I have purchased a Samsung G7102 Grand 2 on 24th Jan 2015, Invoice no: MNT/7822, IMEI no: [protected] From: Move & Talk, Delhi, D-114, Jail Road, Fateh nagar, New Delhi-18. The touch of the above said phone is not working properly so as per the guidelines given to my by the dealer specifically that if i face any hardware/software issue within 7 days so i can avail the service of getting new phone so I went to the nearest Service center: Samsung Care, Mehar Communications, DE-101, Tagore Garden, Near Kukreja Hospital, New Delhi and attended by Mr. Ravi (name suggested by the dealer in case of any issue) and Owner of the Service Center, showed them the phone as well as explained him the issue. Surprisingly rather than resolving my issue he started arguing with parents and just ignoring the main fact by saying that its a software issue and we'll update the software. Now the phone is already submitted to the Service center on the same day (29/1/2015) and
asked to come by tomorrow to get the update of the issue.
HOW CAN NEW PHONE HAVE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PROBLEM IN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE? AND THEN SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE JUST ARGUING AND SAYING TO US THAT WE CAN DO ANYTHING WHAT WE WANT TO, ONCE THEY HAVE DONE THEIR PART AT SERVICE CENTRE. IS THIS WHAT WE HAVE TO LISTEN AFTER BUYING PRODUCTS.? THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER APPROACH SAMSUNG PROMISES? MY MOTHER HAS TO WAIT TO GET HER VOICE LISTENED AT SERVICE CENTRE, THEN I HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH ON PHONE.
I WANT NEW PHONE, ELSE I AM DOING COMPLAINT AGAINST SAMSUNG. IT MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOUR SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE SAYING ME I CAN DO ANYTHING AFTER THEY CHECK PHONE FROM THEIR END. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO LISTEN AFTER SPENDING Rs.20, 000/-.
