Machine Problem :- White marks are remaining on Cloth after washing (snapsattached below) from FIRST WASH.
- Shown the same to Service engineer on10.03.2015 who came for demo.
- Again referred to same to Serviceengineer after 3 days as problem were not solved.
- Finally, Demo service engineerinstructed to launch the customer complaint.
- Contacted VIJAY SALES and Informedproblem.

Request attended by : Mr. ChandrakantPatel from SAMSUNG, Mobile no. [protected], Status : Cloths were washed as perhis advice but problem not solved. Informed him again after 4 days trail. Noresult.
Mr. Mayur (m: [protected]) fromSAMSUNG contacted on 28.03.2015 and informed that he wish to come and check. Whilecalling him back in evening for asking him to come at home, He has givenirresponsible response.
PROBLEM IS FACED ON DAILY BASIS.
M/S VIJAY SALES AND SAMSUNG SERVICECENTER NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY, NEITHER GIVING MACHINE REPLACEMENT, NORRESOLVING PROBLEM.
PLEASE RESOLVE PROBLEM ON SOS BASIS.

i purchase new samsung galaxy s5 mobile on 19th march.from first day i facing many problem in this mobile..hanging
very slow processing
heating of set
fast draining of battery
i talk to dealer about thses problem he said that it will resolbe automatic in 2-3 day.but problem persist.then i again told him then he said that we go to secvice centre.
on 25th march i gave mobile to service centre.on 27th march phone comes from service centre
he told that software of mobil has updatd now it is ok..
but yet i not recieved mobile.
i want to say that i will not take this repair mobile plz give me brand new mobile.
why i take this repair mobile ..i purchase new .
so plz resolve this problem as soon as possible..
