      18 moths back I bought a Samsung Fridge, yesterday out of the blue it stopped working. Your support team engineer visited us and announced that Both the PCBs of the fridge needs replacement, The lamp inside the fridge was working. He said thats a very common problem with this model and as it is out of warranty we need to Pay for it. Today morning he calls to announce the repair cost to be Rs. 3000/- Rs. 3000/- Which is more than 10% of the value of the product to be reinvested into Samsung after just 18 Months of the purchase. I wrote on your Samsung’s Website and Mr. Yogendra Kumar, a senior executive from the CEO’s Office called to again state the company policy that once the product is out of warranty we need to pay for it. He ends up confirming my Address, email nd phone no (which he has called). Completely understood and Agreed upon, However, I still fail to understand why 10% of the Value when no Physical or electrical harm or damage has been done to the machine. All other electrical equipments in the house are working great. I live in Worli, Mumbai, where power fluctuations are very rare if not at all. customer service executive and supervisor (mr. Arvind) to the CEO’s office just keep on telling me the company policy, I feel its a substandard product which was confirmed by your engineer who visited me. Mr. Ganju, I feel terribly let down by the quality of the product Samsung is providing to the Indian consumers. Early Last year My friend in Bangalore experienced an even worse situation where in his Samsung Fridge bust into flames and destroyed the whole kitchen. This is the worlds leading electronics company treating us. I seriously regret buying the machine.

        Complaint on service center R-Logic Technology Service I have went to service center [protected] with my broken glass (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime) with proper working condition and adviser has given me estimation of Rs. 3000 for replacing the same. After some time one of the technician has told me that if we open the device I will be charged for another 1500 additional, I also agreed for that so they have opened the device in front of me and replaced the broken glass but he was failed to reusable and he called other technician and they both went inside with the device and came back after one hour and now told me my device has a problem with display screen even, and immediately he changed the estimation to Rs. 8500/-, the problem here when I was given the device on their hands display was there and service adviser has given me estimation for glass and some other material but not display screen because that was fine. I thought for 9799 () device there is no point spending 8500/- so I have asked them my device back with previous condition but service adviser is asking me 6500/- as a charges to give it back (without any repair ). with previous condition. And the Manger is talking to me harshly without any responsibility, he wanted to handover the device back. Hope you understand my concern, because of your technicians I lost my device display and there are not ready to take blame on them for the incident. so kindly look in to this and give me the justification on this. The guy told me that battery got damaged. When I inquired how ? as I purchased 2 months back and am using this for calling only that too very minimal. What he told was company stopped the production of this type battery so they don’t have in stock and will not be available. He suggested to return my mobile along with Bill, warranty card, One ID proof, and a cancelled a cheque they will initiate refund for the money I paid for the phone. When I inquired is there any issue with phone or is the issue with battery not received any revert. I requested for a complaint No after so much discussion with 2-3 people he told me to give the phone and will get the battery get replaced within10 days. Don’t know within that 10 min Samsung decided to manufacture that battery again. Seems they have the stock don’t want to give free… Is this the warranty you offer to customer ??. I not agreed to hand over my phone. After so much argument filled one PO form and was not ready hand over the a copy of the same to customer who filled the details. Given PO no. or written in sheet of paper as PQ[protected], also written on the paper some bill no. [protected]

        My fate I decided to buy a SamSung phone…. and trusted your warranty card… and your so called authorized service station.

        How Samsung offered same serial battery for 2 different phones of serial is unique whose one is duplicate

