This is to book my complaint for non-repair of my samsung galaxy core prime g360h mobile phone..
I had booked complaint with samsung service centre on 28.02.2015 in chennai..
The problem is :- incoming calls are not clear. We cant listen the opposite person calling us..
After chking the mobile, there service engineer told us that the software is not updated and so the piece is defected..
The company itself has given a faulty piece to the customer.
How can a company like samsung can do this to there customer.??
Then i booked the complaint on customer service, , and they gave me complaint id.No : [protected].
After so much of follow ups, , the service engineer told that we will refund the mobile amount.
But still we have not received the refund, , and if we call them, , they are blaming to each other.
Dear sir,
Please resolve our problem, , we are struggling from last 40/45 days.
Kindly help us to refund my mobile amount..
I have hardly used the mobile one month, , i am so dissappointed with the service of samsung.
I cant trust in this brand any more.
Kindly look in to matter as soon as possible.
