I am Neetu Yadav. I took Samsung galaxy Note III Neo on 28th dec, 2014. From day 1, this phone is getting hanged & network issues as well. I talked to customer care people & left my mobile at service center twice. But still this problem is not resolved. Still it is there only. They are updating software, but nothing is working. Again & again, they are giving false commitments.I am completely fed up from the excuses which they are giving. Please help me out. Bill No: [protected]

    My Samsung refrigerator was not working, technician came and changed a part (a coil). He took service and part charges as my product was out of warranty. For next 3 days no one was at home, we came back and saw the fridge was not working, again we called to the technician and he said compressor got burst. As per technician and Samsung the coil which was changed should work as fuse, which means if there was any voltage issue then the coil should be burst not the compressor. Due to incorrect part or the technician loose some wire (by mistake) my compressor got burst. Now Samsung is denying to pay for compressor and I had to purchase new fridge (which was not affordable to my pocket as my fridge was in excellent condition). I only request you to please ask them to reimburse the total amount of my new fridge which I purchased due to carelessness of Samsung.

      I have a Big Samsung Fridge which is out of warranty now. In 2014 august i called up and reported issue with that fridge as the cooling was off. The telephone support people helped me in trouble shooting and made me adjust the temperature etc etc and dint send a technician stating that this happened due to weather change in all over India so we have done the changes in the temperature this may help. As your fridge is working fine. Then after few days i called the Samsung support again and shouted at them and they sent a technician. The Samsung technician came and changed the Timer and bi metal and charged me 1500 rs. Further the next day same problem repeated and then we called that technician and he came and again changed the same things stating that there was some fault in the piece which he fixed earlier. Further the next day again the same issue and he said that he will come in few days and fix it as he wants the fridge to be running to get a clear picture. Then when he dint come for few days we called him and then he came and then again he changed the same thing Timer and Bi metal and this time he told that there was some wiring issue which he has fixed and now the issue is solved. Again the next day same issue. Then when we called him he said that he will come when he has to cross my area. Then after many follow ups he came and did clean inside the freezer box and told now the issue is resolved. He also told that samsung company pays only 20 rs for petrol allowance hence he cannot manage to come whenever we call him immediately. Finally still now the issue is not resolved. I spoke to samsung phone support and spoke to the supervisor and they said that they will refund my service charges of 1500 rs and also promised that any senior tech will come and fix the issue. Still now no Refund and no senior tech visited. I am shocked by this kind of response and really feel happy that i dint buy my TV or AC from samsung else my life would have been screwed up. I want to take a serious action aainst this company. I am ready to spend money to make them suffer as the mental torture which i got from these people is priceless. My Phone number[protected].         Purchase a Samsung Phone Galaxy Note 3 from Estore Samsung Site.After the purchase made online the Phone was dispatched using Fed Ex India from gurgoan location. On 28th Jan the Consignment reached to Jaipur location and was stucked there with Tracking message in Fed Ex site as "Shipment Exception" when called FedEx and complained that why consignment is kept hold there for more then 10 days they keep on saying that there was a surprise SALES AUTHORITY CHECK and there entire container is seized and not giving any timelines or confirmation of delivery and also telling that they cannot do anything here. Now my Order is hanged and I don't know whether i will get my Device also or not. My Order number from Samsung India Store is : Order no: 1329757 Airway Bill Number[protected] From past 7-8 days i am either calling samsung India and Fed Ex and not getting any prompt reply .. This is frustating and utter harassment to the customer. Who is responsible for this .. Samsung India either should solve this matter or Provide me a new device from different courier.