We have observed that mobile getting hang or automatically switched off. I am not at all satisfied with the mobile phone and request to replace the set at the earliest.             Dear Sir/Madam, We have bought a Samsung A/C during May 2012 Model No : AS125BBFNSTL 5star . During last few months, cooling functionality is failed in the A/C. Hence we have raised a complaint on 04th March 2015 (Complaint no [protected]) with regards to a problem in my Samsung AC. An engineer is visited to my residence on the next day (05th of March 2015) and identified there is a Gas Leakage and he left stating he will sending some service centre person to fix the issue. After that, several times i called customer care helpline no [protected] and requested them to take action on my complaint, but no proper response is received and the issue is still not fixed. When i called helpline they are providing some offers for Gas Filling, but service center person told me there are no offers. Finally no one resolved my complaint.                 I spoke to Swati yesterday and she confirmed to me that I will receive a call back within 4 hours ( Ref No: [protected]). I haven''t received one. It proves that there is no value for a customer SAMSUNG has. It is just cheating people by proving wrong information. I have a Tab which is still under warranty and on top of that an extended warranty aswell and was told that everything will be covered which is not true.
                At the time of purchase sale matters more than what customer should know. I came to know that there is different warranty periods applicable to the products which are parts of the same product and are no use without each other.
                Request you to make things clear at the point of sale. I have left my phone with M/S Telenet services Bill No: [protected]. I was told there is a problem with the connected and latter told me that the data cable is also not responding properly. It was happening from the beginning itself. My only concern is that why wrong information is provided at the point of sale. My Invoice date is 05/ April 2014 and also extended warranty for which I paid Rs 649/-. What is the fun of paying if there is no support from SAMSUNG.
                I am sorry this is leading to mistrust.

                  Dear Sir, I have purchased one laser printer from the company. When person came for installation I was told very clearly that my toner will last for an year or 1500 pages whichever is earlier. Now with 256 impressions I am run out of my black toner. I called customer care of samsung company, response was " It is just a new product to the market and I have have to buy original samsung toner !". I have paid around 34, 000 to the product and it is not functioning to my satisfaction. Kindly do the needful. Bill and report is attached.

                    good day i bought a refrigerator at makro in nelspruit mpumalanga in september 2012 i have only enjoyed the courtesy of having that fridge for only six moths and after that it started giving me problems it was forever trapping my electricity i have logged three times of my calls to your head office and they normally sent technicians to come and have a look at it but apparantely the problem it still persisting and i told the technicians that i need a new fridge because that have fixed for several times and i am no longer trusting it or either interested but they refuse to write a report about it in order for me to get another refrigerator and this thing is spoiling my food everytime and again i am going to take this matter further because this problem was supposed to be dealt with long time ago and they decided to fix there and there knowing exactly that my warranty will be finished in two years time.

                      Hi, With severe disappointment related to the service provided and with gross indifference to the multiple requests and emails i have written to you i would like to inform you that the issue i have reported with request id [protected] has neither resolved nor addressed.It would take very minimal effort for me to take this issue to social media or it to the consumer court, before that i would like to try one last time to get the issue resolved from SAMSUNG itself. Samsung being a premier brand in india with many hardware products in the market should be responsible for its products and violating people's trust this way would only backfires and there would be no time SAMSUNG would be butt of people jokes and no one would go for the product. .I am attaching here all the documents i have, related to my earlier requests and issues reported for the malafide hardware product i was given.I am hoping this would be last time i need to write to SAMSUNG or else the fight would go on through legal courts and also onto social media.                         We bought a new double door Samsung refrigerator on the 24th of Feb 2015 ( model no. RT27JARYESA). We observed that the freezer kept accumulating water droplets on the roof and this was forming frost. We called customer service on the 10th of March explaining the issue. To which they suggested that we reduce the freezer setting since apparently our freezer was being over efficient (!!). We were asked to keep the setting changed for 9 hrs and then bring it back to the 'optimum' setting. On doing this, the refrigerator stopped cooling altogether. We again called customer service on the 11th of march. To which they responded that a technician would be sent immediately. Obviously that did not happen. With the food rotting away and our persistent calls on the 12th and the 13th. The technician finally came on 13th evening (Note: He was unwilling to come that day and only came after a no. of phone calls from our end). He checked the freezer and said that the gasket was faulty and had to be replaced. He said that a replacement could only be done on 16th of March (monday), since the spare part has to be ordered from Noida. I am typing this complaint after having spoken to the customer service, the technician and the store supervisor (Ms Sucha) Chennai, who, as of today the 16th of March (monday) still fail to tell us when our issue will be resolved! Considering that the Fridge sold to us was itself Faulty (and it barely a month old), we should ideally be getting a replacement for the entire fridge and not just the Gasket! I shudder to think what will happen if the issue is not resolved by replacing the gasket, whenever that arrives! We have always relied on Samsung for all our household appliances but now we are thoroughly disappointed. We want this issue resolved as soon as possible and never again is it going to be Samsung for us with such shoddy after sales service!

