Dear Sir, We are the Samsung Customer.We bought a washing machine from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS at Kondapur, Hyderabad on 14th February'2015.At that time the sales person told that they didn't have the stock, and they would deliver the same in good condition from the go-down and we believed. But after delivery when we unpacked the machine before the technician, we found many scratches and spots(not erase able) on both side of the machine. Immediately we made a complain to the dealer and, Samsung person took the complain. And they started to make a lot of excuses and every time we had to contact them and even not got a phone call from their side. This time when we asked them to bring the machine in show room so that we can check the machine befor replacement and that time they are arguing that they dont have the authority to open the pack, whatever Samsung company delivers and they delivers the same thing to the customer.Anyways at last we managed to get the replacement on 20th Feb' 2015, Again we found some scratches on the lid of the washing machine. But we did not make any complain to the dealer, because we thought that it is better to inform you than the dealer. We are really fed-up. We are not satisfied with their service and behavior. I am writing this letter hoping that you will take the immediate action.     Dear Sirs With regret I write to inform you that a LED 32" samgsung TV was purchased on EMI scheme from Vasanth and Co. Coimbatore in November 2013 with the following specification : Sl. No.mr2p3pbd801079d Model No.ua32f5500arlxl For the last few days only sound is heard and no picture is appearing and after complaining under complaint No.[protected] Ref ac [protected] your expert has visited our house to rectify the defect and on verification it was informed to us that the LED bulb / picture tube has been damaged and requires replacement and will cost around Rs.12000/- In this connection I wish to inform you that this LED TV was purchased under EMI scheme with great financial difficult and after a period of one year the picture tube has gone means it is difficult for us to replace at the above cost. I earnestly request you to replace the same free of cost at the earliest. We are a regular customer of samgsung brand but this TV has embarrased us a lot.       Hello Sir I was brought a Samsung Grand Neo GT-i9060 on 11 Apr 2014 from City Electronic, Booth No. 31, Sector 29D, Chandigarh, PIN 160020. City Electronics offer me to buy Samsung Grand Neo GT-i9060 on 10% cash back through HDFC Credit Card. I make payment and ask any receipt about my 10% but they say "don't worry it will be auto debit into your bank account" I just get my bill and other receipt document and go to my home . After 1 month i make call them that i still not get my 10% cash back then they said that it will be debited after 50 days. I make another call after 60-70 days then they said that it will be come to your account after 90 days. I call them after 6 month and they said that Fwd us your receipts and slips of phone at [protected]@gmail.com (email written on their invoice). I collect all receipt and send them through my mail on 29/09/2014 but did not get any reply of that mail. I continue my followup through phone and email. I make another mail on 17/10/14, 28/10/2014 but I never get their reply through email. Then I start following with my bank and customer care of Samsung Company Website. Bank agent said that they are not able to see that discount and you also don't have any written proof of 10% cash back. I contact Samsung at[protected] and [protected] they said that a seller can offer a discount and his marchant will pay you. Again after one month I compose a mail and fwd to [protected]@gmail.com and Email contant given below To [protected]@gmail.com from [protected]@northerndesigns.net "Hello Sir! After lot of efforts now Am going for complain to consumer Court that I had been cheated by City Electronic, Booth No. 31, Sector 29D, Chandigarh 160020 on 11th Apr 2014. City Electronics offer me to buy (Samsung Grand Neo GT-i9060) on 10% cash back through HDFC Credit Card. Still am waiting for that offer. Last time requesting you Sir Please update me regarding this offer as soon as possible other wise I will be complaint against you to our Honorable Court. Reply of Pinelab is give below Dear Sir/Mam According to transaction charge-slip swipe amount is Rs 17000/-, And EMI booked on Rs 16054.80/- after deducting the manufacture payback[protected].20 =16054.80) Your monthly EMI will be 1416.70 X 12 = 17000.40 (With Interest). Trust it clarified Ok this is ok my EMI is 1416.70 per month. But where is my cash back they are talking about 945.20. and that is not 10% of 17000/-. Then I call to Pinelabs agent and he said that it was 5% manufacture discount. After this I call back to City Electronics and they provide me a number of a Samsung area manager([protected] karan malhotra).           I had purchased a Samsung LED 46 inch TV in march 2012 and had paid a handsome amount of money approx 1.10 lacs for the sam. Less than 2 years since the time i have bought the TV, there are some line appearing on the screen. When contacted your support numbers, they had send an engineer to visit the place who also charged me a handsome of Rs 1000 for visiting. After checking, he said it seems there is some issue with the screen most probably, but before that he will replace some part and check if that resolves the issue. Also, he recommended why have we not taken the extended warranty. But since we were not told by any one we never had taken and if i was told Samsung product won''t work for more than 2 years I would had definitely taken the extended warranty. For repair they were asking for 60, 000 and then after negotiation they said 30, 000. Such a cheap company I have never seen As a consumer, it is such a disappointment that as a Samsung brand the product does not last for even 2 years. A product which cost more than 1 lac and that does not work for even 2 years is disappointment.             I Purchased LED Smart Tv from Samsung.It was showing some black spots.I called company and they replaced it.The Replaced tv is also creating the same poblem.There is a manufacturing defect in the TV.Now they are not refunding my money. I request you to resolve this issue asap.

