Hi I purchased the Samsung LED TV on June-2013 for the price of 38, 000 + by loan, Within 5 months I got a problem in TV regarding Display on Nov-2013. I called the Service Center and inform about the problem. They sent the engineer and replace the Panel. After the Warranty period completed. I got the same problem on Jan-2015. When I inform about the problem, they are asking me to pay Rs. 13, 500 for replace the display panel. Quality of Samsung TV is worst, within the 1Years and 6 Month, I got the same problem for twice. But they are asking me to pay Rs. 13, 500. I ask them to do the Free Service or provide the discount. They told they will not do. I need to pay 13, 500 for repair the TV and will provide the 1 year Warranthy. I asked him what about the same problem repeat after 1year. They told that, for electronic devices, quality will not be assure and also they said in the world any electronic manufacture will not provide the quality assurance.     SIR I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GALAXY NOT 3 NEO ON[protected], NEARLY 4 MONTHS BACK. IT HAD BEEN FUNCTIONING VERY WELL UNTIL A WEEK AGO THE SPEAKER PART OF IT STARTED GETTING HOT WHEN IS IN USE. IT GETS SO HOT THAT I CANNOT HOLD IT EVEN NEAR TO MY EAR. THOUGH I TOOK THE PHONE TO CUSTOMER CARE AT KALOOR, KOCHI, THEY TURNED DOWN MY PLEA BY SAYING THAT THIS IS A COMMON PHENOMENON OF SAMSUNG MOBILES. BUT NOW I WOULD DEMAND YOU TO REPLACE MY MOBILE PHONE AT THE EARLIEST TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE HAZARDS I HAVE TO FACE USING THE PHONE IN SUCH A DANGEROUS CONDITION.       i have purchased a brand new samsung led 5 series 5141 model yesterday on behalf of pongal festival. After installation and mounting of tv on wall with stabilizer we have watched a movie. After an hour some anonymous sound heard in tv with display broken on top of screen. i don't know whats wrong with tv. Kindly give some suggestion

        Dear Team I did lot of research and online and offline review Then I bought Samsung Galaxy Note Neo 7500(Batch No. - [protected]) on 01/01/2015 from next day its create problem like hanging, restart, heating & switch off also. I also went to customer care THREE TIME they install software and update it and give it to me and told me that Its ready now its onward you will be no any face problems but its also create same problems.             Hi, I am facing a serious issue in my Galaxy Grand duos. When i turn on and scan wifi it connects after providing the correct password and instantly gets disconnect. i have tested it via multiple wifi connection. Is there any way i can troubleshoot it at my end. please suggest at earlist. Thanks

              I am really disappointed with product quality of a brand like Samsung when find the my phone outer body''''s color (polish) faded within such a shorter period. Purchase date 08.07.2014 As recommended by Samsung''''s customer support team I visited service centre Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) but they told same not being covered in warranty. Please advice where should I approach now to repair/replace damaged part of phone.

                Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a SAMSUNG Mobile (GALAXY GT-S5282 ) on 04/10/2013, having Slow speed processor issue, battery & voice clarity problem. Even after so many visits the mobile having same issue, every time i have been told to visit the service center to diagnose the problem. One authorised service center has refused to accept the defect after repairing done by them twice. Then after I visited another service center for the repairing, they confirmed the defect, kept the mobile, replaced the motherboard and called me to collect the mobile. After use of less than 2 hours I came to know that still the problem was there. They had even closed the case without discussing with me, after the phone's repair. Again I talked to customer care, and again I told to visit the service centre.Even their customer care has mentally harassed me and been disrespectful to me and violated my chastity. I have claimed to Samsung India for the refund of my hard-earned money, but I have not been refunded any money. But the corrupt head of the Customer-Satisfaction Team of Samsung has denied directly and created a deadlock to the Call-centre team in a such a manner that noone is helping me as passing rude comments to me. I will be sharing all their names with details as soon as i'll see some investigation happening for the same from this site.                   with in warranty peroid my tv got 3 times repaired...and 2 times service engineer replace the board from my tv...very very worst product...all of them told samsung is good product..its not true...this time i want to replace my tv or money return to me...last time ur senior authority person told again this problem will come surely replace the tv...that person name suseenthiran from delhi...now he didnt pick up my call...surely i will go to compain in the consumer court...lasttime suseenthiran what he spoke to me i record their voice...i have proof...and also have 3 times repair proof also have...so i am going to complain the consumer court...

