i bought a samsung note3 nearly 6 months ago, since the very begining the set was having a problem of getting unbearably hot every time i start a game. i palced a complaint at the customer care, they took the device twice but nothing was done..now they say that the device is not suitable for playing games..even if it has a quad core processor and 3gb of ram..they simply dont want to solve the problem as i still have the warranty period..they was want to avoid the cost they may have to incur in repairing my device.

I purchased Samsung Galaxy S 6 from Reliance Empress Mall Nagpur. I booked device on[protected] and received delivery on[protected] being my son's birthday).
immediately it comes to notice that the device is not functioning properly. on[protected], faults were brought to the notice of Reliance.
They told that device has major faults and advice us to see service center Dharmpeth Nagpur.
Samsung Service center told that device is having ""lock key, back ket light not working and set over heating".
Product is under warranty. Service centre told that faulty parts will replaced at free of costs within three to four days but totally rejected demand for entire device replacement. This being a premium device and overheating will be a perpetual problem and therefore I request that the handset be replaced.
Sir, I wish this device be replaced by entirely new device.

    As I am Arun kumar([protected]) I bought New Samsung galaxy S5(SM-900HZBAINS) On 29/01/2015 from the THE PHONE STORE located in Koramangala Bangalore, KARNATAKA.
    On 1st and 2nd of feb I noticed that the phone is to get heated when not in use also
    PROBLEM 1: when in normal use the phone used get heated heavily and
    PROBLEM 2:IT WAS BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 WORTH RS 34900/-, STARTED GETTING HANG WITHIN A TWO DAYS THAT TO 4 APPLICATIONS USED.
    PROBLEM 3:Compare to my other Samsung galaxy s5 this brand new was very bad in battery backupOn 2nd of feb I had been authorized service centre (TELENET SERVICE CENTRE ) which is located in koramangala Bangalore so there was huge crowd in service so came back to the The phone Store where I bought Samsung galaxy S5.On the same day I spoke with Samsung promoter (Vijay) even he noticed that the phone is getting heated heavily and he told that he is taking the phone to authorized Samsung service centre and he logged on 3/02/2015(13:36:02).JOB SHEET NUMBER-[protected].There was no update from Service centre I personally went on 9/02/2015 to check about the phone status and directly spoke with Manager (GANAPATHI BHAT) And manager replied that they have sent twice to get a approvel for DOA from Samsung head office and it was rejected.Reasons for rejecting approvel for DOA1. The brand new Samsung galaxy S5 is only getting heated upto 45-46 degree itseems and the Samsung head office people ready to give DOA only if it is more than 48 degree After keeping my in service centre for SIX DAYS service centre people had only checked the heating issue and there was no answer from authorized service centre.And MR.GANAPATHI BHAT (manager )of authoriazed service centre replied that he is helpless and told us to complaint by calling the customer care no[protected] On same day I spoke with samsung customer care executive @4.30 and those people told that they get back with solution for the issue with in 4hours and after waiting for 24hours also no one were bother about my issue and my reference number given from customer care was [protected].2. The next fine day I got a call from Samsung service centre from Chennai saying that he is from SUPERIOR ESCULATION TEAM by NAME-ARAVAZHI told that they cant give the replacement and the phone is ready now, so I argued with regarding the other two issues so HE PROMISED ME by saying that you can go and collect the phone and use for a day and the job sheet will be not closed so that still if you are facing the issues with the phone we are going to replace the phone, so on 19/FEB/2015 I went to service centre to collect the phone @3.00pm and once after getting the phone reached office once more my phone started getting heated and hanging while in the normal use also so @ 6.00pm in the same day I returned back my phone with all full kit and spoke with the manager, and the manager replied that even now I cant help you out unless and until I get a mail from Samsung head office . 3. On the same day I called to customer care to In form regarding the issue and they took 20MIN to connect me for the ESCULATION TEAM and those people informed that there is no history on there system regarding the issue which I have faced and I spoke with them for 45min … and once more they promised me that they are going to call me back with in 4hrs and resolve the issue and on Sunday they had called to my number and informed to go for service centre and once after going there once more those people are giving me the defected piece ….a) AFTER PAYING 34900/- why i should go with the defected phone ????.b) According to doa policy if the phone has a manufacturer defect with the 7days after purchase he should be getting a new phone and still why you people are not ready to give the replacement ?????c) EVEN THE SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE HAVE TOLD THAT MY BRAND NEW PHONE IS GETTING HEATED UPTO 45-46 DEGREE, MY QUESTION TO YOU PEOPLE IS THAT YOU PEOPLE ARE MANUFACTURING SAMRT PHONES OR IRON BOX???d) AFETR KEEPING MY PHONE IN SERVICE CENTRE FOR MORE THAN 20DAYS, STILL YOU PEOPLE CANT RECTIFY THE HANGING ISSUE ??? ARE YOU PEOPLE REALLY USING THE QUALCOMM SNAPDRANGON CHIPSET OR ONLY FOR NAME SAKE YOU ARE TELLING AND USING ANY THIRD CLASS CHIPSETS IN UR PHONES??? e) LAST BUT NOT LEAST EVEN YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE TELLING THAT SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 IS WORST PHONE AND THEY CANT RESLOVE THE ISSUES AND THOSE PEOPLE ARE TELLING YOU HAVE TO GO WITH THIS PHONE ONLY AND Y SHOULD I GO WITH THE DEFECTED PIECE ?????AS REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCTS I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESLOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH REPLACEMENT OR I SHOULD FOR CONUMER COURT TO GET JUSTICE.

