Hi Team, I had requested for Samsung AC Service on 5th April 2015(Sunday) and specifically requested for AC Servicing on 8th April 2015(Wednesday). My Request Number is "[protected]". Please find the list of concerns i had with your service which involve corrupt behavior of employees, inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior. 1. Inappropriate system update and unprofessional behavior:- I requested for service on Wednesday and service engineer guy(Chander Prakash) called me on Monday(which is weird as i specifically asked customer care person that i am unavailable on Monday and Tuesday and asked for servicing on Wednesday, this info is stored in your DB and in call discussions), i told him i am unavailable, he replied back and told me that now you need to call again to get service and immediately my request got closed. I called back on Wednesday and again activated my request. [This is not a big issue for me, its just the beginning of Disaster] 2. Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 9th April(Thursday):- As explained above i had called again and activated my request.Finally Chander Prakash came to my home(since i wasn't in my home, "working time for me") and communicated with my father. He told my father that our AC needs gas to be filled and he need to take it to service station to fill the gas which will cost us 2500, he made us bill of 693, 393 for service(which obviously not provided at the moment) + 300 transportation charge. He told my father they will reduce 700 later on from 2500 at the later stage as discount for us. So after hearing this offer my father gave him 693 amount and he provided bill for the same. Corrupt behavior of employees:- Date:- 10th April(Friday) Transport people came with some new service engineer, service engineer on arrival immediately told my father that there is issue with condenser also so it will cost him 8500(no sense of paying 8500 obviously, person can double the money and buy new one). My father sent the engineer back and told him why he should pay 8500 and why Chander Prakash(1st Service Engineer) didnt told us about the cost. That person had no answer. In night i had a call with customer care team once again and i asked them about why i have paid 700 rs in advance for nothing, they told me Chander Prakash told them that he wasn’t able to contact us and closed our request. The bill information was not updated in their system and customer care guy told me its a FRAUD Case(you can check in communication calls), so he escalated the issue. 3. Looping Issue(Situation struck and running in constant stringent loop):- On 11th April 2015, i got the message the request is closed again(wohooo). So for that i called Customer Care again(how many times i need to call you guys!!!). Customer Care Representative (Dheeraj):- I told him entire details again(fraud case + how many times i need to explain same issue again, why don't you guys store concern on your system). Dheeraj told me they have the bill now(obviously corrupt service engineer(Chander Prakash) will do something in other to save himself. Now Dheeraj told me why i said No to Transport people and charge of 693 is correct completely. I replied him why I have to pay the amount first and why Chander Prakash didn't had knowledge of condenser(the guy was giving us discounts man!!!). Then Dheeraj noted the complained again and opened my request. I asked him to keep me in escalations or anything but he told me its against company policies. I asked him to let me talk to his supervisor, he told me he is not in office(5 P.M IST, how someone goes home so early, again unprofessional behavior). Then the call ended after heated argument and after 10 mins my request again got closed. Now explain me what should i do next, customer service guys close my request after convincing me they have escalated the issue on call. So please suggest what next action i must take. I will never buy Samsung Product ever in my life after such horrible experience with Customer service for sure. Right now i just want my money back. Please look into such matters as there are lot of loop holes in your working systems/different department coordination. They (Service Engineers) are making money on their own by not reporting to company and when escalated they show the bill. Kindly look into the matter, don't destroy your brand value.     I had Purchased a fridge on June 2014, model number RT50H5809Sl/2014 even after continuous complaints and your technician visit in our home for a complaint of our fridge we don't see any help from your end. The fridge has no cooling and past 3 months after continuous complaint and end number of calls and also as your technicians claim the fridge has NO COOLING no action is taken, If by next week I don't get an reply for replacement il have to go to consumer court. U can refer my mobile number [protected] to see the number or complaints registered.

