Galaxy Grand2 it gets heating while charging and speaking. (Still its under warranty) I Murali Mohan, working as a journalist. I bought the gadget ten months back spends 21000/-. After i owned the gadget with in the three months bumper color has vanished on the top and bottom. Actually everybody knows it has good product. But its very bad people like me facing this kind of problems. Its snake and stick proverb. I can't sell it because the price has dropped below 15000/-. Please kindly do favour and resolve the issue.     I bought a Samsung galaxy E7 on 28th Feb and from the second day there were some auto restart issues. I took it to the service centre people and they reinstalled the software twice and nothing changed. Finally they agreed it’s a problem and after talking to customer care they agreed for a replacement as well. The colour which I bought was blue which costs Rs 20900. The Samsung service people told that i[censored] want you can take black which costs around Rs 20200. The other option was to get the same blue handset serviced and it was told by Samsung manager that we would get it back within 3 days. It’s been a week now an after continuous calls they say that this might take about 25 days to 1 month more. The manager says they can’t do anything about it and if I could take back the phone if needed. Further, I called back customer care to get this issue resolved but nothing seems to happen. I haven't even used the phone for 2 days and it would be in the service centre for more than a month. My complaint number with Samsung is [protected] . The service centre I visited is in Chennai and the handset is still there at TVSE service centre, head office of Samsung service centre. Can you please help me to get a replacement of this handset for the same colour, BLUE? My contact number is [protected].

      I bought this fridge on 12.04.14. From 22 Feb.2015 the ELCB gets tripped. I disconnected all the other gadgets from the power lines and verified. The tripping seems to be caused by the fridge. When the ELCB is set right the fridge works for about one hour and then trips again. Now the tripping takes place every one hour. I am unable to keep any food in it. I have registered the complaint at Digital Venu's Arcade from where I bought the appliance. I would like to know the cause and the remedy for it. I have used it from the day I bought.

        I have given Samsung 40 inch LED TV for repair work dated 28/02/2015 Samsung Service Centre in Bangalor named Unique Service Soluations authorized Samsung Service Centre. The Complain number given by the Samsung Service Centre [protected]. The contact number given is :[protected] for the Service Centre. Till date (13/03/2015) is not repaired . The initial date for repair given was four working days. Whenever I call the contact number[protected] most of the times the phone is not picked. If ever it is picked, they always say they can't help since the LED repair component is supposed to come from Noida. I am getting frustrated daily calling and getting status from them.

          Hi, BY MISTAKE I bought RS21HUTPN refrigerator from Samsung on 29/01/2015, invoice number - U99543AF200459T, Compalint number - [protected]. After several complaints, till now I haven''t got any person for DEMO, for setting up RO fitting and all. There are so many features I am getting any idea of. That great pamphlet kind booklet which came with product is not having enough. Have made NUMEROUS calls to customer care and place from where I have bought this refrigerator. It's a complaint for that dealer too. He is not even picking up the phone. HAVE GOT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE even after 45 days. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL I understand it is BIG BAD on my part that I opted for SAMSUNG, but now I have paid you guys hugeee amount for this product. PLZZZZ BE RESPONSIBLE. ARRANGE for customer service ASAP.

            I have complaint for my defected Samsung MW Oven 3 month ago. The Samsung care registered my complain which number is [protected]. After complaint the samsung service center, Tezpur, Assam send Engg. after 15 days. Unfortunately the Service Engg. came my house 3-4 days for repairing the MW Oven but he can n't repair the Oven and take the Oven to Service Center Tezpur. After long time the Service Center tell me over phone that the oven not repairable due to non supplied the defective parts by head office. They also told me that they have ordered the parts but the Head Office cancelled the order. I have purchased the samsung MW Oven model no. 107MDF B last four year ago. It is also mention that I have agreed to pay the price of parts which is defected.Till today my MW Oven is in Samsung service Center, Tezpur, Assam Therefore I request to you kindly see the matter and take necessary action which my MW Oven is repaired. Thanks.

                Sir i am facing problems with the screen panel of my laptop model no -NP300E4Z-A04IN that develops multiple vertical lines on the panel as soon as it starts . i am facing this issues since last 2-3 years ie since i had purchased the laptop. Initially when the product was under one year manufacturers warranty the screen panel was changed due to the same issues and after my product manufacturers warranty was over, i extended the warranty by two years by purchasing samsung smart warranty for laptop from their authorised service centre but now they are not providing the service for the product, i am complaining door to door since december 2014 but they are just delaying the process and the warranty is going to be over on 18/03/2015 and still they are not responding. Few days back i have written the complaint to the Samsung CEO office through their website consumer support but they are still deaf year on my promlems I had purchased a samsung laptop model no -NP300E4Z-A04IN on 18/03/2012. very soon after purchasing the laptop, its screen panel developed vertical lines, obscuring the view, when i complained it to the service centre in ranchi, they changed the panel as this was under one year warranty period and in view of similar problems i extended my warranty for two years by purchasing samsung smart warranty for my laptop on 13/03/13 that was active from 19/03/2013 to 18/03/2015, and at the time of purchase it was said that it is valid all over india, but now in patna, when i went to service centre, they asked me for smart warranty certificate that should have been givem at the time of purchase, but was not given by service centre.Therefore in absence of this i am not able to get the service from patna service centre. On being asked over the number given by them they responds very poorly and said that the company concerned that is trade linker has been closed and also i have to go to ranchi to avail the service that is not possible for me. The warranty is going to expire on 18/03/2015 and they are delaying in the process. The current cost of Panel is around 9000/- rs so it is very costly for me to get it repaired from service centre. On being enquired on the tollfree no of samsung the person told me that warranty can not be covered in the absence of the certificate so i am hung in between the two that is samsung and its service centre. I want panel of my laptop to be repaired or changed in samsung authorised service centre in patna only and it should be covered in warranty or my laptop should be changed or warranty amount with panel charges to be returned back so that i can get it repaired at patna

