my fridge was ok and a part was replaced by your service team, but the older part was good and is fitted in fridge, and the new part is kept as it with us.
the service man was unable to judge properly about fridge problem and he changed the part but unable to solve the problem, a senior service person was called for the problem and he solve the problem. a back portion pipe was block and it was repair by the senior service person, the part which was changed was not involve in that.so i just request you kindly reimburse the amount of the part, the detail is as,