      i bought a samsung 3D LED 55inch tv in august 2013 it cost around 1lac 61thousands.In october 2014 it started problems while switching the power on.the screen got hanged several times and it restarted automatically again and again. It was not possible to watch the tv. when we contact with the customer care they send an executive and after checking he told us that the tv display need to be changed and it will cost another 56thousands.I just completed my last EMI for the tv on january 2015. So please tell me is it possible for anyone who buying all products through EMI to change the display with 56000/- within 1.5yrs usage of the tv?? Is it that kind of business generating process that Samsung used to provide??Tell me what i will do?

        Hi With utmost dissatisfaction about Samsung phone (Galaxy S3 i9300), I would like to put forth that this product has the worst in class product quality. Twice it has so happened that this phone's screen blacked out suddenly with no (or little) display available. While it was under warranty the service centre treated it as an external damage and I had to end up paying INR7500 each time. In my wildest pretend, I assumed it to be my mistake. After a couple of months only I figured out that yesterday it again partially went black !! (touch function still working). Being associated with a job profile in which I have to be constantly in touch with my counter parts I had to struggle to make contact and read mails. Because of lack of connectivity I suffered huge embarrassment and monetary loss. This time I pulled up my socks to bring into light this completely annoying situation. I am expecting Samsung to resolve my problem earliest possible or I would be very much willing to take this up with the consumer court and other forums at their apex level !!         To my extreme astonishment and resentment Samsung Electronics India has completely failed to address my problem. All I am struggling with now is the Samsung email support's tele calls who are just trying to digress me from the issue by unlogical explainations!! Inspite of their instructions to visit service centre and send pictorial alibis they are just meaning to suppress the issue by any means!!

        I am completely in a fix by this image of Samsung, and now I have a very negative imagination and belief about the problem solving capacity of other samsung products that i am owning.

        I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SAMSUNG PRODUCTS TO ANYONE!!

        After interaction with the service executive sent to me to check my phone I am now more than convinced that Samsung support has to defend the screen black out as "external damage" by hook or crook!!

        The executive Mr Ashok now says that even a scratch on the surface of screen or any part will be considered as external damage. If Samsung believes that a phone will remain scratch free even after 2 years then it should provide some expert quality too..

