Hi Team, With reference to my above captioned complaint issue, I wouldlike to bring this to your kind notice that your customer service department isvery useless, untrained and ruining the image of such a big company. We have bought a Samsung double door refrigerator around twoyear back. In the month of October’14, the fridge has started giving somecooling problem. Despite of showing it to a local mechanic we called at yourcustomer service department though it was out of warranty (This was our onlymistake). The reference no. we got was [protected]. The service engineercame and found some problem, they took the fridge in their service center aswell and charged us some 4-5k INR and return the fridge after repair. But aftersometime it started giving the same problem again. Now every month since Oct’14we are chasing your customer service call center and the service engineers torectify the same problem of the fridge but they are not able to resolve thesame. I failed to understand that how can be such a big companyhave so untrained engineers that they are not able to resolve a small issue inthe fridge. Also as a customer we are loosing faith on the company’safter sales services. Since last six month, I was following up with your customerservice department and after getting sick and tired from that I am writing to you.     R/sir I have purchased a mobile model no. GT -i9500 IMIE no.[protected] From your authorised sub dealer zee mobile centre ellenabad through a bill no.12550 Dated:[protected] Rs. 41000₹ At that time dealer promised me that if any problem create in this mobile then company will replace it with a new sealed box mobile or refund ur amount.after some time of purchased it create problems... . I contact with ur care centre but he repaired it . Same problem create three times but neither ur dealer nor ur care centre replaced it as promised at the time of purchased. Now 4th time same problem create again and my mobile is just near one year guarantee period but with malafied intention ur dealer as well as care centre refused to deposit the same.i am ur good customer plz solve my problem.

      Dear sir, I am (U.R.V.Ramana Rao, working as Manager in M/s.POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED at Khandwa. Recently I took one Samsung Refrigerator model GRT36HDJFELX/TL-345liters from Kishalani Radeo Service/Khandwa. We have already registered a complaint ref.no. [protected], for the above said problem. It is once again bring to your kind notice that we have received with out packing. ie. packing completely damaged and even with out any bottom wooden packing also.And all the packing cartoons are in very badly damaged condition. Because ours is transferable job through out India, I request you to please send all the packing materials including bottom wooden, total thermocol and full cartoon at the earliest to my below mentioned address. From the dealer also a complaint has been lodged earlier that is at the time of receipt of friedge.         We are accomplished by your plazma, purchased on 28th, may, 2013 via best price ( zirakpur ) We are facing problem in video desloution from last 6 months, which is unresolved till now. We have most of the electronic items are in house of same brand, but not facing any problem, this time we have complaint your customer care with complaint no.[protected] dated 16/03/15 regarding our Plazma TV, but not satisfied with product, your service centre person has visited our house and asked for charges for Rs. 6900/- for Vedio card replacement which was not expected to us and said it is out of warranty, i would like to request please resolve the issue rather than we will move to consumer court, which i think not in favour as well.           Dear Sir I bought Samsung Make Refrigerator Model RT 33HDJFALX/TL/2014 TYPE : FROST FREE Sr No. 030E4PADC00242Y in May Month 2014. As time passing its internal grooves for racking in draws are being damaged . Earlier also I had loged same complaint & it was repair. I was told that if it happened again then Refrigerator will be changed . Please change this defective refrigerator buy new one . I do not want repair again & again, this is manufacturing defect OR bad quality material used in this model. This is second time same complaint & Matter is very serious, if you are not replaced then I will go into Consumer court. Again you are requested to replace the defective refrigerator immediately.             Ordered a refrigerator & TV from Samsung for a price of 1.24lakhs on 29/09/2014 with full down payment. Delivered both towards the end of October 2014. (25/26th instant). Usage of both is very minimum. A crack was seen in the inside body of the refrigerator in the beginning of March 2015. Since the usage was minimum, there was no need of cleaning it, hence went unnoticed. Lodged complaint with the seller (direct samsung showroom) on the first week of March 2015. A technician attended the same after a week, who simply took some photos and went away telling it may be replaced shortly. (It could be of some assembling issue) Since there was no response for several days, called them over toll-free no. on 19/03/2015 at 1.30 pm to get an assurance that they will call back within 4 hours which didn't materialise. On 20/0315, it was informed that the engineer will call tomorrow. I feel that 3 weeks time to close a complaint is too much. Though the refrigerator is in working condition, excess power consumption due to the breakage will be there. Expect an immediate resolution. Since the breakage is not due to any fault on my part, the system should be replaced.
            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            A call received from Samsung on 21/3/15 to know the status. Detailed the status over phone and informed that the images are already taken by Samsung personnel. Got an assurance that the matter will be looked into soon. No more update till now. - 24/03/2015.

