One month from the date of purchase we have been complaining regarding the wash quality Many service engineer visited the give some reasons or the other now after calling them several times they say the machine has some defect's they want to take the machine to their workshop for repairs for a week, we strongly protested for the same its under warranty period we want the Refund of our money and the machine to be taken back failing which we will proceed to Consumer Forum

    To, Ms. Samsung India Pvt Ltd. Sub:- Repairing of LED under warranty period Dear Madam / Sir, Greeting !!! Request you to please go through with whole incident because this time I took from my very busy schedule I had purchased a Samsung LED which purchasing date is 11th July 2014 which sale invoice is attached with the mail and the LED is under warranty period. Now there is a problem in LED for last few day may be few month, , there are black cloudy spot on screen which I observe few day back, as its come in my notice after watching Sports channel, because in other channel its doesn’t comes in notice as those channel are full of color, as on my first view I think those spots are some dust of marks, after cleaning screen problem still there. Then very next day i spoke to your local merchant where I buy the article, he suggest me the channel for complaint which is customer care. After completing to customer care your technical support staff visit to my place and tell and ensure me to do the needful for the same on very professional manner, and I am satisfied with your so far customer support Next day I called up regarding the same problem where i have been promised to get a call from technical department within 4 hours, I was waiting for the call for last 6 hours then again i made a call to the customer care asked to solve the problem but again he was promising me to get a call from the technical department, Then i asked him to share his senior or local Manager Number to whom I can explain my issue .After taking the manager number i had the word with that manager regarding the repairing of panel. I told him if your Engineer will repair or change the LED to short out the problem then what will be guarantee of that part of LED be new or other consumer used, so i requested him to take a count of warranty validity should start from the day of repairing but he was refusing and behaving like recovery agent or a ware house dealer and he said "you can go to the consumer court or anywhere i don't care, do whatever you want to do", i don't want to mention his name as I am from hospitality industries but definitely i can share his number which is [protected]. I really feel very hopeless after talking to your so called manager, and if yes he is not your manager, then his number should not share us by your customer care, because this spoiled your company name and images of Samsung I am fan of SAMSUNG, I have all my gadget/home appliance from Samsung at my home and office too, in between these few month I have buy at least four home appliance/gadget including this LED can share supporting if required .and in all outlet I personally preferred Samsung LEDs and all other appliance And I know you don’t value my this mail too, as your company is too big and you don’t value gadget of 50k, and don’t value your customer too My concern is only either replace (only request )my LED or if change the panel, then the warranty should start from replace date only, as everybody knows in LED this only mother board and Panel is only valuable and Major component and what make me understand or convinced that is panel work well and if you people are sure about your product, then what is the problem by replacing or giving replaced panel It doesn't mean to be wild and arrogant if i said for replacement and extend of warranty he could have denied politely or make me satisfied in other way, I am also from the service sector infect i am from hospitality sector running four outlet in the name of The BrewMaster hospitality in Delhi, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Mohali where we have the gadgets of Samsung only which is known for their number 1 ranking in the world in all aspects of quality.       HI I had visited the samsung service centre situated at dadar east with the request to block the IMEI nos of my stolen handset. I was denied the entry by the watchman sitting at the entrance issuing the token number saying that they service centre will not be able to do anything as the handset was not insured. I fail to understand what is it to do if the handset is insured or not to get the IMEI nos blocked, as i have the purchase invoice and the lost / theft certificate issued by local police station in original and the same has been logged in their complaint records.