        I hence forth rest my mail trail here. Having said this I am definitely moving to Apex consumer complaints forum to address the entire harassment fiasco..

          We purchased our Samsung washing machine just a few years ago: model #WA422PRHDWR/AA. Serial # YOIY5AECCoo908F. It has been quite a disappointment in that the drum/agitator is cracked and not spinning. Clothes are coming out not as clean as should be and it doesn't complete its cycle. The clothes gather in one area and therefore causes it to become unbalanced. Secondly, we purchased a 50 inch Samsung flatscreen television. It has many lines down the center. Although it was purchased approximately 5 years ago, the lines appeared within the first 2 years. It is unusable as you cant enjoy anything as it divides the screen and makes it unpleasant to watch. The two items combined cost well over 2 thousand dollars. We don't have that kind of money to throw away as we are raising three children in this difficult economy.A very disappointed customer- WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN NOR WILL YOU RECEIVE ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM US TO OTHERS REGARDING YOUR PRODUCTS. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING TO OTHERS.

            I have purchased a Front Loading Washing Machine on 07.10.2011 with Model No.GWI 5511 RES SLR. I have lodged a complaint on 21.2.2015 with Call No.W[protected] & Secret Code is 312. The Mechanic visited on 23.2.2015 and told that the PCB & Motor was not functioning and it should be replaced for which an amount of Rs.16000/- (an huge amount for me) is required for this purpose. In this regard, it is informed that during warranty period, the machine was repaired so many times. Further I am not able to spend this huge amount for repairing since it was purchased only in Oct. 2011 i.e. 3 years & 4 months and only 1 year 4 months past after 2 years warranty period. Now I proposed that you may repair the machine by a marginal amount i.e. below Rs.5000/- for which I able to pay or may be replaced the same at your level.               I had taken a matrix sim card for Johannesburg for good 21 days. I was quite disappointed that my sim didn’t work for the first day, as I was facing issues with getting the right network. While I had called the customer care seeking an explanation for this, Anisha who was handling my queries did so rightfully well. Not only did she inform me of the network congestion, infact she waived off the rental as well for that day. Infact I was quite surprised when I saw an email from her end, apologizing for the inconvenience and assured that the network issues have been resolved and I wouldn’t have any issues for the rest of the days. It was really kind of her to do so. Thanks Guys !

                नया सेमसंग मीनी एस 4 मीनी सेमसंग डीलर आशा कलेक्‍शन भोपाल से दिनांक 23 दिसम्‍बर 2014 को खरीदा । क्रय दिनांक से हैण्‍डसेंट नेटवर्क सर्च नहीं कर था बार बार बंद हो रहा था सर्विस सेंटर एम पी नगर भोपाल मे जनवरी 2015 को दिखाया तो उन्‍होने साफटवेयर अपडेट कर दिया और कहा अब नहीं होगा परंतु प्राब्‍लम खत्‍म नहीं हुई दिनांक 10 फरवरी 2015 को फिर सर्विस सेंटर गया तो बताया कि नेटवर्क बोर्ड मे खराबी है आज 20 दिन से उपर हो गये सर्विस सेंटर से मोबाईल मिला नहीं बताते है कि सामग्री की कमी है । मै एक लोअर मिडिल क्‍लास का व्‍यक्ति होकर मैने 13500 का मोबाईल पहली बार बडी चाहत से लिया कि मै भी स्‍मार्ट फोन यूजर बनू परंतु मेरे सपने सब मिटटी मे मिल गये जब नया मोबार्इ्रल सेट 2 माह भी नहीं चला जिसमें नेटवर्क बोर्ड आदि खराब है तो अब आप ही बताये वो नया काहे का हुआ कंपनी मुझे इस सेंट के बदले नया सेट दे तो ठीक होगा यदि आज नेटवर्क खराबी है और सुधार हो या मतलब मोबाईल को ओपन कर उस पर वर्क किया गया ठीक है एक साल तो सर्विस देगे उसके बाद खराब हुआ तो मै कहॉ जाउगा ।

