I purchase a Samsung Galaxy core 2 on 18/10/2014. I am not satisfied with my device performance right from the 2nd week after I bought it. I have been facing frequent device shutdowns. Worst thing is when the device hangs without responding to any of my inputs for 15 to 20 minutes. This happens mostly when I try to attend a call or make a call or when I try to connect to internet. Then the phone doesn’t respond for any inputs for 15 – 20 minutes. If I could not use such basic features in a 40K device then what is the point in owning it? Hope you people understand my concern and do..

    Sir, I bought samsung Tab 3T 111 Neo on 27.09.2014 from croma., vadodara. My tab was not getting charged properly.After some days i gave it at your authorised service centre at sai communications prescribed by croma. I gave It to your authorised dealer on 21 october. I was given a period of 1 week and since then iam waiting for a cal from the dealer. I called your toll free no. before one week and registered my complain. It is very sad till today l did not get any response both from the dealer or your concerned office. I purchased samsung product thinking that it is a brand name. lam really disappointed by your services. For your reference, my invoice no. is-SAF02A[protected]. Customer name-Pradeep Naithani I request you to please pay heed to my complain and respond. Iam extremely disappointed with yourr services this time.         I have purchased a samsung mobile No. Model No. SM=G313 HU/DD from a dealer on[protected] and on[protected], it seems charging problems and mobile not charging. on[protected], i approached the Dealer and he got my mobile set to the samsung service centre M/S FAHEEM Mobile Care, Pulwama on[protected], till date i have not received back the mobile, and he is telling me that the mobile has been send back to company for repairing and has not been received back till date. i have faced a lot of problems with out the set. I think the seervices of your compnany is not satisfied. i I also think, i will tell my friend and office circle to not buy any samsung mobile. Hope for early reply.           we were sold a microwave stating a coating panel or ceramic whereas it turned out to be some cheap paint. The machine has started rusting.Unable to get through customer care n finally when i managed...my complaint logged at sholapur inspite of giving mumbai address and pincode.since last 10 days have been following up with no response!!!

            Hi, In future I will never purchase samsung products. Because of poor quality and poor service after the product sale to customers I have purchased two Samsung S duos mobile phones, however both are faulty, now it is not working fine, Every time cell phone is giving me the problem. After I went to service centre the service level of samsung was pathetic. And the service center manager of Kaloor, Cochin. is talking like I have done the crime to purchase samsung products Hence for I will never purchase samsung products also and I will inform to same to my friends, family, and relatives did not purchase samsung products.                   Samsung washing machine model no. WA82ASLEC/XTL with Sl No. W1215ZCZD01496V, purchased on date 18.02.11was submitted to Guwahati Service center on 22.07.14 for some electrical repair. Now it has already been delayed and the service agents tell that the product cannot be repaired due to unavailability of parts. This is ridiculous as the product is barely 4 years old and a costly one. Now if they are really unable to repair the product they should replace it.                     I have registered an issue with my washing machine about 25 days ago. Once service person had come and told he has to order new part and once the part is given to him he will come and fix it. After that there were many calls exchanged and service person was just informing he hasn't got the part, after few days we got a call from executive to know whether issue was fixed, then I was told that the part was assigned to the service person and he should have completed this by then, if not he will get it done in 2 days (this was 15 days ago) Again we didn't get any response from both executive and service guy, so I called to get the status of the complaint. Then the wonder happened, the issue was put into resolved state before even informing me. And again one more issue was raised by the gentle man on the call and again nothing happened. I called again (I was frustrated by then) to get the status again the lady said the issue will be resolved and her manager will be calling me to know the status and till now nothing has happened.                       I have purchased Samsung Grand 2 Mobile from Kohinoor Televidevo pvt ltd on 3rd OCT 2014. After one week we observed that when pressing back key and scrolling screen mobile automatically restart. I contact Kohinoor shop they told replacement not possible and goto service center. I went to Mulund(W) Mumbai service center on 6Nov14. They initially told software issue but on lady call back me and told tuchpad issue. After software updates mobile again autorestart. Why I repair my new mobile and what is guarantee of that. Said handset is manufacturer defective from begining. I want Natural Justice. I want new replace handset against defective handset.                         Dear Sir, I am an Overseas Indian Resident I purchased a Galaxy 5 smart mobile phone from Samsung shop at Terminal 3 Indira Gandhi international airport New Delhi on 1 October 2014 Bill number 00000BDR[protected]. I was promised a sum of Rs 5856.91 as cash back by the saleman who sold me the phone if I choose the EMI scheme . I wanted to pay the full amount but the Saleman insisted that go through this plan as it would save me money and this offer was only available to the transit passengers at the airport and nowhere else in India . This was being offered because of the poor retail sales due to people prefering to shop on line before Deepawali festival. However contrary to this I was first asked to pay a sum of Rupees 37500.00 the whole amount by SBI card and then when I visited the Bank to enquire they phoned the SBI Card Company who said Rs 33749.00 need to be paid and not Rs 37500 as said in the statement and this had already been deducted from my account as I had opted for auto deduct policy and now I have received another demand of Rs 27844.42 p. I am forwarding you the messages I have received from Sbi card .Dear SBI Cardholder, outstanding of Rs37499.68, on your SBI Credit Card no XXXX8454 and Minimum Amount of Rs 1874.98 is due on 27-OCT-14 . Please ignore if already paid.- Manage your account online atwww.sbicard.comI I was then asked to pay only Rs 33749.68 when we phoned SBI Card We have received payment of Rs. 33749.68 via Auto Debit for your SBI Card no xxxx8454 on 27-oct-14. Credit would be subject to realization.I contacted my bank who confirmed that Rs33749.68 was due and not Rs 37499.68 was due and this has already been credited from my account. Now I have again asked to pay Rs 27844.42p. Your Statement Dt 07-NOV-14has been dispatched. Total amt due of Rs -27844.42 or Min Amt of Rs 0.00 is payable by 27-NOV-14.- SBI Card, Click here https://Bitly.com/Payeasy ; to pay your SBI Card Bill in simple steps. The retail outlet at the airport has not mentioned any phone number on the receipt and I have sent to e mails on the EMI receipt which have bounced back. The e mail address lutus.[protected]@pinelabs does not exist. I think this has been deliberately done by Samsung to cheat transit passengers in India because why on earth someone who is selling an expensive phone will not mention a contact phone number or an e mail address in their receipt. I wanted to pay the full amount but why was I forced to take an EMI plan by the salesperson which could be a debt trap.As a Korean Company doing good business in India why are they trying to give us Indians a bad name and make us non trustworthy. My life would have been easier if I had a contact phone or email address to write to. I wish to inform you that I am also an Overseas citizen of India and this is the first time I have done a retail shopping with my card in India at the International airport and am facing undue harassment. If this is the state of affairs then how can the Indian business thrive ? I have shopped at air ports all over the world and have never faced any such problem in any retail outlet.                             i have brought 1 note2 mobile in 4aug14 after 2months the motherboard have been spoil when i have toke it to service center the service center person wanting money from me it is in warranty why should i pay 7000 for the repairing charge when it is in waranty period & the samsung team is not helping me mr pramod kumar he is talking to me very badly & he is saying u have to pay

