Dear sir,
I am indeed very happy to be a member of samsung family. my family members have been using samsung products since 1999 without any hassles. home appliances like refridgerator, dvd player, lcd tv, mobile phones etc., are playing pivotal role in our day to day life.
In the happy mood i went to poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd., 181, tiruchendur road, paklayamkottai, tirunelveli-627002, which is a retail mobile phone shop and purchased one samsung mobile, model no.:gt-e1282rwtins, imei no.:[protected], battery no.:bdif313fs/4-b, vide invoice no.:2861, dt.:22/5/2014.. during purchase the salesman recommended this piece of mobile phone, eventhough i refused it as it was kept opened and had scratches on the backside of the cover.
To the surprise, the mobile phone has become in operative due to technical snag on the very next day. i ran to the shop and briefed it to the manager. the particular sales man nervously come and made the mobile phone temporarily operative one. it was operative for one week. again it has become in operative, as per advise of poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd. manager, i approached the samsung service center, 1a/1-g-6, wavoo center, madurai road, tirunelveli-627001in the month of june2014. i was briefed that they have reloaded the mobile software, it was operative for someday, and again the same problem was surfaced. again i approached the service center on 15.7.2014, they replaced the battery. again the same problem was surfaced and the mobile become inoperative.
This time i approached poorvika mobiles shop from where it was purchased, he kept it with him along with charger. after a week i again approached poorvika mobiles, palayamkottai to enquire about my mobile they replied that they have just received the mobile from the service center it has to be kept under observation, so you get your mobile after two days.
After two days i went there to receive my mobile they asked me to come with original purchased bill, due to frequent occurrence of the same problem, it has to be sent to samsung company for replacement. i returned the requirements made by the retailer shop (poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd.). till such date, though frequent visit i have made, no proper response has been received by me. they have neither returned my mobile after replacement as per promised nor taken any effort.
As i am regular user of samsung products, this one incident has made me sad and sorrow. i request you to touch in with the said retailer shop (poorvika mobiles pvt. ltd., 181, tiruchendur road, paklayamkottai, tirunelveli-627002) and make necessary instructions to them to replace the mobile, as soon as possible, as it developed problem the very next day of purchase.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
During the visit of samung engineer we informed that such type of failure in a short time of procurement should not be arrived its indicate the failure/poor quality of samsung product, he informed that this is the rear case only, after making of replacement now you will not face such type of problems.
Further again the same problem (black sport/patches/lining on TV screen) we observed in our above LED TV within a short period of 10th month after replacement of new TV by samsung company, that it is a repeated failure of samsung product.
Today again we had contacted to samsung customer care and lodge the complaint no. [protected] and request them to take care/attend the complaint of our TV immediately free of cost to us because again your product has failed within 10th month due to the poor quality of samsung product.
Samsung Service person Mr.Sanjay Chaudhury contacted us today after none and he was asking to pay Rupees 1125/- for the visit charges to my house to see the problem of TV, we told them our TV is within warranty and it should be replaced free of cost to us.
Still we are waiting for the response from the company. We feel its a repeated failure of the product due to poor quality of a components.
I NEVER AGAIN TO BUY SAMSUMG PRODUCTS...
