Last year i have purchased handset of samsung model GT-S7262ZWAINU on 08/11/14, thinking that it is a good brand and all my friends and family members also uses it. But unfortunately every month i faced problem and so on, i visited samsung gallery in chembur which is near to me they repair it & give me, i used to tell every time i faced a problem why it is so, they always tell me every thing is ok now you wont faced problem, and then now on saturday i.e 15/11/14, i visited gallery they estimate me RS.5900/- telling that your warranty period is expired they know me very well they know the problems also, so i asked them the market price of new mobile is Rs.5200/- and why you are charging me Rs.5900/- for repair the executive of that gallery he told me we cant do nothing your warranty is expired and does not corporate.       Dear Sir, I purchased double door fridge may 2010 at jayam @ co velacherry. I had a problem in my fridge to leak water inside the fridge . No ice forming in my freezer compartment I called Samsung customer care 12 th Nov 2014. Nov 14 Engineer came to my home . on that day he checked only freezer compartment and gas filling . He didnt check the lower compartment .But my problem is To leakage water in lower compartment.He told to fill the gas .He charged 2100 rs . The bill amount is differ in cash receipt .In Cash receipt he mentioned 1692 rs .Component ( spareparts 1029+tin 14%=82+labour charges 250+service tax 31+transport charges 300) He collected 400 rs etc Nov 17 th Again I had a same problem in my fridge. Again I called him . 17 th nov only he checked lower compartment . He simply told to change in some spare parts in lower compartment .It cost around 500 rs .Ultimately my Money is loss at the same time my problem is not fixed. FYI in my home am using only samsung brand ( tv, fridge, washing machine ) Now i hate samsung brand Provide a proper solution .Otherwise we will forward a legal action .         H This is Sailesh Prasad from Bangalore [Mob No - [protected]]. this is with reference to consumer compaint no - [protected]. I had bought samsung galaxy S4 an year back 17-Nov-2013 and since then this phone has been in service center atleast 4 times for various reasons i.e - > battery not lasting, getting heated > Screen display getting black and more On 15-Nov-2014, we made a complaint to replace the mobile or refund the money back. Today on 17-Nov-2014 I received a call from Samsung India stating that they are refunding me back INR 23, 000. I was in meeting and did not realize that this was not the exact amount i paid when i bought the phone and said "ok". I now realize that I have spent INR 38, 000 (INR 23990 Cash + remaining Insurance) for the phone, hence I request you to either return the entire amount or Preferably replace my phone with a new one. I request you to kindly take this request on a priority. Please note, I am not asking for any harassment charges that I have been through from the past year. My request is only either pay me the entire amount or replace the phone (Samsung galaxy S4) I really am a big fan of samsung brand, and I really trust your products and team - I request you to kindly not break the trust of a loyal customer.           Hello Sir: I bought Samsung Split-AC from Viveks retailer. I am getting frequent problems with Coil in the out-door unit. I purchased in 2011 and within 1 year itself the coil got repaired and replaced during warranty now again I am getting problems with the coil and again it got repaired. I seems it will cost Rs.4500. to replace the coil. The quality of the coil they used to fix is the question mark. Please get this rectified free of cost, as I cannot spend Rs.4500 every year to replace coils. Please address this issue Asap. Thanks & regards, Anand

            My phone (galaxy s4) was submitted to service center last week for the 8 th time regarding the same complaint. The complaint of my phone was shown only sometimes so the service authorities told me that they don't see it. So I thought my compliant my cured. So take back my phone on last Friday. But when I used my phone I still see the same complaint and it increases and it was unable to use my phone so I need the complete repair or replacement of my handset as soon as possible. I was fed up by going to your service centres thodupuzha and muvattupuzha regarding the same complaint for all the 8 times. I have the full warranty on my handset and the service authorities are delaying my request. I also received a call from your head office on last week and I choose Malayalam as language preference but they told that they not ready to provide it. Therefore I failed to explain my facts completly and she was not ready to hear the facts from my side..so if you call me I need a call back in Malayalam. I thought samsung is customer friendly but your service inefficiency and wrong customer dealings must have to be changed. Now I lose my reliability and loyalty towards this brand due to your inefficiency. So I need the repair or replacement of my handset as soon as possible because it was really urgent. It is a humble request from a your customer who spent 44000 for a handset and simply going for service centers each and every week on this same complaint. Please take a fast decision in my case on this time. Otherwise I will never choose any samsung product in my lifetime due to this inefficiency towards the customers...

              I purchase a Samsung Galaxy core 2 on 18/10/2014. I am not satisfied with my device performance right from the 2nd week after I bought it. I have been facing frequent device shutdowns. Worst thing is when the device hangs without responding to any of my inputs for 15 to 20 minutes. This happens mostly when I try to attend a call or make a call or when I try to connect to internet. Then the phone doesn’t respond for any inputs for 15 – 20 minutes. If I could not use such basic features in a 40K device then what is the point in owning it? Hope you people understand my concern and do..

