As per above subject, I “ Sabbir G. Dasadiya” bought Samsung GRAND NEO Mobile (EMEI NO.[protected]) from Suprime Electronic ( Authorize Samsung Mobile store) as on 27/07/2014, within 2month from date of purchase, I was facing problems like mobile Hanging, Poor battery life, un necessary mobile switch off, ext. After such kind of massive problem I was given my mobile to Samsung Authorized Service Center (code: - [protected]) on 27th of December 2014.
As per my complain service center update my software and given back my hand set, very next day again I face same kind of problem and this time even my hand set hang a lot and automatic several time in the day.
I again sent back my mobile to Samsung service center on 31st dec-2014 for same problem. This time service center replace my battery and given back my mobile. And given me various instruction to follow. I followed all the instructions which are given by the service center Engineer and use my handset for 4(four) days but even after following all the instruction I face same problem with my handset so, that I again send back my handset to service center.
This time service center told me that we will going to change your handset motherboard so, that you will not face such a problem again. But even after that I was facing same problem and again given mobile back to service center as problem is still not solved.
At last on 07th Jan2015 I was very much disappointed with the poor service quality of Samsung service center. I was complained to Samsung online Helpline center and got complain number of [protected].
After this all Samsung online helpline told me that we will going to observe your handset for 24hr and try to solve out your problem.
On 18th of jan-2015 I got call from Samsung online helpline center we will going to refund your money which you paid for your handset but till date there is no communication from online helpline and even my handset is still at local Samsung service center.
So, respected sir kindly help me out for this problem, I will request you for refunding my money which I paid for Samsung mobile from Samsung mobile (INDIA).

    I purchased a Samsung Semi Automatic Washing Machine on 8th May, 2013 having 2 year warranty. During first week of January, it has been noticed that the dryer is not working and upon complaint locally, the Reliance shop at Madurai where I purchased the same, noted the complaint and send a serviceman for check up and on check up it has been informed that the motor can be replaced freely since the washing machine is under warranty and got it replaced within 8-10 days, duly serviced (I have to pay Rs.650/- towards freight charges for taking the same to service centre). On return, the next day I noticed that they have not made the top portion of the machine tight as there was some gap, I think they have not made screw tight properly. I called the service centre again to rectify the fault after which I went out of station 3-4 days and on return on Saturday, the 25th Jan when I again using the machine, again the dryer got damaged and informed the service deptt again who came and after checking, the 2nd service man without giving the fault details, and signing on a paper went away saying that next day he will call me. But till today to this time (3.55 PM - 29/1) nobody called me and when I contacted, he was telling that they had made a complaint for replacing the motor again and it will take another 2-3 days for correcting the fault. Do you see this a proper way to behave with a customer? With no feed back, poorly servicing the machine causing hardship to the customer. It seems that Samsung wants to sell the products only and after service, it is not proper. Will you please look into this?       My name is prince.i bought a Samsung refrigiator on 24/7/2014 from gupta electronics whose model was rr2315tcapx.i found that the cooling was not working well so contacted Samsung customer executive whose complaint number is [protected].the engineer who came from company said that he will refer this problem to his senior engineer and the senior engineer came and after inspection he said that your complaint is genuine so I will talk in company about this they replace your refrigerator as soon as possible. Beacouse your refrigerator is non repairable. but when I didn’t get any reply from company so I complaint again and they renewed my old complaint number and again an engineer came and he inspected my refrigiator and he also said that I will talk in company.i did complaint 3 times on 10th aug 2014. 20th sep 2014 and 11th oct 1014 regarding this matter but they didn’t gave me any proof in any written but I clicked picture of engineer’s job sheet who came on 29th sep 2014 in which it was written that the temperature of veg box should be 8-10 but it was 15.3 and the name of engineer was neeraj and I have a proof of his job sheet in which it is clearly mentioned that the refrigiator is having problem with its temperature.so I am disclosing that job sheet and invoice of the refrigiator.kindly take corrective steps against this.         iam posting this incident of my friend coz he dont know about using internet My friend naveen have bought Samsung Galaxy Duos 2 @ Sangeetha mobiles Banashankari 2nd stage on 4 Aug 2014 not even 1 months over it got hanged every time he took it to sangeetha mobiles they sent to service center & gave back told that problem is rectified but the same is happening so i took it to jayanagar service center Those executives are rediculous they are telling that we cant do here u repair it in any local shops only this is disgusting a company like samsung treating customers in such a manner that too his mobile is under warrenty its just 5 months old how can we belive in samsung ?? we are paying more compare to non branded mobiles beliving that we will get a good service from samsung but i never expected this @ the point of sale they will delight customers but not when we go for a service i will suggest my friends to not go for samsung due to the issue is with service executives mentality i will post this in FB & orcut with my bill proof also & i will take actions on this contact Naveen [protected] [protected]

