Hi Team I have bought samsung e5 a couple of week ago and the battery of my mobile is getting drained within 4 to 5 hour after charging. I had complained about the same to Value Plus next day of purchasing in this regard, because i purchased from Value Plus. They directed me to go to samsung service center for check up. I have told them that i don't have enough time to go there and why you should not change my mobile by yourself when i bought yesterday? But they refused to resolve my problem. Now my mobile is creating problem while using key pad also. Sometime i am unable to charge my mobile because it is not taking charge through the charger. To confirm my electric charger of mobile is working, i checked it by putting another samsung mobile on charging with my mobile charger and found charger is ok. My handset is not getting charged by charger. So i request you to resolve my query as soon as possible. Mitesh Verma

    Upgraded to the new A5 on the 15/02/2015. After 3 weeks while charging the centre button in the front got so hot that I could not even touch it. It melted a bubble on the back cover, the charger point burned and could even smell it. I send it in on the 13/03/2015. Today 26/03/2015 I phoned vodacom to see what is happening because all I hear is that they are still waiting for spares. I am not very happy with the service I am getting. I am running my own business and it is affecting my business.I believe it is a factory fault and should be replaced by a new one and not fixed. Please be so kind to respond ASAP

      Hi my name is manoj sahu want justice from your end..I bought a new samsung galaxy grand neo handset on 28/02/15 fr my dad as a birthday gift to him, the handset was nt working the from the first day as my dad was nt able to hear at all...since he is old he was nt able to go to service center...i came to meet my dad and emailed the issue to the ceo office on 09/03/15..i gt a call from samsung where i provided all the details of my handset...it was told to me that the senior management will call me ... The next day i gt a call from Mr Shailendra K Jha who stated he is the manager ...i explained abt the issue...he requested me to go to the service center and show my phone ...he also sd that if there is any major hardware issue he will replace the handset...i went to the service center and they told me that there is a major hardware issue in the motherboard ... The next day when my dad called Mr Shailender k Jha he started shouting my dad and abusing him and hangup on him who is a senior citizen of 60 years old ... He is very depressed with the behaviour of Mr Shailnder K Jha. And just because i had an arguement with him regarding his behaviour he sd he will make sure and will nt gv an replacement of the handset... Pls gv me justice as i informed samsung abt the new faulty handset and i informed samsung on the 8th day of my purchase. Pls help him and replace my handset ... And pls take necessary action against Mr shailender k Jha (ext num:1532)(email id: shail.[protected]@samsung.com) I request u to pls help him regarding this as there is always an fight with my dad as i have gt an faulty handset...

        Honaurable Sir, Respectfully I beg to say that I am not getting any assurance from any member of your department that when I will get my winning amount. Telling by MARC MUNA (diplomatic agent), ANJANA KUMARI, ANITA KUMARI AND RAJESH K SHARMA. I have deposited total amount 249000/-Rs. After that I am not getting my winning amount. I have every a/c. no. and deposit slip in which I have deposited money. They are only saying that you will receive your winning amount in your account. On line I have seen that 100%process of money transfer is done, but it is not showing in my account. What is the matter. MARC MUNA is saying to deposit 51000/- to get ATM MASTER CARD, ANITA KUMARI AND MARC JOHN is saying to deposit 55000/- to get my account upgrade. GOMEZ FADDY is saying to deposit 35000/- for crediting fees. Sir who is the right person, Who can I believe. But I consulted my bank manger and he said that there is no need and my account can receive any big amount. So just transfer my money in my account. I am not able to arrange this big amount, because I am already in a big loan and ornaments are in modgage. Sir please get me conform that my winning prize amount 500000/-GBP is in RBI or not. On 20th march I reached Delhi. I have a call from diplomatic agent Mr. JAMES MARC NO.[protected]. He told me to deposit 15500/- in the account of MR. ANKUR KUMAR and after that come to International air port(custom department). I deposited and reach there with deposit slip than I contact him he said that he is in domestic airport. I reach there also and I contact him again. He said that he gone from there and he is going to RBI. But I have not get my prize. for COT CODE, TAX CODE, DAMRAGE CODE, FRO CHARGES, UPGRADING ACCOUNT, AND CREDITING FEES also. I have deposited total amount 264500/-rs.           Its really sad that I brought Samsung product and spend 18K, they have provided faluty phone and their customer service is pathetic. I have handed over my phone for repair at Cyber hub on 19th Mar and made to visit 4-5 times to get an update on the status. There's always an excuse that systems are having issue hence phone is not ready. They didn't bother to give a courtesy call to advise that its not ready. Service Center head Ajay Verma - [protected] (Samsung Authorised Service Center, Advance Technology, 213/37, 1st Fl, Main Sector-15 road, Kirti Nagar, Gurgaon122001) has crossed the limit by hanging the phone on me. Customer service team has promised to deliver the phone at Cyber Hub by 5.30pm on Wednesday, 25th Mar but failed to do that and I can't expect them to call me however when I called to check they acted so rude. Where has all the customer focus gone for Sumsung? Is Samsung just busy in launching new device and forgetting your existing clients. I feel cheated by getting faulty handset, why should I get my new phone repair when I paid for new phone. Company is cheating on people by sending refurbished phones via a portal by citing sale etc. Can you please help me get this replaced or get my money refunded.

