    Dear sir, I have purchased Samsung Mobile on 27/12/14, within 2 times time there are lot problems. Camera is not working getting camera failed. Ringing volume automatically gets to 0 level When out going is made the opposite person cannot hear my voice, they will disconnect & they will call to me then i will speech. When incoming is there automatically my speech will get dis-connected, the opposite person voice can hear from me, but my voice will not be hear by opposite person. In touch the numbers automatically gets larger. When i contacted your service center @Porur Chennai they told MOTHER BOARD & CAMERA need to replace they are not having stock & they not collected the phone. Then i gave the same to your Velachery service center, your customer team they said that shop is authorized center, but in the job slip it is mentioned as authorized service center, this the way your Cheating the customer... I got the mobile from velachery service & i gave the mobile to ASCENT Enterprise in Chennai the bill no is [protected] on 03/03/15 after given the mobile, i have not received any reply/status from your service center staff's, today i called to your service center they said CAMERA is not available with them it will take another 5 days to get ready. Pl note : 1 .Already i gave mobile to velachery service center for 4 days 2. Now another 1 week time 3.This is my 2nd mail to your office. 4.       I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Smartphone from Croma, Mumbai dated: 07/01/2015. The phone purchased by me showed a pixelated glowing spot on the screen continuously for a few days and on 15/01/2015. I intimated your service center that I was out of town (international travel. I have my visa and boarding pass should you require evidence of travel) and would reach Bombay and speak with them. On return, I called the service center again on 26th Feb and requested an Engineer to diagnose the problem. I was told there is a screen problem and it would need to be replaced. He has picked up my device on 28th Feb and was supposed to return it on 1st March. My phone was worked on in your HCL services, Vile Parle Service Center, Mumbai where your Engineer had delivered it. They said it will take 2-3 days more for repair. He returned it yesterday, on 3/3/15 but there are several other issues with the phone now : 1. Screen is very sub-standard. Does not seem like an original Samsung screen. 2. There is a gap between the screen and the frame 3. The edge functions do not work 4. When the night clock feature of the edge is turned on the whole screen glows I am greatly disappointed with the attitude of the service centre officials. I requested for a replacement of my phone since it was found to be defective within 7 days of purchase but they refused to help me in this matter. I require a replacement for the defective smart phone sold to me. A repaired piece is absolutely unacceptable. I gave Samsung one chance by bending down and was willing to accept the repaired device but the workmanship on this phone is just unacceptable. After purchasing the best smart phone your company manufactures, and spending so much on it, the last thing I want to see is a defective piece. I do wish to bring to your notice that I am addressing this letter to you formally lodging my complaint with a request for a free replacement of my defective Samsung Galaxy Note Edge smart phone. I would appreciate you immediate response in the matter. I am facing a lot of inconveniences without my mobile phone. Hope you understand.

        for our w.machin - we r ready to pay breakage part charge. But your Ahmedabad office service
        centre people (Mr. Mayurbhai) demanding Rs:393/00. extra for their service, eventhough the
        w.machin is in warrenty. Why should I (customer) pay ? in warrenty period.
        If the problem not solved from your company till tomorrow, We will never buy SAMSUNG products further.

          Dear sir/Madam, I have purchased samsung S4 GT I 9505 model mobile in singapore. Now I have problem in display and went to samsung authorised service center in chennai.Tambaram. But they have not taken up for service informing me that spareparts not available for the mode p[urchased and you have to do services in singapore only. I am not satisfied with the reply from service center people and I have not been informed such a services not available in inda when I purchased the mobile. Please help me in this regards.

            I have purchased Galaxy S5 after selling my Galaxy S4 and one of the reason that the Galaxy S5 is going to receive the Android L update. In India Samsung has released android L update for S4 a long back and there is no words about the S5. These days samsung is just busy in the marketing of it's new products and no words regarding the S5 update. Samsung should feel shameful for always forgetting their existing users for marking of their existing products. Its better if we purchase other mobile like Motorolla or sony as they always think of their existing Users first. Its nice to see that samsung profits are declining and people are moving to other phones.

                I bought Samsung Ref. no. RT31YVMS in 2008. Since December'14 it is not working properly. I made a complaint in Dec.'14 one service engineer came and did something. it started working but not properly cooling. Again I made complaint and on 2nd Feb'15 Mr. Praveen a service engineer came on 2nd feb'15 and did some repairing and assured that it will be work properly. Again cooling was not there, Again I made a complaint and again Praveen came on 25feb'15 and told that one its part is not working he will bring and changed that. he did the same and charged Rs.913.00 After two days again I notice it is not working I made a complaint, I was told that they will send some senior engineer to check what is the exact problem because Praveen was not checking it properly and every time he said the some part is at default. To my surprise on Monday one fellow enter in my house and told me that your fridge is not working. He came when I was not at home. My daughter was alone in the house. She thought samsung must have sent this person. When she range up and I ask the fellow how did you come when I was not at home He told that Mr. Durga Yadav has sent him. He confirmed that he is not samsung person. To my surprise when I am continuously following up with Samsung only for the last three months, how can an outsider know that my refrigerator is not working and come to my house without informing and confirming me. My current complaint number is [protected]. I want Ms. Komal Mehta who is organizing the visit of service engineer to look into the matter immediately and take action on whosoever the person who has leaked this information and send some outsider which involve a high risk. Mr. praveen number is [protected].