                  I was purchased the Samsung Note 4 on 26th Jan'15, in under 3 weeks it started giving me the display issue, It was displaying a green vertical line on the display, So, I went to the Samsung Plaza, Vileparle on20th Feb'15 for necessary repairs/replacement, Service person told me to solve this issue he needs
                  to replace the display, Bill No for this repair was- [protected], I'm also attaching a copy of 'Acknowledgement of Service Request' I given my Note 4 to service person with clear instructions that "I'm
                  giving my Note 4 in scrachless condition, no scratches will be tolerated by me after your repairs", I got my Note 4 on the same day at around 5:30 PM, I checked the display it was working fine, The mobile had some type of very fine sticky chemical liquid on it, I was taken my Note 4 back with faith on service person, But, when I wipe that
                  chemical layer with a cloth I find that there were a dent/impact mark on front side of the bezel & also the backside of the phone was looking yellowish like it was changed, I was using Samsung s-view cover
                  from the first day o[censored]se of my Note 4, before the repairs It was looks like I was just opened a sealed pack phone, I will not tolerate this type of mistake/fraud, We don't by 52K+ smartphones to get this type of careless service.I need a replacement against my Note 4 ASAP

                    Hi Samsung India I Lakshman Kumar from Hyderabad, recently Samsung India Hyderabad promote Samsung Gear Watch contest in a FM radio. My daughter was one of the winner and we received the Prize. After checked at home i found it was used by some one and also not contain Charger. Immediately i reported to the FM people they told me they are given how they received as it is and they suggested to contact the Even Manager. I spoke to the Manager and he agrees to collect back and give it another one. We return to the Smart want to the Event Manager and he collect that there is no response from the Even Manager. I reported to the Samsung India people by their online-feed back. They are called me and the officer is told there are not take the response with the Even Manager action.                       In last of December-January 2015. I have checked my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY NEO at Service Centre Bhajan Pura, Delhi 54. The staff checked my mobile 3 times and they called me three times at Cente. At last they give my mobile, but when i checked the HANDFREE - JACK was missing. I went to the Centre again and said that Jack is not in my phone. They checked and said to me that Sir, now we do not have a JACK, you can come on after 3/4 days . We will give you that. But when i went there after 3/4 days. The centre was not there. I was shocked. Than i decided to go another Service Centre. I went to Krishna Nagar, Delhi Centre, it was too not there. Than i went to Arjun Nagar, Delhi-51 centre. They told me that you are (hardware) part is missing. So the set is not in Warranty. So help me in this regard. it look like that SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE making fool to the customer.

                        We bought a SAMSUNG TV in January 2014 WITH MODEL UA 32F5100AR Code UA32F5100ARLXL Version C501.Hardly 1 year is over the TV had started having complaints .On fine morning nothing is seen in screen No audio and No Video.It is 32inches LED TV. We have spent more than 35000/- to buy this from Pangod military canteen.We registered a complaint and the number is [protected].Now from the company people came and checked and found that the PANEL is complaint and told that it will cost more than 18000/- for changing the same.We feel it is not worth spending so much on a TV which even did not withstand for one year from the date of purchase. Is this the kind of quality SAMSUNG TV has? Charging exorbitantly is not fair for a poor quality spares.We have lost confidence in the BRAND. N. RAMAKRISHNAN mail ID [protected]@gmail.com

                        My A/c. No. [protected] and my complaint No. [protected]. My TV cost Rs. 78, 900/-. I registered the complaint on 16/05/2015 for a black shade on the TV and your technician checked the TV and said that the panel (display) got failed and it must be replaced and it cost around Rs. 23, 000/-.
                        But when my TV was 13 months old there was the same problem and you replaced it on 5-2-2015 for free of cost. Now it is only 3 months after replacing a new panel.
                        So I request you to replace the panel with 50% of the panel cost for me. Because within 17 months of purchase of TV two times the panel got failed. So I will pay only 50% of the panel cost. As a No. 1 product I bought the Samsung brand and I am very much depressed and put into mental agony.
                        So again I request you to make arrangement for replacing the panel at 50% of the panel cost otherwise I will be forced to take necessary legal action against you for replacing the same.