                Sir, I bought samsung Tab 3T 111 Neo on 27.09.2014 from croma., vadodara. My tab was not getting charged properly.After some days i gave it at your authorised service centre at sai communications prescribed by croma. I gave It to your authorised dealer on 21 october. I was given a period of 1 week and since then iam waiting for a cal from the dealer. I called your toll free no. before one week and registered my complain. It is very sad till today l did not get any response both from the dealer or your concerned office. I purchased samsung product thinking that it is a brand name. lam really disappointed by your services. For your reference, my invoice no. is-SAF02A[protected].                     I have purchased a samsung mobile No. Model No. SM=G313 HU/DD from a dealer on[protected] and on[protected], it seems charging problems and mobile not charging. on[protected], i approached the Dealer and he got my mobile set to the samsung service centre M/S FAHEEM Mobile Care, Pulwama on[protected], till date i have not received back the mobile, and he is telling me that the mobile has been send back to company for repairing and has not been received back till date. i have faced a lot of problems with out the set. I think the seervices of your compnany is not satisfied. i I also think, i will tell my friend and office circle to not buy any samsung mobile. Hope for early reply.                       we were sold a microwave stating a coating panel or ceramic whereas it turned out to be some cheap paint. The machine has started rusting.Unable to get through customer care n finally when i managed...my complaint logged at sholapur inspite of giving mumbai address and pincode.since last 10 days have been following up with no response!!!

                        Hi, In future I will never purchase samsung products. Because of poor quality and poor service after the product sale to customers I have purchased two Samsung S duos mobile phones, however both are faulty, now it is not working fine, Every time cell phone is giving me the problem. After I went to service centre the service level of samsung was pathetic. And the service center manager of Kaloor, Cochin. is talking like I have done the crime to purchase samsung products Hence for I will never purchase samsung products also and I will inform to same to my friends, family, and relatives did not purchase samsung products.                               Samsung washing machine model no. WA82ASLEC/XTL with Sl No. W1215ZCZD01496V, purchased on date 18.02.11was submitted to Guwahati Service center on 22.07.14 for some electrical repair. Now it has already been delayed and the service agents tell that the product cannot be repaired due to unavailability of parts. This is ridiculous as the product is barely 4 years old and a costly one. Now if they are really unable to repair the product they should replace it.                                 I have registered an issue with my washing machine about 25 days ago. Once service person had come and told he has to order new part and once the part is given to him he will come and fix it. After that there were many calls exchanged and service person was just informing he hasn't got the part, after few days we got a call from executive to know whether issue was fixed, then I was told that the part was assigned to the service person and he should have completed this by then, if not he will get it done in 2 days (this was 15 days ago) Again we didn't get any response from both executive and service guy, so I called to get the status of the complaint. Then the wonder happened, the issue was put into resolved state before even informing me. And again one more issue was raised by the gentle man on the call and again nothing happened. I called again (I was frustrated by then) to get the status again the lady said the issue will be resolved and her manager will be calling me to know the status and till now nothing has happened.                                   I have purchased Samsung Grand 2 Mobile from Kohinoor Televidevo pvt ltd on 3rd OCT 2014. After one week we observed that when pressing back key and scrolling screen mobile automatically restart. I contact Kohinoor shop they told replacement not possible and goto service center. I went to Mulund(W) Mumbai service center on 6Nov14. They initially told software issue but on lady call back me and told tuchpad issue. After software updates mobile again autorestart. Why I repair my new mobile and what is guarantee of that. Said handset is manufacturer defective from begining. I want Natural Justice. I want new replace handset against defective handset.                                     Dear Sir, I am an Overseas Indian Resident I purchased a Galaxy 5 smart mobile phone from Samsung shop at Terminal 3 Indira Gandhi international airport New Delhi on 1 October 2014 Bill number 00000BDR[protected]. I was promised a sum of Rs 5856.91 as cash back by the saleman who sold me the phone if I choose the EMI scheme . I wanted to pay the full amount but the Saleman insisted that go through this plan as it would save me money and this offer was only available to the transit passengers at the airport and nowhere else in India . This was being offered because of the poor retail sales due to people prefering to shop on line before Deepawali festival. However contrary to this I was first asked to pay a sum of Rupees 37500.00 the whole amount by SBI card and then when I visited the Bank to enquire they phoned the SBI Card Company who said Rs 33749.00 need to be paid and not Rs 37500 as said in the statement and this had already been deducted from my account as I had opted for auto deduct policy and now I have received another demand of Rs 27844.42 p. I am forwarding you the messages I have received from Sbi card .Dear SBI Cardholder, outstanding of Rs37499.68, on your SBI Credit Card no XXXX8454 and Minimum Amount of Rs 1874.98 is due on 27-OCT-14 . Please ignore if already paid.- Manage your account online atwww.sbicard.comI I was then asked to pay only Rs 33749.68 when we phoned SBI Card We have received payment of Rs. 33749.68 via Auto Debit for your SBI Card no xxxx8454 on 27-oct-14. Credit would be subject to realization.I contacted my bank who confirmed that Rs33749.68 was due and not Rs 37499.68 was due and this has already been credited from my account. Now I have again asked to pay Rs 27844.42p. Your Statement Dt 07-NOV-14has been dispatched. The retail outlet at the airport has not mentioned any phone number on the receipt and I have sent to e mails on the EMI receipt which have bounced back. The e mail address lutus.[protected]@pinelabs does not exist. I think this has been deliberately done by Samsung to cheat transit passengers in India because why on earth someone who is selling an expensive phone will not mention a contact phone number or an e mail address in their receipt. I wanted to pay the full amount but why was I forced to take an EMI plan by the salesperson which could be a debt trap.As a Korean Company doing good business in India why are they trying to give us Indians a bad name and make us non trustworthy. My life would have been easier if I had a contact phone or email address to write to. I wish to inform you that I am also an Overseas citizen of India and this is the first time I have done a retail shopping with my card in India at the International airport and am facing undue harassment. If this is the state of affairs then how can the Indian business thrive ? I have shopped at air ports all over the world and have never faced any such problem in any retail outlet.
