Sir, I a regular customer of your products. I had registered all my AC machines (two 01 ton split AC & one 1.5 ton split AC & having ID as sudarsannrs.[protected]@gmail.com & password as given by me but I have been trying to register my complaint for two ACs from 19.10.14 but every time it shows "you have given wrong account information". Again as per direction, I have tried to get new password al least 6 times but result is the same on putting the new passwords. I have registered my ACs with lot of difficulty few months back. Despite the fact that I discouraged my friends severally about hiring hackers to catch their cheating partners, I resorted to hiring a private investigator during my divorce. My husband hid his affair too well and I had no evidence to prove his infidelity to the court so I went on Craigslist to hire a professional whom I met and told my problem.. His services were topnotch which made working with him very easy, he got me everything I needed within 24 hours and it was amazing, I paid upfront despite my fears but I got results because I currently have my husband’s messages diverted to my phone, Call logs, Facebook messenger, WhatasApp, Instant chat, Viber, Skype Password, retrieved all his deleted messages, . Scott completed the hack without any physical access or installation on my husband’s phone so he never found out until I presented the information in court..Many thanks to Scott Consultants I got what I deserve

      sir, i informed you that i before going to purchase mobile contacted your costumer care and they have informed me at present a mobile phone that is samsung grand neo GT-I9060 is given 11 hours and 430 standby mobile as guided me. i have purchased samsung grand neo GT-I9060 on 27 sep 2014 amount 15300 rs. but as guided by costumer care the phone is giving me only 6 hours talk time followed by terms and conditions but the service centre(kukatpally centre, 2 times (4th 14th oct 2014) informed me only given 6 hours talk time followed by terms and conditions.i understood that your costumer care and service centre are cheating the people. in this connection please rectify the above facts within a week or i was already disccused to consumer forum. i will deffinetly approach to consumer court. i have service centre job sheet([protected] time 12;18;00) and my costumer account no [protected] b.surendar naik s/o krishna naik kukatpally hyderabad phone no [protected]

        I have purchased Samsung LCD 32" series 4 in year 2009. Sarvice engineer from samsung visited to attend complaint regarding Display Panel. He said display Panel is not working & need to replace. But the same part is not available with Samsung. I need solution from samsung to resolve this issue. Its very difficult to invest another 40000/- to buy new TV.

          Dear Sir, I have a complaint regarding the network problem in my Samsung phone and i took it to the service center however they say that the warantee of the phone is void because your touch of the screen has been changed somewhere else. however i would like to say that the touch is changed at the shop where samsung also sends the phone for small repairs when they cannot repair themself and when i took my phone to the service center when i needed to change the touch of the phone urgently the touch of the phone was not available at you samsung service center so i got it changed at the dealer of samsung outside in my city. i never knew this that now if there is any other problem in the phone after 6 months of the touch been changed they will say that the warrantee is void. Now my question is that the my phones touch is working properly and rest of the phone is working but there is a problem in the motherboard of my phone as there are no mobile signals on my mobile. therefore i request you to kindly consider the same for warranty repair as the problem is in the motherboard of the phone which is companys motherboard and not in the touch which is working properly. I am very much upset because first there was a problem in my samsung phone touch and now no network at all in my phone. i think i have made a mistake by buying a samsung mobile and would never recommend any one to buy it as i had a blackberry phone earlier and no problem was ever there with it. i understand that there are some company policiesbut exceptions are always there because when i went to the samsung service center in dehradun they did not have a touch with them and they said it will take a week for it to come and i was without a phone for that time. there fore i will appreciate if Samsung can prove their good customer service and get my phone repaired under warantee as my whole family uses samsung mobile and we are samsung customer since years. i would appreciate your quick response.             I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S4, it's 7 months old. A couple of days before i've observed a spot on the screen which is slowly expanding, when i contacted the service center they said it's due to sweat, Hence can't be covered under warranty. I am using the S Health (Pre installed application by Samsung) app quite regularly, when the mobile build can't tolerate slight amounts of sweat why did they provide their users with S Health App. No where in the Quick start Guide/Website/S Health app/Disclaimer they've mentioned about the adverse effects o[censored]sing S Health and their chances of disclaiming the warranty. When you put a Price tag of more than Rs 30000/- consumer expects minimum reliability towards sweat and other natural processes. No where in the Booklets/web you've mentioned about the range of Humidity. I just want to claim this problem under warranty.

              Service Centre - NUTEK service centre, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I bought a Galaxy Core on 19th of July, 2014. All of a sudden on the 15th of July, 2014 it stopped taking charge. I took my handset to the nearby service centre where I had to pay for the repair because I could not locate my invoice at that point of time (which I later on did). I paid Rs.1250/- for replacement of the defective part. Within three months, i.e. on the 16th of October, 2014, it stopped taking charge once again. I suspect that instead of replacing the defective part with a new one, they had replaced it with another defective part so that it does not last longer than 3 or 4 months. When I took it to them once again, the person in the service centre was very arrogant and abusive. This person shifted entire blame on me and said that it was my responsibility to take care of my phone and said that I would again have to pay the requisite amount to get the part replaced for the second time in three months. I said that my phone was not exposed to any humidity etc. But he continued with his arrogance and made it clear that whatever it was, I would have to pay again. It escapes my imagination how a customer can be expected to keep paying Rs. 1250/- every three months for getting the same part replaced.