          Hello sir, i purchase samsung metro 360 yesterday. When i talk to any body, the voice is not pass clearly. When i put my hand near the speaker it will be ok. So its not comfortable to put our hand every time near the speaker. So plz tell me the reason of this prob. I am very upset becoz i spent only 1 day with this phone and i m very upset frm this phone.             Sir, I bought a new GALAXY ALPHA on 22/10/2014. two months back it developed a complaint of TOUCH NOT WORKING. i took it to SAMSUMG SERVICE CENTRE here in Mathikere, Bangalore. They repaired the phone three times and still the TOUCH is not working properly. They Still dont know the PROBLEM with my phone i think so. my phone was in the service center for more than ONE month. i got it repaired yesterday(27/1/2015), again the Touch is not Working.. I request for a replacement or cash back for the Phone. AND this was REJECTED by the service centre. PLEASE help to find a solution

              I purchased samsung s5 almost 7 months back witha great expectation as i was a patron to Samsung brand from my college days . I have used all the latest s series of samsung from S2- S5 series. I was pretty happy with the perfomance from all your series but this time its quite a dissapointing experience from your end. On 25 dec i got a problem with my Samsung S5 I was unable to charge my phone. i called customer service people to rectify they told me it will be rectify within a day and will also get a stand by phone to use. There was no response from ur customer service team . I waited for 3 days but there was no call. Finally i called customer service team and they promise me to rectify it by tmw. Finally samsung engineer arrived on 28 jan . He just had a glance at my phone and he decided that the phone is physically damaged . I don't know where he got this weird idea as phone was in a perfect condition . I told him to at least check first and then let me know the status but he was adamant that the phone is physically damaged and there isa water inside the phone, quite shocking . Although after a argument he took my phone to investigate without giving me a stand by phone. In the evening i got a call that there is a water in the phone and its a physical damage and as per him its a protocol in samsung that it will not be cover under warranty. As a regular user of mobile phone ib know wat is physical damage and very well know that company does not cover it. I told samsung engineer to share pictures so i can check whether water is there or not but he straight away refused and told me to pay Rs 3500. My point is wat the point of giving client a warranty when without seeing someone is charging money for it. I am hell lot dissapointed with Samsung for their such a degraded after sales service.                     I have samsung smart TV UA40ES6600 about 18 moths old bought in may 2013.In Nov.2014 it has started swiching off and on automatically .the actual problem of starting off and on occurs only in the begining of the day for first one hour and after it keeps on continuously for hours without any problem. i have registered complaint on call centre on 18 nov 2014 and very next day there technician arrives for checking the issue which he couldn't guess properly and he said to me problem looks like PSB issue which need to replace, he will quote to me after reaching office, he charged 650 rupees as service charge. As my tv was in working i was waiting for his call for about a week I call him once for quotation he said his office will call and nobody was calling. After I call his office on 15 th of Dec. and they said PCB need to replace and will cost 6740 something for which i agrees but they didnot approach with spares till 31 st of dec and then i was all the time calling to samsung service centre customer care for inquiry. After i reach to senior service manager for samsung customer care Mr. Chandanshiv he took me on conference with local service centre in panvel and very next day technician arrives with PSB and replace it . but still the issue was not solved so he said the problem is with the motherboard. They took my Tv to local service centre in panvel on 4th of january 2015 and said it will take around 10 days for replacing spare and test .they quote 9800 for motherboard and I agreed for same.on 15 th i called them and they said they didnot received spare from service cenrewill take 3-4 days more.on 22nd jan I again approach to Mr.chandanshiv on samsung customer care and again on conference we had discussion with local service center. withing 20 minute i got call from service center that tv is repaired and i will get it next day morning for which i have to pay 9800 rupees. Next day i called for delivery of tv and they said still problem is not solved and need to replace led panel which will cost 25000 rupees... Are the technicians properly trained or they are doing research or improving their knowledge on oor highly paid electronic items. Meanwhile big issue was all the tome during this 2 months i was registering complaint on costumer care and after two days i was receiving massage [Dear customer we thank you for the opportunity to serve you.Trust your product problem has been resolved.for any assistance call...]. Still my TV is in service centre and they ask if i agree for paying 25000 for led panel i told them i will speak with Mr .Chandanshiv before i confirms.Hopefully today I will speak with him and sort out the issue. Otherwise What shall i do now Scrap it and go for new one from other brand or pay 25000 for just 18 moths old TV without warranty which i need to pay again may be after few months again and also may b its not the issue as well because they are still doing the research on my Tv...

