Hello There, My Samsung Wave Phone that i have purchased in 2011 was facing issue of automatic switch off hanging, As this issue i was facing during Warranty period so i have submitted in samsung testing centre, at that time they told me everything is fine with the phone, Now my warranty period is over and i am facing similar issue, now when i have submiited it in Samsung care centre this time issue is of hardware which will cost for rs 8000 as per them. Its really a big issue of these company how they actually deal, they are only concern about making money. Waiting for further reply, Regards atul

    I would like to report my very poor experience with the quality of your product and service. This is in regards to my purchase and after-sales support of Samsung Tab 2 GT-P3100 (purchased on 4/4/2013, order details can be shared on request). 1. Within just 1.5 years, the phone started giving a problem, with GSM network connectivity errors - mobile network not found/ SIM not inserted, etc. 2. Your authorized service center at Satara Road/ Katraj has been pathetic - they have not been able to diagnose the problem correctly despite keeping the phone twice for over a week in total. They falsely closed the ticket in their system even before repair was complete, and are now stating that the motherboard has to be completely replaced. They charged me a total of Rs 1350 (receipt copies can be shared on request) for replacing the SIM case/ module, which also they refuse to refund despite the problem not being solved. I have been purchasing Samsung products for a long time and have enjoyed using them, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and feeling cheated. While I don''t know if you will take any action to fix these product and service issues, I can tell you for sure it''s unlikely that I will buy another Samsung product for a long time. Regards, Anand

      Shanmon Joseph, Kothamagalam PO, [protected] [protected]@gmail.com I would like to inform you that a complaint about my new phone Samsung Note 3 Neo.16th of this month i am purchased Samsung note 3 at Alif Mobile Communication, penta menaka, eranakulam.But 2nd day itself the mobile speaker complaint.Then 19th of this month i went to complaint about my phone in the same shope.They inform me that to submit your mobile authorised service center Perumbavur. As per their instruction at the same day (19th)I went to reported samsung service center Perumbavur .They accept the complaint and need to take 24 hours for getting NOC. Next day 20th evening 4 'o' clock i went to the service center, but they are not ready to given the NOC. They informed me to come again on next working day ( 22nd monday ).Their attitude and behaviour are not good to me.They are not ready to retifi my complaint with proper channel.In this case i already took 2 days leave and petrol expense from kothamagalam to ernakulam and back around 5000rs spend.This is for your kindly information to release my new phone without expense and take neccessory action about this matter and kindly do the needful.

          I had purchased Samsung LCD TV on[protected] Model no LCD SAM-40"-40D550-HD MOVI costing 42, 500 at Sangli. In the month of October 2014 the TV screen was showing Horizontal strips. The customer care complaint No [protected] was followed this week stating replacement of the Screen at the cost of Rs 22000/- This means I am supposed to pay Rs 60, 000 for a television. Actually the LCD screen as per Internet shows a life of 60000 hours. It comes as seven years at least. The Global company Samsung should take a responsibility of replacing the panel free if failed to have life of five years. This creates bad reputation for a company.

          We had procured a LED TV of (SAMSUNG) in the month of September 2013 of Rupees 72, 900/-. The LED TV Model Code is UA46F5100ARMXL, in the month of January 2014 we observed black sport/patches/lining on TV screen, then accordingly we had contacted to your customer care and lodge the complaint and accordingly they had deputed yours service engineer to investigate the problems. Service engineer informed us that there is some internal problems in the TV/LEDs and the hole unit of complete LED will be replaced, we also request them to replace hole unit of TV, then again samsung engineer reported us along with new unit LED TV and replacement was made and he has taken back defective TV from us.
          During the visit of samung engineer we informed that such type of failure in a short time of procurement should not be arrived its indicate the failure/poor quality of samsung product, he informed that this is the rear case only, after making of replacement now you will not face such type of problems.