      My SAMSUNG refrigerator was faulty and a complaint was booked at the purchase shop on 6.4.2015. A message was received from Samsung CC with complaint registration No. [protected]. A rep came on 9.4.15 and reported that the compressor was faulty and need replacement . He replied since the same was purchased on 3.9.2012 and it is within warranty period and the same will be replaced within 2 days. so for no representative came. pl process the case to rectify immediately. email: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

      On contact with the Customer Care, the reply is that the Faulty compressor will be replaced on 13.4.2015. Till 13.4.2015 no action taken. I could not able to understand the exact status of the complaint. Why a long delay being taken to rectify the faulty unit. Pl speed up the case and intimate the same. V.Kannappan

        Defect in Samsung LCD series 5 -Model No.LA40D550k1RLXL -40 inch

        Our subjected LCD TV have developed a problem of double images with horizontal linings on screen. It seems to be an internal circuit defect of improper screening of images. Service center sent technician to attend the complaint. After looking at display he is saying screen is defective & need to be replaced on paid basis. When asked for defect he told it got defective due to usage of Collin spray / water sprinkles.which is not...

        Dear sir I have purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 3 WHITE model number (SM-T111NDWAINS ) at on dated:-(7/7/2014).But at the present we are facing lots of problems like that phone is being hang lots of time, typing problem, due to this i am unable to use my handset properly . when we are going to the company service center but no one can talk seriously for to resolve the under mentioned matter . after that we also talk to the shopkeeper at Sahibabad Ghaziabad where i can purchase the given phone. but he misbehaves us & says talk to Samsung service center. at lst lots of trying service center ( Ghaziabad ) coordinator says screen is being local hence the given problem is being occurred in the handset. But i didn’t mean how a big brand like Samsung use like this type of local parts in his handsets.which i have purchased. After lots of trying but we doesn’t get any satisfactory reason for to resolve the under mentioned. Request; kindly take a corrective step for to resolve the under mentioned matter asap .           Dear Sir/Mam I have purchased a Samsung LED TV on last Diwali. It is 109cm LED TV of ₹52500/- we finance it. But just after two months the LED screen become spotty and on my complaint the company's engineer changed it display. But again just after two months the TV screen again became spotty and in addition it has a horizontal line on the top left corner which is permanent. Now when I have demanded to replace my LED TV because in just four months this most expensive tv needed two time repair. But the company says we can not do this. They say that, they can again change the display but not replace it. Please sir this is my request in front you that do something because we are middle class people if this LED regularly having the same problem then after one year we can not afford expenses on display which is ₹18000/-.             Purchased an Ac on 19th Feb 15. After almost past 55 days I m struggling to get my Ac working. the flow of events as follows 1. delivered 4 days late. 2. Sent wrong compressor unit 3. Installation faulty 4.Not cooling 5.raised 5 complaints online with the retailer & Samsung service Station Engineers. from 14th march till 4th april, also one grievience online. 6. On 4th April the case was taken by Mumbai office of Samsung, owing to which the unit was taken back to sedrvice station for some gas releasing issue. 7. 2 days after the piece brought back with no change; stating Motherboard issue which is not available throughout Maharashtra. I demand for Full product replacement which is under warranty, before I escalate it to a govt resolving authority. Regards Shweta [protected]

              have purchased a Air Conditioner Split 1.5 Ton - Model AS18EFAXTL from Samsung Plaza, M.G. Road, Trivandrum on 24.4.09 by Spending Rs.30, 000/-. Regular services were carried out quarterly by your authorised service centre, viz. Top Coolers, Kowdiar, Trivandrum. On 16.8.2014, the condencer was found damaged on account of gas leaking and for replacing the same (condencer Rs.6000, Gas filling Rs.1650, servicing Rs.225, T.A. Rs.250) an amount of Rs.8125/- was spent by me. Yesterday, the Compressor seems to be damaged and for replacing it, I have to again spent Rs.7000/- and other charges coming to around Rs.9500/-. These two major components damaged within a short span of 5 years only from the date of purchase of AC. In fact a common man find it very difficult to afford and spend these type of exorbitant charges for the defects occurring on your products of a reputed company like you. These type of genuine parts will definitely affect the reputation of the company. You could imagine how I could afford Rs.15000/- within a gap of 5 months for no fault on my part. I shall feel thankful if you could kindly arrange make necessary arrangements to replace the Compressor free of cost.

