      I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 21st Jan 2014 from Manglam Samsung dealer showroom, Jaipur. It was delivered to me on 25th Jan 2014 in utterly damaged condition and packaging was even worse. The dealer himself transported the product from Jaipur to Baran, it is dented from several places and the interior tray is also broken. To my respite I tried contacting the dealer and tried to delved with the legal procedures: contacting to Samsung authorities via complaints portals and customer care number. To my surprise the behavior of the dealer was quite unacceptable, he was vituperating during the whole telephonic conversation and tried to take a dig at me and not even respecting the fact that I am a customer to Samsung. When I explained with such harsh behavior he might loose his licence, he even further go on to tell me that he has damaged the refrigerator on purpose and he is not liable to me or to the company ; continue such behavior in future also and will not replace anything, the conversation was too disturbing for me and in the end I had to cut down the phone. I have registered a complaint but Samsung authorities are telling me that its not their fault and dealer is not accepting his also. Though, I don't want any money as refund but my refrigerator to be replaced with an apology, they told me it needs some legal proceedings which will at least need 2 weeks and a guy from Samsung has already submitted some documents. But, the response was way too negative and liberal for the dealer and in a manner they tried to curb the whole matter. As an honest and responsible citizen of India, I want to raise my voice on this platform and bring awareness to every common people who might be suffering from such incidents time to time.

        Hi, I bought Samsung LED Joy Series 5 TV with Model Number- UA32F5100 from Pitapalli edapally on 21 jun 2013 and since yesterday there is no video coming, only audio is working. Today, a Samsung technician came and told us picture tube is not working. Picture tube gone in just 1year, this is the quality that a brand like Samsung has to offer its customers and what if the picture tube again goes dead in next 6 months.           Please refer to my complaint no:[protected] dated 17/01/2015. I am very much thankful to you Sir, for attending the fault of LED TV.BasicAlly I am a cable TV operator in this area. Before the purchase of this TV, I took thorough survey and compared with other brand TV. I opted this brand TV, as it was matching cable TV network very much and having numerous features, which is not available in any other brands. Now, as far as my TV is concerned similar type of complaint was took place consequently two times with in one year. My area cable TV consumers who is having this brand are very much satisfied and they should not face the similar problem which I faced. Therefore, I request you Sir, kindly withdraw my TV and have a thorough investigation at your end as it would avoid dissatisfaction over this brand among the VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.               We had approached the service center for repairing our T.V. Set Model No. (UA55D8000) almost 6 months ago wherein we were informed that the I.P. and PCB Board needed replacement/changed and the T.V. was to be taken to the service center in spite of requesting them to have the T.V. repaired at our residence. We agreed to have the replacement and made an advance payment of 5000/- towards the work. After taking the T.V. to the service center they have come up with a new problem that after replacing the I.P & PCB Board the problem was still persisting and now they are saying that the Panel Screen needs to be replaced when there was no problem with the screen and they have given an estimate of 73, 303/-. The screen was working fine when it was with us. It is quite obvious that the screen got spoiled only in the service center. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.                   hubli service centres are very adamant. they are not responding customers complaints. they take their own sweet time to respond. Their contact phone nos are always busy. they don't tell the price before taking phone for attending the defects. Suddenly they tell high price if the complaint is out of warranty. for changing damaged plug point its Rs 2000 !!!

                    I purchased a Galaxy grand 2 for 18500/- 2 months back, there ware a hell lot of problems since the day i got the handset, when i contacted the samsung directly they asked me update the software - after update few more problems got added up with the existing problem. Again i contacted the CC they asked me to factory reset and surely the problem will be resolved, i did that too but still the same problem exists and am really fed up with the product. Its a waste of money and samsung is cheating us by selling the products at a high cost with a cheap quality. 1, Memory card is not detected most of the times and error message is displayed - Check the memory card in other mobile and laptop there is no issue with the card. 2, Mobile is getting heated up like its in a oven while charging 3, Battery backup has gone down 4, Display doesn't glow when power button is pressed. 5, Lock is not released on swiping 6, Hangs a lot and its very slow 7, Some times not able to attend the call because the swipe is not repsonding. on further calling the CC they asked me to take the phone to service center. Even after spending a huge amount for handset i think its nit my job to take it to service center and keep on calling the customer care for resolving the problem. For using a handset by accepting all these defects i can even buy many other mobile for a lower price with a good specs. SAMSUNG makes Worst product and please guys donot go for samsung products and waste your money. Senthil [protected]

