Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a 40" LED TV, Samsung Make, Model No - UA40D5003BR, SL No - 20343ZNBA00872H, from E-zone at Metropoliton Mall - Gurgaon-Haryana, on 26th jan 2012.
I paid 46, 000 for the same.
Now it has been only 2.5yrs, a horizontal line is coming on middle of screen screen and picture is fluctuating from last one month.
I contacted to customer care of samsung. On behalf of my complaint their service engineer came to inspection and told me that repairing cost shall be 24, 000/-
According to him whole screen has to be changed.
Please help me because it is not fair if a have paid 46, 000/- for seeing TV just 2.5yrs ago and now they are demanding 24, 000/- more for rectification of that problem.
One more thing, When i asked service engineer that, a tv of cost 46000/ has only life of 2.5yrs. He told me that this particular model was launched in yr 2012 and this had some technical problems, so this was sold on lower price than others.
This is clearly a cheating. Please help me.
