    Purchase one Brand New Samsung Washing Machine Model No. WA65H4000HD from M/s.Amba Aircool, (Ph.[protected], New Delhi., vide Inv.No. AA/3983 dt.31/12/2014 and New machine found to be defective, clothes does not cleaned. Samsung sent their Technicians 3-times and said 2 of its parts should be changed to rectify the deficiency of machine. But I want either my money (Rs.22, 000/- back or One New Washing Machine.       I have buy Samsung Grand Prim Model Number: SM-G530H/DD on dated 21/02.2015. Invoice No: S14/1259 Amount Rs.13500. This phone works so slowly and it get hang during operation. Given specification is of 1 GB RAM but actually phone works like 500 GB RAM also during operating it heat like small heater. I need my money back, Kindly help me for same.

        I registered a complaint to samsung service center regarding my led tv on Feb 15 and service egg vsited my home reported that some parts to be replaced he went .till now no idea about my tv what I want to do .JIJICHANDRAN mob number [protected]

          I have purchased Samsung Split A/c on 26/07/11, model number AS183BGC but there was problem with my ac I booked the service call on 27/01/15 complaint no [protected]. An Engineer visited from the company on 28/01/2015 who charged Rs 225 (Cash Recipt No 8416) and stated that there was problem with A/C compressor and which is under warranty of 5yrs and would be replaced by company. Since than they are changing there word and now every time I book the call engineer comes and refuses to replace the compressor. Again on 25/02/2015 i booked the complaint engineer arrived again he denied to replace the compressor as i asked him to give me the written valid reason for it he denied to do so and asked me to sign on the request form bought by him which i refused since he didn't resolved my problem further he said if i refuse to sign on that form he will cancel the request as his centre did previously and i will not be able to do anything. Again i booked the call yesterday and had spoken to the customer care executive and I was told that this time senior engineer will visit but again that same person called me today and refused to come. K kindly look into the matter and get my problem resolved regards Bijay beriwal

            Hi, I have Phone GT-S7262 H . It is under warranty period . Purchase Date is :02/06/2014 It is having power of batter drainage . Even If I charge it 100 %, Batter gets drained in 2 hours In that regards I went to your service center 4 times and they have literally harassed me . Every time they say problem is fixed but to my dismay problem was never fixed .               i purchased a samsung plasma 64" tv with 5 years extended warranty. it was already broken 3 times in one year. first the mother board was replaced. then the screen that got multi color vertical lines on it, the screen got replaced and after few months the same thing happened and the tv screen was also replaced with another broken screen. i was refered to different case managers and being passed on from one case manager to another that nobody seems to wanting to help me. they are ignoring my case. i have been spending a lot of airtime trying to talk to the service managers and all i got are empty promises that the case will be expedited and resolved. it's been almost 2 months now and im still waiting for my case resolution. my reference is [protected]. i hope by posting this online some form of action will be made. refering me to the same persons handling my case will not help because they will just ignore it again. i tried many many times already and im tired dealing with them. they are not worth my time anymore. i hope somebody from samsung have the guts to resolve this simple issue. im not a happy customer. thanks

                I have recently updated to lollipop but my mobile is getting very slow and following are the issues i am facing while operating mobile after upgrade 1. Frequent crashing to touch wiz home and restarting 2. Mobile is not getting connected to laptop or pc 3. Battery drains too fast 4. Applications crashes very frequently to home screen 5. Wallpaper changing to default 6. Key board crashing while typing Please Reply and give feed back what should be done.. Should I wait or Rollback to Kitkat version Or new firmware correcting this errors is going to be updated soon?

                        Sir I bought a samsung LED Sr no, H01A32NF728120R Model no. 23UH4003 on[protected] from Talala gir, district Junagadh Gujarat. There is problem of speaker. Its sounds cracks . I tried on external media but its sounds still is not good. Therefore, I request you to change the speaker of my LED and do the needful.

                            I purchase above mentioned TV on dtd 20/10/2013 from Patel Appliances Ahmedabad but recently problem occurred in TV that screen became dark but audio was ok I complaint to Samsung service centre and person from centre came and examined TV and told that panel is required to be replaced and will be costing about Rs.22000.Now here I will like to tell that when my TV is about 1 yr and 4 month old such type of problem occurred and for that I have to pay Rs. 22000 against my purchase cost of Rs. 61000 is not viable.Hence you are requested to look in the matter and resolve my problem without any financial burden on me.I know Samsung is a reputed name and my all home appliances are from Samsung I look forward that as I am your long way customer you surely will resolve my problem.My contact no [protected]

                              I, Dr. Dipty Bohora - Patnaik, W/O Maj. S.R. Patnaik, had registered with samsung customer care for change of my refrigerator gasket. The request for the same was made on call, on saturday, the 21st february 2015. Ref no. is [protected]. Model no. of the refrigerator is RT26FCTR1/CTL/2012. The serial no. is R0084PAC200057M. Their so called engineer reached today, that is, the 26th of february, for changing the gasket. The so called new gasket was torn at atleast 5 different places. The company is charging exorbitantly high for these gaskets. I was informed that the cost would be rupees 2, 613. Why should a gasket cost this high? Is their no regulation on the spare part prices? Is this happening all over the world, or, only in India? Paying is also not an issue. What about the quality? Why should we, as helpless consumers, just nod and say yes to whatever the company says? Please look into the matter ASAP. Thank you.

