    Purchased samsung mobileG313h ace nxt on dt 4.10.2014 from Mehndiratta Music World Yamunanagar (HRY)vide bill no. 953/ dt04/10/2014.IME no 352840/06/167377//1. The problem is of incoming call voice is not in clarity. visited the local samsung service centre twice. first they formatted the software but no result.and then they decided to change the speaker and asked to wait for requisition from the company and till date they have kept me waiting even after 15 days.       Dear Sir, The above set was not properly charging and therefore it was shown to your authorized service centre M/s. Ace Lingua Solutions, 1st Floor, B-36, Multan Nagar, Delhi on 30.09.2014 for check up. They informed That its front assembly & rear case assembly need replacement. They have replaced and billed me for Rs. 8, 177.60 vide their Invoice No. [protected] dt 30.09.2014. After carrying out repairs the set was still not charging and working properly. Again on the same day I again took the set to them and complained that it is still not working. They now pointed out that its inner battery is swollen and need the replacement. They have replaced the battery and charged me Rs. 2, 387.70 for it vide their Invoice No. [protected] dt 30.09.2014. Now even after with a new replaced battery, for which I have already been charged, the set is still not working. Today I again went to the Service Center and they told me to leave the Mobile set with us and also deposit Rs. 3, 000/-. I declined to pay this amount. I want that the new faulty battery for which I have already paid Rs. 2387.70, may please be replaced with an another new one. An early action may please be taken. HARISH GOEL Mob No. [protected]

      Dear Sir,

      The above set was not properly charging and therefore it was shown to your authorized service centre

          I had purchased Samsung LED TV more than 3 years ago which is currently out of warranty.Recently I had issues with the LED screen. I logged a complaint and Samsung onsite engineer came to my home. After inspection he informed me that the screen needs to be replaced and would be chargeable. I immediately agreed to bear the cost. He said that part wasn’t in stock and it will take about 5 business days to source the part. He also gave me a support number to call. I waited for 5 days without any luck. Later I tried the number given to me by onsite engineer. That number is either engaged or no one bothers to pick the phone. So we called the engineer again. He said that part is obsolete. We have to submit few documents (ID Proof, Canceled Cheque, Invoice Copy) to Samsung and they will decide next course of action. I had submitted the documents 2 weeks back. Call Center and Onsite engineers tell me that I continue to wait till I receive phone call from Samsung. In nutshell, I have submitted the complaint 4 weeks back. All I have hearing is to wait endlessly for a resolution. Please tell me if this is acceptable by Samsung standards. How long do I have to wait for issue resolution?               My Samsung Galaxy Core had a crack on its middle panel (in between front panel/screen &amp back panel) got a single Crack on top (near 3.5 MM jack hole). I have reported the same to the service center (SJN Electronics, Coimbatore) on 14-Oct-2014 As analysed by service center authorities, - The phone was maintained in good condition and not misused / mis handles - There are no signs of any other cracks / misuse But they didn’t replace the part though the phone was in warranty period. __________________________________________ Q No: 7079858 Purchased from: Samsung India eStore Model: Galaxy Core GT-I8262 Serial No: [protected] Invoice Date:[protected] Phone received on: 26-Oct-2013 __________________________________________ Also said that this part is not covered and its been mentioned in warranty card but didn’t see any such info available in the warranty card. I am not satisfied with the response and so asked them to take the issue to you people. So they have taken a photo of my mobile (Q No: 7079858) and sent a query raising my concern. Received a response saying warranty doesn’t not cover the cosmetic items and only the handset. On what basis you define this as a cosmetic item and it is not part of a handset. If it is a cosmetic item, why does it costs Rs.1000? Also please clarify my queries below. - Warranty is only for handset: Which part(s) of the mobile are called as handset? - What about the genuine cases where it is not misused? - Warranty card doesn’t clearly/explicitely mentioned about the items covered / not covered? - Why cant you clearly mention in the warranty card about “WHAT A HANDSET means”? - Is Samsung cheating the people by hiding the info / not sharing the clear information to the customers I am not satisfied with the response received from the tech team and so raising it back to you. Please provide me the acceptable reply/response. Also request you to replace the damaged (crack) part under warranty. Awaiting for your response at the earliest.

                I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator model no.RT36HDRZASP/TL bearing serial no. 030P4PAF500122E on 24th May 2014. Within a few weeks of purchase we could some noise while opening and closing the vegetable tray. We thought since it is new, the tray might be a bit tight fit and with time sit might become OK. However as it started making more noise, we decided to check it out and upon taking out the tray noticed that the Plastic covering on the rails supporting the tray had started peeling off. We registered a complaint with the Help line bearing no. [protected] and they sent a technician by the name Kaushik ( mob. no. [protected]) who came and had a look. He suggested that it cannot be repaired and we have to fix it using Quickfix. When we complained how he could give such a solution, he took some photographs and informed us that he will get back to us after discussing with his Bosses. it is more than a month and nobody has bothered to call us. We cannot understand how the rails which have last several years can start falling apart and strongy feel it is a manufacturing defect which Company needs to investigate further so that they do not get more of these complaints. We sincerely hope the Company will look into this immediately failing which we will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Court . Earlier we had a LG Refrigerator which lasted for more than a decade without any problem

