Just a suggestion please improve your service in lucknow, as while making complain on customer care they promise to resolve our complain within the given time that is till 8 pm, but your service centre people's are so careless that they didn't even pick call, this is second time I am facing same kind of problem, so please seeing active Ness, commitment level of your service centre in lucknow please don't promise customers for same day resolution, keep in mind from next time that your service centre people's are too lazy to resolve our complain same day so give your customers time of 3to 4 days for resolving complaints. This is just for your knowledge, expecting good response next time. Samsung India... can you please act a little professional with your services. FYI, i had raised a complaint yesterday with your customer service team (Telephone #[protected] that my double door refrigerator has stopped working. I was very courteously informed that someone from your team will call me before 8PM yesterday and fix a time to visit my house. Well...no one did! I called them again this morning and gave them the request ID (#[protected]) and asked why no one had called me?Then also you promised that wait till 8pm you will definately get service, but as usual nobody called or came. YOU GUYS DONT HAVE ANY TAT is it???? this is customer dis service. They introduced themselves as Samsung India and their telephone number is +[protected]. If you people want to keep yo- yoing around passing the buck, please understand that the customer is the affected party and not you! CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL US AND MORE IMPORTANTALY HAVE MY ISSUE ADDRESSED??? Atlast they visited today and said that your compressor is nopt working it will take 4 days to get it carried from your home to service center and then you have to wait to get it repaired and lastly he told that gas is empty so you have to pay for it, we had a Kelvinator Refrigerator which we used for almost 30 years and never we face any problem and in samsung just 2 years passed and we have to fill gas and get compressor repaired.     my fridge was ok and a part was replaced by your service team, but the older part was good and is fitted in fridge, and the new part is kept as it with us. the service man was unable to judge properly about fridge problem and he changed the part but unable to solve the problem, a senior service person was called for the problem and he solve the problem. a back portion pipe was block and it was repair by the senior service person, the part which was changed was not involve in that.so i just request you kindly reimburse the amount of the part, the detail is as, Name- Vimal Singhania Address:- 403, satya enclave, lake avenue, kanke road, ranchi-834008. claim no.- [protected] model- RT77KBSMATL set serial no- E86142BS900096T replace part no.- DA41- 00514E amount of the part- Rs.3436.00 service was done by M/S.       sir, i have purchased a samsung side by side refrigerator on 21st of october and a offer was going that if i buy this i will get a sasung tab but its more than 15 days when i call the sales team of the company they saying me that it will be given by end of the november 14, against which i register a complain to the the Samsung CEO help desk and now they are telling it will be solved with in 20days. my question is that does samsung claims that the consumer offer will be provide by 1month in there tvc or press ad which they give in papers and television . they are misguiding the consmuer

