Its unfortunate that despite repeated follow-ups, your service center in Bangalore is not attending to the complaint of my washing machine - MODEL: SWF-PIOE303/XTL bearing sl.no.51kt800081B. I am really fed up of calling your customer care in Bangalore. They just give me dates and some one calls me to check what is the status and never visits my place. This is ridiculous. I have also complained about my Blue Ray not working but this again is not attended...really fed up of the way your people treat a complaint. Some one from CANTTO INTERNATIONAL acme and attended on 8th October and told me that some rubber belt has gone and will come back in 2 days...today is 23rd..looks like 2 days have not passed to this gentleman. My call No.is [protected] My Permanent No. is [protected] Will some one concerned will seriously look into this and help me... Washing Machine is out of warranty and is 6 years old

    I m regular user of Samsung. I bought 3 handsets from samsung. Galaxy ace duos, Note 3, Note 3 gear & grand 2 . I replaced battery of grand 2 in warranty on 15th October but the battery which I got replaced is also faulty. I never expected this type of service from The Reputed Brand (Samsung). I also registered a complaint before this but did not get any updation till now. So Pls take the necessary steps to replace my battery ASAP. So I can enjoy the Samsung services.

      Sir/Madam, At the outset I express my Greeting & best wishes to your entire team on the eve of festival Diawli. I wish to bring on record that, I am a regular customer of Samsung. Almost 80% electronic / items in my family like TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, MP3 audio player, Mobile phones etc are of only Samsung company. In fact, it will not be hyperbole if you say us a Samsung family. But it is quite disheartening to mention that some authorised dealers of your company in our city (Lucknow) are working in such a way that it is leading to a complete clientele dissatisfaction and which is ultimately going to malign the name / prestige of Samsung in the market. Initiative Data System Pvt Ltd 9D, Singar Nagar, Alambagh Lucknow-226005 ( tele : 0522-[protected][protected] is one of the such dealers from whom I purchased Samsung LED 40 H5500 S. No. Oa1c3pbf800357 on 03 Oct 2014. I was told by the dealer that one Skype Camera is free with the said LED from the side of Samsung as a festive offer. At the time of delivery, it was not given to us stating that the said gift item was yet to be received by them from Samsung. A note to this effect was made by them over my bill viz "Skyep Camera pending". Since then I have regularly been asking the dealer about issue of said gift item to me, but always a sterio-typed reply is heard from them that- quote "WHENEVER WE RECEIVE IT FROM SAMSUNG, IT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU. WE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL ON YOUR MOBILE FOR THE SAME..." unquote. Now my efforts are failed to get the said item from the dealer. as such I am constrained to approach you.           Dear Concern, It is regarding the model "UA32EH4003RMX LED SAMSUNG". Complaint no.:-[protected]. I purchased this LED on 21-Dec-2012. Some black spots were observed on screen from the beginning and we lodged a complain with in the warranty period.Despite of our request to replace of the LED, Some sheets were changed by your service eng. on FOC Basis, but within 2-3 months of the same. Spots again emerged and same was reported to your dealer and customer service no. No action was taken from your side. Now LED screen has turned black completely. Now we are told by customer care that LED is out of warranty and every part change etc will be on chargeable basis. What is our fault if same problem is occurring again and again with in a short span of time. Your product didn't worked properly for even 1 year and now putting all the expenditure on customer is not justified. We here confirm that problem occurred is not due to any damage & handling etc. Even a single scratch is hard to find. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Hoping a positive response.                 Dear Sir,
                Yesterday Evening i visit to Samsung Service Center by badluck i Forget my corporate diary in which your, rajiv banerjee & sanjoy tekriwal number there.
                1 boy come from service center he told he was senior & he was same boy who open my mobile, again he gave me offer that i took my mobile i told him i want talk yo Rajiv Banarjee, He told & every employee of your service center told that Rajiv Banarjee no avilable to anyone.
                After that Mr Bishnudev Sharma abuse me told what ever you want you can do it,
                Even he gave his name in written in a paper i am free to do anything.
                After that i reach Karuna office i want number of Sanjoy Tekriwal but no one give,
                Yesterday what ever happen its very shameful & painful for me.
                Now its show Samsung is not good company.
                So today i take ought that i will not going to purchase any product of Samsung.
                I hate Samsung...
                I hate Samsung...
                I hate Samsung...
                so tale me if you are in my place then you will accept this offer,
                Yesterday evening i lost my self respect due to not any decision taken by you,
                You & your company Make my Diwali hell.

                But I wish you happy Diwali to you & your company because i do not want make your Diwali hell.

