I made a Complaint on Dec'14 that my refrigerator no. RT31YVMS is not working. my present complaint no. is [protected]. They send engineer, he rectified and charges Rs.280.00 but after few days it again stopped working. On 2nd Feb'15 an engineer Mr. Praveen visited and told me that he repaired the fault and charged Rs.280.00 but after 10 days again it stopped working, I again made complaints the same engineer visited on 25.02.15 and told that one of its part is not working and charged Rs.913.00 again and said now it will work but it did not work, I again made a complaint on 27.02.15, again the same engineer came and informed that same part is not working and it is under warranty and I will change but he did not change and to my surprise I don't know why their dealers persons came in my absence and told my daughters that part which the engineer has replaced is duplicate, again I asked samsung why and how the dealer persons came directly at my home without my confirmation, then they told that we will send some senior engineer. On Wednesday i.e on 4th march their senior engineer Mr. Dogra with one of his assistance came and informed that its fan motor and part that was replaced on 25th at the cost of Rs.913.00is not working and that part is under warranty we will change the same without charging anything. Now today one of their engineer Mr. Sharukh from samsang came, he replaced the part and refrigerator started working but fan motor was still not working and he told it is not available with us. I told I will get the same repaired from outside since you could not provided the fan motor even after one week of checking that it is not working, then he took the part back which he replaced and compelling me that we will change same on Monday when we will bring fan motor. I told him that the part you have taken back for that I paid Rs.913.00 and why I am being compelled to wait for samsung to get the fan motor repaired on Monday since almost more than one month is over in spite of your engineers visit, my refrigerator is not working. But he took away the part saying that I am not allowed unless I will get the my fan motor changed by samsung only. I tried to convince that for that I paid Rs913.00 but he took away the part. This is service and concern for customers samsung people are showing. Even after making the payment they gave me default part and after knowing it they are not giving me working panel of my refrigerator back and could not provide the fan motor on time and compelling me to get the same rectified from them, whether they take so many days to make that part available. Please arranged to get back my correct panel for which I paid Rs.913.00 and because of their poor service at least Rs.3000/- cost my fruit, vegetable, milk and other items went waste in a months time and I feel panic when they sent their dealers i.e. Mr. Durga's persons at my home without my consent. shiromani bajaj[protected]
