Hi Team,
I had requested for Samsung AC Service on 5th April 2015(Sunday) and specifically requested for AC Servicing on 8th April 2015(Wednesday). My Request Number is "[protected]". Please find the list of concerns i had with your service which involve corrupt behavior of employees, inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior.
1. Inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior:- I requested for service on Wednesday and service engineer guy(Chander Prakash) called me on Monday(which is weird as i specifically asked customer care person that i am unavailable on Monday and Tuesday and asked for servicing on Wednesday, this info is stored in your DB and in call discussions), i told him i am unavailable, he replied back and told me that now you need to call again to get service and immediately my request got closed. I called back on Wednesday and again activated my request.
[This is not a big issue for me, its just the beginning of Disaster]
2. Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 9th April(Thursday):-
As explained above i had called again and activated my request.Finally Chander Prakash came to my home(since i wasn't in my home, "working time for me") and communicated with my father. He told my father that our AC needs gas to be filled and he need to take it to service station to fill the gas which will cost us 2500, he made us bill of 693, 393 for service(which obviously not provided at the moment) + 300 transportation charge. He told my father they will reduce 700 later on from 2500 at the later stage as discount for us. So after hearing this offer my father gave him 693 amount and he provided bill for the same.
Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 10th April(Friday)
Transport people came with some new service engineer, service engineer on arrival immediately told my father that there is issue with condenser also so it will cost him 8500(no sense of paying 8500 obviously, person can double the money and buy new one). My father sent the engineer back and told him why he should pay 8500 and why Chander Prakash(1st Service Engineer) didnt told us about the cost. That person had no answer.
In night i had a call with customer care team once again and i asked them about why i have paid 700 rs in advance for nothing, they told me Chander Prakash told them that he wasn’t able to contact us and closed our request. The bill information was not updated in their system and customer care guy told me its a FRAUD Case(you can check in communication calls), so he escalated the issue.
3. Looping Issue(Situation struck and running in constant stringent loop):- On 11th April 2015, i got the message the request is closed again(wohooo). So for that i called Customer Care again(how many times i need to call you guys!!!).
Customer Care Representative (Dheeraj):- I told him entire details again(fraud case + how many times i need to explain same issue again, why don't you guys store concern on your system). Dheeraj told me they have the bill now(obviously corrupt service engineer(Chander Prakash) will do something in other to save himself. Now Dheeraj told me why i said No to Transport people and charge of 693 is correct completely. I replied him why I have to pay the amount first and why Chander Prakash didn't had knowledge of condenser(the guy was giving us discounts man!!!). Then Dheeraj noted the complained again and opened my request. I asked him to keep me in escalations or anything but he told me its against company policies. I asked him to let me talk to his supervisor, he told me he is not in office(5 P.M IST, how someone goes home so early, again unprofessional behavior). Then the call ended after heated argument and after 10 mins my request again got closed.
Now explain me what should i do next, customer service guys close my request after convincing me they have escalated the issue on call.
So please suggest what next action i must take. I will never buy Samsung Product ever in my life after such horrible experience with Customer service for sure. Right now i just want my money back.
Please look into such matters as there are lot of loop holes in your working systems/different department coordination. They (Service Engineers) are making money on their own by not reporting to company and when escalated they show the bill.
Kindly look into the matter, don't destroy your brand value. On being a customer i will follow your same old process of calling on toll free number and will activate the request again :(