        Dear Sir/Madam, I'm using Samsung LED TV. I find a issue to TV Switching on. I logged a complaint and service call on 01.11.14 - Service call No : [protected]. But till date (07.11.14) no response call from service team for fixing an appointment for solving the issue I really upset and feed with Samsung Call service and Technical service team. their no responds and keeping their own committement. I really having pain of having Samsung LED TV because of their service. Hereafter whoever Approaches Samsung dealer I would inform not to buy any of the products of SAMSUNG. Because the customer service is unsatisfactory and can never be sorted out. And it has all those negative remarks which Make other products always better.uplicate take money and there is no Were about.             Date of Purchase :[protected] Ist Complaint Reg No. BP [protected] dtd 8-9-2011 Replacement of the television with another one. IInd complaint on[protected] Repair of TV by yor Service Engineer from Kochi office. IIIrd complaint vide A/c No. [protected] dtd[protected] Visit of Your Service Engineer from Kochi office. I would like to inform you that the purchased LED tv having basically some complaints during the installation time and your service engineers repaired it. But the problem was not rectified completely. Some times it shows some glare or double imaging etc. But as per your service engineer, I believe that it was the problem of Cable connection (the problem of Cable connection provider). At finally, I realized that the problem was the LED TV display panel complaint. During the visit of your service engineer on[protected], he confirmed the complaint and insisted me to replace the LED TV panel worth Rs. 12, 000/-. I am very sorry to inform you that the complaint was basically there and I am tried to rectify the Cable connection problem. The basic complaint of the LED tv was increased now and seriously affecting the picture quality. Hence I am requesting you to replace the LED panel immediately without charging the cost of the same.                   We wish to drawn your kind attention on our earlier mail dated 18.10.2014, 27.10.2014. We have already informed that from the date of purchase we have given the cell phone to your authorised service center due to various technical problems (Notifications not displayed, in screen display vibrations are comming some times, if we talk with other person any incoming calls come, at the time previous call disconnected) for more than 15 times. Lastly we given for service on 13.10.2014 and returned the set to us on 30th Oct, 2014. They said as per your central office instructions they changed mother board, but again Notification not displayed in my cell phone. I given the set for service again to your authorised service center SJN ELECTRONICS, Coimbatore. They again try to rectify the defect and return to me. They said in future this problem will not arise in my cell phone. But again this problem comes. What I do ?. We request you to take some action should be taken for the replacement of the cell it self. We feel there is not solution except the replacement of the cell phone without problem in future.                     I have purchased a mobile set of Samsung Galaxy Core 2 ondated 18.10.2014. It is having problem of automaticaly switched off. This problem shown to shopkeeper on dated 22.10.2014. They have reboot the device and said that it will not have problem again. But same problem faced next day. Then i have visted to samsung care on dated 25 th, because there were holidays of 23 and 24 th for dewali. On 25 th, Customer care center updates the software and confirmed that there problem of switched is corrected. But again same problem observed . On dated 28 the again went to customer care and they have changed the battery and said now it will no give problem of switched off. But, now there is same problem of automaticaly switched off. I request you to please change my handset or refund my amount. I am fed up by these problems in new handset and this is from day 1. Now hanset is at customer care since 3rd Nov.

                      Sir, I have purchase my Samsung Refrigerator on dated 15.10.2013 Model N.R452RT33FARZASP/TL Sr. No.018028 from M/s Reliance Digital Address :- Gumidelli commerical complex, old airport Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad, 5000016. against one Year Guarantee. Account no:[protected] I have launched a complaint and Refrigerator giving a very bad smell and every item was spoiling almost i have given 6times i launched a complaint regarding same but till now the problem was not sloved. These are the complaints they have registered.since i borrowed samsung Refrigerator, from samsung service center 5 times and one service engineer from Reilance Degital they came to see what is the problem and they have taken the photos also.since last 1year complaint and same problem is going and after complainting many times the issue is not not solved and the compliant is not closed.Last month again i given the compliant from Reliance Digital service engineer has come and sees what is the problem and he has taken the photos and He told me that he will forward my complaint to the Senior Officer of the company almost 200 percentage he will try to replace the refrigerator, but till now my problem is not solved and complaint is closed. Yesterday we got a call from arround 12.10pm on 2.07.2014 Samgung Customer care A lady spoke to us and when we told our refrigerator problem, she started telling us that we are not using quality of food really am very upset how she says we are not putting quality of food in refrigerator and she even dont have minimum common sence almost we have spend 29700rs amount on branded samsung refrigerator. We have mention the lady that we put all quality food only but the issue is with refrigerator which is making food stale!!! The customer care lady was very rude to us. We purchased refrigerator on oct 15-2013 we gave a first complaint on november & second complaint on december 1st the person who visited our house said that according to climate we should change the temperature settings .the complaint is goes on continuing at last we went to reliance digitial(we have purchased refrigrator my husband Mr.S.Shiva shankaram has taken this issue to reliance technical team .they have take complain against the product & proceeded to samsung in the month of may .some of the technical team of reliance team also for verification there is defect in this product .We asked to replace the refrigerator we should get approval from samsung in june they found that ther is a defect in PCB. One of samsung senoir engineer came for verification about the product & he saying that this issue did not come to my notice if it has come earlier i would have replace the refrerator.This problem is not from my said this from samsung engineers only we aked to replace the fridge saying that you have sent us the default product .they said that sure we are going to replace the product at last they said that warranty has been completed .they are going to replace the PCB .we accepted it. Recently pcb has replaced .Engineer said that the problem is with PCB & product. They ask to sign we refused to sign on that paper .we asked to give us a copy saying that pcb has been replaced But still our problem is not solved .after replacing the PCB also the vegetables are getting spoiled .Again we gave a complaint regarding this issue engineer came and verified the fridge again the same problem is repeating i will inform to my senior engineer & they are saying that there is a problem in sensor .This is the problem we are facing from last October since 1 year Samsung is troubling a lot they are not solving our problem. We are facing a tourcher from Samsung not giving the right product & not even finding the fault in the refrigerator . Till today 18 members of technicians has visted since 1 year to our home .whe we gave a complaint to customer care with 48 hours the complaint to be closed .since 1year it is been pending & complaint is open.. The worst response from Samsung Care .they are troubling a lot .. Despite of making so many calls and going requesting Samgung & Reliance to fix my refrigerator problem nothing has been taken seriously and nothing has been solved, its been 1 year I am back of them to solve it… but now I have lost my patience. I want to refund my refrigerator Amount from the Reliance Digital or Samsung Refrigerator company or Replace a new refrigerator. I have attached the photos of the Bill and Food which is staled with this Letter. Kindly look this issue as urgent matter or else I have to take this matter to the consumer court.

