Sub:- Repairing of LED under warranty period

Greeting !!!
Request you to please go through with whole incident because this time I took from my very busy schedule
I had purchased a Samsung LED which purchasing date is 11th July 2014 which sale invoice is attached with the mail and the LED is under warranty period. Now there is a problem in LED for last few day may be few month, , there are black cloudy spot on screen which I observe few day back, as its come in my notice after watching Sports channel, because in other channel its doesn’t comes in notice as those channel are full of color, as on my first view I think those spots are some dust of marks, after cleaning screen problem still there.
Then very next day i spoke to your local merchant where I buy the article, he suggest me the channel for complaint which is customer care. After completing to customer care your technical support staff visit to my place and tell and ensure me to do the needful for the same on very professional manner, and I am satisfied with your so far customer support
Next day I called up regarding the same problem where i have been promised to get a call from technical department within 4 hours, I was waiting for the call for last 6 hours then again i made a call to the customer care asked to solve the problem but again he was promising me to get a call from the technical department,
Then i asked him to share his senior or local Manager Number to whom I can explain my issue .After taking the manager number i had the word with that manager regarding the repairing of panel. I told him if your Engineer will repair or change the LED to short out the problem then what will be guarantee of that part of LED be new or other consumer used, so i requested him to take a count of warranty validity should start from the day of repairing but he was refusing and behaving like recovery agent or a ware house dealer and he said "you can go to the consumer court or anywhere i don't care, do whatever you want to do", i don't want to mention his name as I am from hospitality industries but definitely i can share his number which is [protected].
I really feel very hopeless after talking to your so called manager, and if yes he is not your manager, then his number should not share us by your customer care, because this spoiled your company name and images of Samsung
I am fan of SAMSUNG, I have all my gadget/home appliance from Samsung at my home and office too, in between these few month I have buy at least four home appliance/gadget including this LED can share supporting if required .and in all outlet I personally preferred Samsung LEDs and all other appliance
And I know you don’t value my this mail too, as your company is too big and you don’t value gadget of 50k, and don’t value your customer too
My concern is only either replace (only request )my LED or if change the panel, then the warranty should start from replace date only, as everybody knows in LED this only mother board and Panel is only valuable and Major component and what make me understand or convinced that is panel work well and if you people are sure about your product, then what is the problem by replacing or giving replaced panel
It doesn't mean to be wild and arrogant if i said for replacement and extend of warranty he could have denied politely or make me satisfied in other way, I am also from the service sector infect i am from hospitality sector running four outlet in the name of The BrewMaster hospitality in Delhi, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Mohali where we have the gadgets of Samsung only which is known for their number 1 ranking in the world in all aspects of quality.
Hope you take my Complaint as positive Feedback and revert me for the same
