my phone was kept for around 10-15 days and the issues were as follows: 1. the back cover was making noises on being pressed. 2. the phone's camera was not working well 3. the s-pen was loose. 4. software had issues of various applications being stopped on their own and error messages due to them. I received calls in that period from an escalation team and i explained them very well about the issues. Also, I told them about a new issue with the front camera about the warp images. They later on called me up and told me that the issue was fixed. I received my phone after 10-15 days at 28th march evening, the phone was in dead condition, So I charged the phone and started checking my phone the next morning, Then the back cover was little out of shape as if something was filled into the back cover. Also, the camera issue was not resolved. I then called the service center again and they asked me to wait and kept delaying the pick up. THE PROOF OF THE FRONT CAMERA HAS BEEN ATTACHED. I then sent some mails to CEO's desk and the phone was picked up by then from service center end on 30th march. I had by then stopped receiving calls from the CEO's desk too. NO JOBSHEET WAS PROVIDED TO ME as according to the service center they picked up the phone as a courtesy for me. IT'S BEEN SINCE THEN AND THE PRESENT DAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND THE PHONE IS STILL WITH THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAY THEY ARE WAITING FOR A PRODUCT SPECIALIST'S VISIT AND TELL ME TO WAIT FOR 2 MORE DAYS EVERYTIME I CALL THEM. I THEREFORE ASK EVERYONE OUT HERE WHETHER THIS IS WHAT I PAID 57000 BUCKS FOR? WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

          The customer care guys are not even responding to the complaints.. I have been asking them to arrange a callback from the ASM, and they say they have sent mail and it shall take 48 hours .. I have called them like 3-4 times in this regard.

          Also, I received a call on 9th march from samsung and that guy promised me that my case shall get solved max. by 11th march. I repeatedly asked him if he was sure, he repeatedly said that.

              Sir, I had a samsung mobile which is restarting frequently. i have gave the mobile for service to the Mr.G.Arun, Service Engineer, Authorised Samsung Service center(mobile), Devi Associates, Enock Building, Eliyas Church, Old Bus stand, Thuckalay. I have gave the mobile for service about 6 months earlier, but havent got it serviced While enquiring he is not giving any proper reply. So I request you to take necessary action on the above said Service Engineer.

                Samsung hand set bought on 1-nov 2014 modle no H/S G -355 IMEI [protected] From Kothari Enterprises Mulund (W) Within 5days of the purchase of The said hand set I started Facing prob lems Like Running screen so I visted Customer care center at thane on 15-11-14 Complaint No [protected] early in the morning at 10.00 oclock the customer care officer said its a software issue so they told me that theywill upload new software. they did but after 1 month again handset had the same issue of running screen. since I was out of town I was not able to vist The same customer care center.So I decided to show the Hand set after I Reach mumbai. Then after few day I never faced the same problem . Than After One month I started Faceing the following issues 1) Running screen, 2)Diffculty in picking /Canceling the Incomming Calls and 3) when the mobile was locked, Apps would open automatically . So I visted The Same Customer Care Center on Started 11-Apr-2015 Co No : [protected], They Said to Keep, The phone With us And we will inform You after Verifying the hand Set. At round About At 2.00 O clock in the afternoon I was told that mother board has to be replaced and you can take your hand set by evening 4.00 O clock.When I got the Handset in the evening it was working and the Battery was low to 20 %. . When I Reached home in the night I Tried to Charge my Handset byt in vain it started flasing message that put samsung charger and Charge it. I was using the same samsing Charger which I received in the Handset Box. Now my phone is complete dead.i FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY YOUR COMPANY BY GIVENING ME A DEFECTIVE HABD SET. THAN HOW A NEW HANDSET GIVES U PROBLEM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Kindly looK into the matter

                Within 5days of the purchase of The said hand set I started Facing problems Like Running screen so I visited Customer Service center at Mangalmurti Enterprises, shop No 1&2 Chanrama Chs. Ram Maruti Cross Road, Next to Cool Camp Ice Crèam, Near Talav Pali, Behind Namaskar Hotel Thane (WEST) 400 601,
                On 15-11-14 Complaint No [protected] early in the morning at 10.00 o clock the Customer Service officer said its a software issue so they told me that they will upload new software. They did but after 1 month again handset had the same issue of running screen.
                Since I was out of town I was not able to visit The same Customer Service Center .So I decided to show the Handset after on reaching Thane. Then after few days I never faced the same problem
                . Than After One month I started Facing the following issues
                1) Running screen
                2) Difficulty in picking / Canceling The Incoming Calls and