        I have bought Samsung refrigerator model Number RT29BDPR1 in July, 2011. Purchased it from Mohali Samsung shop in phase 7 and since day one, we got bad luck with this product. On very first day, I got defected piece of this product. No cooling was there in it for 2 days. Called dealer number and then they replaced it with another piece. Now, few months back in October-2014, cooling was not there and called service center guys. They came and visiting engineers told that water tray was not properly fitted and told us that it should not be like this. We had to manually drop out the water from this tray where as service engineers/guys told that no need to manually drop out the water from tray and told seems some issue with it, they done some welding at their side and fix it. At that time, they told issue was related to gas and they filled gas in the product. I paid around Seventeen Hundred and few rupees for the service charges. Now, again after a couple of months, in December-2014, we had same issue repeated i.e. cooling was not happening. On contacting the support, created service request [protected] with them and this call is still open around after one month. They have taken my production to their service center and told some parts (may be condensor) need to be replaced and it may cost me another 3500~4000 rupees. I am fed up of this product that in few years only, it is misbehaving. I doubt that this piece was also defected as told by service engineers, so want some compensation or get it replaced by Samsung.           My wife bought Samsung Note 2 for gifting me from Flipkart online ( WS retails), o 28th Nov, 2013. after using carefully for 14 months, the battery started discharging fast so I approached the Authorised center at Kandivali west, He informed me that the battery is puffed and you have to pay 2265 .00 for replacing it and also the scrren is lifted from one side due to battery puffed and now they can not do any thing about the phone. After paying 31500. 00 such a high cost, the phone has not last for 2 years, , I also send complaint to Samsung but they said they can not do anything, you have to pay for service and charges.. I am only requesting all the people do not buy any samsung phone which are are more that 10, 000, Their no guarantee that it will last for more that 0ne year.. Please do not buy Samsung .. they are just cheating peoples..by dumping a cheap phone at very high cost in India...

                I bought a LED 3D TV on[protected] for Rs. 79, 000/-. On[protected] I registered a compaint for TV automatically switching ON & OFF and the fault was not identified by your technician and on 6-1-2015 again I registered a complaint for the same fault complaint No. [protected] and your technician inspected and said to replace the power supply card for Rs.5, 335/- and I replaced it on[protected] and now your technician is saying that there is problem in display and you have to replace it for Rs. 22, 832/-. My TV is only14 months old and I cant beleive there is problem in display.Your customer care is also saying to replace it for the above amount. Within a short period again investing for the repair is not possible. As a no.1 product I bought the samsung TV. Already I have spend Rs. 5, 335/- for power supply card, so I request you to replace the display free of cost and otherwise I will forced to take legal action against you for the same. with regards R.                 Dear Sir,
                Regarding my complaint no. [protected] and ref.no. [protected] some body called me from[protected] yesterday and said that 50% of the panel (display) cost must be paid by me (ie) the panel cost Rs. 21, 309/- and I must pay Rs. 10, 655/-. But I have already paid Rs. 5, 335/- and the balance amount Rs. 5, 320/- can be paid by me. So make arrangement for replacing the Panel (display) immediately.