                          Dear Sir, We are the Samsung Customer.We bought a washing machine from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS at Kondapur, Hyderabad on 14th February'2015.At that time the sales person told that they didn't have the stock, and they would deliver the same in good condition from the go-down and we believed. But after delivery when we unpacked the machine before the technician, we found many scratches and spots(not erase able) on both side of the machine. Immediately we made a complain to the dealer and, Samsung person took the complain. And they started to make a lot of excuses and every time we had to contact them and even not got a phone call from their side. This time when we asked them to bring the machine in show room so that we can check the machine befor replacement and that time they are arguing that they dont have the authority to open the pack, whatever Samsung company delivers and they delivers the same thing to the customer.Anyways at last we managed to get the replacement on 20th Feb' 2015, Again we found some scratches on the lid of the washing machine. But we did not make any complain to the dealer, because we thought that it is better to inform you than the dealer. We are really fed-up. We are not satisfied with their service and behavior. I am writing this letter hoping that you will take the immediate action. Coimbatore in November 2013 with the following specification : Sl. No.mr2p3pbd801079d Model No.ua32f5500arlxl For the last few days only sound is heard and no picture is appearing and after complaining under complaint No.[protected] Ref ac [protected] your expert has visited our house to rectify the defect and on verification it was informed to us that the LED bulb / picture tube has been damaged and requires replacement and will cost around Rs.12000/- In this connection I wish to inform you that this LED TV was purchased under EMI scheme with great financial difficult and after a period of one year the picture tube has gone means it is difficult for us to replace at the above cost. I earnestly request you to replace the same free of cost at the earliest. We are a regular customer of samgsung brand but this TV has embarrased us a lot.                               Hello Sir I was brought a Samsung Grand Neo GT-i9060 on 11 Apr 2014 from City Electronic, Booth No. 31, Sector 29D, Chandigarh, PIN 160020. City Electronics offer me to buy Samsung Grand Neo GT-i9060 on 10% cash back through HDFC Credit Card. I make payment and ask any receipt about my 10% but they say "don't worry it will be auto debit into your bank account" I just get my bill and other receipt document and go to my home . After 1 month i make call them that i still not get my 10% cash back then they said that it will be debited after 50 days. I make another call after 60-70 days then they said that it will be come to your account after 90 days. I call them after 6 month and they said that Fwd us your receipts and slips of phone at [protected]@gmail.com (email written on their invoice). I collect all receipt and send them through my mail on 29/09/2014 but did not get any reply of that mail. I continue my followup through phone and email. I make another mail on 17/10/14, 28/10/2014 but I never get their reply through email. Then I start following with my bank and customer care of Samsung Company Website. Bank agent said that they are not able to see that discount and you also don't have any written proof of 10% cash back. I contact Samsung at[protected] and [protected] they said that a seller can offer a discount and his marchant will pay you. Again after one month I compose a mail and fwd to [protected]@gmail.com and Email contant given below To [protected]@gmail.com from [protected]@northerndesigns.net "Hello Sir! After lot of efforts now Am going for complain to consumer Court that I had been cheated by City Electronic, Booth No. 31, Sector 29D, Chandigarh 160020 on 11th Apr 2014. Reply of Pinelab is give below Dear Sir/Mam According to transaction charge-slip swipe amount is Rs 17000/-, And EMI booked on Rs 16054.80/- after deducting the manufacture payback[protected].20 =16054.80) Your monthly EMI will be 1416.70 X 12 = 17000.40 (With Interest). Trust it clarified Ok this is ok my EMI is 1416.70 per month. But where is my cash back they are talking about 945.20. and that is not 10% of 17000/-. Then I call to Pinelabs agent and he said that it was 5% manufacture discount. After this I call back to City Electronics and they provide me a number of a Samsung area manager([protected] karan malhotra).                                 A new handset ( Samsung galaxy core prime ) was purchased by us on 31/01/15 from Delhi electronics, shop no.10, Qutab Plaza, Gurgaon . Name of the person : Vijay Taneja, Contact :[protected], [protected] . the phone is not working, our complaints were not taken in consideration, he tried to cheat us . Kindly get the phone replaced as it is in warranty period .