              After being Sony loyalists for over 30 years, I switched over to a Samsung LED TV at the influence and persuasion of my dealer in Kolkata. Least did we realise on purchase that we would have to put up with an inferior quality product and a dead panel (heart of the television) in just over 16 months from the date of purchase. Usually panels manufactured by well know credible brands last long enough to give you value for money. Unfortunately, in my case the panel started developing abnormal dark cloudy patches six months back. They caught my attention and my concern but then I ignored the symptoms on the belief that things couldn't possibly go wrong so early on with a brand like Samsung. Today morning 7.00 a.m. the television finally stopped working. An engineer came to my house, inspected the TV and quoted approximately Rs15000 which is over 35 percent of the actual TV cost. I am upset and disappointed and have registered a complaint with customer care on grounds of poor quality issues and have demanded that the TV be replaced. The television wasn’t delivered to me with the right quality benchmarks in the first instance and a replacement or free of cost panel replacement is justified. An inherent initial defect in the product is the only plausible reason which led to its untimely death. I require a solution from Samsung either to replace my TV or to replace the panel free of cost. This is such a frustrating experience. I trusted Samsung for its promise, its quality and its brand value. To me that promise is broken with unconvincing excuses from the company that holds my luck largely responsible than its own product. How is Samsung going to retain its existing customers with such petty performance? At the present moment, I do not have a mutually agreeable solution from Samsung Customer Care. They more concerned about billing me Rs15000 rather than being considerate about me being cheated on their promises.

                I purchased a Galaxy Gear S Smartwatch and have enjoyed it. However, after owning it barely more than a month, I discovered a problem with the design. The cradle on the back of the device (for changing) clips onto the back through the use of two slim plastic clips. I was clipping the mount onto the back on my watch when one of the clips snapped. I attempted to call Samsung about this issue only to discover that they considered this "damage" - as though I had broken the watch - and wouldn't support it (wanting me to spent 40 dollars to buy a new one). This is ridiculous. The watch cradle broke in the process of normal activity and proper use (attaching and detaching from the back of the watch). The fact that they would not support this or acknowledge the fact that these thin plastic pieces are easily broken and try to blame the user for it is a cruel joke. And I will be posting about this issue on every single web-forum, review for the watch, and other outlet that I can find that people are searching for discussing/review various smart watches.

                        I have purchased samsung galaxy A5 on 10th feburary 2015 and now i am having some network issues with the handset. I have submitted that handset to service centre on 18th feburary 2015 and they told me that they have to replace the full board of the handset. I dont want that handset anymore as it was just 8 days old handset i want a new handset. As it was a new handset and it is creating problem inthe starting so dont know how long it will gonna work after repairing. when i reached service centre on 18th feb they told me that they cant provide me the new handset because there was 7 days replacing policy but on 17th it was a national holiday. So it was not my fault i was facing the problem from monday night that is 16th feb and then it was a holiday..So the thing is that i want a new handset and i dont want that repaired handset.. If you can provide me the new handset i will appreciate you otherwise i will go to the consumer court and will file a complaint there..

                          one thing im impressed about samsung is galaxy s4 i just used it and it was perfect phone with no problems nor complaints as it was on screen broken repair at present i was using Galaxy Grand Why the hell samsung had introduced this "PIECE OF CRAP" such it irritates me that it does not respond for atleast 15 min sometimes Yeah features are good for the price but too much slow Really showed me a hell opens facebook or any app after 5 min as it strucks

                            I had purchased my samsung led 32 f 5500 on 07/01/2014 in authorized dealer . Now My tv panel had spoiled within 1 year and 1 month ... If I asked for rectify the mistake they asking the charge of 13550 for the panel I bought this tv for 38000 but they asking 30% of the money .. What is the use of this samsung will this work for just one year after that it'll spoil ??? What is the use to purchase this product ?? They not even asking for affordable charge ... Not even considering my request ..

