I I registered a complain on 30/03/2015 but after 09 days problem is not short out. I and my all friends who use samsung product very sad for this type of poor service of samsung company and we will advice all our related people not purchase samsung product. I CONTANCED FOUR TIMES THE HEAD OFFICE OF SERVICE CENTRED THE CALL CENTRE PERSON CONFIRMED ME THAT I LOADGE URGENT COMPLAIN BUT NO ACTION TAKEN NOW.

    I felt very much bad after purchased a note 10. 1" .There was a display problem from the 3rd day of purchase and even after reporting with Prof there was no action from the service centre.its nearly a long period after filing case in the consumer court nagarcoil.

      We are DIVYA and ANU (ENGG STUDENTS) daughters of T.GANAPATHI (working in Royal Enfield in marketing service department for past thirty years). This is to inform you that we purchased a Samsung television in the sathya retail store, Madipakkam before 15 months (DATE: 13/10/2013) and now we got an issue of display problem in the television. PURCHASE DETAILS: DATE OF PURCHASE: 13/10/13 INVOICE NUMBER: CH10-13/[protected]. TOTAL COST: 61, 900 We are now greatly disappointed that within 15 months we got a serious problem in the display panel.we registered the complaint and the service engineer from SAMSUNG has found the issue and gave estimation of the defected part for RS 22, 033/- .We are not ready to spend this amount. The product worth RS-61, 900 will be valid only for 15 months..?? We finished our EMI by the last month in SRIRAM FINANCE they didn’t return even the cheque (ICICI CHEQUE NO: 208874 TO 208877= 4 BLANK CHEQUE). My father bought the television by our pressure ups continuously so he has to take up a loan with Shiram finance due this manufacturing issues we are getting misunderstanding among family. At least we would have invest this money in Gold as it will be a permanent assets and its value for long period. As all our family members are working we didn’t even find time to use the television properly and there are no children’s in our home to handle the television roughly or damage it physically. Moreover our television is supported with the reputed stabilizer to support the power fluctuation without all these problem the product got the defect is the issue with the quality???? Or the particular product delivered to us???? We have done the survey of 3 months before buying the television and done many comparisons with the dealers and their service with the product and last found the Samsung product thought of it is good quality but we got disappointed about this manufacturing defect. We already used Samsung television for Ten years and also bought new washing machine recently (top load (FATL) WA85BWMEH/XTL) in Vijay electronics (D/S- 4/01/14, INVOICE NUMBER: VEL/SI/3377) and all our mobiles are Samsung Product only. Past 15 year we are using Samsung brand. We currently using Kalaingar television (supplied by Government of Tamil Nadu) Past 7 year it is working in good condition and still we are using the same. We spend hardened money of Rs 61, 900 for just 17months usage is this fair from your side????? So request you to take back the Product and return us our money with interest.

        Hi I bought a sealed Note 4 N910C from a reliable seller without warranty. It’s made in Vietnam. I unsealed it myself and It was ok when I unsealed it until I tried to install “go backup” from Samsung site. After installation it got restart continual and finally it stuck in stage of loading Samsung logo. Now I showed it to a reliable serviceman and he said that it is damaged and also it doesnt answer to flash and must be opened to find the issue.           I bought a TV SAMSUNG 40H6400ARLX for Rs. 65500 with the help of BAJAJ FINANCE at February 02, 2015 but samsung service center (vallabh nagar indore) boy install wall mount in improper way due to this my TV damaged at March 23, 2015, now they want full charges from me apart from this they are not entertaining my complaint. Please help me.