                                  I had purchased a Samsung LED 46 inch TV in march 2012 and had paid a handsome amount of money approx 1.10 lacs for the sam. Less than 2 years since the time i have bought the TV, there are some line appearing on the screen. When contacted your support numbers, they had send an engineer to visit the place who also charged me a handsome of Rs 1000 for visiting. After checking, he said it seems there is some issue with the screen most probably, but before that he will replace some part and check if that resolves the issue. Also, he recommended why have we not taken the extended warranty. But since we were not told by any one we never had taken and if i was told Samsung product won''t work for more than 2 years I would had definitely taken the extended warranty. For repair they were asking for 60, 000 and then after negotiation they said 30, 000. Such a cheap company I have never seen As a consumer, it is such a disappointment that as a Samsung brand the product does not last for even 2 years. A product which cost more than 1 lac and that does not work for even 2 years is disappointment.                                     I Purchased LED Smart Tv from Samsung.It was showing some black spots.I called company and they replaced it.The Replaced tv is also creating the same poblem.There is a manufacturing defect in the TV.Now they are not refunding my money. I request you to resolve this issue asap.

                                      After being Sony loyalists for over 30 years, I switched over to a Samsung LED TV at the influence and persuasion of my dealer in Kolkata. Least did we realise on purchase that we would have to put up with an inferior quality product and a dead panel (heart of the television) in just over 16 months from the date of purchase. Usually panels manufactured by well know credible brands last long enough to give you value for money. Unfortunately, in my case the panel started developing abnormal dark cloudy patches six months back. They caught my attention and my concern but then I ignored the symptoms on the belief that things couldn't possibly go wrong so early on with a brand like Samsung. Today morning 7.00 a.m. the television finally stopped working. An engineer came to my house, inspected the TV and quoted approximately Rs15000 which is over 35 percent of the actual TV cost. I am upset and disappointed and have registered a complaint with customer care on grounds of poor quality issues and have demanded that the TV be replaced. The television wasn’t delivered to me with the right quality benchmarks in the first instance and a replacement or free of cost panel replacement is justified. An inherent initial defect in the product is the only plausible reason which led to its untimely death. I require a solution from Samsung either to replace my TV or to replace the panel free of cost. This is such a frustrating experience. I trusted Samsung for its promise, its quality and its brand value. To me that promise is broken with unconvincing excuses from the company that holds my luck largely responsible than its own product. How is Samsung going to retain its existing customers with such petty performance? At the present moment, I do not have a mutually agreeable solution from Samsung Customer Care. They more concerned about billing me Rs15000 rather than being considerate about me being cheated on their promises.

                                        I purchased a Galaxy Gear S Smartwatch and have enjoyed it. However, after owning it barely more than a month, I discovered a problem with the design. The cradle on the back of the device (for changing) clips onto the back through the use of two slim plastic clips. I was clipping the mount onto the back on my watch when one of the clips snapped. I attempted to call Samsung about this issue only to discover that they considered this "damage" - as though I had broken the watch - and wouldn't support it (wanting me to spent 40 dollars to buy a new one). This is ridiculous. The watch cradle broke in the process of normal activity and proper use (attaching and detaching from the back of the watch). The fact that they would not support this or acknowledge the fact that these thin plastic pieces are easily broken and try to blame the user for it is a cruel joke. And I will be posting about this issue on every single web-forum, review for the watch, and other outlet that I can find that people are searching for discussing/review various smart watches.
