Dear Sir/Madam, I’ve purchased Samsung washing machine [ fully automatic- top loaded machine ] last 11th Feb. 2013 from lucknow utter Pradesh. After used more than 1 year I have observed that many clothes getting fed. Regarding the same issue I have logged complaint with Samsung on 24 Feb 2014. Engineer visited at my home & checked that he has suggested to me that please try to change your detergent powder. I have changed detergent powder and after few months analysed still my clothes are getting fed by machine. Again I requested to Samsung on 8th Feb 2015 within warranty period (Till 10 Feb 2015) please do the needful for me but Samsung reapplied during the last engineer visit no any issue found in machine technically. But I have shown him many clothe which are got fed by machine during that period. And continue i am getting the same problem due to that my thousands value clothes are now use less. Here I am accepting solution for my product Mukesh Srivastava

    I had the board issue on this TV for one month.I complained this corresponding shop.They did not take any actions about this issue for last one month.They asked the same problem again and again.So I complained to customer service.But no one take any actions.So please solve this complaint as soon as possible.

        On this 6feb, 2015.. I purchased samsung note3 hand set sm-n9000zkeinu, [protected], name of rahul srivastava from parvati electronics, address:sec-b, lda colony, kanpur road, lucknow. Phone:[protected]..
        From first day, my handset is too heating, with in 24 hours i am contact to dealers, regarding this.. Dealer advise me to watch set for 2days more...After that
        On 10 feb, 2015 handset is still heating, then dealer advice me to go samsung service centre...On 11 feb i went to service centre..Cooling point, address:k-16/17, aashiyana, near power house, lucknow. Phone no.[protected]. But no proper responce from sevice centre.. Handset is just 6 days old.. They are playing with me from dealer to service centre, counter to counter...I complain/bill no. Received from centre is: [protected]. On service centre, mr. Kunal f2f (Employee of that service centre), is agreed with my problem and accept, yes heating problem in my note3 handset.But owner of that service center mr. Pramod mobile no is [protected]. Is create issue, and treat like a football...
        Now enough, as per my self pevious, commitment.. I am going to court and social media also..

        Plz look into the matter, and no proper responce from my previous mails..I am feel very shame on samsumg company, customer care and products...

            I went to buy Samsung Grand Prime Core which was around 9K at Spice Hotsport in Janakpuri Dist Center. The sales girl showed me the featue of multi window option on a demo pic and said that the neo plus model also have the same feature and the screen size is also big. So I bought the Samsung Grand Neo Plus for around 12K. But when I whent home and checked it didn't had the feature.When I went back to the store to check it they downloaded the multi window app and gave me the set saying that it does have the function. If they had been honest and told me at the first place that it does not have the function I would have bought the Prime model. Now they are not replacing the set nor are they returing the money. Where should I go. We have been running here and there from the past 4 days. Take the complain seriously otherwise I do know how to get my money. My Mobile no is [protected]

              Sir, I am from Chennai. I travelled to Shimoga on Friday 6-Feb-2015 to get medicines for my ailing mother. As I was not feeling well, I came to get medicines from a pharmacy nearby and some how I lost my mobile outside with the headset. The Samsung mobile ACE Duos GT S6802 has dual sim facility and is metallic black. The IMEI Nos are, [protected] and [protected]. I called up the airtel customer care on Saturday morning and blocked the sim cards airtel and vodafone. Requesting your help and support to deactivate the mobile set with the above IMEI, so that it is not misused. I filed FIR Complaint online and the ID is CKH[protected]. Please do the needful.

                no action taken against my complaint regarding subject matter. This is not at all expected from samsung.                   i am getting a black spot while using the camera and i asked about it in the service centre.they said that there is a problem with the lens and is not covered in the warrenty due to scratches on the camera glass and they are charging me about 10000 rs/- for galaxy s5.i bought the phone on november 16th 2014