          Further again the same problem (black sport/patches/lining on TV screen) we observed in our above LED TV within a short period of 10th month after replacement of new TV by samsung company, that it is a repeated failure of samsung product.

          Today again we had contacted to samsung customer care and lodge the complaint no. [protected] and request them to take care/attend the complaint of our TV immediately free of cost to us because again your product has failed within 10th month due to the poor quality of samsung product.

          Samsung Service person Mr.Sanjay Chaudhury contacted us today after none and he was asking to pay Rupees 1125/- for the visit charges to my house to see the problem of TV, we told them our TV is within warranty and it should be replaced free of cost to us.

          Still we are waiting for the response from the company. We feel its a repeated failure of the product due to poor quality of a components.
          I NEVER AGAIN TO BUY SAMSUMG PRODUCTS...

            I had taken my phone to Sangeetha Marathalli near to bridge on 20th Nov, the person by name Alex replaced my phone display which is a duplicate one and not even worth paying a pie to him, with in 3 days i returned my phone, he said he would replace with a new one and reset my phone. This fellow is not worth to be in a Sangeetha store at all, after 2 days waiting in the show room for more than 2 hours he returned me a phone with new discplay. Still a heck!!! Not at all working well, it dials itself, disconnect happens automatic and messages compose automatically with out typing anything. I complained again! he said its a phone problem, !!! A local shops replace for 1000 bugs but carrying a phone to Sangeetha was a worst experience. Its not worth going to Sangeetha service in any way, trust in Samsung showrooms ONLY

              Sir, This is to bring to your kind information that i have been an old Samsung delighted customer in Home appliances. But in mobiles, i am the first timer. I have bought my Galaxy Core and within three months my device was getting restarted. Approached Service center and fixed the problem. Don’t know what has been done from their side. Again it the device display problem started where the display would go faded on it’s own. As per the experts suggestion, i have kept the App's minimal and less. Even though the same problem existed. It is pathetic to go to service center again as we need to configure the whole apps, take the backup and there is no surety that the device works as expected. I have posted this in the forums multiple times and i got the feedback as this phone is not scalable to higher version of android and it is a failure phone. So, i humbly request you to please provide a replacement phone with compensation continue supporting it by providing the Jelly bean. Your valued customer. Details will be provided on request.                 my samsung mobile creating scratching sound i went to service center they are telling your are using third party apps thats the problem thats not satisfied me if cant use othre apps wahats use of such mobile ? i want my money back service center just reseting my mobile thats the solutuin they have not ready to change ringer because its problem of ringer. already i visited ss enterprises in katraj .

                  Dear Samsung team, I was purchase Samsung 32'' Smart led TV on 22 Jan. at a time of purchase company held a scheme of smart web camera with this LED. I was purchase this LCD from tanishq Electronics from Hiren magri sector - 4 udaipur. Many time i was call him but till today i didn't get this web camera.please do the needful.i am felling very harassment with this. i don't think that samsung have this type of goodwill in the indian market.our one comment on twitter and facebook will give very poor image in front of other customers.i am a very loyal customer of sumsung so i don't want to go in judicial custody. so please do the needful Rahul Salvi [protected]

                    I Purchase a Samsung TV for 15, 000 few months back, within 4 months the TV started to give problem and there was lines going across the screen. So i took it to the Shop from where it was purchased and they informed the service centre and the TV was handed over to the service centre, but after that when enquired the service centre stated there is a physical damage and need to pay 9000 for the service and they have not contacted after that When I gave the TV there was no physical damage and now I am asked to pay. So I kindly request you to look into this and gelp me sir. Shall provide the details of the product when I get your response Thank You, Dennis C Francis