                              Sir/madam this is to bring to your notice regarding the problem in samsung duos modle s7262.Problems are it gets hangover and get off often i have this problem for past 6months.This was taken 24.4.2014.I took it to your service centre at annanagar 15days back the told it was spftware problem and took one hour to rectify the problem and told that here after i will not have this problem.But for the past iam getting the same problem .I request you to needful and change this mobile.Iam not at all satisifed with your service.Do the needful at the earliest.                                 I just Bought new samsung Mobile Galaxy Core Prime on 12-Feb-2015 before three days back its camera doesnt work whenever i open camera it showing camera failed what does that mean I told to shopkepper from where i buy the same he said you have to lodge the complain in Samsung Service centre then only i can replace the same phone woth new one but its require DO from samsung. As i go to samsung Service Centre they said they cannot issue DO to me.Its been only five days old new phone.
                                I need to samsung issue me DO so that i can replace the same handset with new one.
                                Kindly resolve this issue on ASAP Basis.

                                  Complaint no. [protected] (registered with Samsung call center) I had bought Samsung 40 inch LED TV Series 6 in August 2009 in appr. Rs.1 lacs. On 14 Feb 2015, my TV suddenly stopped functioning. Engineer visited (i paid him Rs.1125) and said Motherboard is damaged, so it has to be replaced. On 16th Feb, he quoted me the cost will be Rs.6700. I told him OK. On 17th, he calls and tells me, the motherboard for the particular model (UA40B6000VRMXL) is unavailable. So, the company will take away my TV and pay me 10% of the purchased amount i.e. appr Rs. 10000. I was soo shocked ! I spoke to the call center. They gave me the same reply. This is ridiculous. A customer buys 1 lacs worth TV from a good brand, and just after 5 yrs, the main component of the TV cannot be made available by the company??? The Series 6 is still being sold in the market . Then on what basis should any customer invest their hard earned money in this product??? How come the company stop manufacturing motherboards of models they sold few years back, when the Same series is being sold currently in the market???? This is not acceptable at all. I understand if the part is not readily available, but the call center guy says it cant be even made available even in the future, say, in few days or a month or so. PLEASE HELP.

                                    Dear Sir, I had purchased 2 AC’s of Samsung 1.5 ton each in the month of January 2013, One of the AC was not giving the cooling effect in the month of March 2013 for which I filled a complaint.Technician came checked the AC and refilled the Gas and AC worked well for 15-20 days properly. After that again it was not cooling I again complained in the month of May and again the Gas was changed. This similar incidence Happened for 5-6 times each time the technician refilled the gas only in spite of me asking him for complete evaluation of AC . Now as the warranty period has been expired the technician is telling me that the Condenser of AC Needs to be changed. Was it deliberately done by technician so that my warranty period gets expired and I have to pay for it- IS IT SO … OR I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FAULTY AC BY THE DEALER IN NASHIK (PARAKH ELECTRICALS) NOW ALREADY A MONTH HAS BEEN PASSED STILL THERE IS NO ANSWER FROM SERVICE CENTER AND IF I CALLS THEY SAY WE WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW ..                                       Dear Sir, I had purchased 2 AC’s of Samsung 1.5 ton each in the month of January 2013, One of the AC was not giving the cooling effect in the month of March 2013 for which I filled a complaint . technician came checked the AC and refilled the Gas and AC worked well for 15-20 days properly. After that again it was not cooling I again complained in the month of May and again the Gas was changed. This similar incidence Happened for 5-6 times each time the technician refilled the gas only in spite of me asking him for complete evaluation of AC . Now as the warranty period has been expired the technician is telling me that the Condenser of AC Needs to be changed. Was it deliberately done by technician so that my warranty period gets expired and I have to pay for it- IS IT SO … OR I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FAULTY AC BY THE DEALER IN NASHIK (PARAKH ELECTRICALS) NOW ALREADY A MONTH HAS BEEN PASSED STILL THERE IS NO ANSWER FROM SERVICE CENTER AND IF I CALLS THEY SAY WE WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW .. IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER THEY SAID THEY HAVE REPLACED MY CONDENSER I PAID THEM 4500 BUT STILL NOW IN 3 MONTHS AGAIN MY AC IS NOT WORKING HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME I AM TIRED OF AGAIN AND AGAIN WRITING THE SAME ISSUE TO YOU SO REQUESTING YOU TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

                                        I purchased a limo powerbank which i order through online and it was successfully delivered in the given address but after receiving the product i opened it and when i use it to charge my phone it was nt getting charge then i kept the powerbank for charging for 5hours bt again it was not getting charge.kindly replace it or refund my money as soon as possibly.please do the needful as soon as possible. Thank yoy