            Hi, My name is Abhishek Srivastava, i have purcahsed double door Samsung refridgerator 3 years back, all od sudden it stopped cooling so I contacted sumsung customer care service, they gave me a ref noi and told me that negineer will visit shortly but is more than a week now but nobody had even called me once what to say about visist, I am sending this mail after really getting frustrated from Samsung customer care service, Called your customer care service more than 10 times but no body is responding, I have not received even a single call in spite of call back requested for more than 3 times, it seems that after sale service of samsung product is zero Regards Abhishek

              My husband and I bought a Samsung Twin Cool refrigerator at Sears in October 2014. We were thrilled with it--the roomiest refrigerator we have ever had--easy to access things--a good design. Then the odor became more and more noticeable. I thought it was "newness" and would go away. It got worse. I finally did the whole baking powder scouring of every surface, but the chemical odor remains. If I leave the refrigerator doors open (as I did while cleaning), the odor lessens, but it builds up again once the door are kept closed for a time. After reading the other posts, I can see that there is a problem with something in the refrigerator: the plastics used, the coatings, something. How can Samsung and Sears and other retailers get away with selling a product that may be a health hazard to the entire family? Has anybody filed a class action suit yet? Has anybody had scientific testing done? We are desperate. We can't afford to toss this refrigerator and get a new one. I would if I could. We are in our 70s, and this was a major, major purchase...made only after our previous Kenmore gave out after "only" ten years. We used to keep refrigerators for 15 or 20 years.

                I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 some months ago. After sale, from the Samsung Store, I ve been utterly ignored when I requested for support in services. The main Samsung Service official there have even misguided me a lot during my visits there. My Tab S is not having Battery back up as guaranteed when purchased. During the last Onam, there was lucky draw, which was denied by the service personnel. Even after when the Tab was performing so poor, I have gone through online customer care support and from there too no satisfactory approach and they suggested some service centres all over Kerala. And when gone to Kozhikode (Calicut), the service providers told me to keep the Tab in their custody and that was a difficult one as I have been keeping many official functioning through the system. Even now, it is very bad situation without adequate battery back up and low level charging process. I am approaching Consumer Reddressal Forum immediately after this. Abdul Nasar B [protected]

                  I have purchased a Samung s4 GT-I9500 original battery on[protected] from samsung smart cafe at sion, koliwada east, mumbai and started using the battery on[protected]. Within a month o[censored]sing the new original battery I was changing my memory card and noticed a dent on my new battery. For replacing my new battery I went to the service centre located at sion and they state that it is a physical damage. But my phone has no such markings, my back panel is also perfect n I use a heard durable cover. There are no signs of damage on my phone then how can a dent come to the new battery. The Sion service centre denies to replace the battery and they say if samsung mails you or writes you for replacement then only they will replace. So I please request you for a mail regarding the replacement of my battery. I have attached the photos of the battery and the bill.                     I bought Samsung Galaxy E5 on 23-March-2015 from Samsung estore & started using it from 30-March-2015. I bought phone during an offer period, under which I was supposed to get Rs.400 Paytm Cash for next 6 months. This is 5-April-2015 and I have not received any promotional code. I asked Samsung & Paytm both regarding this issue but non of them is ready to take responsibility and resolve my issue. Feeling like cheated...

                          I bought Samsung Refrigerator with following details:- Display Name : Refrigerator Model Code : RT56H6679SL/TL Purchase Date : 27.04.2014 On 18 July 2014, just few months after purchase, the refrigerator started creating problems. We registered a complaint no [protected] with service centre. The Service centre people came and replaced 2 PCB's and 1 relay but during these summer days we have to suffer a lot due to this. I never expected Samsung products will behave like this in few months. After few months again the refrigerator started creating problems. So we called service centre people, they came and repaired the product but they didn't registered the complaint. We thought the problem is solved and we didn't bother to ask what was replaced or done by service centre people. On 25 Mar 2015, the refrigerator became a dead machine again, so we registered a complaint no [protected] with the service centre. Those people came and told us that there is problem with the compressor so it will be replaced. We were shocked to hear that in just 11 months of purchase, 2 PCB's, 1 Relay and compressor will be replaced. Even the behaviour of staff is not good. They don't care about customer. its really disappointing fom samsung staff. I will never go for samsung in future.