The AC got burnt completely beyond recognition when it was not in use, there was no power supply to the AC when it caught fire . Sounds strange but this is what happened . As the result of this the curtains caught fire and since it was around 7 pm my family could get some help to extinguish the fire . The issue was reported to QRS pattom the very next day and we had a technician come over to our place to do an inspection . Unfortunately he was unable to find the root cause of the issue . All the related photographs would have reached your concerned department by now . When contacted the extended warranty department at your company, I was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because Samsung has an obligation . I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I have been a promoter of your company and did not expect such a response . I am currently based out o[censored]K and trauma my wife and kids had to go through because of this issue is beyond explanation . In case of not receiving a favourable response, I would like to use all the available consumer forums in India to bring this issue to a logical conclusion The scanned copy of the invoice has been sent to the concerned email address as informed by the technician .                           I have purchased a washing machine from ash & complany. Samsung plaza, 46-A, lal bahadur shastrimarg civil lines, allahabad-211001. Invoice number SC2873 Invoice date:[protected] Price- 13700 I am disappointed with the services of samsung. They delivered the washing machine by just a trolley rickshaw man with a paper to pay him the delivery charges. No employee accompanied him for the proper installation of the washing machine. Despite of several visits and telephonic calls no quick action has been taken up to send an engineer for the installation of the washing machine. The service has been disappointing and extremely careless. I would not like to keep relations with your company for the inconveniences faced by me. I would also not want to keep this product and I want you to refund my money take the washing machine back which has been kept at the same place 15 days before.                             I had purchased a microwave oven from QRS, Trivandrum in the second week of September 2014 and I was told by the sales person as well as in the bill counter that a demo/working of the product will be conducted in the next week by the service centre, that they will ring me up and fix a time for the demo. Till October 2nd week nobody from the service centre contacted me for the demo, but two times QRS personnel contacted me to confirm whether the demo was conducted or not .Each time I requested them to fix an appointment as soon as possible . Since no call came from service centre, I took the service centre number and rang them on a Saturday in the second week of October. On Monday or Tuesday a service personnel contacted ma and told me that he is coming for the demo to which I replied that I am not available on week days without prior notice and asked him to come on Saturday . Thereafter I rang up the sales personnel on two to three occassions fixing up the time and finally he promised that he will surely come on 3/11/2014 but he did not turn up. Why is the service centre showing such a callous attitude . Is this because since the product is brought there is no further interest or are the service centres only interested in AMCs. I have vowed that I will not ring up the service centre again.Kindly ensure that my complaint is rectified. Till now I have had immense patience in the matter.

                              I have purchased the LED TV in the month of Jan'12 by spending Rs.1, 15, 000/-, recently i have found small line between the screen, when i loge the complaint, your service engineer find out the problem on mobile and says it will cost rs.30, 000/- for the replacement of screen.                               simply they say it is out of warranty, it is not the solution for the issue, they have to consider other technical support issued with relating the product, in spite of that they say the warranty covers only one year, i accept that, but any product when we can purchase we can not see the warranty, if the product works within warranty then no purchase will by the product. we have purchase the product by seeing the brand image and they can extend the cooperation ever after warrant

                                I have bought a 32" led tv from e-zone on 31/10/14 vide their invoice no 91096006. in spite of repeated reminders for installation, no one so far has come for the same. after chasing the local samsung staff i managed to get the mob no of the engineer (demo Guy Mr Navin mob: [protected]) from the indranagar branch office has been deputed for the same, on calling he was so rude his that i have decided to return the same to e-zone. congratulations for the great service.