                        This complaint is regarding my Samsung LED Television which I had purchased on on June 2013. The model number is UA32F5100. The two previous complaint # are: [protected] &amp [protected]. In the span of one year during the warranty period, the display of the television went blank and had to be replaced twice. This was done during the warranty period. However, now the third time, the display has gone blank in a span of 15 months. The service engineer who visited me previously clearly told us that it was a faulty product. I have registered a complaint with samsung customer care centre but they are not replacing the screen and are charging me 12500 for it which I AM NOT GOING TO PAY. I paid 35700 and purchased the TV and within 15 months the TV has stopped working. I checked in google, online consumer forum and also with several customers who have purchased this TV and all of them have complained about this product and said it is faulty and the company is cheating customers. I want the service team to immediately replace the display/screen FREE OF COST and to provide a solution ASAP. failing which I will reach out to the media against Samsung and will also have to file a suit at the Consumer Redressal Forum for fraud and claim compensation. Hence, I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
                        I have also purchased Samsung LED 32" 5100 (model no:UA32F5100 ) on[protected] . After expiring warranty period on 15 Aug 2015 my TV suddenly starts ON OFF. After registering complaint with Samsung Service center(#[protected]), Technician came and check and he said panel not working and need to be replaced. Total estimate is 17000.My TV usage is not heavy, watching only on week end and I have fuse circuit in my home to prevent from voltage fluctuation. If i would watching TV regularly this problem might came before warranty expiration.I checked in google, online consumer forum and also with several customers who have purchased this TV and all of them have complained about this product.

                        same problem happened with my UA32F5100 today. It is out of warranty. I also use tv only on weekends. It really seems faulty model, Samsung should replace the TV :-(

                        I have a same UA32F5100 model LED TV and purchased in 2013 for 33k. And before two days in running condition its video output / display stopped working and only audio is working. After checking at Samsung service center, they said its LED panel damaged so you have to replace it & it will cost me for 17000/- & also they offer me other panel with cost of 8000/- Rs .
                        So this is really faulty slot of Samsung which stops working with out guaranteed useful life of device. So please make a group of member and fight for right. Please contact to make a group -[protected].

                        I have purchased the Samsung TV model :- UA32F5100ARMXL, As soon as its gone out of warranty suddenly one day it stopped working. Called Samsung technician and he said panel not working and new panel will cost Rs. 15000.

                        I have purchased SAMSUNG UA32F5100 which pusrchsed on Diwali 2013, 4 day before ( 10.06.2017) automatically display is on & off very 10 second, so i though D2H cable problem. next complete display not working only sound is coming.
                        I have registered a complaint with samsung customer care with complaint no. [protected]dt.12.06.2017. after 2 days Samsung engineer is visited my place and open tv back cover and stated that your TV panel is gone and
                        Need to replace with cost Rs.16500/-. and he took 690/- visiting charges
                        this is my 1st led purchased from Samsung with cost 33000/-by EMI Basis.
                        previously using doom tv which is very very good.

                        Now i am totally loose my money.

                        SAMSUNG is only brand nothing else, I requested to all do not purchase Samsung tv which very costly and poor product.
                        Better you purchase local led tv instead of Samsung costly brand.