                    Dear sir/madam, I would like to inform you that I have raised the Complaint My LED Tv Problem Automatic Switch Off Problem We have taken Samsung LED 32 inch, Now LED TV is automatic switch off problem We complain about the same in Samsung customer centre about 3 days ago, In spite of many reminders, they give the same answer that engineer will come tomorrow. What to do now, At the time of taking, Samsung and shopkeeper tell us they give us best service and after taking, they treat us like go to hell.                           Dear Sir/madam, I had purchased Samsung mobile handset six months (Approx) back and I had visited your service centre in Jagat farm in several time for camera problems related to Samsung mobile handset but mobile could not repaired. I want to know whether my mobile will be repaired or not. My mobile is under warranty and to fix this, i will not spend a single a Rs. If not properly i'll take the case in consumer court. Last time i am giving you this information. Please help me to come out with the problems related to your handset, which is causing a very big trouble to me.                               The whole service vertical of Samsung is pathetic. Its almost 1 month that I have complained about the Samsung service center in Marathalli Bangalore to the mail Samsung service call center. After lodging the complain twice (First time they closed it without any action) I see no response, no action, no updates at all. If the organization is not taking its service seriously, I would never like to go for any samsung product here onwards. My plight started 2 months back when my Samsung S4 mobile camera broke. From December 2014, I have been following up with the call center for Samsung S4 camera which they finally got in stock on 5th Jan 2015.(Rct No : 15010175 mob no: SSGT19500 Name : raju cash memo : amt : 4219 rs date : 5 jan 2015) After a day long repair procedure, they returned my mobile only to find out that the Mobile phone vibrator is not working. When I called them up, they asked me to get the phone. On 7th Jan, the phone was kept with them for the whole day. But the response I get after 6 hours is that they do not have the part in stock. Since them I followed every alternate day with them. But the same response. "We will get the stock tomorrow or in the evening". Spoke to the manager- Mr Rahul(contact [protected]). Same laid back, unprofessional response. After spending my energy and money in calling them for 15 days, I finally called up to complain against them in Samsung call center[protected] and lodged a complain (complain number:[protected]) against the Samsung Service Center- Marathalli, Bangalore ( Contact : [protected]/[protected]).They assured me to get a call in 4 hours. But no news whatsoever. After two days, when I called back to find out the status. The status was, the ticket was CLOSED. No call back, no resolution, no updated. Just CLOSED! I reopened the ticket and after a day someone called up. No clue of what the call is all about. But finally agreed to take the complain. Its almost 20 days. I do not hear from them. Today I again called the Samsung service center for checking. Today again no stock. AS usual, "Madam the stock will come tomorrow, please call tomorrow". #FedUpOfSamsungService. Though I am surrounded by Samsung product, I have finally promised myself. NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN THE FUTURE. Dipti - [protected]

                                  I am Neetu Yadav. I took Samsung galaxy Note III Neo on 28th dec, 2014. From day 1, this phone is getting hanged & network issues as well. I talked to customer care people & left my mobile at service center twice. But still this problem is not resolved. Still it is there only. They are updating software, but nothing is working.                                     My Samsung refrigerator was not working, technician came and changed a part (a coil). He took service and part charges as my product was out of warranty. For next 3 days no one was at home, we came back and saw the fridge was not working, again we called to the technician and he said compressor got burst. As per technician and Samsung the coil which was changed should work as fuse, which means if there was any voltage issue then the coil should be burst not the compressor. Due to incorrect part or the technician loose some wire (by mistake) my compressor got burst. Now Samsung is denying to pay for compressor and I had to purchase new fridge (which was not affordable to my pocket as my fridge was in excellent condition). I only request you to please ask them to reimburse the total amount of my new fridge which I purchased due to carelessness of Samsung.

                                      I have a Big Samsung Fridge which is out of warranty now. In 2014 august i called up and reported issue with that fridge as the cooling was off. The telephone support people helped me in trouble shooting and made me adjust the temperature etc etc and dint send a technician stating that this happened due to weather change in all over India so we have done the changes in the temperature this may help. As your fridge is working fine. Then after few days i called the Samsung support again and shouted at them and they sent a technician. The Samsung technician came and changed the Timer and bi metal and charged me 1500 rs. Further the next day same problem repeated and then we called that technician and he came and again changed the same things stating that there was some fault in the piece which he fixed earlier. Further the next day again the same issue and he said that he will come in few days and fix it as he wants the fridge to be running to get a clear picture. Then when he dint come for few days we called him and then he came and then again he changed the same thing Timer and Bi metal and this time he told that there was some wiring issue which he has fixed and now the issue is solved. Again the next day same issue. Then when we called him he said that he will come when he has to cross my area. Then after many follow ups he came and did clean inside the freezer box and told now the issue is resolved. He also told that samsung company pays only 20 rs for petrol allowance hence he cannot manage to come whenever we call him immediately. Finally still now the issue is not resolved. I spoke to samsung phone support and spoke to the supervisor and they said that they will refund my service charges of 1500 rs and also promised that any senior tech will come and fix the issue. Still now no Refund and no senior tech visited. I am shocked by this kind of response and really feel happy that i dint buy my TV or AC from samsung else my life would have been screwed up. I want to take a serious action aainst this company. I am ready to spend money to make them suffer as the mental torture which i got from these people is priceless. My Phone number[protected].                                         Purchase a Samsung Phone Galaxy Note 3 from Estore Samsung Site.After the purchase made online the Phone was dispatched using Fed Ex India from gurgoan location. On 28th Jan the Consignment reached to Jaipur location and was stucked there with Tracking message in Fed Ex site as "Shipment Exception" when called FedEx and complained that why consignment is kept hold there for more then 10 days they keep on saying that there was a surprise SALES AUTHORITY CHECK and there entire container is seized and not giving any timelines or confirmation of delivery and also telling that they cannot do anything here. Now my Order is hanged and I don't know whether i will get my Device also or not. My Order number from Samsung India Store is : Order no: 1329757 Airway Bill Number[protected] From past 7-8 days i am either calling samsung India and Fed Ex and not getting any prompt reply .. This is frustating and utter harassment to the customer. Who is responsible for this .. Samsung India either should solve this matter or Provide me a new device from different courier.