                After Changing the Mother Board and reloading the software again on 13-04-15 work order no 008 of the said phone It started giving new problems .So they decided to keep the said HAND SET with them for 2 days.After receiving the said hand set on 15-04-15 the following issue started to persists on the following days
                1) Handset while Talking or using it for few minutes Handset get heated
                2) When I visited the Vodafone Gallery on 16-04-15 for setting Internet connections, the Phone restarted twice in the hands of Vodafone gallery official while he was setting the Internet connections
                3) Whenever I press back option s button on the phone, it Automatically opened message folder or some other options
                4) The Data Cord provided in the box was also defective Because when I Told The official/engineer at Customer Service Center that I am not able connect to KIES3 and not able to do USB Tethering, when he tried the same he was also not able to connect the same, so he took a another DATA USB CABLE he was able to connect so he replaced the data cord with a another one .
                5) Lots of R and D was done by the customer support and the technical personal.but in vain I Have started Facing the above said problems after 15 days and plus new problem started that is while making call to A the mobile displays some another contact details. Same when I receive the incoming calls.
                6) Hand set is giving problems when the common third parties apps is download ie Whats up, and Telegram
                7) Sam sung Hand Set is not supporting any Third Party Apps. Bcoz Customer care officials not able to find a concrete solutions for the above said problems they blame the third apps for the above said problems.
                Still the problem persist and no solutions has been found for the said issues
                Kindly look into the matter

                    Hi, I have purchased a Samsung inverter ac on[protected] for rs 44490 with tata finance and got a worst experience in reliance digital chromepet chennai branch. they have given two defective ac's one with dent and another one with defect in indoor unit and they have took 10 days to replace the first ac to second ac and the new one also defect and not working.The technician are concentrating on selling ac outdoor unit stand and insulation tapes, the technician are careless handling the new ac.                           My complaint is simple: I am being FORCED to upgrade from Kitkat 4.4.4 to Lollipop 5.0 with a constant full screen reminder to install a software I had no control over its download. I will continue to ignore this request for install for the simple reason that I ran the install some two months ago, the result being the near destruction of my phone due to overheating. I wiped the phone and re-installed Kitkat. And now it's back like a bad case of herpes. This is a piss-poor business model, forcing a product on those who DON'T WANT IT! And if this IS your intent, then I will never again purchase another Samsung product and will actively dissuade everyone I meet/converse with on all platforms of communication and social media.                             Hi, I am facing one issue that while using two sim card it doesn't show the roaming symbol while we are at Roaming. Steps i have taken. 1- Called Idea Care - they said it a phone's fault ( Verified it as it is showing Roaming on my s4 Mini) 2- Then i called Samsung Care they said it is a APN Related issue, and visit the idea showroom. 3- I visited idea showroom and they checked everything and finally said that it is a phone related issue. They can give the same in writing. 4- I have written an email to Samsung care, but no response. 5- Today i visited Ghaziabad service center and Meet the owner Mr. Vivek ( He was agreed with me) he asked to get the software update for the phone . 6- I did the same but the issue was not resolved. Then i came back and now waiting for your response. I am loosing my business because of this and don't want to visit any service center now..

                              My name is sandeep. I purchased a samsung refrigirator last monday on 6/05/2015 from chroma center. The fridge was delivered to me nextday . However the technician for installation from smasung who should have contacted me within 2 days, came on friday. The guy was not able to start the fridge and he advised its a defect piece and i should contact chroma center. when i contacted chroma, they advised me i should contact samsung. When i contacted samsung customer care, i was informed the issue is esclated and i will be contacted soon. Its been already 24 hours and nobobdy has contacted me. I have called several time bu no result. I want my money refunded and i don't want the fridge. Model number-RT39HDAGESL/2014. Name- Sandeep Number-[protected]

