I had purchased one LED on 24th Oct. Night from Amba Electronics, Jail Road, New Delhi of Samsung (4240)Model. On very next day I told him please replace this LED with another one because last time after buying this product of Samsung I got an call from my organization, so I have to shift out of station. I cannot carry this LED with me. I had discuss with one of my friend he is not interested in Samsung. Please return this LED or replace it with the another one (SONY), because one of my friend was interested to buy Sony. So he doesn’t have to pay anything to me. We will pay the difference. Then he said boss my billing is done and your LED serial no. Is updated with your name and the warranty is also started. Even I told him your box is sealed back I haven’t open yet. He said that is not possible for him. That was the 1st Fake, if he has done billing by my name so there should be another way to release that serial no. if they want they can change the owner of the LED also its not like a car. My registration no. is reflecting with data base. Anything can be possible if any dealer want.
2nd concern:- Then at last I told him ok please install this LED at my place I will keep this LED, later on I will sale this LED to another person. He said Samsung service person will be at your place by today itself on 25th Oct. by 6PM. I waited for Samsung guy till 9pm, but not one came. I called to dealer, he was not ready to pick my phone. In morning on 26th when I tried his landline, someone else had picked the phone n said sir I will take your LED responsibility will send technician at your place by 12 or 1PM. Same thing happed I waited 7PM, no one came. I called him again (dealer) he said sir technician will come before 9PM. No one came till 11PM.
So this is the story. This was happened with me. if possible for you, please try to resolve my query asap.
Please try to replace my LED if possible, that’s my humble request to you. Because there’s no use of LED for me for next 10 months. I have to keep in box. Even I am using Samsung Phone S4 and my family has also faith on Samsung. But for this time, please take it back n try to resolve the query.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have purchased a Samsung LED 32” TV from your company on dated 02.09.2013 vide Invoice No.117 by your retail dealer United Electronics, Station Road Golghar Gorakhpur. But before three month back it was slightly shown a black spot at the screen and gradually it was increasing, at present the entire screen is showing black spot. We have complain to your Tool free no.[protected] and talk to your attendant he has given us a Ref ID No.[protected] for our complain then an engineer of your company had came to us and attend the case and told me that your one year TV warranty period is finished and panel of your TV is out of order and it will be replaced worth cost of Rs.12000.00
Then again we have complain to your customer care service on dated 06.10.2014. No any action has been taken by them.
We have again complain to Samsung consumer complain. In by email on dated 29.10.2014.
Where a complain ID has been given to us by mail (ID:959582)
We remind to your good self if your product cost is Rs.30000.00 (Thirty Thousand) and durability is only 365 days and any damaged component cost is 12000.00, then what is your company goodwill.
Please see the matter seriously and resolve the matter for your future business.