CC: To: The Managing Director, Samsung India Electronics Private Limited A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate Suites, New Delhi-110044 Date: March 11, 2015 Subject: Deficiency in services by failing to provide repairs of my mobile phone On 10th January 2015, I purchased a Samsung NOTE-4 (IMEI # 355306/06/8113747) from Android Land, GIP Mall, Noida and paid Rs.55, 000 for this purchase and attached is the copy of my payment invoice (#g213578) as Annexure I. Unfortunately, soon my phone faced voice cracking problem and on 20th January 2015, I returned it at your service center. On 13th February 2015, your service centre replaced the phone with a new one (IMEI No: 355306/06/700997/9). Attached is the copy of my Job Sheet (No. [protected]) as Annexure II. However, to my utter disappointment, the problem with cracking voice persisted even in this mobile. Your service centre staff too accepted that there was an issue with the handset. Attached is the copy of the note from your engineer stating it as Annexure III. However they denied to replace the faulty handset saying that as per your company policy, an already replaced handset cannot be replaced for the 2nd time and advised me to approach the higher authorities to get the issue resolved. However, none of your company authorities reverted to my mail (Copy attached as Annexure IV). I am extremely let down and it is annoying that a handset I bought spending so much money turned out to be defective. Moreover, I was surprised to receive a response from your company recently saying that my handset has been checked by your senior technician and they found no issues with it - which is absolutely wrong. This is not acceptable to me and this irresponsible attitude is least expected from your company. I would like to mention here that 'As per Section 2 (1) (c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, I am a consumer as I have bought the goods from you / availed your services for a consideration that I have fully / partly paid'. Moreover, 'You can be held liable under Section 2 (1) (g) of the Act for deficiency in service (where deficiency means any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service)'. I, therefore, request your company to exercise your authority and give me either a replacement of the phone immediately or a refund of the cost of the phone. As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent in resolving my complaint. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to kindly give me a replacement of the faulty handset with a new one or a refund of the cost of the handset. In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 10, 000 for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me and the cost incurred by me in trying to resolve my grievance. In case you fail to resolve my complaint within 15 days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to: • Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for not providing detailed information, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs; • Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your company • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media.                 Sir my Samsung washing machine was burnt when it was not in use in night it was in warranty .I called to call center they came and took my machine and after few days on 12th Feb they told we will refund your amount with in 10 days they told. I have purchased samsung galaxy core prime colour(grey) S.NO : RZ1G1252T7K([protected]) on[protected] fron I PHONE mobile shoppee DSS no 321, sector 20, Panchkula. bill no : 1073 dated :[protected]. 2. That avinitio there was aproblem of voice echo (voice not clear during call) but i was of the view that there might be a signal problem 3. That after a long wait the defect was rhe same and I made a compliant on dated[protected] to a customer care center sco 217, 1st floor Sector 14, panchkula. Miss Chitra attended me and the software was updated but problem was not sorted. 4. That i again approched customer care centre and Mr. Saurabh Sharma attended me and he said the mother board has been changed but the problem still persist . 5. That I again approched on dated[protected] and Mr. Deepak Saini attended me and asked me to take back the mobiles after 1 day, That i went again on dated[protected], the defect still persists and he told me that "leave the mobile for 1 week for change of new software".The mobile is with the customer care, 6. It is intimated that it seems to be the manfacturing defect and the same may be replaced with new one with immidiate effect as I am still without mobile after investing the amount of Rs.9500 without availing facilities . Sice the date of purchase.

                    Hi, I am using Samsung Galxy Grand duos GT-I9082 since from 1 Oct 2013, but upto now I didn't face any issues but when I updated my phone version from 4.1 to 4.2.2, it starts getting refresh my SIM 1 after every fixed interval i.e 15-20 mins. Please do the needful because I am facing lots of problms due to this refersh thing...I am unable to stay connected to my internet... Resolve this is ASAP, its on Priority...and reply me fast so that I can work on it properly.

                      I purchased Samsung refrigerator and since the date of purchase it is not working. Complaints are lodged on customer care no. Innumerable times The service centre engineers visited many a times but were unable to repair it and informed that it has a manufacturing defect, Thereafter lodging many complaint a engineer from the company visited and was not sure about the problem and had doubt that censor is not working, it was informed to him that service centre has already tried by replacing the censor but machine did not worked. Sir from last three months the engineers have opened machine many times and experimenting on it. My food items of thousand of rupees are spoiled apart from mental agony and harrasment .                           Dear sir, i am a user of samsung from years and higly like the company and infact have all home appliances of samsung at my home. However i faced a terrible issue with my TV as few vertical lines started coming in my TV panel since last month and after so many complaints and engineer visit my problem is unresolved. If a consumer buys a samsung product worth rs 1 lakh he must expect a life of product from 5 to 7 years but in my case my television malfunction in 16 months after purhase. and now samsung service center wants me to pay hell lot of money for panel replacement, i asked the reason for panel problem the engineer replied generally its due to dust or moisture but in your case no reason has been found so its a manufacturing defect. for company mistake does a consumer has to bear so much cost. Please understand my situation and on further looking my model no PS51F5500, many people have same problem and have complained over the consumer forums and many have filled a case and won and company has given them the panel free of cost. Does a customer has to go through all that and put a case on his favourite company just to get what he deserves. If this email would not do justice my trust for the company would be lost and cant buy samsung products in future due to this incident. May be you will loose one customer but eventually each and every customer counts. Please look into this matter seriously and i expect a good help from your side. Thank You Pratik [protected]

                            I have bought samsung galaxy grand 2 .mobile had the ecosound problem for this i visit the service centre .And now i am facing the problem with the back camera during the service they lost the one of the small part of phone or i did not get it by the time of purchase due to this dust entered in the lens of camra.this effects the images and the pictures are bluer Now i am not getting the resolution for this because body is not covered in the warranty.