                I am very old customer of Samsung, Its very painful for me that my original parts of mobile removed in Samsung service center,
                I registered my complain 14 day ago but till now i did not get solution.
                I send mail to also Mr. SAMAR BHATIA but till now he did not reply me,

                Your Customer care Department told that they are the Director of Samsung India Electronic Pvt ltd,
                Its Very Shameful incident happen with me, everyday they mentally hashed me.
                They challenge me everyday that what i want i can do it & they behave me very bad

                  Dear sir I have given a request for our new samsung ac repair to ur toll free no[protected] dt 21.10.2014..ur representive given ref no-[protected] of that complain.Ur technician has come and told that ac inner is eaten by rat so it will be paid service.but if split ac in a top of wall if eaten by rat then how could be i will be responssible for that, ur company should give protection on ac to avoid insects becoz it is far from mans reach.                       I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy star pro from E-TRONICS (Beltola Guwahati) on 10th of Feb’14. After one month of purchase I experience that there is problem in mic & speaker. I visit nearly three times before this at Guwahati Service center but till now problem is not short out.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a 40" LED TV, Samsung Make, Model No - UA40D5003BR, SL No - 20343ZNBA00872H, from E-zone at Metropoliton Mall - Gurgaon-Haryana, on 26th jan 2012. I paid 46, 000 for the same. Now it has been only 2.5yrs, a horizontal line is coming on middle of screen screen and picture is fluctuating from last one month. I contacted to customer care of samsung. On behalf of my complaint their service engineer came to inspection and told me that repairing cost shall be 24, 000/- According to him whole screen has to be changed. Please help me because it is not fair if a have paid 46, 000/- for seeing TV just 2.5yrs ago and now they are demanding 24, 000/- more for rectification of that problem. One more thing, When i asked service engineer that, a tv of cost 46000/ has only life of 2.5yrs. He told me that this particular model was launched in yr 2012 and this had some technical problems, so this was sold on lower price than others. This is clearly a cheating. Please help me.                           Dear Sir/Madam Myself Narinder Singh, Ludhiana Punjab. Sir I purchased Note3 Neo on dated 5th oct, 2014 from Bedi Sales Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana . The mobile was worked well during first week, i had clicked pics with front camera, i hav't used back camera for more than 10-15 clicks. on dated 17th it was my son's b'day and there i found that it is had faulty camera in my handset, when i used back camera with flash it gets restarted, after that camera stopped working. Next day i concerned with my friends and also with bedi sale's employee he told it is nothing you just reset the phone and everything will be fine. i do that camera gets started, I clicked around 10 pictures i think it is ok now, i had not time to test it for more levels because i am a shop-keeper. but on 18th night when i get some free time i was clicking pictures with my daughter it did restart again i get surprised and shocked, i got strike in my mind that it can be a hardware fault. next day it was sunday, i contacted authorized service centre on 20th oct. They also told me that it is a software issue. but after they give me the handset i tested it did the same thing, service centre re-checked handset again they told me that handset has faulty main board so we will change repair the handset, i get shocked, SIR I PAID 23000/- NOT FOR REPAIRED HANDSET AND IT IS HUGE AMOUNT FOR ME... I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE HANDSET (DOA...or something i don't know) I DON'T WANT TO REPAIR NEW HANDSET WHICH IS ONLY 15 DAYS USED. SERVICE CENTRE TOLD COMPANY CHANGE THE SET WITHIN 7 DAYS... BUT THIS IS NOT THE FACT, COMPANY SHOULD TAKE CONCERN ON GENUINE CASE. WHAT IS FAULT IN THIS CASE FROM MYSIDE ONLY THAT I HAVE NOT TESTED THE HANDSET THOROUGHLY WITH ALL FEATURES GIVING COMPANY IN HANDSET, COMPANY'S NAME IN NOWHERE, I TRUSTED ON SAMSUNG THIS IS MY FAULT, ... I HAVE NO OPTION TO REPAIR IT.. I GIVEN THE HANDSET TO THEM BUT I WILL NOT SIT BACK SILENTLY. I WANT FEEDBACK FROM COMPANY WHY NOT COMPANY CAN CHANGE THE HANDSET WITHIN 15-20 DAYS IF AND ONLY IF CASE IS GENUINE. ENCLOSING DOCUMENTS HEREWITH THE MAIL FOR YOUR REFERENCE. IF THIS IS WHAT COMPANIES POLICY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HEAR ANYTHING ON GENUINE SIDE.

                            The display problem occurred 1.5 months back. The phone was submitted for repair at samsung sion circle store, Mumbai. But for past one month they have not repaired and are constantly saying to come after one week. Kindly look into this matter.