                            Samsung z1 powered by tizen is not very good no android apps can be runned on it good apps such as instagram Temple run etc are Missing no Good app generators are also available such as polaris app generator cannot be downloaded if we try to download android apps from the net they come in apk file Extinsions not in tpk file extinsions please try to upgrade the Tizen powered devices as soon as ppssible

                              Samsung Laptop purchased from Croma, T.Nagar, Chennai on 05.06.2013 with 2 years extended warranty (Croma) Whereas, the laptop is not working for the past 4 months and it was sent for servicing to Dot.com, the authorized service centre of Croma, 3 times. 3rd time - The complaint was lodged on 13.03.2015 with Complaing No.162476 & the laptop (of Mr.J.Anbu) was handed over to Dot.com on the same day under Dot No.1674, whereas, it is not yet resolved and there is no communication from your Service centre about the status of the laptop. Whenever we approach Croma - No proper response from their customer service. Whenever we approach Dotcom, they were giving false commitments. Even after various reminders & follow ups, it is very unfortunate to note that there is no one either from Croma or Dotcom had replied to us on the status / delivery. We were requesting the commitment date in writing from Croma / Dotcom, whereas, they have not given so far. On compulsion, Dotcom has given us in writing at the back of the complaint sheet that they need 15 days more for resolving the issue as they are expecting the LCD strips from Samsung shortly Please let us know - whether 35 days is required for Servicing Samsung Laptop.                                     Respected Sir, I am sorry that I have to bother you for one of the worst experience I have faced in recent times. But I strongly felt of writing to you as I was cheated and duped by Samsung Service center by the name of Nutek in Jamshedpur and its owner Mr. Raghubir Singh. I had visited the Jamshedpur service center on 15th January to resolve an issue with power key of my phone. Due to faulty power key my phone had problem of battery discharge and auto switch off. I was informed by a technician at the service center that I would have to deposit my phone for half a day and they would replace my power key. As I trusted the company I gave my phone to the service center. However, instead of replacing the power key they did some manual soldering on the motherboard. I went and collected my phone in the evening and it was working fine. I was completely unaware that instead of replacing the key they have temporarily fixed my phone. The service center had closed the compliant saying software update. I was not aware of this. This is a clear case of manipulation, fraud and cheating. They had done manual work on the motherboard of the phone which is illegal as per company policy wherein you replace the part under warranty. On the top of it I was not informed of this and the complaint was closed saying software update After two months I encountered the same problem and visited a service center in Mumbai by the name of Samsung Customer Plaza, Ville Parle, Mumbai. The response I got from the service center in Mumbai was that my phone is tempered and some manual work has been done on it so the damage is not covered under warranty. I made repeated request that this has been done by your service center in Jamshedpur. The supervisor present Mr. Vikas Pandey of HCL had the audacity to tell me to go back to Jamshedpur to get this fixed and they will not help me in anyway. He refused to share the contact details of his supervisor to whom I could present my case. I took personal initiative to call Jamshedpur Service Center regarding the cheating they had done with me. I made several calls to the service center in Jamshedpur. Somehow after repeated begging to the executive at Jamshedpur service center I managed to get the two service center executive speak to each other. But what they did was just pass the buck on each other. After few repeated calls to Jamshedpur Service Center they stopped answering my call and both the service center executives refused to help me in anyway. This is a clear case of fraud, cheating and manipulation against Samsung and two of its service center: Nutek - Samsung Service Centre in Jamshedpur and Samsung Customer Plaza, Vile Parle, Mumbai I strongly request the company management to take action against the two service center and get my phone fixed at the earliest. I also plan to explore legal options of lodging a case against the company in consumer court if my problem is not resolved by the company at the earliest. I have lost all faith in the company and feel cheated.                                         Respected Sir/Mam, With due respect I (Ajay) Purchaesd a Samsung S7262 Handset. Since I got this set there was problem of Hang on. I went several times to the service centers one time they took it for few day & returned by saying that the set is ok now but after few days the same problem ocured. I went again to Lucknow Service Center but they asked me go some other place, I went there they sent me some where else but no one solved my problem of my handset. Now I am totally unsatisfied with the service of samsung. I mailed 2 times but no responce from your side. This is my last mail to you & still if no action will be taken on my complaint there will be no choice left for me to go to Consumer Forum & file a Compleint against you. I hope you wont like that.