            Sir, As per my earlier complaint, I had purchased refrigerator model no. RT36FARZASP on dated 20.02.2014 against invoice no B4404 from M/s Anand Electrical & Electronics 11 Vallabh nagar Kota -07. During use I noticed that after 50% pulling the veg. bucket became always derailed and infringed. Regarding this trouble I personally contact to vendor but no positive response has been given by him. Then after I lodged a written complaint ( compliant reference no [protected])on dated 10.01.2005 and as well as telephonic contact many times with local service centre. During investigation it was observed by Samsung representative Mr Pavan, that the inside breadth of refrigerator is more than required, To rectify this problem 02 liners (cap nut ) have been provided to maintain gap (customer service record copy enclosed ). Sir, this is a manufacturing defect, Infringement of bucket causes broken of both plastic locks provided in the front cover of bucket. In this regard I requested to replace the bucket but refused by him. As this is a manufacturing defect therefore I could claimed for a new refrigerator but I am requesting for bucket only Therefore I request you to kindly replace the bucket part no.             Dear sir After so many calls and visits of your of your technical team no any solution worked out As the shrinkage of puff is a major manufacturing defect . IF my refrigerator will not replaced with in a week a legal action may be taken and I will also claim other charges.
            My refrigerator's puff has been shrinked within warranty period and instead of replacement/payment it is informed that only repair can be done, to maintain the gap cap nuts have been provided after complaint the job sheet of the same is provided to me and this is a proof to submit a complaint in consumer court. I am again requesting you to kindly reply me through email instead of telephonic conversation
            Kindly make discussion wth voc team and give me the reply through e mail that what decision has been taken in my complaint

              Dear Team, I have a Samsung smart phone and had purchased it on 21-Sept-13, the phone started giving me network issues since Aug 2014; i.e. In warranty, I took the phone to Samsung authorized service center on 13.9.2014 they returned me back my phone stating no issues in it! While collecting back my handset I had clearly written on the Samsung service slip that my issue is not resolved and the handset is returned back as it is. I had shown that the same sim card works perfect in another handset in there service center, still they were not ready to accept it, on this I escalated the issue to Samsung and Samsung kept me asking to visit the same place again and again... with Rubber stamp answers! On which I had written to them very clearly that if they are going to give me working handset I will go but not again for showing may handset and waste my time! On this till date they haven't reverted with solution.. I am always on tour due to project work and is force to buy another handset for my use and keeping the faulty handset of Samsung in my cupboard and hardly get time to keep follow ups for this on regular basis. Still ever since I am being following it up with the company "Samsung" they are least bothered to resolve my issue or give me another working handset! I have written more than Dozen Reminders but of no use... it is going to deaf ears!!! Now my phone is out of warranty and they don't even revert to my mails!!! Under this situation can the consumer forum help and guide me how to go further on this please? Thanks & Regards, MV

                Dear Sir, I have samsung Note II N7100, purchased from Anmol Watches and Electronics (P) Ltd. SCo No. 1012-13, Sector- 22B Chandigarh on 10.12.2013 vide bill No. AW-33306 and IMEI no. [protected]/01. A few month ago problem of my phone battery draining very fast occurs and Samsung centre has resolved my problem by updating the software.                     Samsung Power Bank is unable to charge my mobile battery. Fully charged Power bank became discharge after sometime. I purchased it from askmebazar on 30.1.2015 & my order number is AB962643. This Samsung Power Bank is 2600mah & My Mobile Battery is 2100mah. It is useless & unable to solve my purpose. So, please return back this useless material & refund my money back.

                      Very fraud scheme offered by Samsung in which i had won blue tooth during DIWALI scheme on scratch card but not yet received my blue tooth asking and contacting several times to dealer from where i had purchased the phone, no positive reply came and every time same thing repeated that we will let u know or re mail us the copy o[censored]r bill and scratch card coupon i had mailed it very next day but failure msg came after 7-8 days again resended the mail failure msg came after 2 days, did again and again, i contacted to ssk the samsung store in more mall thane they told me to resend the mail i did and then told me to contact with MR GAURAV BHORASKAR who is the head as ssk dealers told to me, he told me i will let u know what happened o[censored]r blue tooth but same again after calling for 4-5 times he didn't picked my call and after 5 days he told me that ur not eligible for the offer as u had not sended the copy of file to samsung and where not picking up the call but i[censored] had not received my documents copy then y where u contacting me is the first thing and even though if contacting and my phone was switch off i had given the alternate no. it is never switch off, but i had attached the copy below when and how many times i had sended the mail of copy and reminded them abt my blue tooth just taking granted or else shall i go to consumer court, its very poor service gn by ssk dealers and samsung company, plz revert back asap and do the needful for the same