                      Delighted to purchase a Samsung note 3 Neo product on 01/01/2015 but on 26/01/2015, Exactly 26 days from my purchase date my handset turned off and took it to an authorised Samsung service dealer and suprised to hear that my mother board has to be changed and asked for a repalcement and been informed replacement can be given only within 7 days of purchase period and it will take 5 working days to change the mother board. I am depressed of buying a product like this who are not confident on their own product just giving 7 days replacement warranty.

                      I have purchased a samsung S5 and have had heating issues with the phone. The temperature of the phone goes upto 47 degrees. I have submitted the phone 3 times to the service center but the have not been able to resolve the problem.

                        my complaint is lte mode missing in my cell phone galaxy a5 and another complaint is when is take a picture the quality of pic is very bad and i spoke a customer care they reset your camera setting but problem didn't solve and same facing and i also compare to my s4mini camera is both are different camera was so good as compare to a5. a very old customer of this company now somewhere is think its making fool to people.

                          I HAVE GOT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR OF 360 LTS MODEL NUMBER : RT 37 MA.ITS LONG SINCE IM ENQUIRING FOR THE VEGETABLE BOX AND THE TRAY ABOVE IT.BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE.REPEATED COMPLAINTS THERE IS NO RESPONSE .SO WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE COMPANY ITSELF CANNOT ARRANGE FOR THE SPARES.THE PERSON WHO SPOKE WHEN I GAVE A CALL WAS ALSO SO RUDE TO ME.MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected].SO PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.IF NOT I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE MATTER TO HIGHER END.AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE.

                            Hello, I am Jagan from hyderabad telangana . I purchased Samsung Galaxy grand 2 on 02/02/2014 at lot mobiles miyapur . I got a small problem with my mobile from few days . Mobile is not dedact the laptop and desktops and charging is done on same port . There is no other problem except the off issue. I took my hand set to Samsung Authorized service station in ameerpet (Hyderabad) . They saw the problem and informed me that the problem is with charging port and it has to be replaced and it will cost me 400/- The person spoke to me said charing port top found rust this is liquid damage so not coming under waranty, then i said to that person to repair the phone. They opened a Job Sheet No. [protected]. They asked me to come same day evening to collect the repaired handset. When i went back in the evening they said that the problem is not yet rectified and asked me to come again next day morning. then they said that mobile went dead and total mother board has to be replaced now and it will cost me 7000/- I got surprised and asked them why it happened like this when i gave the phone in working condition. They are now telling that this type of risk may happen while replacing charging port and the risk is entirely customers. I asked them why should customer face it while the handset spoiled in their hands. They are telling me that they are not responsible for these type of risks and only customer should take it. I approached Samsung Customer care and explained the problem Immediately and lodged a complaint ( Reference account no : [protected] ) They said that the issue is escalated to concerned team and i will get a call back from them. I waited for then next day i received a call form chennai team . and after requesting the executive many times for about 30 minutes . he again telling the same thing i heard at service station. He informed me that the phone may go dead when charging port is being replaced and the risk is entirely customers. I left in a weird state after listening to a disappointing answer even from the customer care. I requested them to give the handset back in the same state i gave to them. They are telling that it is not possible. if nt possible then i will go for consumer court to for justice i[censored] will not solve problem i have to be take legal decision through consumer court .otherwise please say solution on this details .                               Sir My note 2 touch had been broken before some days.my mobile was out of warranty.but after replace of display my camera quality being very poor and all picture shows blurr.i complained many time in care but they sad its chrome have to be repalced.but actual is not that.i[censored] will not solve problem i have to be take legal decision through consumer court.                                 Mentioned problem has already been mailed on 13th January, 2015. I have purchased Samsung galaxy core prime on 14/12/2015 after seeing its features on samsung india website https://www.samsungindiaestore.com/products/mobiles/Galaxy_Core_Prime_SM-G360HHA... as site mentioned playing resolution and recording resolution as FHD but actual product is supporting only HD (1280 X 720) after seeing this discrepancy online support was contacted. Online chat support person suggested FHD & HD as same which was wrong and suggested to contact development support for actual; remedy. I have already tried checking setting in safe mode but of no use. I request samsung india to kindly look into matter as supported resolution for my smartphone is only HD and not Full HD as suggested in specification on samsung website. On the above matter i have already taken online chat support through refrence no. [protected] and has also spoken to Mr. Ravi from support team but of no use the have been trying to tell as if HD and FHD are same and as per Mr. Ravi from telephonic support was told to wait for some time.                                   dear team i sai kumar, recently moved Tanzania now i am facing problem with my samsung galaxy s duos2 which was bought recently in A.P, India. the problem is that mobile is shutting down all the time and its showing battery low once i tried to switch on its happening continuously, suddenly mobile getting down and battery dried . i did factory reset but still facing same problem. Kindly provide me the solution.