                          I AM A DEALER IN COIMBATORE. I RECENTLY SOLD A MULTI FUNCTION PRINTER MODEL SCX-3401 . THE PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. THE PRINTER HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS : 1. PAPER JAM OFTEN - SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN MACHINE - SOLVED 2. VERY LIGHT PRINTING - YOUR TECHNICAL PERSON CAME AND SUGGESTED TO CHANGE THE TONER WHICH DOES NOT COVERS UNDER WARRANTY. Customer not willing to buy a toner which cost approx.Rs.3000 .Happened during the 7th month from date of purchase. Now the printer is lying in my office or I have to bear the cost of toner. Whereas HP Printers - trouble free running and low maintenance. Hesitating to suggest samsung printers to my customers, Very sorry. email : [protected]@gmail.com

                            Hello Team, I did purchased Samsung LED TV in the month on May-June 2014, but am not at all happy with the product and the service provided by the company. This is second complaint within a year of purchase. Nov 2014 In the month of Nov all of sudden while watching LED screen crashed, I have to call customer care call center but even they failed to resolved my issue even after providing necessary information and issue faced. After 2 days engineer visited my place and examined the issue and informed us about display crashed.Next day engineer replaced the display and issue was resolved, . Since my system was in warranty and hence was not charged but such kind of quality products are not expected from Samsung brand. March 2015 Day 1 : Again faced the same issue in the month of March 2015 (within 4 month), Again engineer visited my place informed that one of the part got destroyed and need to replaced that. Day 2 : No Action taken. Day 3 : After chasing on the issue, I was informed that order has been placed for that part as it was not available with the service center and will be resolved next day. Day 4 : Engineer visited my place with new part but after replacing with old part engineer realised that new part is faulty part and need to replace order again. Day 5 : No action take Day 6 : Chased at service center for new part and resolve the issue, I was inform end that if the part is available then issue will be resolved. Day 7 : Engineer visited my place but with only 1 part but still missing with other part. Day 8 : engineer visited my place with second part but not he says there is issue with display and need to be replaced which will again take 2 days. Concerns: 1) This is my second issue within year, is such kind of quality provided by the company Samsung "The Brand" 2) Since my display was replaced in the month of Nov 2014 and again display crashed in month of March (4 month) this really raises the questions of Quality Check and Approvals on products. 3) Even after 10 days my issue is not resolved (Including weekends). 4) Engineer dont have complete knowledge and about the issue. 5) How will company assurance customer as new part will work fine and will not have any issue going forward considering my 1 year warranty will complete soon.                               मेने सैमसंग GT I8552 QUATTRO MEI [protected] मेने 18 दिसम्बर 2014 को surpluss.in in से खरीदा था order id[protected] खरीदने के 10 दिन बाद hanging networking Problem 15 दिन बाद तेयार हो कर आया था 28/2/2015 फिर ख़राब हो गया था switch off होगया था और मेरे को job sheet number नाहे दिया 16 दिन हो गए हे सर्विस सेन्टर जोधपुर राजस्थान nehal techno services mobile number[protected] meneger con [protected] devendra को मेने फ़ोन किया तो उसने कहा आप अपना फ़ोन वापस ले जाओ हम सही नहीं करेगे मेने Samsung Toll Free Number पर बात की[protected] उन्होने customer id [protected] दी और उनका भी सही जबाब नहीं आया सर या तो इसका इलाज बताईये वरना मेरे को कन्जूमर कोर्ट जाना padega पड़ेगा

                                        I bought split Ac model no AR18HC3UXNB (1.5ton) on[protected] from Samsung (well known company). I just shifted to another address and i wanted to reinstall my Ac at my new address so i called SAMSUNG customer care. An engineer visited my house for this on 14-3-15. It was terrible experience with him because he was totally untrained engineer, doesn't no the ABC of installation. He UNNECESSARILY cut my copper pipe and wasted. what he did next was, he just cut the POWER plug wire and said it is not required because the whole function is of stabilizer not of power plug /switch and i will connect it directly. After whole installation was done now there s a leakage in some pipe and again deinstalltion...The whole process took 4-5 hours. He wasted my most valuable time and my hard earned money. I just want to file a complaint against SAMSUNG because they hire such an inexperienced staff to give trouble to their customers. Samsung is really a poor company making customers fool by hiring these kinds of persons. Other companies are far better . I will request to my friends and will definitely share my horrible experience on social site so that SAMSUNG can not make customers fool Waiting for justice to be done