                          Samsung LED Half screen black display just after 1 year 4 months Hello, I purchased Samsung 40 Inch LED TV Model Number : UA40F5100ARLXL, Serial Number : MQWM3PBD400046L for Rs 50000 on 15 AUG 2013 from Chandra Traders, a Samsung dealer in Velachery Chennai. It worked fine for 1 year and 4 months and then on 1st Feb 2015 just after only 4 months after warranty expired, it developed a problem of dark screen in the bottom half of the display screen. I called Samsung service Complain Number :[protected]. Mr.Sukumar, a technician from Samsung came to my house for sorting out the issue. After going through the television set, he has suggested to replace the panel at a cost of Rs 22033.. It is just 1 year and 4 months after I bought the TV for Rs 50, 000 and now it is worth nothing. It is a product defect and certainly Samsung should take responsibility for the screen. On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 1 year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated. It is very hurting when it happens to the loyal customer of Samsung (Account No – [protected]).                             I had purchased a Samsung fridge Model no. RT33HDJSLALX/TL Sl. No. 030E4PAF501074M of 321 liters capacity on dated 03.07.2014 from M/s Rajasthan Electronics, Banswara. From day one it is giving cooling adjustment problem. After lot of complaint to the dealer and the customer care two times the mechanic came and attended but the problem was not resolved. After lot of follow-up and putting complaint on Samsung consumer complaint portal on dt. 17.09.2014 the sensor was changed and was told that to observe at least one month and if it is not resolved than further action will be taken. We are again and again trying to contact the service center but they are not responding and trying to avoid attending the complaint. At the time of changing it was also told that we will increase 6 months warrantee period and will give in writing but neither the problem has been resolved nor guarantee / warrantee has been extended.They are not being able to identify the actual problem. Here I want to inform you that I am working in Trinetra Cement Ltd. and we use to purchase lot of electronic items for our unit, if the quality of service is not good and prompt how we as a corporate sector will convince to purchase the Samsung brand items. All ready 6 months have passed please take immediate corrective action at your end and inform me. If it is not being resolved amicably, I have no option to go for legal action.                                 to many adverts while a person is busy on the net while reading television updates in comes the adverts its very annoying if we want to watch adverts or promotions we dont need a phone for that really this is very bad and irritating cant you do something about this nonsense

ACCORDING TO YOUR CALL I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID ITS SWITCHING OFF COZ OF PROBLEM WITH AIRTEL SIM, I HAVE CHANGED THE SIM PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.IF YOU CANT HELP WHATS THE POINT IN COMPALAINING.I THINK I WILL BETTER TAKE THIS TO HIGHERE AUTHORITIES TAKE THE MATTER LEGALLY.                                     Hi sir, My samsung a/c number is [protected]. My husband name is S.Rengaraja. Mobile - [protected], [protected] I have a samsung 1.5 ton split A/C purchased on April 2012. Last one week I got less cooling. So I booked for a/c service on 31.01.15. On Monday service man came to our home for service, at the time my parents were in home. He simply saw the a/c and didn’t do any service, but he said coolant was leaked need to refill for that I need to take indoor unit for service. I will come tomorrow to collect that. Then he charged 300rs since we have 50% offers in service charge and he said will reduce in tomorrow’s bill. Then once I come home my parents informed this, and I got a doubt that when we shift to the current home packers & movers uninstalled and installed the a/c. That time coolant was leaked. I have raised a complaint to Samsung, and then Service man came and refilled the coolant. He didn’t take it to service center. Today he came with two other guys. I asked this to that guy suddenly he replied it is repeated problem so we need to take this to service center. I replied that it is not a repeated problem. Before 2.5 years only we got this problem, now for only one week we are getting less cool. So you please service the a/c, after that also no cooling then we will call you for another service. But he didn’t accept at all. He was stubborn to collect the indoor unit and outdoor unit. We couldn’t do anything. So we allowed him to take a/c (indoor and outdoor units). Once he uninstalled the a/c we followed them. They came by bajaj load auto, and in that already 4 a/c (indoor and outdoor unit) was there. After 3 hours, one guy called from service center and informed that coil was worst and coolant also lost, so total amount is 6, 500. If you are okay we will do the service or else we will leave it as it is. We are in the critical situation. I am sure that they planned this already so that only they forced us to collect both indoor and outdoor unit. Till now I didn’t get bad experience with Samsung service. We have more Samsung products in our home. One LED TV, one LCD TV and 2 smart phones (Galaxy note2 & Grand neo) too. Kindly help me in this situation and give me the good solution. Thanks, N.Anusha,

