In last of December-January 2015. I have checked my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY NEO at Service Centre Bhajan Pura, Delhi 54. The staff checked my mobile 3 times and they called me three times at Cente. At last they give my mobile, but when i checked the HANDFREE - JACK was missing. I went to the Centre again and said that Jack is not in my phone.
