I purchased Samsung 64 inch plasma last year from Sargam Electronics, Pitam Pura, under 3 year warranty scheme. Exactly after a year, my TV started giving me problems. I called up toll free support number and they said its under warranty. The engineer came and inspected to replace the power board. The service centre guys denied the replacement and bluntly told me that its not under warranty. I again called support desk and they said it is under warranty. Service centre guy again denied. Then he agreed on free service for labour charges after seeing the documents. From Samsung online service support I found that spares are also covered for my TV. Neither Samsung support nor their service centre are able to provide a solution. They are forcing me to buy the spare parts irrespective of fact that TV is under warranty and covers both spare and labour cost. Pathetic company, pathetic service. Alas, I should have gone for Panasonic or Sony. Koreans are and so does its indian partners. Don't buy Samsung. Vinod Kumar [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam Date:1/11/13 IMEI No:[protected] Battery No:505157 I bought a SAMSUNG B552 model mobile, Invoice No:012328, POORVIKA showroom near chathram bus stand at trichy.i had a problem in that mobile display..it shows line..i had a problem nearly four months..Now i'm doing my Pg degree in coimbatore.so i went to samsung service centre both trichy and coimbatore.they didn't response properly..This service centre were located around 350km in my hometown..they asked money around 6000/- to rectify my problem..this mobile was presented my sister for her first salary for my birthday present..still my problem wasn't rectify..im totally hurted..please gave me a correct solution..i want replace my mobile as soon as possible.. SC637, SAMSUNG REF NO.: ACA[protected] DT. 5.9.2014. I REQUESTED FOR INSTALLATION, OUR REQUEST NO. : [protected]. THE PERSON WHO VISITED US TWICE WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL THE SAME AND WE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIME BUT TO NO BENEFIT, INSTEAD WE RECIEVED A CALL FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY WILL CHARGE RS. 450.00 FOR INSTALLATION. WE DENIED THE SAME AND USING YOUR MANUAL INSTALLED THE SAME MYSELF AND DURING INSTALLATION DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE SPEAKERS IS NOT WORKING. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED M/S DEE KAY VISION AND INFORMED ABOUT THE SAME. A SERVICE ENGINEER, MR. RAM SAGAR, VISITED ABOUT A WEEK LATER AND DISCOVERED ONE OF THE CARDS TO BE FAULTY AND THE HOME THEATRE IS LYING UNUSED SINCE THEN. A BRAND NEW PRODUCT IS OF NO USE. WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING HIM FOR THE SAME SINCE THEN BU TO NO USE. WE ARE FEELING VERY BAD AND CHEATED BY YOU COMPANY AND ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE. I Senthil M residing in Besant Nagar Chennai purchased a 65" Samsung Curved LED TV and requested for an extended warranty. When contacted by APM Instacare who is authorised service company for Samsung gave a quote of Rs.12600 + taxes. Taxes rolled upto Rs.3385 thus making a total cost of 15, 985. When requested for breakdown the company associate showed a laminated sheet of paper that quotes Charges 12600 + 14.5% sales tax Rs.1828 + Service tax of 12.36% Rs.1557. When requested for breakdown of charges and taxes on the receipt i have not received anything yet. Please advice on how to proceed.

Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator model RS21HUTPN1/XTL on April 2014 with help of Bajaj Finance Service. I have raised the complaint(number - [protected]) as on 3rd October 2014 due to ICE cube dispenser not working. They have sent service engineer to resolve the issue on 8th October 2014. He has replaced the valve which is supporting to dispense the ice cube and water due to failure of that part. He told that the ICE cube form after 24 hours. I have waited till 48 hours and ICE cube and water dispenser were not working till date. I have talked with Samsung service engineer but he told that the part is replaced. If it is not working then raise new complaint.I contacted the Samsung customer care and explained the issue. They have committed to me to send the service engineer. Last Diwali I bought Samsung Smart TV 32F5500. I was told during installation that the web cam will be availble in any Samung store. However, I have not been able to find one. Once during a call with customer representatives, I was shocked to learn that I have to spend rs. 6000/- extra for the same. I need immediate help on both the source, availability and price. Thanks.

