On this 6feb, 2015.. I purchased samsung note3 hand set sm-n9000zkeinu, [protected], name of rahul srivastava from parvati electronics, address:sec-b, lda colony, kanpur road, lucknow. Phone:[protected]..
From first day, my handset is too heating, with in 24 hours i am contact to dealers, regarding this.. Dealer advise me to watch set for 2days more...After that
On 10 feb, 2015 handset is still heating, then dealer advice me to go samsung service centre...On 11 feb i went to service centre..Cooling point, address:k-16/17, aashiyana, near power house, lucknow. Phone no.[protected]. But no proper responce from sevice centre.. Handset is just 6 days old.. They are playing with me from dealer to service centre, counter to counter...I complain/bill no. Received from centre is: [protected]. On service centre, mr. Kunal f2f (Employee of that service centre), is agreed with my problem and accept, yes heating problem in my note3 handset.But owner of that service center mr. Pramod mobile no is [protected]. Is create issue, and treat like a football...
Now enough, as per my self pevious, commitment.. I am going to court and social media also..
Plz look into the matter, and no proper responce from my previous mails..I am feel very shame on samsumg company, customer care and products...