                                Hi Samsung team,

                                I had purchased a 40 inch SAMSUNG LED TV (model 40H5100) from Samsung Plaza located at Chromepet Chennai Tamilnadu India.

                                I saw a black spot appearing at the screen and complained to the store where I bought the TV. They then came home and did a service. It all looked good until today when I started seeing the black spot again.

                                I highly recommend that you take this complaint immediately into consideration and provide me another TV of the same model

                                  My 32inch Samsung LED TV has a defect with Display Panel, which was resolved twice in an year within warranty, soon after the repair it was diagnosed to be damaged thrice within 2 months of repair. This clearly is a substandard service from Samsung. I have already complaint in service centre for the same, however they are saying we cant do anything and it has to be repaired again at a cost of 16000.00 INR approximately. Does that means i should be prepared to spend 32000.00 anally for repair of a product worth 32000.00. The product is still lying in the service centre at Patna(Bihar) Please help as i am frustrated with the poor level of service and response from Samsung.                                     I had purchased an LED TV in the month of April 2014.In October 2014 the display of the same went blank, we had registered the compliant with the Samsung Customer Care Number immediately. Despite our various call and reminders nothing was done until late December 2014. Within a month of the repiar being done the display went back to the earlier situation i.e. completely blank. We registered the compliant once again on 9th day of January 2015 vide complaint no [protected]. We have been continuously for the last 45 days have been following up with the Samsung and its service centre people, but till today the service centre people are stating the same reason that we have ordered the panel and the same is still awaited. I am unsure on whom to point finger on the service centre or the samsung call centre, but in this chicken and egg situation its us who are being harassed. We have not been able to enjoy the tv at all. Also, I have doubt on the quality of panel being used by service centre people as the same did not even survive a month after being repaired. The samsung service centre people are simply trying to while away time so that my warranty expires. These people at service centre, mirzapur are highly incoporative and rude. And this is also paid earlier after that I will get my handset. Please help me now its going more frustrating for me. Really your customer care and service center don't care about customer and always line up with wrong and misleading reverts. In starting they assured me that you will receive your handset within 14 days. But still I didn't receive my handset. Today I received the email after complaining many portal and now they are changing the issue. Now they are demanding the money to repair the handset. Here I want to give your kind attention that I have already insured my handset and if still i have to pay money then what the benefit of insurance. Please don't try to fool to customer.                                       I hereby inform you that I was complaint against my handset on dated 16.01.15 and handset has been taken from me on dated 23.01.15. After that I never get a single call from your side regarding the status of my handset. Even i called to your customer care center a lot of time but they didn't give me any satisfactory revert. Still after one month your customer care executive excusing me that we have no status regarding your handset. some times they put it on insurance side and some times put it delay due to leave of engineer who is taken care of my handset.

                                      I'm just asking you can you please tell me that how any one survive in today's era without a cell phone. Your executive gave me such a damaged handset which hanged during the dialing time and even a lot of time its not possible to pick any important call.

                                      I request you please arrange my handset as soon as possible because you already have taken so much time. In starting I got a confirmation call that I will get my handset within 14 days but now its cross the 1 month. Its my polite email please take it seriously otherwise now I will move on to another level to lodge my complaint.

                                        I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S on 24.01.2015. I registered for complimentary book cover on 25.01.2015. I received a confirmation on 27.01.2015 that the book cover will reach you in 10 days. I confirmed with Samsung representative that the colour of the cover will be Titanium Bronze (colour of the Tab I bought). After that I had contacted their customer care several times regarding the delay in the delivery of the product. I was told that delay is due to the unavailability of the desired colour and it will take some time. I recived the cover today and it is WHITE in colour. I called Samsung customer care and now I'm told that I cannot get colour of my choice and it is subject to availability. Are they kidding me? And the cover which they sent me after a month was hanging in that shop from where I bought the TAB, 20 MINUTES away from my home. Just because the cover is complimentary can Samsung treat their customers like ? I paid 40k for the Tab to tolerate this nonsense. Don't claim something as complimentary if Samsung doesn't have the capability to fulfill it! I am not going to keep that WHITE cover and I want it replaced as soon as possible. Let me give Samsung two more options: 1. If they cant provide me the desired colour, take back the cover and give me the equivalent amount (which they claim in their advertisements!!) and I'll arrange the cover myself. 2. If they can't do that either, take back Titanium Bronze Tab which I have and replace it with White one! I guess they have plenty of those. I am not going to keep that WHITE cover. Expecting Samsung's reply soon. And please get someone sensible to talk to me!