                  Dear Sir/Madam I wish to inform you that I am one of the most unfortunate customer of the reputed NO 1 Sam sung Smart Mobiles I purchased Samson's MOBILE hand set as per the details given below for your kind perusal and immediate necessary action please. Product GT N7100 ADINU Product Serial No RFICA5ASZVT D O P of Product 2012.12.11 Ref No [protected] Model No P G T ICXXSOH Certified No IN 12167281 H Extended Warranty 2014.12.2010 Cost of the Hand sent Rs 37000 Flip Cover 1650 1650 X2 Within two months of our purchase we started facing lot of problems with the above hand set. We have sent several hundreds of mails to your Samsung office and Customer Care with regard to manufacturing defects of the above hand set and have requested for FULL REFUND of our money. in view of the Defective hand set delivered to us. For your kind information we have replaced the following accessories within a period of one year accessories for the NEWLY PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II HAND SET.: Head Phone 3 times Data cord 3 Times Phone Charger 2 times Flip Cover 3 times ( all original costing Rs 1650/- each Display replaced Costing Rs 7400/- Extended Warranty Amount paid to the Co Rs 2.500 Overhead/Conveyance expenses incurred pillar to post Rs 5000/- directly incurred by us Time loss/spent unaccountable Several times we visited Samsung Service centres at Adyar/Mylapore/Nandanm/ 4th main road, Adyarr, Chennai at M/S Hifi Solutions, Mylapure, Chennai Each of your service centres totally differ / vary in fixing the problems/issues. Each of the Samsung Service Centre basically differ and finally convenince the customers to buy the accessories stating there is no problem with the hand set and to REPLACE THE ACCESSORIES which is again not COVERED IN THE WARRANTY OR EXTENDED ADDTIONAL WARRANTY ALSO. While Hifi solutions confirms only there is problems with the Handsets and not with accessories. However finally in the end we will be finally taken for a ride and keep on buying accessories/spares for the above mobile hand set . In all we have spent more than Rs 50, 000/-- for the SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II MOBILE HAND SET with no resolution from the COMPANY till date. One problem after another is cropping up one after the other. . .I and the SAMSUNG COMPANY IS BEING deaf ears to our problems/issues with above mobile hand set . We have sent several hundred of mails/complaints to SAMSUNG COMPANY.. Although they had assured support and help for replacement/refund, but we are not getting any reply in this regard. We are totally heart broken and help less. Against during Decvember 2014 we got the DISPLAY replaced on payment of Rs 7400/- at SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE ONLY. . We have again handed over the above SAMSUNG Galaxy MOBILE HAND SET VIDE BILL NO [protected] DATED 04.12.14. and in all we paid Rs 7400/- towards display charges to Boscon India Limited We earnestly request your good self to kindly arrange for FULL refund of our money, since we have undergone lot of difficulties and having the extended warranty with SAMSUNG on payment of Rs 2500/- is off no use at all. Merely the company is making money out of accessories sales. We have incurred huge expenditure on Accessories/spares/overhead on our SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II MOBILE within 12-18 months.. We have been patiently waiting for your response/resolution but till date there is no action from the company. We have no other option but to approach the CONSUMER FORUM for support and help in this direction.. .                     I have purchased Samsung mobile GT-S5282 on Feb 2014, from the day 1 it’s having problem. Its “display become white and unable to scroll down”. Taken to the customer care & they told they have replaced the mother board. Hardly two months passed it started showing same problem. Again taken to the customer care & they have done something and given back the phone. After 2-3 weeks its problem started again then I used to take off the battery and after fixing it started working. But at last in the month of Nov again I have taken to the customer care for the same issue and its started hanging. But they informed after formatting phone will be ok. But nothing happened so I have to give it again to your customer care on Jan. 2015. (Sl.#RZIDBO5Y05L, IMEI/RSN#[protected] So suggest me how to solve this problem. Now it is in warranty period so you are giving free service but after warranty period if same problem arises what to do?

BUT 5 DAYS OVER AND THEY DID NOT REPAIR IT . AND ALSO 2 TIME CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAYS WAIT FOR 2 DAYS YOUR HANDSET WILL READY AND ALSO THEY CALLED ME . NO CALL NO MAIL .DAILY I HAVE MAIILED DAILY I HAVE CALL ON CUSTMARE CARE .THEY FAKE PROMICES FOR 2 DAYS 3 DAYS 24 HOURS NOW I WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .                         Hello, I am Durgaprasad K from Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh. I purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 on 22/06/2013 at Visakhapatnam. I got a small problem with my mobile from a week. Mobile is not getting turned off and the Samsung S4 logo is blinking on the screen but when the mobile is turned on its working fine. There is no other problem except the off issue. I took my hand set to Innovative Electronics, Samsung Authorized service station in Visakhapatnam. They saw the problem and informed me that the problem is with power switch and it has to be replaced and it will cost me 500/- The person spoke to me said that the problem may not be rectified even after the switch is replaced and new problems may arise and asked him how can you tell that when i am giving to a Samsung Authorized Service Center. The person sitting beside him answered me that its not that new problem will arise only if there is any existing problem then it will come out. I clearly mentioned them that the phone is working fine and i have no other issues except this Auto On problem. They too checked the working condition of my handset and informed that power switch replacement will resolve the issue. They opened a Job Sheet Job Sheet No. [protected]. They asked me to come same day evening to collect the repaired handset. When i went back in the evening they said that the problem is not yet rectified and asked me to come again next day morning. I asked them to give back the handset, then they said that mobile went dead and total mother board has to be replaced now and it will cost me 9000/- I got surprised and asked them why it happened like this when i gave the phone in working condition. They are now telling that this type of risk may happen while replacing power switch and the risk is entirely customers. I asked them why should customer face it while the handset spoiled in their hands. They are telling me that they are not responsible for these type of risks and only customer should take it. I approached Samsung Customer care and explained the problem Immediately and lodged a complaint ( Reference ID : [protected]) They said that the issue is escalated to concerned team and i will get a call back from them. I waited for nearly 13 hours and as had not received any call from them, I again called the customer care to know the status. Then they made me wait for almost 30 minutes on the call and disconnected the call. Again i called them immediately and after requesting the executive many times for about 50 minutes he transferred the call to another person and again he said that i will get a call back after finding the facts. I got a call back from him within 30 Minutes and he again telling the same thing i heard at service station. He informed me that the phone may go dead when power switch is being replaced and the risk is entirely customers. I left in a weird state after listening to a disappointing answer even from the customer care. I requested them to give the handset back in the same state i gave to them. They are telling that it is not possible. I asked them to give in written that the mother board went dead when replacing power switch. Even for this is received an answer NO. I am really not understanding whom to approach and how to get proper justice on this. Please help me in this issue I Pray for proper justice.