                                      18 moths back I bought a Samsung Fridge, yesterday out of the blue it stopped working. Your support team engineer visited us and announced that Both the PCBs of the fridge needs replacement, The lamp inside the fridge was working. He said thats a very common problem with this model and as it is out of warranty we need to Pay for it. Today morning he calls to announce the repair cost to be Rs. 3000/- Rs. 3000/- Which is more than 10% of the value of the product to be reinvested into Samsung after just 18 Months of the purchase. I wrote on your Samsung’s Website and Mr. Yogendra Kumar, a senior executive from the CEO’s Office called to again state the company policy that once the product is out of warranty we need to pay for it. He ends up confirming my Address, email nd phone no (which he has called). Completely understood and Agreed upon, However, I still fail to understand why 10% of the Value when no Physical or electrical harm or damage has been done to the machine. All other electrical equipments in the house are working great. I live in Worli, Mumbai, where power fluctuations are very rare if not at all. customer service executive and supervisor (mr. Arvind) to the CEO’s office just keep on telling me the company policy, I feel its a substandard product which was confirmed by your engineer who visited me. Mr. Ganju, I feel terribly let down by the quality of the product Samsung is providing to the Indian consumers. Early Last year My friend in Bangalore experienced an even worse situation where in his Samsung Fridge bust into flames and destroyed the whole kitchen. This is the worlds leading electronics company treating us. I seriously regret buying the machine.

                                        Complaint on service center R-Logic Technology Service I have went to service center [protected] with my broken glass (Samsung Galaxy Core Prime) with proper working condition and adviser has given me estimation of Rs. 3000 for replacing the same. After some time one of the technician has told me that if we open the device I will be charged for another 1500 additional, I also agreed for that so they have opened the device in front of me and replaced the broken glass but he was failed to reusable and he called other technician and they both went inside with the device and came back after one hour and now told me my device has a problem with display screen even, and immediately he changed the estimation to Rs. 8500/-, the problem here when I was given the device on their hands display was there and service adviser has given me estimation for glass and some other material but not display screen because that was fine. I thought for 9799 () device there is no point spending 8500/- so I have asked them my device back with previous condition but service adviser is asking me 6500/- as a charges to give it back (without any repair ). with previous condition. And the Manger is talking to me harshly without any responsibility, he wanted to handover the device back. Hope you understand my concern, because of your technicians I lost my device display and there are not ready to take blame on them for the incident. so kindly look in to this and give me the justification on this. I am attaching my Mobile bill(Big C store) and Authorized service(Service center [protected] R Logic Technology Services P Ltd.) center acknowledgement receipt along this, the device is still with service centre.                                         I was using the mobile till Yesterday[protected]. Yesterday at around 4 PM phone suddenly got switched off and I was unable to restart. I checked Samsung Website and found below authorised service center address

                                        Today I visited this Service station at 1 PM and I was given a token of 92. Waited around 2 hrs for my turn. Though there are 12 work stations found workers only on 3 seats may be cost cutting. Got my no at around 4 PM. I explained this issue and what I heard was unbelievable. The guy told me that battery got damaged. When I inquired how ? as I purchased 2 months back and am using this for calling only that too very minimal. What he told was company stopped the production of this type battery so they don’t have in stock and will not be available. He suggested to return my mobile along with Bill, warranty card, One ID proof, and a cancelled a cheque they will initiate refund for the money I paid for the phone. When I inquired is there any issue with phone or is the issue with battery not received any revert. I requested for a complaint No after so much discussion with 2-3 people he told me to give the phone and will get the battery get replaced within10 days. Don’t know within that 10 min Samsung decided to manufacture that battery again. Seems they have the stock don’t want to give free… Is this the warranty you offer to customer ??. I not agreed to hand over my phone. After so much argument filled one PO form and was not ready hand over the a copy of the same to customer who filled the details. Given PO no. or written in sheet of paper as PQ[protected], also written on the paper some bill no. [protected]

                                        My fate I decided to buy a SamSung phone…. and trusted your warranty card… and your so called authorized service station.

                                        I NEED THE PRODUCT I PAID OR MY MONEY BACK. ELSE I WILL PUT THIS ALL ON YOUR WESITE, BLOGS, PARTNER SITE AND WILL PUBLISH IN PAPER ALSO.

                                        I don’t where is wrong and who is wrong ..recently i have checked my old phone which had the battery complain for a long time so used it as backup phone and looked Now for suitable battery To fix the battery complaint but found the same serial number battery was offered to some one in this above complaint, mine also Original

                                        How Samsung offered same serial battery for 2 different phones of serial is unique whose one is duplicate