                This is to book my complaint for non-repair of my samsung galaxy core prime g360h mobile phone..

                I had booked complaint with samsung service centre on 28.02.2015 in chennai..

                The problem is :- incoming calls are not clear. We cant listen the opposite person calling us..

                After chking the mobile, there service engineer told us that the software is not updated and so the piece is defected..

                The company itself has given a faulty piece to the customer.

                How can a company like samsung can do this to there customer.??

                Then i booked the complaint on customer service, , and they gave me complaint id.No : [protected].

                After so much of follow ups, , the service engineer told that we will refund the mobile amount.

                But still we have not received the refund, , and if we call them, , they are blaming to each other.

                Dear sir,

                Please resolve our problem, , we are struggling from last 40/45 days.

                Kindly help us to refund my mobile amount..

                I have hardly used the mobile one month, , i am so dissappointed with the service of samsung.

                I cant trust in this brand any more.

                Kindly look in to matter as soon as possible.

                  Booked my order of Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV on 11/12/2014 at 4:17pm and got delivered on 15/12/2014.According to Samsung and their installation staff their 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hrz even in their inbuild tv manual is shows this thing which is not the case.They are lying about this fact and selling their product in a wrong way by publising that their 4k HU7000 series can display 4k content at 60 hrz.So any one and everyone who who is planning to buy this 4k hu7000 series for viewing 4k at 60hrz do not do so.

                    Hello, I am Akash Gupta, Samsung product consumer. I have already registered the complaint of the Samsung Refrigerator bearing Model Number RT33JSRYESA/TL, Serial Number 036Z4PAG101900N but the appropriate action was not taken by company. It is very painful to inform you that on[protected] the 5th visit of your engineer has been done but the problem is remains intact. All the engineer came to my home were trying to make me correct but their knowledge was below a technician level. They were trying to justify the wrong thing and did not listen what I was trying to tell them. It shows that SAMSUNG doesn't have qualified technician who can give a proper technical justification for the cause of problem. Problem: 1. Current is leaking continuously in the back panel of the refrigerator whenever it is running on two pin. All 5 SAMSUNG Engineer observation and suggestion : 1. Checked all the point of main supply and found everything was correct. 2. Always told Earthing issues. 3. Always operate the refrigerator on the 3 pins because company says that it has to be operated on the 3 pin. Whenever earth connection will not present always it will give the shock. Question I asked to Engineers and they were not been able to give the answer: 1. Why this refrigerator will give the shock if it is operated on 2 pin. 2. Give in a writing on the SAMSUNG letter-head and it is mentioned on the letter head that whenever earth connection will not present or operate the refrigerator on the 2-pin, metallic portion of the refrigerator always give the shock to the user. I have lodged a complaint in feb regarding the DRAIN TAG and the agent came and changed some thing else and went. Again i filed a complaint on 6th april and upto now no one visited, rather than called and enquired address. I keep on calling to customer care and enquired.                           I purchased the samsung led tv model no:SMUA32F5500ARMXL on the date 08/05/2014 from:Matrix Distributor pvt.ltd, Shop no 1&2, Orion Business Park, Ghodbunder Road, Thane(w). Since the purchase it has been two times the tube of the specific model has been changed in the warranty period I hereby request you to replace the peice or otherwise I will have to complain in the consumer forum.

                              I had bought a tablet from India on 24th March 2014. It was a gift to me from my brother. I live in United Kingdom and travelled to london after that. My tablet screen went blank in December 2014. I contacted Samsung customer service in UK and hilighted the issue on 9th March. They replied back stating that the tablet needs to be taken to india and can be repaired there. I took all the hassle to send me tablet to India through a collegue of mine but had lost time in that. My collegue reached Samsung Service Centre on the 27th of March to be informed that he was 3 days late and nothing could have been done now. The issue I want to report is that If I had raised the faulty tablet issue to Samsung when the tablet was in warranty, why did samsung not fix my fault. And if Samsung UK could not fix the fauly, Samsung India needs to honour the issue reported and fix it even if the warranty period had expired. I have wasted a lot of time explaining this to the Samsung India customer services but I feel that they do not want to help. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks Nilesh.