            Hi Team, This feels really sad to share a pathetic experience I am having with Samsung. I bought a refrigerator on 18th of January. But the refrigerator itself has manufacturing defect in it. The technicians confirmed it and Service Centre took the refrigerator with them saying the money will be refunded to me within 10 days. But here the actual problem started. Its been 25 days since then and they are not paying the money. Inspite of escalating my ticket([protected]) everyday, they are not even replying to me. I need my money back ASAP. I am facing a lot of problems without refrigerator. Request you to look into this. Regards Neeraj Negi([protected])

              I made a mistake of buying a 46 inch smart which had a price tag of nearly a lac which now doesnt work and that too within its warranty period. My complaint no which Samsung so beautifully slates as request no is [protected].It's been 5 days since a replacement of a certain part is logged in as per the visiting technician and the most non informative customer service but i am yet to hear from any of them.I bought an ac last year whose remote sensor wasnt working since the first day.As in this case the part was replaced after huge to and fro but the device not replaced. It seems Samsung just is willing to sell without responsibility of quality

                  I have purchased a Samsung GALAXY A5 Mobile Hand set from " THE GALAXY MULTI BRAND SHOW ROOM ; RAMBABU ROAD, GUDRI BAZAR CHOWK, SAMASTIPUR (PIN-848101) on 09.01.2015vide his retail invoice bill no-998, Date-09.01.2015 of Rs.25 500 which doesn't bear the TIN/VAT No. I requested him again and again to provi de me the proper VAT paid bill but he did not agree with my request .It seems that either his shop is not registered or he has sold to me the duplicate/theft/pilfer mobile hand set. Under such circumstance I am badly harassed by him. .

                    Respected Sir, I humbly submit a compliant against Sri Venkateswara Telecommunication service centre situated at Damodharan street, Kellys, Chennai for not responding my compliant. I have given my Samsung Galaxy Grand duo I9082 on 23.02.2015 for not power ON. My cell phone is in warrant. Our technician Tr. Kareem checked my cell phone, he told me, it was a Mother Board problem and he assured that he changing a new mother board and to given within 10 days. (i.e. 04.03.15.). I called on 05.03.2015, he told me your product has not come and you wait again more 10 days. (i.e. 15.03.2015). On 16.03.2015, your complaint mailed to our Head Office and I have not yet received any reply from our head office, so you wait not mentioned days. So, I visited our service centre on 17.03.2015, I contacted to Mr. Bharathiraja and he assured to giving your cell phone on 19.03.2015. Again I went to service centre on 22.03.2015, he said that received a mother board and serviced my cell phone, but he could not rectified my cell phone problem. Again he told me your phone display is not working, so he changed and given to me on 24.03.2015. In this regard I have lost my time and travel expensive money and phone calls also. So, kindly take action against service centre and returned my cell phone in working condition. Thanking you,