                          Ref ID: 562311 (through National Consumer Helpline) Sir/Madam, I had purchased a new Samsung 32” LED on 23-Nov-2014 from Hari Om Electronics, Ashok Vihar, Delhi - 52 (Invoice No.: 14-15/02829). From day 1 itself, I am facing problem with this LED. Everytime it is switched ON, it makes a loud bursting sound as if some crackers are bursting on the back side of the TV. I have made several complaints to the vendor (Hari OM Electronics, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52) and the Samsung customer care (Ref. No. [protected]) but till date no solution has been worked upon. Till date, 5 visits have been made by 3 different technicians and one product specialist from Samsung and everytime I am told some new story with regards to my problem. Few days back, I was told by one of the technician that the speakers and PCB of the TV are defective and need to be replaced. Today, one technician and one product specialist visited my home. They checked and told me that the problem is due to a software. They upgraded the software and assured me that the bursting sound was due to software problem and now there won't be any problem going further. But sadly, the problem still persists.Last week 2 visits were made by a team of technician and product specialist and they acknowledged that even after software upgrade, the problem of bursting sound still persists. Now, they say that the problem is wrt mother board and that needs to be repaired. I just want to let you know that your team of technicians is playing hit and trial method to resolve the problem at hand. Till now they are not able to diagnose the problem. Since the LED given to me is defective and is giving problems from day one of purchase, I want this to be replaced with a new LED. I do not want any part to be repaired but the complete replacement of my 32” LED. Hope you will understand that I paid my hard earned money for a new LED and not for a defective one for which I have to go through mental agony and do away with my peace of mind. In case it is not replaced within 15 days, I will be compelled to approach the consumer court/court of law and will demand compensation for mental harassment also.                             Dear Concern This is very bad experience from such type of Brand like Samsung. I have purchased 2 Handsets (Galaxy Grand 2), 1 set is working properly but 1 set has some problem from 1st day of Purchase.Its Auto restart problem which i have facing, My whole screen goes Blue and then its auto Restart. With this complaint I went to go to Croma Center Karol Bagh where i purchased those sets. He checked and update all software but after i reached home the problem had repeated then i go to Samsung Service Center, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 and they check my phone and submitted. Next day i have recd. Call from them they said we cant replace your set as its our company policy set is ok.I requested lots of time that please release DOA as i am not satisfied with this set but all time same reply. Its very harassing me that to know about there is no policy of customer satisfaction. I have to go to Consumer Forum for the same as i am very dissatisfied.                               I purchased the Samsung LED TV 32" on 11 Jan 2014. During 5/2014 that is after 3-4 months TV gone fault and simultaneously TV Panel was replaced by your company. Now, , again within the gap of 7 months same type of fault accrued. We have registered a complaint (NO. [protected]) and service Engineer suggested that the panel is to be changed again and cost of the Panel is Rs. 14, 000/-, because guarantee period lapsed by 4 days. Kindly please note that within one year same problem occurred twice, that means there is a BASIC PROBLEM in the TV itself. Please consider our case as a special one that the TV at fault may be replaced by 40" or 42" and the cost difference will be born by me. Further I, would like to inform you that we have purchased REFREDGERATOR AND WASHING MACHINE along with the above TV. I hope, you will consider my case favourably, Sir, with expecting your favourable action at your end.