                                    I Have Buy a samsung TV on 17 dec 2013 and my tv stop working on 29 nov and when i call samsung for repair they refuse then i file a case in consumer forum and my tv got repaired and my tv was in warranty i have a original bill and when i call them for extending warranty they are saying your tv is out of warranty and i have calls many time before 17 dec 2014 my complian is they are nort extending my warranty

                                      One month from the date of purchase we have been complaining regarding the wash quality Many service engineer visited the give some reasons or the other now after calling them several times they say the machine has some defect's they want to take the machine to their workshop for repairs for a week, we strongly protested for the same its under warranty period we want the Refund of our money and the machine to be taken back failing which we will proceed to Consumer Forum

                                        To, Ms. Samsung India Pvt Ltd. Sub:- Repairing of LED under warranty period Dear Madam / Sir, Greeting !!! Request you to please go through with whole incident because this time I took from my very busy schedule I had purchased a Samsung LED which purchasing date is 11th July 2014 which sale invoice is attached with the mail and the LED is under warranty period. Now there is a problem in LED for last few day may be few month, , there are black cloudy spot on screen which I observe few day back, as its come in my notice after watching Sports channel, because in other channel its doesn’t comes in notice as those channel are full of color, as on my first view I think those spots are some dust of marks, after cleaning screen problem still there. Then very next day i spoke to your local merchant where I buy the article, he suggest me the channel for complaint which is customer care. After completing to customer care your technical support staff visit to my place and tell and ensure me to do the needful for the same on very professional manner, and I am satisfied with your so far customer support Next day I called up regarding the same problem where i have been promised to get a call from technical department within 4 hours, I was waiting for the call for last 6 hours then again i made a call to the customer care asked to solve the problem but again he was promising me to get a call from the technical department, Then i asked him to share his senior or local Manager Number to whom I can explain my issue .After taking the manager number i had the word with that manager regarding the repairing of panel. I told him if your Engineer will repair or change the LED to short out the problem then what will be guarantee of that part of LED be new or other consumer used, so i requested him to take a count of warranty validity should start from the day of repairing but he was refusing and behaving like recovery agent or a ware house dealer and he said "you can go to the consumer court or anywhere i don't care, do whatever you want to do", i don't want to mention his name as I am from hospitality industries but definitely i can share his number which is [protected]. I really feel very hopeless after talking to your so called manager, and if yes he is not your manager, then his number should not share us by your customer care, because this spoiled your company name and images of Samsung I am fan of SAMSUNG, I have all my gadget/home appliance from Samsung at my home and office too, in between these few month I have buy at least four home appliance/gadget including this LED can share supporting if required .and in all outlet I personally preferred Samsung LEDs and all other appliance And I know you don’t value my this mail too, as your company is too big and you don’t value gadget of 50k, and don’t value your customer too My concern is only either replace (only request )my LED or if change the panel, then the warranty should start from replace date only, as everybody knows in LED this only mother board and Panel is only valuable and Major component and what make me understand or convinced that is panel work well and if you people are sure about your product, then what is the problem by replacing or giving replaced panel It doesn't mean to be wild and arrogant if i said for replacement and extend of warranty he could have denied politely or make me satisfied in other way, I am also from the service sector infect i am from hospitality sector running four outlet in the name of The BrewMaster hospitality in Delhi, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Mohali where we have the gadgets of Samsung only which is known for their number 1 ranking in the world in all aspects of quality.