                                  Hi Team, I had requested for Samsung AC Service on 5th April 2015(Sunday) and specifically requested for AC Servicing on 8th April 2015(Wednesday). My Request Number is "[protected]". Please find the list of concerns i had with your service which involve corrupt behavior of employees, inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior. 1. Inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior:- I requested for service on Wednesday and service engineer guy(Chander Prakash) called me on Monday(which is weird as i specifically asked customer care person that i am unavailable on Monday and Tuesday and asked for servicing on Wednesday, this info is stored in your DB and in call discussions), i told him i am unavailable, he replied back and told me that now you need to call again to get service and immediately my request got closed. I called back on Wednesday and again activated my request. [This is not a big issue for me, its just the beginning of Disaster] 2. Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 9th April(Thursday):- As explained above i had called again and activated my request.Finally Chander Prakash came to my home(since i wasn't in my home, "working time for me") and communicated with my father. He told my father that our AC needs gas to be filled and he need to take it to service station to fill the gas which will cost us 2500, he made us bill of 693, 393 for service(which obviously not provided at the moment) + 300 transportation charge. He told my father they will reduce 700 later on from 2500 at the later stage as discount for us. So after hearing this offer my father gave him 693 amount and he provided bill for the same. Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 10th April(Friday) Transport people came with some new service engineer, service engineer on arrival immediately told my father that there is issue with condenser also so it will cost him 8500(no sense of paying 8500 obviously, person can double the money and buy new one). My father sent the engineer back and told him why he should pay 8500 and why Chander Prakash(1st Service Engineer) didnt told us about the cost. That person had no answer. In night i had a call with customer care team once again and i asked them about why i have paid 700 rs in advance for nothing, they told me Chander Prakash told them that he wasn’t able to contact us and closed our request. The bill information was not updated in their system and customer care guy told me its a FRAUD Case(you can check in communication calls), so he escalated the issue. 3. Looping Issue(Situation struck and running in constant stringent loop):- On 11th April 2015, i got the message the request is closed again(wohooo). So for that i called Customer Care again(how many times i need to call you guys!!!). Customer Care Representative (Dheeraj):- I told him entire details again(fraud case + how many times i need to explain same issue again, why don't you guys store concern on your system). Dheeraj told me they have the bill now(obviously corrupt service engineer(Chander Prakash) will do something in other to save himself. Now Dheeraj told me why i said No to Transport people and charge of 693 is correct completely. I replied him why I have to pay the amount first and why Chander Prakash didn't had knowledge of condenser(the guy was giving us discounts man!!!). Then Dheeraj noted the complained again and opened my request. I asked him to keep me in escalations or anything but he told me its against company policies. I asked him to let me talk to his supervisor, he told me he is not in office(5 P.M IST, how someone goes home so early, again unprofessional behavior). Then the call ended after heated argument and after 10 mins my request again got closed. Now explain me what should i do next, customer service guys close my request after convincing me they have escalated the issue on call. So please suggest what next action i must take. I will never buy Samsung Product ever in my life after such horrible experience with Customer service for sure. Right now i just want my money back. Please look into such matters as there are lot of loop holes in your working systems/different department coordination. They (Service Engineers) are making money on their own by not reporting to company and when escalated they show the bill. Kindly look into the matter, don't destroy your brand value.                                     I had Purchased a fridge on June 2014, model number RT50H5809Sl/2014 even after continuous complaints and your technician visit in our home for a complaint of our fridge we don't see any help from your end. The fridge has no cooling and past 3 months after continuous complaint and end number of calls and also as your technicians claim the fridge has NO COOLING no action is taken, If by next week I don't get an reply for replacement il have to go to consumer court.                                       My SAMSUNG refrigerator was faulty and a complaint was booked at the purchase shop on 6.4.2015. A message was received from Samsung CC with complaint registration No. [protected]. A rep came on 9.4.15 and reported that the compressor was faulty and need replacement . He replied since the same was purchased on 3.9.2012 and it is within warranty period and the same will be replaced within 2 days. so for no representative came. pl process the case to rectify immediately. email: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                      On contact with the Customer Care, the reply is that the Faulty compressor will be replaced on 13.4.2015. Till 13.4.2015 no action taken. I could not able to understand the exact status of the complaint. Why a long delay being taken to rectify the faulty unit. Pl speed up the case and intimate the same. V.Kannappan