                              This is to bring in attention to you that i bought a mobile phone on 18/10/2014 which is Samsung Galaxy S5 located Noida Sector 18 that too from Samsung Store. They sold me this phone at Rs 42000/- which is comparatively on a higher side because when i confirmed with other stores as they were selling it off at Rs 35000/-. I feel i have been mislead and they had taken a lot extra money from me. I believe in Samsung Brand and that's the sole reason i straight away went to samsung store. Now i feel that i have been cheated. I have a credit card receipt and a bill too mentioning same amount Rs 42000/- I would like you guys to look over this issue and get me the solution.                                 My phone camera quality is very bad and slow process and many more problems I am facing from last 6 months and Motherboard as well as camera is changed by the service centre but still camera quality is very bad and slow process heating problem and many more ..and I had purchased the phone at rs 22650 on 25th Mar 2014 and from may first week it is creating problem for me . my model no. No galaxy grand 2 SM-G7102 N I HAD talked to toll free number more than 20 times and visited service centre more than 30 times from may but still nothing is good in my phone the problem is same and I had talked with Samsung head office but they are not doing anything . my phone is in warranty period. And hanging problem and mutiwindow Is on but then also its not working. Here I am attaching the screnshot also

                                  well, i bought a new seal packed samsung galaxy core smart phone on 04/05/2014.from 15 days before i have been having problem with touch pad of the phone.when i went to the service centre here in guwahati, assam, they checked and told me that the touch pad that is attached with the phone is not genuine.they asked me to buy a new one from them;but the phone carries warrenty for more 6/7 months.i asked for written certificate for the product that it has duplicate part;but they denied and told me their authority does'nt allows them to. i contacted with the dealer from where i bought that product but they said that it is not duplicate.i again went to the service centre for the written certificate as instructed by the samsung customer care persons, again they gave poor attention. now as a pg engineering student i went there for two days missing my classes as it provides services during my class schedules.also i spend money for travel and communicate them for no mean.now i want justice and need genuine product. thank you

                                    I brought Samsung Glaxay Duos not even 2 months back. Within 2 weeks, the phone started giving problems in charging. it would give message o[censored]sing a compatible charger. However would charge sometimes
                                    I went to shop where I bought the phone..however i was told to contact service centers
                                    After much efforts I was able to locate a service provider (NUMBERS OF SERVICE CENTER IS WRONG ON COMPANY WEBSITE!!!)
                                    I gave my phone for repair and i was assured that i would be given a call back once phone is ready. After a week I called up service center to enquire, i was told I should get the phone back in 2 days...however after 2 days when I called I was said quite rudely that I would be informed when the phone is ready.
                                    I contacted Samsung Helpline, who assured me that they would help me and promised to call back but no call back happened.
                                    After 3/4 days once again I called helpline and was again assured of call back. However haven;t heard till now.

                                    Its been more than 2 weeks(4 Oct i gave my phone) my phone is with service center and no news at all

                                    It is causing a lot of emotional trauma, also considering the fact that despite buying a new phone...i am using an old phone and above that no information/update at all.

                                    Now I demand a compensation for all the troubles that i had to go through and a NEW PHONE

                                      Hi, I had bought Samsung Galaxy S4 Black Edition on 25th April 2014. It has been showing problem of screen blinking, network dropping etc since september 2014. I contacted Samsung CEO office via email and hence I was directed to take my phone to service centre. I, According to them went to Karnal Service centre and they only updated the software and returned it to me. Again I observed that problem was not gone and in addition THE PHONE STARTED HANGING which never happened before.
                                      Then, again I went to karnal service centre on[protected] and again mentioned my complaints which are mentioned on my bill no: [protected].But once again instead of solving my problem, they CHANGED A PART WHICH WAS NOT EVEN MY COMPLAINT they changed the part of charging port for which they never told me, never took my permission and when i complained that why you didnt informed me without changing the part, mr. Atul said: we cant call every customer for these things but the question is when i called him twice that day about my phone info why he didnt even informed me that time? which when I complained to their CEO office, in a conference call Mr. Atul from Samsung Care said: the phone was not able to connect through their PC while changing the software BUT THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE AS I JUST BEFORE SUBMITTING MY HANDSET TO SAMSUNG TRANSFERED ALL MY DATA TO MY LAPTOP FROM THE SAME PORT SO THIS A A CLEAR FRAUD. So this is their misleadingand I feel this is a fraud with me and I have all the proofs of that with me. So I now at any cost want a REPLACEMENT thats it

                                      I had bought a mobile set online through shopclues and they had assured me that it is a dual sim set. on receiving the set it is found that it is not a genuine samsung product. not even one normal sim can be inserted. moreover it had no warranty card nor a bill nor the instructiuon booklet. I had written an email to shopclues but till now they not responded

                                        Got charges against Toll free samsung no (1800110011)

                                        Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra

                                        Hi, Recently I called on samsung Toll free no [protected], regarding queries in my mobile phone handset . Person I talked, took my lot of time (15 min apx), and he refused to call me back with information and he put me on hold. Though I was sure that, it is toll free no and I am not bearing any charges. But after call, 50 rs was deducted. I request you to take appropriate action, for theses types of frauds....