Samsung Refrigerator Model no-RT26ZBPS. Puchased on 19/10/2009 is under warrenty period and complaion was lodged on cutomer care number about last 25 days and several times enquiries were made but till date no action was taken for replacement of compressor, which was dectected by the visiting engineer of Samung service center at Muzaffarpur, BIHAR. I feel harassed and facing problems due to non-working of my refrigerator.It is expected that you leave upto reputation of your company and get the repair done at the earliest. Its unfortunate that despite repeated follow-ups, your service center in Bangalore is not attending to the complaint of my washing machine - MODEL: SWF-PIOE303/XTL bearing sl.no.51kt800081B. I am really fed up of calling your customer care in Bangalore. They just give me dates and some one calls me to check what is the status and never visits my place. This is ridiculous. I have also complained about my Blue Ray not working but this again is not attended...really fed up of the way your people treat a complaint. Some one from CANTTO INTERNATIONAL acme and attended on 8th October and told me that some rubber belt has gone and will come back in 2 days...today is 23rd..looks like 2 days have not passed to this gentleman. I m regular user of Samsung. I bought 3 handsets from samsung. Galaxy ace duos, Note 3, Note 3 gear & grand 2 . I replaced battery of grand 2 in warranty on 15th October but the battery which I got replaced is also faulty. I never expected this type of service from The Reputed Brand (Samsung). I also registered a complaint before this but did not get any updation till now. So Pls take the necessary steps to replace my battery ASAP. So I can enjoy the Samsung services.

At the time of delivery, it was not given to us stating that the said gift item was yet to be received by them from Samsung. A note to this effect was made by them over my bill viz "Skyep Camera pending". Since then I have regularly been asking the dealer about issue of said gift item to me, but always a sterio-typed reply is heard from them that- quote "WHENEVER WE RECEIVE IT FROM SAMSUNG, IT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU. WE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL ON YOUR MOBILE FOR THE SAME..." unquote. Now my efforts are failed to get the said item from the dealer. as such I am constrained to approach you. Dear Concern, It is regarding the model "UA32EH4003RMX LED SAMSUNG". Complaint no.:-[protected]. I purchased this LED on 21-Dec-2012. Some black spots were observed on screen from the beginning and we lodged a complain with in the warranty period.Despite of our request to replace of the LED, Some sheets were changed by your service eng. on FOC Basis, but within 2-3 months of the same. Spots again emerged and same was reported to your dealer and customer service no. No action was taken from your side. Now LED screen has turned black completely. Now we are told by customer care that LED is out of warranty and every part change etc will be on chargeable basis. What is our fault if same problem is occurring again and again with in a short span of time. Your product didn't worked properly for even 1 year and now putting all the expenditure on customer is not justified. We here confirm that problem occurred is not due to any damage & handling etc. Even a single scratch is hard to find. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Hoping a positive response. The Manger of samsung showroom don't have manners t hhow to talk with costumer if we say to them tht wil complaint to ur company they say tht company will do nothing. Ur wasting your time and there is much lack of stock I have ever seen in any samsung showroom

1 boy come from service center he told he was senior & he was same boy who open my mobile, again he gave me offer that i took my mobile i told him i want talk yo Rajiv Banarjee, He told & every employee of your service center told that Rajiv Banarjee no avilable to anyone.
After that Mr Bishnudev Sharma abuse me told what ever you want you can do it,
Even he gave his name in written in a paper i am free to do anything.
After that i reach Karuna office i want number of Sanjoy Tekriwal but no one give,
Yesterday what ever happen its very shameful & painful for me.
Now its show Samsung is not good company.
So today i take ought that i will not going to purchase any product of Samsung.

Dear sir I have given a request for our new samsung ac repair to ur toll free no[protected] dt 21.10.2014..ur representive given ref no-[protected] of that complain.Ur technician has come and told that ac inner is eaten by rat so it will be paid service.but if split ac in a top of wall if eaten by rat then how could be i will be responssible for that, ur company should give protection on ac to avoid insects becoz it is far from mans reach. Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a 40" LED TV, Samsung Make, Model No - UA40D5003BR, SL No - 20343ZNBA00872H, from E-zone at Metropoliton Mall - Gurgaon-Haryana, on 26th jan 2012. I paid 46, 000 for the same. Now it has been only 2.5yrs, a horizontal line is coming on middle of screen screen and picture is fluctuating from last one month. I contacted to customer care of samsung. On behalf of my complaint their service engineer came to inspection and told me that repairing cost shall be 24, 000/- According to him whole screen has to be changed. Please help me because it is not fair if a have paid 46, 000/- for seeing TV just 2.5yrs ago and now they are demanding 24, 000/- more for rectification of that problem. One more thing, When i asked service engineer that, a tv of cost 46000/ has only life of 2.5yrs. He told me that this particular model was launched in yr 2012 and this had some technical problems, so this was sold on lower price than others. This is clearly a cheating. Please help me.