                                  To, The CNBC Awaaz Ltd New Delhi Sub : Fraud done by the Sam sung company's service Center Nawada Bihar Respected Sir/ Madam, Thank you very much for making a such a good show PEHREDAR, I Love your show and regularly watching. Its really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products. I am Ravi Kumar belongs from Nawada Bihar, I want lodge complaint against Priyadarshi Service, Nawada which is only Authorised Sam sung Service in my area. I have bought a cell phone 3 months ago and a bad day :( my cell phone dropped from my Bed and get switch off and on visit to Priyadarshi Service, Nawada, he told me that it needs to change Touch Pad. As the Cell phone was not getting Switch on, I became ready to change it. On chasing him after 2-3 dayes he said it will take time as he does not have the Touch Pad so he will have to order it from their Head office. And after 10 days when i went to collect it, A Person Named as Sikandar Khan asked me to wait for 10 min as technicion is changing touch pad. After 10 min he came out and handed over my cell phone to me and when i saw it was i felt so cheated as i can see he has not changed Touch panel as my Old plastic screen guard and Scratches and Spots which was there before handing over my cell phone. When i asked him then on his 1st reaction he get silent and after he started saying that he has changed and if wanaa take it then pay and take it.but i refused to take it and said thati will loadge a complaint then se become so aggressive and said " jha jana jao compalin karo aur ab mai cell phone bi nai dunga". onn asking thier manager name then he said i am manger and i don have any head office " Jo karna hai kar lo" . Do what ever you want to do. And one more thing i want you take notice that on their Job sheet there was no Job Sheet number and on asking the Bill they does not issue and Computer generated bill they just put(Hand written) the Amount on Second copy only. Dear Sir, Am requesting you please help me out this matter, please help me out what should i have to do so that thease people get cought and stop cheating innocent(Non Tech) people and can get my cell phone back at genuine Cost. I know many people was suffering the same issue against Them, you are our last hope, At Least suggest me how can i teach them, Have attached Snapshot of Job Sheet receipt and Cell phone Details for your reference.                                       Sir, I made a grave mistake of buying a S4 MINI GT 9192 imei [protected] I expected it to be a reliable life companion as your company claims to be . But This Companion is always lying in your service centre. its mother board was replaced in july ( 2 months after purchase ) it took 3 weeks for the repair. Now 2 months after repair it is again at service center. it was given at samsung authorised service centre harmony communication 429-c21 lanship mall calicut [protected] [protected] it was given on 14 october 2014 EVEN AFTER 21 DAYS, i get the reply that " there is delay in getting parts for repair " of the 190 days that have passed after i purchased this phone 41 days it was lyung in service centre . Thats more than 20%. So please please take back this companion and give back my hard earned money Dr Jabeed [protected]

                                        HI, Experiencing very very poor response from Samsung India service centre of Jorhat Assam. It has been almost more than one and half month that my refrigerator is not in working condition. Since the past one and half month we have been following up the service centre to repair our refrigerator. The engineer came in the first day and checked our refrigerator in a hurry and told us that the inverter kit needs to be replaced and left. After that we had to wait for many days and after continuous follow up and mail they responded back and came to change the inverter kit but after that the fridge was still not working and at that time he checked the fridge again and said that the compressor needs to be changed. Again on repeated follow ups and calls, he came after a couple of days with a different compressor and changed it. It started, but immediately again it stopped working, the compressor that he just replaced turned out to be a defective piece. Post that again we had to wait for a couple of days and after repeated follow up the engineer came with a new compressor and changed it but after that again he said that the PCB is not working. My question is why they can’t just check it properly. Instead of them being concerned to resolve the issue ASAP, it is us who have to continuously keep following up and most of the times they will not even respond to the phone calls. We are working professionals and waiting for them means one day of loss for us as well. They are very poor in their communication as well as their commitment and worst is not responding to our calls. We are very displeased by your customer care service. Almost all the products that we use are from Samsung but after going through so much of apathy we are in a doubt whether we will keep buying your products. Our request is either take necessary actions to resolve the issues else we will have to approach the consumer forum as its really enough of mental harassment for us to bear or go through. ref no.
