The issue has not been resolved for more than 1 month (request for replacement of the defective, display and old 2013 TV model sold through cheating). So now, i demand for the Refund of the full amount within 3 - 4 working days after the receipt of this email.
Otherwise, I am going to file a cheating and fraud case against both Adishwar's and Samsung for selling 2013 display model in the showroom, when asked for Joyplus latest model. It is a clear case of cheat and fraud.
I confirm the latest tv was available at the time of purchase, but i have been cheated and sold the old 2013 model which was kept in display at Adishwar's Jayangar showroom.
