This is to bring in attention to you that i bought a mobile phone on 18/10/2014 which is Samsung Galaxy S5 located Noida Sector 18 that too from Samsung Store. They sold me this phone at Rs 42000/- which is comparatively on a higher side because when i confirmed with other stores as they were selling it off at Rs 35000/-. I feel i have been mislead and they had taken a lot extra money from me. I believe in Samsung Brand and that's the sole reason i straight away went to samsung store. Now i feel that i have been cheated. I have a credit card receipt and a bill too mentioning same amount Rs 42000/- I would like you guys to look over this issue and get me the solution. Hopefull to get the revert back ASAP. Thanks Mohit Arora (+91 [protected])

    My phone camera quality is very bad and slow process and many more problems I am facing from last 6 months and Motherboard as well as camera is changed by the service centre but still camera quality is very bad and slow process heating problem and many more ..and I had purchased the phone at rs 22650 on 25th Mar 2014 and from may first week it is creating problem for me . my model no. No galaxy grand 2 SM-G7102 N I HAD talked to toll free number more than 20 times and visited service centre more than 30 times from may but still nothing is good in my phone the problem is same and I had talked with Samsung head office but they are not doing anything . my phone is in warranty period. And hanging problem and mutiwindow Is on but then also its not working. Here I am attaching the screnshot also

      well, i bought a new seal packed samsung galaxy core smart phone on 04/05/2014.from 15 days before i have been having problem with touch pad of the phone.when i went to the service centre here in guwahati, assam, they checked and told me that the touch pad that is attached with the phone is not genuine.they asked me to buy a new one from them;but the phone carries warrenty for more 6/7 months.i asked for written certificate for the product that it has duplicate part;but they denied and told me their authority does'nt allows them to. i contacted with the dealer from where i bought that product but they said that it is not duplicate.i again went to the service centre for the written certificate as instructed by the samsung customer care persons, again they gave poor attention. now as a pg engineering student i went there for two days missing my classes as it provides services during my class schedules.also i spend money for travel and communicate them for no mean.now i want justice and need genuine product. thank you

        I brought Samsung Glaxay Duos not even 2 months back. Within 2 weeks, the phone started giving problems in charging. it would give message o[censored]sing a compatible charger. However would charge sometimes
        I went to shop where I bought the phone..however i was told to contact service centers
        After much efforts I was able to locate a service provider (NUMBERS OF SERVICE CENTER IS WRONG ON COMPANY WEBSITE!!!)
        I gave my phone for repair and i was assured that i would be given a call back once phone is ready. After a week I called up service center to enquire, i was told I should get the phone back in 2 days...however after 2 days when I called I was said quite rudely that I would be informed when the phone is ready.
        I contacted Samsung Helpline, who assured me that they would help me and promised to call back but no call back happened.
        After 3/4 days once again I called helpline and was again assured of call back. However haven;t heard till now.

        Its been more than 2 weeks(4 Oct i gave my phone) my phone is with service center and no news at all

        It is causing a lot of emotional trauma, also considering the fact that despite buying a new phone...i am using an old phone and above that no information/update at all.

        Now I demand a compensation for all the troubles that i had to go through and a NEW PHONE

          Hi, I had bought Samsung Galaxy S4 Black Edition on 25th April 2014. It has been showing problem of screen blinking, network dropping etc since september 2014. I contacted Samsung CEO office via email and hence I was directed to take my phone to service centre. I, According to them went to Karnal Service centre and they only updated the software and returned it to me. Again I observed that problem was not gone and in addition THE PHONE STARTED HANGING which never happened before.
          Then, again I went to karnal service centre on[protected] and again mentioned my complaints which are mentioned on my bill no: [protected].But once again instead of solving my problem, they CHANGED A PART WHICH WAS NOT EVEN MY COMPLAINT they changed the part of charging port for which they never told me, never took my permission and when i complained that why you didnt informed me without changing the part, mr. Atul said: we cant call every customer for these things but the question is when i called him twice that day about my phone info why he didnt even informed me that time? which when I complained to their CEO office, in a conference call Mr. Atul from Samsung Care said: the phone was not able to connect through their PC while changing the software BUT THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE AS I JUST BEFORE SUBMITTING MY HANDSET TO SAMSUNG TRANSFERED ALL MY DATA TO MY LAPTOP FROM THE SAME PORT SO THIS A A CLEAR FRAUD. So this is their misleadingand I feel this is a fraud with me and I have all the proofs of that with me. So I now at any cost want a REPLACEMENT thats it

          I had bought a mobile set online through shopclues and they had assured me that it is a dual sim set. on receiving the set it is found that it is not a genuine samsung product. not even one normal sim can be inserted. moreover it had no warranty card nor a bill nor the instructiuon booklet. I had written an email to shopclues but till now they not responded

            Got charges against Toll free samsung no (1800110011)

            Hi, Recently I called on samsung Toll free no [protected], regarding queries in my mobile phone handset . Person I talked, took my lot of time (15 min apx), and he refused to call me back with information and he put me on hold. Though I was sure that, it is toll free no and I am not bearing any charges. But after call, 50 rs was deducted. I request you to take appropriate action, for theses types of frauds....