                                I bought samsung core prime model number g360 on january 2015, from purchased onwards speaker problem Visit 1 : i gave that phone to hitech solution chennai result : same problem Visit 2 : i again gave that phone they told need to change mother board result is same problem Visit 3 : theask my they told this model nature of problem we cannot repair So i ask new phone but they want to samsung head office approval, i talk with lot of samsung customer care person for the past 90 days still no solution finally they(hitech solution) call me and ready to repair that phone but result is same speaker problem I WANT TO MOVE IT LEGALY

                                  Sir, I had brought a new samsung company made AC from umiya sales vadodara on dated 23/2/2011. since i brought your company made air conditioner on dated23/2/11, I had facing very bad experience to this product, First After one year condencer leakage, problem because there is a aluminium piping made & so i have to change it with a copper piping condencer (cost is 9000 Rs), Thereafter now a days i called it your company''s service center, As my request Service engineer came and decision is Compressor failure, & its in warranty period of 5 years, and said you have to pay a gas refilling & capalary charge (3500 Rs) so i also agree with him, thereafter they also took my outdoor unit to service center. After two days he had put back my unit back, without repaired it without any reply & not any answer. So i also went to PRS service center today, As they orally said your AC could not repaired in warranty, So hows This?... there after I called to Samsung customer Care as they said your AC is repaired & compressor is changed now, what is this ? so i want to know my AC is repaired or not ? and don''t repaired by Samsung please send me a reply by letter so i can take needful action...And its a Samsung Product ?????? where a product is compressor & condencer which is costly than a buy a new AC, & totally failure in service and also getting lots of expense in only 4 years .I herewith send you a bill copy & service engineer receipt of AC.                                     Hi I brought a Samsung Galaxy E5 from samsung authorised store " Samsung Smart Cafe " in Banshankri, Bangalore.The company had an offer of providing 1 free two and fro ticket anywhere in India along with SamsungGalaxy E5 phone till 31st March, 2015. We bought the phone on 29th March 2dfdf015 However the company authorised sales man told us the offer ended on 28th March, 2015. However when we found from the company they told us that the offer was till 31st March, 2015. If samsung authorised store operate so unethically then where should we go . Kindly loook into this complain and take action againstth store

                                      Hi, With severe disappointment related to the service provided and with gross indifference to the multiple requests and emails i have written to you i would like to inform you that the issue i have reported with request id [protected] has neither resolved nor addressed.It would take very minimal effort for me to take this issue to social media or it to the consumer court, before that i would like to try one last time to get the issue resolved from SAMSUNG itself.Samsung being a premier brand in india with many hardware products in the market should be responsible for its products and violating people's trust this way would only backfires and there would be no time SAMSUNG would be butt of people jokes and no one would go for the product.I am attaching here all the documents i have, related to my earlier requests and issues reported for the malafide hardware product i was given.I am hoping this would be last time i need to write to SAMSUNG or else the fight would go on through legal courts and also onto social media. final level Escalations HI Actually today your Samsung engineer called for me, take your handset.Now i am collect to my handset since at 1.45PM, after using the handset day time working fine.Today evening 8.00pm exactly at time starting beep sound it's 3 time getting beep sound between the time interval 8.00pm to 8.30 pm & 8.30 to 9.00pm so still continuing. i told you member time it' getting beep sound repeat. Hi, Please Replace my handset asap ..I purchased one Samsung mobile some problem is Occurred i went service center and keep it my mobile for the last one month today only i Received today my mobile but same problem will continue still working condition also bad compare to previous days so friends be aware of Samsung all mobiles...