                              Date: 15.12.14 To The managing director, Samsung customer care, Samsung india electronics pvt. ltd., 2nd, 3rd&4th floor, tower c, vipul tech square, Old golf road, gurgaon sector-43, Gurgaon, Gurgaon-district, Haryana, India – 122002. Dear sir, I am indeed very happy to be a member of samsung family. my family members have been using samsung products since 1999 without any hassles. home appliances like refridgerator, dvd player, lcd tv, mobile phones etc., are playing pivotal role in our day to day life. In the happy mood i went to poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd., 181, tiruchendur road, paklayamkottai, tirunelveli-627002, which is a retail mobile phone shop and purchased one samsung mobile, model no.:gt-e1282rwtins, imei no.:[protected], battery no.:bdif313fs/4-b, vide invoice no.:2861, dt.:22/5/2014.. during purchase the salesman recommended this piece of mobile phone, eventhough i refused it as it was kept opened and had scratches on the backside of the cover. To the surprise, the mobile phone has become in operative due to technical snag on the very next day. i ran to the shop and briefed it to the manager. the particular sales man nervously come and made the mobile phone temporarily operative one. it was operative for one week. again it has become in operative, as per advise of poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd. manager, i approached the samsung service center, 1a/1-g-6, wavoo center, madurai road, tirunelveli-627001in the month of june2014. i was briefed that they have reloaded the mobile software, it was operative for someday, and again the same problem was surfaced. again i approached the service center on 15.7.2014, they replaced the battery. again the same problem was surfaced and the mobile become inoperative. This time i approached poorvika mobiles shop from where it was purchased, he kept it with him along with charger. after a week i again approached poorvika mobiles, palayamkottai to enquire about my mobile they replied that they have just received the mobile from the service center it has to be kept under observation, so you get your mobile after two days. After two days i went there to receive my mobile they asked me to come with original purchased bill, due to frequent occurrence of the same problem, it has to be sent to samsung company for replacement. i returned the requirements made by the retailer shop (poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd.). till such date, though frequent visit i have made, no proper response has been received by me. they have neither returned my mobile after replacement as per promised nor taken any effort. As i am regular user of samsung products, this one incident has made me sad and sorrow. i request you to touch in with the said retailer shop (poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd., 181, tiruchendur road, paklayamkottai, tirunelveli-627002) and make necessary instructions to them to replace the mobile, as soon as possible, as it developed problem the very next day of purchase.                                 I purchased samsung s5 mobile on 15/18/2014 (Rs-42500). But it occured some problem (Speaker problem ). So i gave this mobile to samsung service center at valluvar kottam on 05/12/2014. After solving that problem my mobile looks different they were changed some fare parts without my knoweldge .So take necessary acton. I was fully disappointed.

                                  Hello samsung, i want to draw your kind attention towards that i Asif Salim Sorthiya from virar( thane) state maharashtra. i was a existing customer of LG & i came to buy same brand product. but i have been told about some kinds of samsung offers then i thought to go with samsung brand. i bought samsung grand 2 on 13/11/2014 along with that i got Zaggle bomb gift card of worth Rs.5000 an person from samsung told me how to activate that card. i sent massage to activate that card. next morning i got varification call from customer care. they told me that card will be activate in next 48 hours. today is 16/12/2014 but still card was not activated. in between this time i went to same stroe almost 4 to 5 times. that guy confirmed with their seniors and told me it will be activated very soon. now senior is saying that activation was stopped from samsung. I just want to know that is samsung is using such kinds of cheap tricks to extract the customers toward their brand? If samsung is unable to complete their words which given to the customers then why they run towards such kind of offers. so please reply me as soon as possible.                                     I have raised complaint one week by calling to customer care centre RefNo:[protected].The complainr was about my Samsung refrigerator.Technician came at immediate next day and found that problem with PCB.But even after one week, i am getting same reply that "They have ordered and it is not reached yet".I really irritated on this type of service.Please take an immediate action against this complaint.I never expect such a poor service from well know brand like samsung.I will surely rethink when I going to buy samsung product next time.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam Good day, The said mobile was having flickering problem and screen was blank, So we approached your service centre at chembur ( Neel Telecom ) and they had given an estimate of amount Rs. 13, 688.00 by your engineer Mr. Shailesh. For your information the mobile was purchased on 16.12.2013 and it was under warranty. Since the water had gone inside the mobile the warranty for this mobile was cancelled by your executive. Since your estimate was too high we took back our mobile and repaired the said mobile with other local vendor who charged only Rs. 1500.00 only. Now the mobile is working in good condition. My complaint is how can your service centre charge such an exorbitant amount with your customer. During my visit to your service centre i have noticed that your engineers are not attending to the customers well. And they just blindly put any estimate without properly checking the mobile and give whatever estimate they feel like. They give special treatment to their known person. So my experience with your service centre was very bad and request you to look in to the matter seriously. If required i will give the estimate copy for your kind perusal as a proof.