                  I had purchased one LED on 24th Oct. Night from Amba Electronics, Jail Road, New Delhi of Samsung (4240)Model. On very next day I told him please replace this LED with another one because last time after buying this product of Samsung I got an call from my organization, so I have to shift out of station. I cannot carry this LED with me. I had discuss with one of my friend he is not interested in Samsung. Please return this LED or replace it with the another one (SONY), because one of my friend was interested to buy Sony. So he doesn’t have to pay anything to me. We will pay the difference. Then he said boss my billing is done and your LED serial no. Is updated with your name and the warranty is also started. Even I told him your box is sealed back I haven’t open yet. He said that is not possible for him. That was the 1st Fake, if he has done billing by my name so there should be another way to release that serial no. if they want they can change the owner of the LED also its not like a car. My registration no. is reflecting with data base. Anything can be possible if any dealer want. 2nd concern:- Then at last I told him ok please install this LED at my place I will keep this LED, later on I will sale this LED to another person. He said Samsung service person will be at your place by today itself on 25th Oct. by 6PM. I waited for Samsung guy till 9pm, but not one came. I called to dealer, he was not ready to pick my phone. In morning on 26th when I tried his landline, someone else had picked the phone n said sir I will take your LED responsibility will send technician at your place by 12 or 1PM. Same thing happed I waited 7PM, no one came. I called him again (dealer) he said sir technician will come before 9PM. No one came till 11PM. So this is the story. This was happened with me. if possible for you, please try to resolve my query asap. Please try to replace my LED if possible, that’s my humble request to you. Because there’s no use of LED for me for next 10 months. I have to keep in box. Even I am using Samsung Phone S4 and my family has also faith on Samsung.                         I brought samsung earphones 5 months ago and unfortunately they were not working properly so i visited the service center last saturday i.e. 18 october my earphones were checked and found that they were not working properly so they told me that new earphones are not in stock and will arive on monday and i will recieve a call from them i didn't recieve any call so i visited again on this saturday. They again asked me to get them checked and after checking i was told that 19-20 ka farq hai sabme hota hai .now what should i do ? I want their replacement.                           I purchased Samsung 64 inch plasma last year from Sargam Electronics, Pitam Pura, under 3 year warranty scheme. Exactly after a year, my TV started giving me problems. I called up toll free support number and they said its under warranty. The engineer came and inspected to replace the power board. The service centre guys denied the replacement and bluntly told me that its not under warranty. I again called support desk and they said it is under warranty. Service centre guy again denied. Then he agreed on free service for labour charges after seeing the documents. From Samsung online service support I found that spares are also covered for my TV. Neither Samsung support nor their service centre are able to provide a solution. They are forcing me to buy the spare parts irrespective of fact that TV is under warranty and covers both spare and labour cost. Pathetic company, pathetic service. Alas, I should have gone for Panasonic or Sony. Koreans are and so does its indian partners. Don't buy Samsung. Vinod Kumar [protected]

                            quattroIam venkatesh, my no [protected], mobile grand quattro, my bill no [protected], my talking account no : [protected], im giving my mobile to rajahmundry service center name ultimate computer service center rajahmundry, they take my mobile on 25th october on display white dots problem, give on 17th november but problem not rectified and I check on same day and complaint to mr manoj manager rjy, but he not take my complaint he say company send this part what I do, please wait for one month, now he not ordering my part and not rectified my problem, samsung customer care not arranging any call back from superiors and dont say the part status, i am trouboubling please help me, i call to customer care day to day

THE PERSON WHO VISITED US TWICE WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL THE SAME AND WE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIME BUT TO NO BENEFIT, INSTEAD WE RECIEVED A CALL FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY WILL CHARGE RS. 450.00 FOR INSTALLATION.                                 I Senthil M residing in Besant Nagar Chennai purchased a 65" Samsung Curved LED TV and requested for an extended warranty. When contacted by APM Instacare who is authorised service company for Samsung gave a quote of Rs.12600 + taxes. Taxes rolled upto Rs.3385 thus making a total cost of 15, 985. When requested for breakdown the company associate showed a laminated sheet of paper that quotes Charges 12600 + 14.5% sales tax Rs.1828 + Service tax of 12.36% Rs.1557. When requested for breakdown of charges and taxes on the receipt i have not received anything yet. Please advice on how to proceed.

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator model RS21HUTPN1/XTL on April 2014 with help of Bajaj Finance Service. I have raised the complaint(number - [protected]) as on 3rd October 2014 due to ICE cube dispenser not working. They have sent service engineer to resolve the issue on 8th October 2014. He has replaced the valve which is supporting to dispense the ice cube and water due to failure of that part. He told that the ICE cube form after 24 hours. I have waited till 48 hours and ICE cube and water dispenser were not working till date. I have talked with Samsung service engineer but he told that the part is replaced. If it is not working then raise new complaint.I contacted the Samsung customer care and explained the issue. They have committed to me to send the service engineer. But till no service engineer come to resolve the issue. Here are the details whenever i contacted the customer with whom.                                     Last Diwali I bought Samsung Smart TV 32F5500. I was told during installation that the web cam will be availble in any Samung store. However, I have not been able to find one. Once during a call with customer representatives, I was shocked to learn that I have to spend rs. 6000/- extra for the same. I need immediate help on both the source, availability and price. Thanks.

                                      Samsung Refrigerator Model no-RT26ZBPS. Puchased on 19/10/2009 is under warrenty period and complaion was lodged on cutomer care number about last 25 days and several times enquiries were made but till date no action was taken for replacement of compressor, which was dectected by the visiting engineer of Samung service center at Muzaffarpur, BIHAR. I feel harassed and facing problems due to non-working of my refrigerator.It is expected that you leave upto reputation of your company and get the repair done at the earliest. I have using TATA docomo Number & All document evidence are available.So kindly block the EMIE No which mobile phone will not working.
