Hi, I am using samsung duos GT-S 7262 it is giving some signals problem the store people told me that they can't do any think about this problem. I was purchased my mobile in the month of april 2014 in UNIVERCELL Telecommunications India Private Limited, mehidipatnam branch, Hyderabad. I have a guaranty with my mobile but my unable get the support from your dealer's so please kindly requesting you to get the good services from your comapny. Thanks & Regards, M.         I have a samsung note1 mobile phone. I visited the centre on 6th Jan 2015. The charging jack if my phone is to be replaced as their is an issue with the charging. I was told to visit back on the 7th aftr 11 am as they would have the part by then. I visited the centre again in the 7th at 1:30 and wAs toLd the part has not reached the center yet and would in an hour. I was ready to leave the phone behind and the employees said they would call me once the part arrives.. i called again arnd 2:40. The part hadnt arrived. I called at 4 and i was told they woul call back in 10 minutes i again called at 4:45 and ws then told thr is some audit so part has not arrived. But they would send a guy especially to pick the part and get my work done.. but i have not received any update. I am paying for the jack not getting the part for free and if i have to run after The service station then what good is samsung support. Punya Anand [protected]

          My brand new Samsung TV has a defect in the screen The Samsung team is falsely claiming it to be physical damage although the TV has been installed by their own engineers I have been following up with them for the past 1 month. I have requested for a replacement however they are asking me to pay up for repairs. They are cheating their own customers Attached are photos that show damage inside the TV and not even a scratch on the outside. You will notice that the defect is in the inside of the TV and no damage whatsoever on the outside

            Dear sir as I have brought a samsung S5 handset 6th month of 2014, and as your company claims it is water proof, the handset has some trouble in start ans now the service centre is denying warranty claim and servicing the hand set. It is almost 45000 in cost and a exclusive product where compared with I phone. When such product brought by people they expect the similar service from you. I kindly request you to look in to the matter and solve the issue on priority.or I am forced to find some other option to get justice. Regards Arun Changappa.

              Dear Sir I bought Samsung Note 4 on 30-11-14. On 3rd Dec when i put it for charging, its charging point was burnt. I have sent the same to samsung service centre in vile parle, mumbai. I was told that i was not using another data cable for charging so it was burnt and it is not under warranty. I was told that estimate cost for repair will be Rs.[protected]. I am shocked to hear such thing. First of all data cable i was using was proper and it was working well before getting burnt. I was using the same from last one month and there was no issue at all. Second it was some fault in mobile only otherwise how can it burnt like this that all the internal part also burnt with it. I have paid good amount for this mobile and if such mobile will burn like this and i have to spend money for repair then it does not give good picture for samsung brand. I request you to please look into this matter as it should be covered under warranty and mobile should be repaired without any charges to me.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I have got a Samsung Power Bank SA.01 which is gifted to me by my company on the occasion of the Christmas, I have kept the power bank whole day charging, then later I have used it to charge my mobile, but It is not being charged. Nearly 100 power banks have been purchased by my company all of them are not working, please reply me regarding this problem.

                        I recently purchase the "New Samsung Tab 4" on 02-Jan 2015 from "Mobile Galaxy store Sanjay Palace, Agra, " Which is faulty(not detecting the Sim), Store Manager repairing this tab and then given to me, but i purchase new Tab, then why should i take those Item which is already faulty.many rounds of discussion is already done and I visited his store many times, but always he talk about to take faulty tab, Now I am getting frustrated.                           My name is Periyasamy .I bought samsung w/m on 29/12/14 in Velavan home appliances, Thoothukudi. Till today the service man didnt come for demo and installation . in velavan electronics, I complained to the samsung demonstrator Manikandan but no response so i returned the samsung W/M and bought IFB.IFB service is very good.So dont buy samsung products service is so worst, very bad .

                              I have purchased a Air Conditioner Split 1.5 Ton - Model AS18EFAXTL from Samsung Plaza, M.G. Road, Trivandrum on 24.4.09 by Spending Rs.30, 000/-. Regular services were carried out quarterly by your authorised service centre, viz. Top Coolers, Kowdiar, Trivandrum. On 16.8.2014, the condencer was found damaged on account of gas leaking and for replacing the same (condencer Rs.6000, Gas filling Rs.1650, servicing Rs.225, T.A. Rs.250) an amount of Rs.7525/- was spent by me. Yesterday, the Compressor seems to be damaged and for replacing it, I have to again spent Rs.7000/- and other charges coming to around Rs.9500/-. These two major components damaged within a short span of 5 years only from the date of purchase of AC. In fact a common man find it very difficult to afford and spend these type of exorbitant charges for the defects occurring on your products of a reputed company like you. You could imagine how I could afford Rs.15000/- within a gap of 5 months for no fault on my part. I shall feel thankful if you could kindly arrange make necessary arrangements to replace the Compressor free of cost.

                                Dear Sir, I submitted our Tab in your Service center Chowk Lucknow, in July Last for rectify the charging problem. After that same problem came. then I submitted the Tab AGARIM TECHNOLOGIES, A-29 NIRALA NAGAR LUCKNOW-226004 on August 5th, again after getting the TAB from Service Center when I checked then found that TAB not repaired by Center. When we again try to submitted the TAB then, Service Center Officials told me that pl. submit this tab next day . on 6th August, I again Submitted the TAB . and last 06 month I visited many times in your Service center but they are not giving us my TAB. I am requesting you kindly do the needful, otherwise with in 2-3 Days I will take legal Action against your organization. Regards... Swadesh [protected]

                                  I bought a Samsung Galaxy in 2013 and during the warranty period the touch screen got broken in an accident and that time when i approached the Service Centre that time which was in Tambaram Sanatorium they told it will not be covered under warranty and told the repair cost will be Rs.5, 500/- for LED and Touch Screen that time i was not given it for service and I gave the same last month that is Dec 2014 and now the service centre shifted to Tambaram and i gave the same for service and it was done and they are telling the bill is Rs.7, 900/- instead of Rs.5, 500/- Hence i am requesting you to kindly take necessary steps to reduce the service charges since the mobile cost of the same is reduced than it was in 2013 when i bought that.

                                    Dear sir i have purchased grand 2 on 26 of dec 2014. I had a problem on 31st of Dec that the camera is not working properly and all of sudden the screen fluctuate on and off i went today to samsung service center Door No 6-3-788/43, Ground Floor, Ameerpet, Opposite Chandana Brothers, Durga Nagar Lane, Hyderabad - 500016. the front office people have informed me that they cannot help me in this regards. they are telling me that i would have came in 6 days b from the date of purchase.. and they are not even repairing my mobile. on which i have told them that i will go to consumer forum in which they have replied me that it my choice in a very bad way.. i felt very bad i am a regular purchase samsung range of products. its very bad and rude behaviour of samsung service center.. pls help me in this regards

                                      Loud knocking sounds coming off my newly purchased Samsung 230 lits.single door refrigerator. This sound started after 3-4 days of its purchase on 21.10.2014. Samsung authorised technician attended & said that this abnormally loud sounds are normal to this product & can not be stopped ! Now Samsung company should accept & acknowledge the fact that their product is defective and they have adopted faulty technology for the said product & making their customer fool !