                  I Had Taken Service Centres Also No Use. Mobile Over Heating & 3G call Will Disconnected automatically. Battery Will Down At End Of the Day. Battery Had Bulged.                     Purchase one Brand New Samsung Washing Machine Model No. WA65H4000HD from M/s.Amba Aircool, (Ph.[protected], New Delhi., vide Inv.No. AA/3983 dt.31/12/2014 and New machine found to be defective, clothes does not cleaned. Samsung sent their Technicians 3-times and said 2 of its parts should be changed to rectify the deficiency of machine. But I want either my money (Rs.22, 000/- back or One New Washing Machine.                       I have buy Samsung Grand Prim Model Number: SM-G530H/DD on dated 21/02.2015. Invoice No: S14/1259 Amount Rs.13500. This phone works so slowly and it get hang during operation. Given specification is of 1 GB RAM but actually phone works like 500 GB RAM also during operating it heat like small heater. I need my money back, Kindly help me for same.

                          I have purchased Samsung Split A/c on 26/07/11, model number AS183BGC but there was problem with my ac I booked the service call on 27/01/15 complaint no [protected]. An Engineer visited from the company on 28/01/2015 who charged Rs 225 (Cash Recipt No 8416) and stated that there was problem with A/C compressor and which is under warranty of 5yrs and would be replaced by company. Since than they are changing there word and now every time I book the call engineer comes and refuses to replace the compressor. Again on 25/02/2015 i booked the complaint engineer arrived again he denied to replace the compressor as i asked him to give me the written valid reason for it he denied to do so and asked me to sign on the request form bought by him which i refused since he didn't resolved my problem further he said if i refuse to sign on that form he will cancel the request as his centre did previously and i will not be able to do anything. Again i booked the call yesterday and had spoken to the customer care executive and I was told that this time senior engineer will visit but again that same person called me today and refused to come. K kindly look into the matter and get my problem resolved regards Bijay beriwal

                            Hi, I have Phone GT-S7262 H . It is under warranty period . Purchase Date is :02/06/2014 It is having power of batter drainage . Even If I charge it 100 %, Batter gets drained in 2 hours In that regards I went to your service center 4 times and they have literally harassed me . Every time they say problem is fixed but to my dismay problem was never fixed .                               i purchased a samsung plasma 64" tv with 5 years extended warranty. it was already broken 3 times in one year. first the mother board was replaced. then the screen that got multi color vertical lines on it, the screen got replaced and after few months the same thing happened and the tv screen was also replaced with another broken screen. i was refered to different case managers and being passed on from one case manager to another that nobody seems to wanting to help me. they are ignoring my case. i have been spending a lot of airtime trying to talk to the service managers and all i got are empty promises that the case will be expedited and resolved. it's been almost 2 months now and im still waiting for my case resolution. my reference is [protected]. i hope by posting this online some form of action will be made. refering me to the same persons handling my case will not help because they will just ignore it again. i tried many many times already and im tired dealing with them. they are not worth my time anymore. i hope somebody from samsung have the guts to resolve this simple issue. im not a happy customer. thanks

                                I have recently updated to lollipop but my mobile is getting very slow and following are the issues i am facing while operating mobile after upgrade 1. Frequent crashing to touch wiz home and restarting 2. Mobile is not getting connected to laptop or pc 3. Battery drains too fast 4. Applications crashes very frequently to home screen 5. Wallpaper changing to default 6. Key board crashing while typing Please Reply and give feed back what should be done.. Should I wait or Rollback to Kitkat version Or new firmware correcting this errors is going to be updated soon?

                                    Sir, i am using samsung grand 2 the problem in phone is The front camera of phone is covered with dust and when i went to service center they are just cleaning it bt the problem is still not Resolved The phone is bought on 17/08/2014 its still in warranty Sir i need a proper solution to this or if not than replacement

                                        Sir I bought a samsung LED Sr no, H01A32NF728120R Model no. 23UH4003 on[protected] from Talala gir, district Junagadh Gujarat. There is problem of speaker. Its sounds cracks . I tried on external media but its sounds still is not good. Therefore, I request you to change the speaker of my LED and do the needful.