                      Hi Jury, I bought Samsung Grand 2 phone in the month of Feb 18th 2014. Since then I have seen nothing but problems with the phone Overheating and gel fornation on the screen are the most common issues with this handset and service center does nothing but just add salt to the wound. I took this complaint to the service center located in Ulhasnagar Tilson Market but all they did was installed a software and concluded that this will not heat up but this issue still exists However they replaced the screen as it had formed gel on the screen because of the overheating problem Contacted Samsung Call Center and the customer service was even worst as the representative did not have any time to listen to the problem I described I demand for the replacement of this handset as a customer have invested money and more importantly time of making followups with the service center regarding the handset I trusted Samsung as a re known Brand but I am sorry to say it has proved me terribly wrong. If this issue is not addresed and my Handset is not replaced this will provoke me to not only stop using any Samsung branded products but also will never advice to the buyers in the form of my Relatives and Friends to go for any product Manufactured or even marketed by Samsung.                           From the day i have buyed the cell i had a lot of hanging problem.after i installed the kitkat update a new problem occured autorestart and alot of hanging i have been only using facebook, messenger watsapp, &hike than to it auto restarts.for the first time i showed the device in service centre in vera desai they reupdated and gave me the device but i was facing the same problem helpline people suggested me to use it in safe mode but it is still auto restarting again and again.2nd time i gave my cell to centre they kept it for 3 days and gave me am having the same problem plsss understand my problem i have many works to do with the cell either u replace me wuth a new grand2 or i need to complain in upper registration..my name lakshit salian-[protected]

                                Last month i have purchased a new Samsung core 2 a newly launched smart phone, and found problem at the time of first week of purchase. Later on hand set has been handed over to samsung service centre at Jaynagar. A very poor response received by samsung service centre manager and employees and its been nearly a month of handset hand over and havent been received any better solution. Kindly don't go for samsung core 2 which is ment to be default problem in it.

                                  This is for public information only. We bought Samsung 32" LED TV from Dubai Model # UA32D4020NXZN 3 years ago with one year warranty. This TV was brought to my home in Mumbai after 2 months use in Dubai. In September 2014, this LED TV stopped working - upon inspection by Samsung technician it was found that Switch Board Power Supply needs replacement and he said it will cost Rs.8900 + Rs.5000 service charge totalling to Rs14, 900. Upon enquiry with Samsung Dubai, the same parts costs AED.250 (Rs.4000). We called and sent message to CEO office of Samsung India asking why they are such exorbitantly for same product which is available for much cheaper price in Dubai. We asked Samsung India whether they can send their technician to replace the faulty unit in case we bought it from Dubai for a much cheaper price. They refused to do that. They asked for scanned copy for warranty card which was expired 2 years ago and receipt of purchase. We provided them with warranty card copy and invoice. Again, they insisted that we should pay Rs.14, 900 and they can do nothing to reduce the price. After exchanging many mails with the so called CEO Office of Samsung India, they have no intention to resolve this small issue of fixing switch board power supply, we contacted one of the dealers of Samsung in Thane who promptly send their technician and we paid just Rs.6000 (less than half price quoted by Samsung India). Now our TV is working fine. We are thoroughly disappointed with Samsung India including their CEO Office. It's shame that their CEO Office insisting for an expired warranty card. For nearly 2 months, we struggled with Samsung India to resolve this minor issue - finally we resolved it ourselves without their so called customer support. Through this complaint forum - I want to warm and spread this message to everyone never trust customer care of Samsung India - they are trying to rip off innocent customers like us. We have decided NEVER to buy any Samsung products and will slowly discard all our Samsung products.

                                    Within one year of purchase the mother board had faults. Authorised service center ditched by saying service done no problem and in process the phone crossed the warranty. Now approaching the Samsung authorities for last couple of months and there is no solution. Hopeless company Hopeless product Hopeless services and therefore loosing there market share drastically.                                       This is to bring under notice that Samsung India has given me demo of wrong phone and when I asked them for replacement or new phone they have just washed there hands off. I have bought Samsung Galaxy S5 on 5th July 2014 I was told that this phone is futuristic phone which will support 4G LTE but as day passed and when i tried enquiring about 4G i was informed by Samsung call centre that my phone non 4G enabled so I told them that the demo which i got in the Store was for 4gLTE. I launched a complaint on 8th of September regarding the same were I have to follow up with them and they use to just leave notes on the account stating that I didn't answer the call which is a lie. I have got so bad service from Samsung India that finally i have to launch a complaint in Consumer Complaint hoping to get a positive solution for my complaint. I have been told by Deepika complaint handler after a month of complaint date that nothing can be done which is not acceptable for me. Samsung has not only cheated me but also gave me such an appaulling service that i could ever imagine. Complaint Details are as follow Complaint Number in Samsung systems :- [protected] Deepika from complaints team followed up on this complaint and she was very rude in informing that the phone which I have bought cannot be replaced nor exchanged. She said that MANAGEMENT of SAMSUNG has made a decision and nothing can be done. When i told her that its cheating so she was very casual in informing that nothing can be done. not only this I also received call from Head of Mumbai sales department he informed me that 4G has not yet launched again a LIE wherein when i check online on samsung official website it is available. She was so much in hurry of closing the complaint, but when i asked her to keep complaint open She has just rudely told me that she will close the complaint and today when i called customer service she really closed my complaint. I am now frustrated and feeling cheated by Samsung. Please help me.

                                        Dear Sir, I bought a samung mobile handset samsung galaxy core as on date 26-11-13. Now it is on warrienty. period. In customers care request[protected]. But customers care not repairing this handset & not given satisficy answer.My customer care complating number is 540306. But result is same. I'm sending u service care bill copy for more details. This is very critical problem for us. I think samsung company is the best services provider in the world. But this service is very bad service in the world.