                                      To all the recipients of this email: Please be informed. The issue has not been resolved for more than 1 month (request for replacement of the defective, display and old 2013 TV model sold through cheating). So now, i demand for the Refund of the full amount within 3 - 4 working days after the receipt of this email. Otherwise, I am going to file a cheating and fraud case against both Adishwar's and Samsung for selling 2013 display model in the showroom, when asked for Joyplus latest model. It is a clear case of cheat and fraud. I confirm the latest tv was available at the time of purchase, but i have been cheated and sold the old 2013 model which was kept in display at Adishwar's Jayangar showroom.                                         I bought a Samsung Duos handset from Reliance Digital Store at Lake Mall, Kolkata on 12th July, 2014. After using for few months (4months), I started facing trouble. As days passed, my handset started to hang. Then whenever I was using any application, it was becoming ‘switched off’ automatically. This problem was very active especially when I was capturing pictures (using camera) or surfing net. I took my handset (Model no- GT57582ZKAINS / Serial no- RZ1F62L59QZ) to the nearest Samsung service center ‘S CARE’ at Hazra Road, Kolkata on 17th January. After inspection, they said that due to using certain application, my battery has been damaged. I repeatedly asked for clarification that how can this happen that by downloading some application, how can a handset’s battery get damaged and that too of a reputed brand like Samsung. The technicians at the service center not able to provide proper answer and also said about some other faults for which I deposited the set to them on 17th Jan'15. That time they told me that it will be done within 19th or 20th and they will give a call once it is done. The job sheet number is [protected]. I was waiting till 23rd Jan (one week) and no response from there end. Then I have tried their land-line number but reaching voice mail box all time. So, on 24th I have spoken to a leady in Samsung-customer care number. She confirmed me that the handset is ready after changing the motherboard. She also confirmed me that the service center will be open till 7pm in the evening on 24th Jan. But when I visited there at 6.15pm on 24th Jan’15 it was totally closed. Then once again I called up the customer care number but they were surprised that it is closed. Then the guy spoke to me said that he is sending the message and the service center people will call me. Again another week gone and none called up. So I visited the center on 31st Jan and luckily it was open that day but the surprising thing the service center people (Ms.Puja & Mr. Anindya) told me that the handset is still not ready and having some minor issues which need some more time and asked me to come the very next day. In the mean time I asked them to provide me Samsung’s ‘customer care’ email id so that I can lodge a complaint officially and share my bitter experience but they failed to provide me. I was really surprised how can a brand like Samsung does not have any customer care email id for customers?????? As I too have office, I sent my husband on 2nd February to get it back and finally we got the handset after all work done from service center. Anyway after getting back my handset, I tried to use it but faced the same problem. I cannot switch on my handset. If it was somehow on then found that the touch was not operating properly and the handset was slow. Some of very common features are not working properly now. I don’t know what they did with my set or what major issue happened with this set in just 6 months of time. I spoke to senior engineers like Mr Anindya about my problem when submitted and he assured me to rectify it. But the end product was zero. They does not even want to disclose about the issue: - is it a product issue or anything else. I don't find any transparency in this which is never expected from a brand like Samsung. As a customer loyal to Samsung, now I am frustrated with this world famous brand and really don’t know what to do. Yesterday I again called your customer care number and lodged a complaint whose number is [protected]. Am I being sold a scrap handset? Or do the quality of Samsung has gone down to such an extent that within the six months, it will start giving so much trouble to a customer that would change his thoughts regarding Samsung?????