                            Sir, I had purchased refrigerator model no. RT36FARZASP on dated 20.02.2014 against invoice no B4404 from M/s Anand Electrical & Electronics 11 Vallabh nagar Kota -07. During use the refrigerator I noticed that veg. bucket infringed.Regarding this trouble I personally contact to vendor but no positive response has been given by him. Then after I lodged a written complaint ( compliant reference no [protected])on dated 10.01.2005 and as well as telephonic contact many times with local service centre. But still that no action has been taken by samsung . Meanwhile during using of refrigerator one front lock of bucket has been broken . Sir, I had purchased samsung brand refrigerator on the goodwill and reputation of your company and it is very inconvenient to purchase a new basket as there is no fault o[censored]ser side .                                 Dear sir/ma'm.. my grand neo's display Is blinking too mch if I leave It more than 15 min. In a surface..luks like it has broken.. its still in warranty period. I have shown it to service centre more than three tymes.. they hav so called changed its display.. bt no improvment. now they say me to leave my phone for over on week. widout giving me android substitute.                                   I have samsung galaxy chat phone. after using it only for one year phone got complaint, over heating and low back up. I shown to many service centers and they says replace the board, which will cost around 5000 rs, what will I do i lost 8000 rs .

                                      It is to inform that I Rakesh Kumar is working in CISF and presently I am posted at NTPC Unchahar, Distt: Raebareli. On 13.11.2013 I have purchased a new LED TV h5100 full HD from Delhi. During last week of Dec'2014 my LED T.V has got defective. I have registered a compliant with SUMSUNG customer care. In the Ist week one Engineer from SUMSUNG has visited to me and after checking, he has told that Display of the same has defective and require replacement. A sum of Rs. 12, 000/- will be extended towards change the display of the LED. I am very much surprise to know that the product purchase by me through a very reputed company like SUMSUNG has got defective only in one year and one month. I have make again a call to SUMSUNG customer care and inform about the same. But they have stated taht they are forwarding of compliance to his senior and arranging call. But no call have been received by me till date. Sir, SUMSUNG is a very reputed company. I have purchased this LET just one year ago and spend a sum of Rs, 32000/-. Now as per version of Engineer, a sum of Rs, 12, 000/- is also required to be expended towards change of display of the same. Sir, for a poor people it is not possible to spare a sum of Rs, 44, 000/- in just one year. I have earlier used product of SUMSUNG without any complaint. But in this case I think it a a manufacture defect otherwise display of any TV could not defective for a longer period. Keeping in view of the above, it is my humble request to look into the matter and change display of my LED T.V without any financial burden to me. For this kind favour I shall be very grateful to you. Otherwise I have no other option to knock the door of consumer court. This is a reputation issue of the SUMSUMG Company also to provide this type of service to the customers. I am thinking that you will take an immediate action in this regard.

                                        I bought Samsung Galaxy As S4 Mini, bearing Serial No. RZ1FA07PTQN on[protected]i would like to bring urgent attention to the concern department of Customer Support Team that i have bought this handset on 01st Jan 2015 (Only 10 days before), After unboxing my device in the seller store it worked normal but on the second day onward it started to have colourful blinking(blue/pink) on the main screen at every single touch and few days later it rear camera does not functioning at all, Now, Current situation of the handset is when using Rear Camera there is Flash Spot on the screen at bottom level, extending with a line passing through it. I have also clicked and checked the images under Gallery and it have the same impression as well. I have checked with seller store and its confirmed to me that its now the matter between me and Samsung and they have nothing to with Product, Since, all are this incidents/hardware issues with the handset are related to the manufacturing defects, i have called the Samsung Customer Team this evening dated[protected] vide reference no. [protected] to report the same and as per guidelines given to me to restart the phone under safe mode and it will work fine again. I did used the phone under safe mode too but nothing help since its not at all related to any third party application or program. I am very regret to inform that i am not at all satisfied with my samsung mobile device to the manufacturing issues with their products. Because in less than 10 days if mobile phone like Galaxy S4 Mini get manufacturing issues than the other products cannot be reliable at all. Henceforth, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and advice refund procedure on urgent basis. Copy of the invoice and payment details are as attached.