                                have purchased a samsung SA-91 power bank from shopeclues .order number 33341867 and its delivered today but i m very upset and feel bad because this product very bad and low quality i have its full and charged my mobile but after 30% is offf plzz send me good quality and real 2600 mah power bank or refund my money

                                  Sir, I have registered a complain related to repairing of washing machine with Samsung Customer Care on[protected]. Service Engineer visited on[protected] and gave estimate for part change for which I have agreed. He has agreed to return on[protected]. On[protected] he has replaced the part correctly and then went to clear the filter. But while taking the filter out of the machine, he has damaged the same. Now, they are expecting me to pay for the same along with visit charges and transportation charges. In this connection, please be also noted that 2 months back similar incident have happened with my Samsung AC when they had given estimate for Gas refilling but after taking to the service station, they claimed that the Compressor need to be replaced and gave estimate of Rs. 18000. Now I am confused what should I do. I have burnt my hands with AC and now with Washing Machine. However, prior to this same service station have played with refrigerator also. Have I made a crime by selecting Samsung Brand for all my household appliances. Thanks & Regards, Manish Sharma

                                    Given my Galaxy Grand Quattro at Service center, Grand Mall, Ahmedabad on 17th Jan'15 with Complain of Camera. the same was handled by CCO, Ms Anita and Technician, Anil. cleaned the camera and stated that rubber linning was missing which causes the dust. checked the camera and taken the mobile. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WAS NO DOCUMENT GIVEN IN THE TIME OF DELIVERY ONLY 2 FORMS(NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CONTENTS ) WERE SIGNED BEFORE THEY TOOK THE MOBILE. when i called from the mobile, found outgoing voice was disabled and my voice is not been transmitted to other mobile but i can hear the voice. again went to the same service center and had same process, but not they told that i have to change the mother board. MY QUESTION - I HAVE GIVEN THE SET IN WORKING CONDITION, THEN WHY I HAVE TO SUFFER ?

                                      Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone from barrackpore from your authorized sell center name M/S DAS STORES on 10.07.2014. My model no is SAMSUNG STAR PRO GT-S7262. Unfortunately two times I have faced tremendous problem which is tower not received. Two times I have repaired from BARRACKPORE service carter. Last time they have changed entire my motherboard and they assured me that never happened like this in future. But again I am facing same problem and I am so tried I am not interested to repaired again as every time I have set my entire phone nos and software. As I am a great fan of SAMSUNG product and I am using TV, WASHING MECH, VCD and another 3 phones, a TAB. So requesting you please don’t break my heart against SAMSUNG lover. I am requesting you please change my phone entire new model so that at least I can use it continuously one year. My compliances and grievance you have must reflect from barrackpore cervices center.                                         I purchased TV in Nov 2012 and within 2 years I have replaced PCB twice and now third time it has failed again and every time we have to spend approximately Rs 10, 000/-. The product components and its software is defective.

                                        First time TV switched off automatically and since within warranty Company replaced something which I do not know since they gook the TV to theor service centre. In Dec'13 TV use to switch OFF on its own, so Samsung recommend to replace the PCB, which was done. Now last week while watching TV it switched OFF automatically and did not get ON. So service engineer came again recommended to replace PCB which will again cost me Rs.10, 000/-

                                        Now it seems they have a major problem in component of PCB and has a life of 1 year. So requesting Samsung to resolve the issue and give consumer assurance that the PCB will not fail again and replace PCB withour any cost to consumer.

                                        i have same issue with complaint no.[protected] and they have replaced pcb but nothing happened again the tv was switching off and on automatically for which they quoted me 6780 rupees .After they told me that it is having motherboard issue which will cost 9800 rupees for which I agrees and they brought my Tv to service centre in panel navi mumbai and after 15 days they told me that it has led panel issue which will cost me 25000 rupees.18 months old tv what shall i do?????????????