                      Sir i gave my mobile with a broken display to samsung service center they took my mobile and said to come after 2 days after 2 days when i call them they did not lift my call the next day i went there they said we have a duplicate dispaly and asked me if i want to change i said no and said to give back my mobile they gave back my mobile but after that my mobile does not even switched on i went back and asked they said board has changed unfortunately and they changed but even after it does not worked they said to come in the evening i went back in the evening but they closed the service center and did not lift my call i enquired about them near by they said the service center was closed and they opened another now what to do with my mobile even i have 4 months warranty remain and take action on those persons who did this they are even getting samsung reputation down

                        TO SAMSUNG, I had purchased Samsung Note 3 Neo on 06.07.2014 however since the day of purchase there is some issue in the handset, for some unknown reason the coverage goes blank (a cross sign comes) and thereafter the network connectivity keeps fluctuating. I have tried everything from sim change to making numerous call to your customer care, visiting your service store to writing online complaints but it is seen that i have been only being made to run from pillar t o post ( may be on the pretension that the warranty period gets over) i am very upset with the service of Samsung and had always been brand loyal to Samsung but lately i have myself been advising people to avoid taking Samsung products after looking at your service and customer non-satisfaction issues. I request you to immediately replace my mobile handset else i will now go ahead and escalate the matter further. Also provide me email id/ contact number of an executive (not of customer support) with whom i can liaison directly instead of writing online so as to keep records of my communication cause i am sure tomorrow Samsung will definitely deny that i have sent any written complaints to you as i cannot sustain any records on the same. Request you intervention at the earliest

                            We purchased a 1.5 T Samsung split AC – 5 star rated (AS185BBHNSTL) from Vivek & Co. Chennai thinking Samsung will provide quality product since it was in the highest price range at the time of purchase. But I have been proved wrong. Initial 2 years it was fine. Later is started troublesome. Every six months it starts giving some bad odour and when we call the company, the engineer would say gas leakage. I think this is a common scenario with all Samsung ACs. Last Sept again similar bad odour and the engineer suggested to fill up gas. Now within six months again similar issue. We wanted to take it up seriously as we cannot keep on investing since we have purchased the product. Hence we complained in the recent ‘Summer ready Drive’ from Samsung service. They also checked and said the same. But when we said why is the gas leakage very frequent, they said that they have to take the entire outdoor and indoor unit to their service station and check. Finally they have taken the unit on 3rd March vide Service Rqst Bill No.[protected] and now they have given a feedback that the condenser coil is worn out and it has to be replaced, then gas has to be again filled in with a total cost of around 7000/- Net of discounts applicable for the ‘Summer ready drive’. On top of it, they give us coil warranty only for 3 months and for gas leakage only 1 month. What if the problem recurs in another six months? Does it mean since we bought this Samsung product, we need to keep investing again and again. We feel there is some technical issue with your manufacturing quality as this is the feedback given by most of the Samsung AC users. Request the Technical Head to bestow your attention and do the needful as otherwise we need to escalate the same to Consumer Forum to intervene and ensure proper quality assurance. Await your immediate revert.

                              to respected sir through this letter i want to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards fake supply of products of your brand to the customers. VIDHATA ELECTRONICS shop situated at opp.i.g. school, dhand Road, kaithal(136027) Phone:[protected] is doing this.product do not match your warranty condition. even the product provided by him has been stamp of your company.so, it is difficult to find original and fake product.even costumer go to that shop and say him to exchange the product and supply original product to him but that shopkeeper offer him personal warranty but refuse to exchange the product that costumer do many efforts but all were in vain.this lead to disrespect to your brand which is quite popular in market.So, you are requested to look over this matter aur take proper action regarding that.

I have also received message for the eligibility of Free Flip COVER which will be delivered at my current address. Purchase date:21.01.2015 I have not received the flip cover yet.I have called them so many time for delivery but they say that they dispatched the cover. When i ask for tracking n. Of my consignment then they refuses to provide no. and make some other excuses. So kindly help me in getting my flip cover asap.                                     i purchased a samsungPS51F5500ARLXL TVon 4/11/2013 as per bill no 2226 Shiddas city arcade, mangalore 575002 serial no MR3X3PCD8003485 A few days back the said TV stopped working and i reported the matter to servise provider your technician inspected the TV and reported that the panel of the TV has to be replaced which will cost me around 25.000 rs and dint gave any genuine reasons for the fault, i belive that the TV supp lied to me is of a poor quality and the non functioning of the TV is due to manufacture defect hence i request you that the samemay be set right immediately with out charging me any more

                                      There is electric shock on all the metal part of the fridge you are not interested for safety of consumers This is a major fault from your side. After I tried for several times and your service person cannot resolve the issue I am going for file a case in consumer court. Complaints 1 . Electric shock 2 . Electricity wastage. 3 . No safety 4 .                                         Dear sir i was buy samsung 32' H5100 Model on Oct 2014 just 5 month old TV now will face black spots on screen more than 5 nos spots in screen which can be visible on white screen than i call service centre after that engineer visited at my home & he will confirm that my TV panel having problem and this need to change i am surprise to hear that only 5 month old TV panel get defecvtive after my continues follow up till now my TV panel not replace please help us to resolve this issue.