                              I bought my Galaxy Grand Neo Plus mobile on Feb 17 2015.
                              1. Within two months phone started hanging. Can say more than 7-8 times a day. What would be the problem. I am fed up with it.

                                I''m extremely sad and unhappy since the day i purchased the Note 3 Neo from Samsung on 24th Oct 2014. I''m facing all sorts of issue with the device for the past 10 days. I took the phone to the nearby samsung service center on 10th Nov 2014 but they said they cannot replace the phone as it crossed the 7 days time .They suggested that it was a software issue and flashed a new android build and told me that the issue was resolved but all the issues still exists.The phone hangs and freeze when i open apps or games and in turn the phone gets heated up, camera fails occasionally showing an error _quotcamera initialization failed _quot followed by a frozen screen. Phone switches off every time i plug the charger and will not turn on until i removes the battery and start it again. Extremely bad quality product received from samsung which cant even last for a week, The service center people where impolite and not ready to listen to what i said they kept on telling me that no replacement, leave the phone with them they will sort out the issue, software issue and all the usual craps. It is samsung responsibility to replace a faulty device rather than blaming the customer for using it for 9 days rather than 7 days. I feel cheated and this issue should be taken to the highest authority . Raised complaint with customer support and they said will get the manager to call back but it did not happen yet. Had a conversation with the service center technician on day 14 and he is saying that the motherboard replacement did not solve the issue so they are waiting for the higher team to approve for further action. When I enquired more they said that they are waiting for a new software build which they will load and test it on my phone to see whether that will solve the problem and asked me to wait for another 2 to 3 days for any update. Please take the faulty handset and do all the testing that you wish and in return please give me a new handset fresh piece not a refurbished one, if I need a refurbished one I myself could have got one from aftermarket sale at half the price . Hardware/Software issue is your problem not mine so please provide me a better solution . Day 15 Samsung folks are saying they tried all possible repairs now dont know what exactly the problem is and they are waiting for the area manager's decision .They have few number of handsets with similar problem so they are waiting for his decision and told me to wait for few more days .

                                  I purchased on Oct 15, 2009 Double Door Frost free Refrigerator Model No. RT41MCSMI/XTL. Within guarantee period on Aug 6, 2012, it's compressor motor broke down and it was replaced with new one. I paid Rs 1100/- for gas charges. Now again compressor motor has Broken down which requires again replacing. Within a span of almost five years compressor Motor has broken down. I doubt the quality of this Samsung product . I am not satisfied with this product and I want to replace it with new one. Plz do the needful and advise what I am supposed to do ? Samsung should help me and replace it with new one.

                                    respected sir! i bought a samsung sdhc memory card 8gb from home shop18. when i get this memory card i didn't open this. after 2 days i opened it and put in to my mobile phone it shows blank memory card. it shows nothing. i complaint about it at hs18 but they said it is not our problem you should say to samsung compny because memory card has 5 year guarantee. i contact to samsung company but they also said it is not our matter you should contact to hs18. sir i want to replace my sdhc memory card.

                                      i have puchased samsung led tv dated 20/9/2013 spending money 41500(fourtey one thousand five hundred) with in one year below picture tube is gone then service people coming and panal is chang then after 3monts same problem i somany times complaint customercare please look the issue seriously.
