Gentle Reminder.I have nearly call more than 30 times to samsung customer care support warranty dept and more than 10 times of local service authorize center in bhuj.But none of them is responding properly.Please suggest how many still gentle reminders i have to send further now???Now i think the time has came that i have to knock the doors of consumer courts...With Regards, Amit Asher...

We have complaint in refrigrator from installation of product. It's door gasket is not proper & it is confirmed by installation engineer came from Samsung. We are following for the same from last 7 to 8 months & company service team is not responding in this regards. Two times speak with senior executives on line they given commitments, but no positive responds from service....