            Sir, I a regular customer of your products. I had registered all my AC machines (two 01 ton split AC & one 1.5 ton split AC & having ID as sudarsannrs.[protected]@gmail.com & password as given by me but I have been trying to register my complaint for two ACs from 19.10.14 but every time it shows "you have given wrong account information". Again as per direction, I have tried to get new password al least 6 times but result is the same on putting the new passwords. I have registered my ACs with lot of difficulty few months back.             Despite the fact that I discouraged my friends severally about hiring hackers to catch their cheating partners, I resorted to hiring a private investigator during my divorce. My husband hid his affair too well and I had no evidence to prove his infidelity to the court so I went on Craigslist to hire a professional whom I met and told my problem.. His services were topnotch which made working with him very easy, he got me everything I needed within 24 hours and it was amazing, I paid upfront despite my fears but I got results because I currently have my husband’s messages diverted to my phone, Call logs, Facebook messenger, WhatasApp, Instant chat, Viber, Skype Password, retrieved all his deleted messages, . Scott completed the hack without any physical access or installation on my husband’s phone so he never found out until I presented the information in court..Many thanks to Scott Consultants I got what I deserve

                sir, i informed you that i before going to purchase mobile contacted your costumer care and they have informed me at present a mobile phone that is samsung grand neo GT-I9060 is given 11 hours and 430 standby mobile as guided me. i have purchased samsung grand neo GT-I9060 on 27 sep 2014 amount 15300 rs. but as guided by costumer care the phone is giving me only 6 hours talk time followed by terms and conditions but the service centre(kukatpally centre, 2 times (4th 14th oct 2014) informed me only given 6 hours talk time followed by terms and conditions.i understood that your costumer care and service centre are cheating the people. in this connection please rectify the above facts within a week or i was already disccused to consumer forum. i will deffinetly approach to consumer court. i have service centre job sheet([protected] time 12;18;00) and my costumer account no [protected] b.surendar naik s/o krishna naik kukatpally hyderabad phone no [protected]

                  I have purchased Samsung LCD 32" series 4 in year 2009. Sarvice engineer from samsung visited to attend complaint regarding Display Panel. He said display Panel is not working & need to replace. But the same part is not available with Samsung. I need solution from samsung to resolve this issue. Its very difficult to invest another 40000/- to buy new TV.

                    Dear Sir, I have a complaint regarding the network problem in my Samsung phone and i took it to the service center however they say that the warantee of the phone is void because your touch of the screen has been changed somewhere else. however i would like to say that the touch is changed at the shop where samsung also sends the phone for small repairs when they cannot repair themself and when i took my phone to the service center when i needed to change the touch of the phone urgently the touch of the phone was not available at you samsung service center so i got it changed at the dealer of samsung outside in my city. i never knew this that now if there is any other problem in the phone after 6 months of the touch been changed they will say that the warrantee is void. Now my question is that the my phones touch is working properly and rest of the phone is working but there is a problem in the motherboard of my phone as there are no mobile signals on my mobile. therefore i request you to kindly consider the same for warranty repair as the problem is in the motherboard of the phone which is companys motherboard and not in the touch which is working properly. I am very much upset because first there was a problem in my samsung phone touch and now no network at all in my phone. i think i have made a mistake by buying a samsung mobile and would never recommend any one to buy it as i had a blackberry phone earlier and no problem was ever there with it. i understand that there are some company policiesbut exceptions are always there because when i went to the samsung service center in dehradun they did not have a touch with them and they said it will take a week for it to come and i was without a phone for that time. there fore i will appreciate if Samsung can prove their good customer service and get my phone repaired under warantee as my whole family uses samsung mobile and we are samsung customer since years. i would appreciate your quick response.                       I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S4, it's 7 months old. A couple of days before i've observed a spot on the screen which is slowly expanding, when i contacted the service center they said it's due to sweat, Hence can't be covered under warranty. I am using the S Health (Pre installed application by Samsung) app quite regularly, when the mobile build can't tolerate slight amounts of sweat why did they provide their users with S Health App. No where in the Quick start Guide/Website/S Health app/Disclaimer they've mentioned about the adverse effects o[censored]sing S Health and their chances of disclaiming the warranty. When you put a Price tag of more than Rs 30000/- consumer expects minimum reliability towards sweat and other natural processes. No where in the Booklets/web you've mentioned about the range of Humidity. I just want to claim this problem under warranty.