                        We ordered a expensive samsung washing machine model from Vasanth & co, chennai on said date, they said it will come in 3 days, but came after 6 days on 22nd, jan 15. From then we are waiting for someone to appear for help in installing it and demo. Couple of times they contacted thru phone and said they will come first on last satrurday(24th), then on last tuesday(27th), no one came, then on thurday(29th). More than one week passed the box is sitting idle and blocking way. Making the customer wait daily for the service personnel will arrive is pathetic service. Service personnel behave like King and they assume us as pauper and think it is normal to postpone our shedules becoz they said they will come for install and demo and they wont even call to inform us that they wont come on that day, I spent around 50000 for this washing machine, assuming samsung will give good service, even the shop owner canvassed us to purchase LG washing machine, i didnt becoz of good impression i had with samsungbased on the electronic products of Samsung i used. I regret it now. ** Save Yourself valuable time by checking which company gives proper service in ur area, and buy products of that company. Ask ur friends & relatives on that companies past service behaviour, before buying products. **

                        Complained the above issue several times thru their customer support mail, after 3rd mail, they contacted thru phone. And fixed 31 Jan 15 for service person to set it up. Waited for him, he didnt appear.
                        What is the use of their complaint registration? Unbelievable customer service!

                        for past 10 days the heavy 71KG box is sitting close to our door and blocking the way and despite several phone calls, email complaints and online forum complaints, no service from Samsung...

                        All of you reading this frustrated experience, take my experience in to account while purchasing samsung products. When they have this kind of service even for install and demo, you can guess how it will when it has to be repaired.

                        All i want now is, im going to ask vasanth & co, chennai and samsung to take this useless 71KG box back and refund my money. If they dont comply, i will register case in consume court and will get back my money and extra compensation for case proceedings.

                          I have purchased a Samsung G7102 Grand 2 on 24th Jan 2015, Invoice no: MNT/7822, IMEI no: [protected] From: Move & Talk, Delhi, D-114, Jail Road, Fateh nagar, New Delhi-18. The touch of the above said phone is not working properly so as per the guidelines given to my by the dealer specifically that if i face any hardware/software issue within 7 days so i can avail the service of getting new phone so I went to the nearest Service center: Samsung Care, Mehar Communications, DE-101, Tagore Garden, Near Kukreja Hospital, New Delhi and attended by Mr. Ravi (name suggested by the dealer in case of any issue) and Owner of the Service Center, showed them the phone as well as explained him the issue. Surprisingly rather than resolving my issue he started arguing with parents and just ignoring the main fact by saying that its a software issue and we'll update the software. Now the phone is already submitted to the Service center on the same day (29/1/2015) and asked to come by tomorrow to get the update of the issue. HOW CAN NEW PHONE HAVE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PROBLEM IN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE? AND THEN SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE JUST ARGUING AND SAYING TO US THAT WE CAN DO ANYTHING WHAT WE WANT TO, ONCE THEY HAVE DONE THEIR PART AT SERVICE CENTRE. IS THIS WHAT WE HAVE TO LISTEN AFTER BUYING PRODUCTS.? THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER APPROACH SAMSUNG PROMISES? MY MOTHER HAS TO WAIT TO GET HER VOICE LISTENED AT SERVICE CENTRE, THEN I HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH ON PHONE. I WANT NEW PHONE, ELSE I AM DOING COMPLAINT AGAINST SAMSUNG.                             As per receipt no. 3667 as on 05.01.2015 we have submitted an online complaint whereby a service agent came to service. He had fixed a new timer panel to the washing machine which costed 750/-. At the time of service we had found that the timer panel at the spin button was a little slant & then we asked the same to the service agent. He said that it was a manufacturing defect & nothing will happen. After using a couple of times. the new slot, at the spin button was broken. We tried calling that agent but he said to give an online complaint. So please try to solve my problem as quickly as possible and try to replace the same with no cost.

                              As per above subject, I “ Sabbir G. Dasadiya” bought Samsung GRAND NEO Mobile (EMEI NO.[protected]) from Suprime Electronic ( Authorize Samsung Mobile store) as on 27/07/2014, within 2month from date of purchase, I was facing problems like mobile Hanging, Poor battery life, un necessary mobile switch off, ext. After such kind of massive problem I was given my mobile to Samsung Authorized Service Center (code: - [protected]) on 27th of December 2014.
                              As per my complain service center update my software and given back my hand set, very next day again I face same kind of problem and this time even my hand set hang a lot and automatic several time in the day.
                              I again sent back my mobile to Samsung service center on 31st dec-2014 for same problem. This time service center replace my battery and given back my mobile. And given me various instruction to follow. I followed all the instructions which are given by the service center Engineer and use my handset for 4(four) days but even after following all the instruction I face same problem with my handset so, that I again send back my handset to service center.
                              This time service center told me that we will going to change your handset motherboard so, that you will not face such a problem again. But even after that I was facing same problem and again given mobile back to service center as problem is still not solved.
                              At last on 07th Jan2015 I was very much disappointed with the poor service quality of Samsung service center. I was complained to Samsung online Helpline center and got complain number of [protected].
                              After this all Samsung online helpline told me that we will going to observe your handset for 24hr and try to solve out your problem.
                              On 18th of jan-2015 I got call from Samsung online helpline center we will going to refund your money which you paid for your handset but till date there is no communication from online helpline and even my handset is still at local Samsung service center.
                              So, respected sir kindly help me out for this problem, I will request you for refunding my money which I paid for Samsung mobile from Samsung mobile (INDIA).