However within 8 months of its buying it has failed to functioning intoto. Therefore We contacted your authorized person (Rajendra shah)service center [protected] at “SHREE RAM KRISHNA ENTERPRISE” first floor satguru complex Ahmedabad 380015 on[protected] and entrusted them for its repairing and service. When it was delivered to your above service center it was intact and in good order.                           Hi, Recently i purchased this mobile and having issue on that from the beginning Issue - unable to hear opposite person voice, its improper and not clear. please note its not an issue with network. Note: I have give to service centre 3 times but the issue is still persist. The mobile sill in service center for last 1month and cusomer response is very poor and no responding well. I havent used my handset from the beginnig.its worth 9800/-Rs Please let me know what should i do, or else take it that and refund the amount i will purchase the quality one(available in other company).                             Its been 1 month since we lodge complaint with respect to refrigerator stating food(vegetables, Fruits etc etc) are getting damaged within 1 day . We have keep follow up with customer care with countless no.of times. First Call : Initially we stated the problem to him. He suggested to change in some setting we did as per he suggested. Still no use. Second Call : We explained the same problem again here. He also suggested change in setting we told that we already did it, then he said he will arrange an engineer coming saturday. Here is the Engineer response He introduced himself as Samsung Engineer we showed him the refrigerator stated the same problem. He supposed to do something but Power gone . So he went stating call me once power comes . We called him once power come countless again no. of times. But this Basturd didn't pick at all. Third Call : We stated the same problem and requested to replace the Refrigerator . He told that one more time he will send an engineer. I became alert I asked his name (Habib ) Even I stored his mobile # [protected] This Guy(Habib) is hilarious Here is his response : This is a defective piece so I will request for replacement . We asked for replacement procedure . Here Habib mentioned replacement procedure. But We didn't get any response, after that we try to reach him countless no.of times over his phone. There is no response. Fourth Call : We called one more time : Call is so annoying that he again asking for problem Telling the same steps to change the setting. We tried to convince that we alredy did it but he is not at all accepting(This is really Hilarious). Finally He told We will get back to you within this week. There is no response even after 10 days. So we reach here finally hoping for the best. This Samsung refrigerator is really annoying we just shut it down . We are keeping fruits vegetables outside. Please replace this defective product Or else give my money Back. Here are Refrigerator Details.                               Hi I, Gatishwar Malvadkar, Purchased Samsung Galaxy Note Edge from ilektron Samsung Plaza Pimple Saudagar shop. on 21-March-2015 in the evening. After couple of hours I came to know that the device has display spot problem. I immediately went to shop on same day to get it replaced. The shop owner told me as we have inserted the SIM, it has to get replaced after getting letter from Samsung service station. He honestly supported me to get it replaced & promised me that by 24-March-2015 He will give me replacement new device. On 23-March-2015 he took the device to service station & service station engineer kept the device under observation for one day. On 24-March-2015 Shop owner got the letter from Samsung Service station that device has to replace. Now the shop owner is telling me he dont have device & need couple of days more to get the new device from Samsung. He has black edge device to sell but not for replacing the faulty device. My complain is "Why cant he replace the faulty device with the device he has for sell? Why he has to order new device from Samsung & replace it?" On 21-March-2015 he came to know the device has to replace look at the manufacturing fault. (he also promised me that the device will get replaced not to worry.) Than why he had not ordered the replacement device immediately on 22-March or on 23-March itself. Why Samsung has created such a lengthily & customer dissatisfying process to get the manufacturing fault devices? Is this the quality check Samsung do before shipping the product out to market? I called Samsung toll free number they are also supporting dealer & not ready to esclate the case to high level.

                                Run buddy, nobody gives any one anything for free, they will ask you to pay a clearance amount first. after which you will never hear from them.
                                I m also one of the lucky winner of the samsung company.but i have a big doubt that can anyone give five hundred thousand pounds to anyone in free?dont u think so that this is a big hoax with us

Telling by MARC MUNA (diplomatic agent), ANJANA KUMARI, ANITA KUMARI AND RAJESH K SHARMA. I have deposited total amount 249000/-Rs. After that I am not getting my winning amount. I have every a/c. no. and deposit slip in which I have deposited money. They are only saying that you will receive your winning amount in your account. On line I have seen that 100%process of money transfer is done, but it is not showing in my account. What is the matter. MARC MUNA is saying to deposit 51000/- to get ATM MASTER CARD, ANITA KUMARI AND MARC JOHN is saying to deposit 55000/- to get my account upgrade. GOMEZ FADDY is saying to deposit 35000/- for crediting fees. Sir who is the right person, Who can I believe. But I consulted my bank manger and he said that there is no need and my account can receive any big amount. So just transfer my money in my account. I am not able to arrange this big amount, because I am already in a big loan and ornaments are in modgage. Sir please get me conform that my winning prize amount 500000/-GBP is in RBI or not. On 20th march I reached Delhi. I have a call from diplomatic agent Mr. JAMES MARC NO.[protected]. He told me to deposit 15500/- in the account of MR. ANKUR KUMAR and after that come to International air port(custom department). I deposited and reach there with deposit slip than I contact him he said that he is in domestic airport. I reach there also and I contact him again. He said that he gone from there and he is going to RBI. But I have not get my prize. for COT CODE, TAX CODE, DAMRAGE CODE, FRO CHARGES, UPGRADING ACCOUNT, AND CREDITING FEES also. I have deposited total amount 264500/-rs.