                        Service Centre - NUTEK service centre, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I bought a Galaxy Core on 19th of July, 2014. All of a sudden on the 15th of July, 2014 it stopped taking charge. I took my handset to the nearby service centre where I had to pay for the repair because I could not locate my invoice at that point of time (which I later on did). I paid Rs.1250/- for replacement of the defective part. Within three months, i.e. on the 16th of October, 2014, it stopped taking charge once again. I suspect that instead of replacing the defective part with a new one, they had replaced it with another defective part so that it does not last longer than 3 or 4 months. When I took it to them once again, the person in the service centre was very arrogant and abusive. This person shifted entire blame on me and said that it was my responsibility to take care of my phone and said that I would again have to pay the requisite amount to get the part replaced for the second time in three months. I said that my phone was not exposed to any humidity etc. But he continued with his arrogance and made it clear that whatever it was, I would have to pay again. It escapes my imagination how a customer can be expected to keep paying Rs. 1250/- every three months for getting the same part replaced.

                            maine (Bharat Lal) Samsung Fridge with double door RT45h5809SL/TL 48000/- ka liya tha.maine 16000.00 cash diya baki 4000.00 ki installament mahine ki 5 tarikh ko pay hota raha hai .but recently ocotober month ki 5 tarikh ko paise nahin kata, to main 9/10/2014 ko bajaj finance ke office me gaya aur rest payment ke baare me unse poocha, to bataya ki 20000.00 baki hai aapka, maine 20000.00cash deposit kar diya.phir bajaj office se 17/10/2014 ko Sirfraj ji ka phone aaya ki aap ki 20000.00 ki cheque bounce ho gayi bahoot hi rudly talking se bola, ki paise jama karo aur main yahi baitha hu main dekh lunga.mujhe lagta hai ki Bajaj Ofiice kanpur me dismanner person ko hi rakha jata hai Agar mera koi payment baki bhi hai to main dene ko tayaar hu.                                 Hi Jury, I bought Samsung Grand 2 phone in the month of Feb 18th 2014. Since then I have seen nothing but problems with the phone Overheating and gel fornation on the screen are the most common issues with this handset and service center does nothing but just add salt to the wound. I took this complaint to the service center located in Ulhasnagar Tilson Market but all they did was installed a software and concluded that this will not heat up but this issue still exists However they replaced the screen as it had formed gel on the screen because of the overheating problem Contacted Samsung Call Center and the customer service was even worst as the representative did not have any time to listen to the problem I described I demand for the replacement of this handset as a customer have invested money and more importantly time of making followups with the service center regarding the handset I trusted Samsung as a re known Brand but I am sorry to say it has proved me terribly wrong. If this issue is not addresed and my Handset is not replaced this will provoke me to not only stop using any Samsung branded products but also will never advice to the buyers in the form of my Relatives and Friends to go for any product Manufactured or even marketed by Samsung.                                   i already given a complaint my TV sound is going down while running, if we power off and on again the TV the sound is getting better but this is happening very regular. my complaint number : [protected] still no person visited can you please try to resolve, what is the use of giving compliant with out solving?

                                    From the day i have buyed the cell i had a lot of hanging problem.after i installed the kitkat update a new problem occured autorestart and alot of hanging i have been only using facebook, messenger watsapp, &hike than to it auto restarts.for the first time i showed the device in service centre in vera desai they reupdated and gave me the device but i was facing the same problem helpline people suggested me to use it in safe mode but it is still auto restarting again and again.2nd time i gave my cell to centre they kept it for 3 days and gave me am having the same problem plsss understand my problem i have many works to do with the cell either u replace me wuth a new grand2 or i need to complain in upper registration..my name lakshit salian-[protected]

                                      Hello sir, I bought a home theatre on 28/08 and told them to install it in my home but they didn't care about the product installation . When I used to call they tell me tomorrow only but still they didn't come so I registered complain in samsung complain with No-[protected] on 28/09 still they are not solving my problem please help sir.