                                I purchased a Samsung Semi Automatic Washing Machine on 8th May, 2013 having 2 year warranty. During first week of January, it has been noticed that the dryer is not working and upon complaint locally, the Reliance shop at Madurai where I purchased the same, noted the complaint and send a serviceman for check up and on check up it has been informed that the motor can be replaced freely since the washing machine is under warranty and got it replaced within 8-10 days, duly serviced (I have to pay Rs.650/- towards freight charges for taking the same to service centre). On return, the next day I noticed that they have not made the top portion of the machine tight as there was some gap, I think they have not made screw tight properly. I called the service centre again to rectify the fault after which I went out of station 3-4 days and on return on Saturday, the 25th Jan when I again using the machine, again the dryer got damaged and informed the service deptt again who came and after checking, the 2nd service man without giving the fault details, and signing on a paper went away saying that next day he will call me. But till today to this time (3.55 PM - 29/1) nobody called me and when I contacted, he was telling that they had made a complaint for replacing the motor again and it will take another 2-3 days for correcting the fault. Do you see this a proper way to behave with a customer? With no feed back, poorly servicing the machine causing hardship to the customer. It seems that Samsung wants to sell the products only and after service, it is not proper. Will you please look into this?                                   My name is prince.i bought a Samsung refrigiator on 24/7/2014 from gupta electronics whose model was rr2315tcapx.i found that the cooling was not working well so contacted Samsung customer executive whose complaint number is [protected].the engineer who came from company said that he will refer this problem to his senior engineer and the senior engineer came and after inspection he said that your complaint is genuine so I will talk in company about this they replace your refrigerator as soon as possible. Beacouse your refrigerator is non repairable. but when I didn’t get any reply from company so I complaint again and they renewed my old complaint number and again an engineer came and he inspected my refrigiator and he also said that I will talk in company.i did complaint 3 times on 10th aug 2014. 20th sep 2014 and 11th oct 1014 regarding this matter but they didn’t gave me any proof in any written but I clicked picture of engineer’s job sheet who came on 29th sep 2014 in which it was written that the temperature of veg box should be 8-10 but it was 15.3 and the name of engineer was neeraj and I have a proof of his job sheet in which it is clearly mentioned that the refrigiator is having problem with its temperature.so I am disclosing that job sheet and invoice of the refrigiator.kindly take corrective steps against this.                                     iam posting this incident of my friend coz he dont know about using internet My friend naveen have bought Samsung Galaxy Duos 2 @ Sangeetha mobiles Banashankari 2nd stage on 4 Aug 2014 not even 1 months over it got hanged every time he took it to sangeetha mobiles they sent to service center & gave back told that problem is rectified but the same is happening so i took it to jayanagar service center Those executives are rediculous they are telling that we cant do here u repair it in any local shops only this is disgusting a company like samsung treating customers in such a manner that too his mobile is under warrenty its just 5 months old how can we belive in samsung ?? we are paying more compare to non branded mobiles beliving that we will get a good service from samsung but i never expected this @ the point of sale they will delight customers but not when we go for a service i will suggest my friends to not go for samsung due to the issue is with service executives mentality i will post this in FB & orcut with my bill proof also & i will take actions on this contact Naveen [protected] [protected]

                                      Hello sir, i purchase samsung metro 360 yesterday. When i talk to any body, the voice is not pass clearly. When i put my hand near the speaker it will be ok. So its not comfortable to put our hand every time near the speaker. So plz tell me the reason of this prob. I am very upset becoz i spent only 1 day with this phone and i m very upset frm this phone.                                         Sir, I bought a new GALAXY ALPHA on 22/10/2014. two months back it developed a complaint of TOUCH NOT WORKING. i took it to SAMSUMG SERVICE CENTRE here in Mathikere, Bangalore. They repaired the phone three times and still the TOUCH is not working properly. They Still dont know the PROBLEM with my phone i think so. my phone was in the service center for more than ONE month. i got it repaired yesterday(27/1/2015), again the Touch is not Working.. I request for a replacement or cash back for the Phone. AND this was REJECTED by the service centre. PLEASE help to find a solution
